Great location, Fantastic reception and door staff. Rooms were comfortable and clean and housekeeping staff were prompt and efficient. Hotel is close to many of the theatres.

We were upgraded to a luxury studio suite and it was really lovely. The staff were great and the dinner in the restaurant was great.

The only thing I wasn't overly happy with was the shower in the room. The pressure was not good on warm. When you turned the pressure on more, the water went freezing cold so you could only shower with half the pressure. You also couldn't make the water any hotter.

The terrace restaurant didn’t really work in January although the great staff put us in the Coral room.

Great hotel, good location and close to the tube. The staff was most welcoming and helpful, very personable. We stayed in more of a family room which was more private and located away from the primary guest rooms. We were visiting over Christmas and found a cute little stocking on our door Christmas morning filled with goodies. The hotel also had a cozy reception area where you can enjoy a cup of complimentary mulled wine.

From the moment you arrived there was a warm welcome the staff were super efficient and we we able to check in early. The room was beautiful everything you could possible need. The bed was comfortable the linen soft and luxurious. The towels soft and fluffy. Breakfast was delicious 10/10 .

The hotel is in su h a great location, staff were excellent from consierge to bar staff, great breakfast and the beds were so comfy. The turn down service was nice and we were left fresh water daily.

Our room was next ti the lift, and other guests were noisy when going to their room late so next we would ask if we could stay in another location of thr hotel.

Great location for exploring central London. The staff in all areas of the hotel were all absolutely lovely and very helpful.

There was a comfortable lounge opposite reception and as the weather was very chilly I'd have liked to have relaxed there with a book while having a brandy, but no drinks are permitted in the lounge. A small point only.

Beautifully appointed room and bathroom, flawless linen. The staff are helpful, attentive and professional.

The coming and going of fellow guests at night, simply walking and talking in the corridors, opening and closing their doors is enough to wake one. The walls of the rooms and doors could have done with a lot more sound deadening.

Wonderful and lovely location, hotel, rooms, breakfast, lunch and dinner service. The food is excuisite. Great conference cervices. Big plus for a great concierge service. Big plus for all the staff. A big thank you and see you soon!

Perfect place to explore the city on a walk. Very friendly employees and perfect service as well. We asked for a second duvet which was brought within a couple of minutes. Amazing bar downstairs. Very clean room.

Amazing location, excellent service, nice, clean room and bathroom. A little cramped, which is typical for hotels in London, but the price was very high considering

We were upgraded to a Studio Suite which was very good.

We went to Coral Room both before and after the theatre. Before the theatre the staff were excellent and the atmosphere was very good. When we went back later, although bar is open late, by 10.15 we could not have coffee because “the machine has been turned off”. Waitress was ‘rough and ready’, bordering on surly. Rest of the staff in the hotel were very good indeed.

We were given a free upgrade upon arrival. The staff were the nicest and politest people you could wish to meet and as helpful as possible. In the evening, your bed is turned down, ready for when you wish to go to bed. Everywhere was spotlessly clean.

The room was a little dated with signs of where and tare. Some of the bathroom floor tiles were loose, and two were broken.

Beautifully decorated bedroom, immaculately clean & beautiful bedlinen. Staff very friendly and extremely attentive.

The location. Whilst ideal for where we were needed to be, it is not set in the best part of London which is a crying shame as this is a stunning hotel. Staff in the bar downstairs could have been more helpful. Service extremely slow.

Room was amazing. We got a nice upgrade for our anniversary and a bottle of prosecco, which was extremely thoughtful of the hotel. Will certainly look to go back to them for the excellent hospitality soon.

The hotel is in an older, super cute, refurbished building that is clean and well kept. The staff were all warm and helpful. Breakfast was good with many choices. We loved the location, close to a tube station which made it easy to get around. The hotel is quiet. We would definitely stay again!

The hotel is amazing - great public areas - the coral room and the bloomsbury bar/club are great spaces to sit and drink a cocktail or two...the bedroom was large, spotless and comfortable - seeing as you are in central london it was a quiet nights sleep!

Wonderful location, excellent staff, clean rooms, superb service, 👌, top notch proper hotel.

The location is perfect for visiting London with a Tube station just across the road. The breakfast was excellent with proper freshly squeezed orange juice. The rooms, while a bit on the smaller side, was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The ONLY drawback was the Leisure facilities- no pool, small gym.
