could've had another luggage valet for 2nd suitcase and a runner rug in bathroom for spills from sinks to floor as the sinks are so narrow, and faucets are long, water gets on floor easily. all minor suggestions!

We loved everything about our stay! Location was unbeatable for us and what we wanted to do. Right near Covent garden tube station and walking distance to multiple sites. Every time we came back to the room we instantly felt relaxed. The bathroom was great and had the basics, we paid for a room with a tub and loved that as well. Our room looked out into the courtyard of the neighboring church and it was so pretty. Everything felt clean. I am very anxious about bed begs etc. when traveling and even though our headboard was made of cloth it was spotless. As Americans we love our water and having a fresh bottle left behind when our room was attended to was a bonus! Extra bonus: We managed to get early check in after a overnight flight. We had requested it but weren't expecting it and it made the start of our trip extra special as we could refresh and take a nap right away! Knowing that they were able to mind our luggage until actual check in was very reassuring if our request couldn't be granted.

If you're looking for a lot of extras such as a spa etc. this is not the place for you. It is important to note that the restaurant and main reception are in an opposite building across the street. I cannot speak to the full handicap accessibility of the entire property but in the annex across the street you still had to go up a small flight of stairs before reaching the lift.

Great location with friendly staff. In fact the location cannot be beat. It's centrally located yet feels like a world of its own. It's on a pedestrian-only street so that helps. Easy to get around the city from here. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are nicely decorated and amenities were a nice perk. The turn down service included biscuits which felt very unique and appropriate.

It's not necessarily something I didn't like but could be something for people to know - if you're on the 5th floor the elevator only goes to the 4th floor. Then you take short set of stairs. Not a big deal at all. Just know that if you're physically impaired in any way or can't lift heavy things, you may want to ask for assistance. Otherwise, that 5th floor is lovely!

Hotel staff was so very helpful, clean, great location, huge bathroom, pretty decor, very comfortable, great amenities, very comfortable, air condition, elevator. It was a great choice. They even gave us a cute tote bag that came in handy. Staff helped us with correcting some bookings last minute as well.

We stayed for four nights in a deluxe double room at the rear of the property. Our room was immaculately clean, super comfortable and extremely quiet. It was large and well equipped with a sofa and minibar, comfy chairs, a coffee table, desk, and a huge bed with luxurious linen. We had a lovely big bathroom, robes and slippers, a great shower, and there was plenty of natural light. The restaurant downstairs, Henri, was stylish and had a great little bar. We loved that the hotel had an elevator as we had heavy suitcases. The staff were all super friendly and helpful and the location on Henrietta Street was outrageously convenient for dining out and sightseeing. The Henrietta Experimental is a boutique hotel that has been styled and equipped with guest comfort and satisfaction at the heart of its design. We absolutely loved our stay and would loved to have stayed longer so that I could enjoy everything it has to offer. I would choose this hotel again.

Location was perfect for Covent Garden and surrounding area. Plenty of restaurants to.choose from, but pre-book to get a good time. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice, both hot and cold, sweet and savoury. Our stay was for our wedding anniversary, with staff making sure the room was decorated with rose petals as well as champagne and chocolates too.

Very friendly, helpful team at the Henrietta Experimental. Fabulous room and didn’t mind paying more to be able to spread out with more space than the average room. Some nice thoughtful touches - interesting items in the mini bar, although the bar in the hotel was excellent so didn’t really need anything else!

Great location, great rooms, great nights sleep. The reception staff were wonderful, the little finishing touches in the room were a nice touch and rooms are comfortable and spacious.

The breakfast staff…rude and clearly didn’t want to be there. Very very poor service and breakfast was not worth the extra £100+ I’d paid for it to be included. I’d have got better service at a greasy spoon, at least I’d have been able to sit where I wanted.

Style of the decor was amazing, such great taste. Bed was so comfortable, linen top notch. Towels so fluffy, No expense spared on quality. Staff so helpful.

Bath could do with a safety handle to help visitors to get in and out. Man bath tap sticks out a bit too far, right where you are standing for a shower. Lift is tiny but obviously not able to be changed We found the Henri menu not our taste but, would not struggle with 300 places to eat in that location. We usuallyonly like our own bed, theirs was so comfortable.

The staff were very welcoming and the room had everything you want tea, coffee and nice towels

The price of the wine was way over priced. 1 Glass of wine £17!!’ I had threes drinks in a bar just down the street for £19.50

The hotel is in two separate buildings, but once that is made clear by staff regarding reception hours of availability, bar closure, etc. we were fine with it.

