The entire staff were the most charming and helpful I have ever experienced in London and I have been staying in London regularly for 20 years.

Received a newly renovated room. The bathroom was huge but also accessible which I don’t normally care for. The room service pizza was terrible! Need a new recipe!

Exceptional service as always. Our go to hotel when in London. Staff go up and beyond to help. Hotel is beautiful and perfectly situated a stones throw from Selfridges and Oxford Street. Team make you feel so welcomed it's like being part of the family.

Super staff and location.

Whilst it is expensive, it earns that cost. The whole place is very high class, the location, the internal fit out, staff and rooms are perfect for short stay in this area of London. The little touches that make big difference, little bottle of milk in fridge, very quite at night, fantastic towels and supplies in bathroom, the bedding and the staff very professional and attentive staff all make this a good 5 star stay. Well done Mr Procter.

The reception and guest contact/concierge team were amazing. Just the service team at the breakfast restaurant and bar/lobby remained rather slow, forgot our orders or even it was hard to reach them and give an order. Other than service team, whole staff was extremely polite, friendly, professional - 10/10

We recently celebrated our 15-year wedding anniversary at The Beaumont in Mayfair, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel went out of their way to make our stay special, we arrived at 9am after a 12 hour flight, they offered us access to the spa so we could shower and freshen up before our anniversary lunch. The service was simply out of this world. They truly made our milestone celebration unforgettable. Every staff member went out of there way to make us feel special. The hotels location is fantastic.

Everything was great except 2 things I will mention below

First thing I didn't like was breakfast. Food didn't taste good. Also the buffet wasn't good. Second thing I didn't like was the room keys shaped just like regular keys. Their function wasn't good. It was hard to use them in elevator and at the door.

Easy location with nearby access to metro's and famous shopping streets Oxford, Bond and a mere 8min by train to Buckingham Palace / Westminster. Nice room and sophisticated bathroom. (No bath). Very helpful and friendly staff. We were allowed late check out with luggage storage.

Not sure if its the way the Brits do breakfast or something was off. Breakfast was bland with little variety and no fresh fruit. Dinner was also not that appealing. I would recommend enjoying dinner from one of many in the area. The Breakfast offering should be improved as I dont wish to leave the hotel to find breakfast elsewhere.

The guys out the front of the hotel who greet and organise taxis etc were EXCEPTIONAL Gurson walked us to the underground, another drove me to Claridges (I didnt catch his name). These people are your brand and were so welcoming - stars!! The lady french concierge was very helpful. The housekeeping was exceptional

A few of the men at breakfast just didnt get it right, I noticed someone was else complained in the restaurant. Maybe a bit disinterested, appeared arrogant. The lady welcoming us to breakfast was good

I stayed in one of the new rooms. It was great. The location is perfect. The service was excellent. The bed and the entire room were so comfortable (and relatively large for London). The interiors were overall beautiful.

The bathroom was a bit smaller than what I would have liked.

Perfect location, lovely building, beautifully finished.

Service is always top notch here and from start (greeted like royalty) to finish (valet parked car delivered for drive away with great care). The staff are attentive but not pushy and are clearly enjoying what they do. The facilities are great, the dining is superb and the concierge desk are helpful, willing and deliver.