Such a beautiful hotel. We stayed in the new part across the road from the main hotel. We had beautiful views of a garden square. At night it was lit up. Such a beautiful bonus to what was already a beautiful room. Bathroom of all bathrooms. Lots of space. A lovely touch of shortbread every night. Everything in your room that’s an extra cost has a label on it so not accidental purchases. Made my mums birthday stay so special. The restaurant in the main part of the hotel. Served an amazing breakfast. The bar was very cute & an amazing array of drinks.

Hot water in the bathroom wasn’t always the hottest.

The staff were all outstanding. They were very helpful with recommendations about restaurants and about how to get around. Also, the location of the hotel is excellent since it’s so close to so many things. The beds were really comfortable.

The toilet in our room had to “rest” for a long time between flushes. It wasn’t really a big deal, but it could have been better.

The bed is very comfortable, the hotel upgraded us to a larger room for the same price which was extremely nice. Shoutout to Johanna and Clementine for all of their help in accommodating our needs. Great location too. Because their restaurant was closed for remodeling, there is a nice restaurant across the street, The Ivy Grille. We didn’t realize at the time of our booking that we could include breakfast at The Ivy.

Location. Decor

No hotel should EVER not have an iron and board in every room. For the cost of this hotel, it was disgraceful that we had to ask for it and it took so long we finally just left without pressing. Embarrassing to meet business associates and not be pressed.

It's a very clever idea, this hotel. It recreates all the comfort of a large full service hotel in the aggregate. On the same street there is a Henrietta cocktail bar, restaurant etc.... If there were a gym (and perhaps there is, I didn't check....) it would a phenomenal offering in the heart of London. Staff are wonderfully informed and socially intelligent. Even though there was a little hiccup on checking in, they were graceful and accommodating. Strong recommendation.

check-in could be slicker for those arriving late. Perhaps a more obvious sign or even a personalised one telling late arriving guests where to go?

This is our go -to place when in London. Nice and stylish hotel with good amenities, comfortable bed and the best location.

Our room was small but very comfortable and quiet. The location is superb for Covent Garden and the Royal Opera House. Breakfast was excellent - a true 'continental' breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. And congratulations to Henrietta for being a 'TV-free zone' both in the bedroom and the breakfast room! Having a peaceful breakfast without the intrusion of a TV screen was a treat.

Our room had limited storage space. There were a few hangers, but no shelves or drawers. For one night this was ok, but had we stayed any longer it would have been a slight inconvenience.

This is an amazing hotel! Everything is brand new, clean, so stylish and cozy ❤️ I would definitely stay there again when come to London. Also the restaurant that serves the hotel is excellent. I really loved the speaker in the room, that played the relaxing music. Now I want the same at home :)

I woke up at midnight because of the fire alarm, was not a very nice experience :) Henrietta Street itself is quite noisy so you should be ready to that in case your room faces it

A very comfortable room in a really excellent location A

Being in an annex property across the street from the restaurant so it was not possible to just have somewhere on the property to just go downstairs and sit for a drink. Room service was available which I would have used had there been a nice dining height table and chair to sit at. I realise this is my personal preference most people would not mind the sofa and coffee table.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this hotel so much. Location is perfect but most of all it is the gorgeous room and all the attention to details like the lemon cookies and a little introductory gift from Sezane with a special discount. We got upgraded and the room is huge with massive window to celling across the bedroom and bathroom. Furnishing is beautiful, chic yet super comfortable. And the bathroom massive & luxurious. We really did not want to leave, it was decadent.

It was a lovely hotel. spotlessly clean, great location, room spacious and beds really comfortable and the staff went above and beyond their roles to ensure our stay was thoroughly enjoyable from start to finish would definitely recommend to others and I’d be very happy to stay there again in the future

Fantastic location beinng very quiet yet near all amenities of Covent garden

Excelent location in Covent Garden, a great walkable area with the added bonus of having many restaurants and cafes around. The staff is very nice and attentive, including the staff at the restaurant. Loved the espresso machine in the room.

It's important to know the street is closed after 11 am so if you have a lot of luggage you need to take this into account, although the staff helped us with ours.

Breakfast service was a little slow/unattended due to staff having to serve two buildings of rooms / guests. Feels a little inefficient, however, the staff were excellent generally.

Super cute hotel with lovely staff and great location (covent garden). The Floral Room was romantic and the bed was so comfy. Everyone was so friendly and it was lovely that they brought Cookies to the room in the evening. A lot of great restaurants in walking distance and near to underground and train station

very quiet location for Centre of Covent Garden

Beds were exceptionally comfy. Location was outstanding - steps from Covent Garden! Rooms were surprisingly spacious, super clean, trendy decor, lovely bathroom with plenty of room and great products, also had a view of the London Eye.
