Vert nice hotel, but the SC left a bad taste in my mind. If you want to pay for good service fine
Room was wonderful and hotel was well located
The service charge added to the room, and also the 15% service charge added to the bar bill. The room SC i've never seen that before and 15% to the bar bill again was in my mind excessive (10% or even 12.5% is ok)

Perfect for couples. Amazing location, lovely room.
Location is 10/10. Perfect for couples.
The room has a wide range of additional items you can buy which is a nice touch. Drinks, food (good stuff as well), an ‘intimacy kit’, earphones, adapters etc. All of which are nicely presented in drawers.
The radio in the room can connect via Bluetooth to your phone, so play music. Good choice of films on the TV
There could have been more plugs. There are adequate plugs already, but found myself having to unplug my charger to plug in hair dryer etc.
The TV remote, whilst modern, is so heavy that it could be used as an effective ‘club’ in a life or death situation.

Very expensive hotel generally for food/drinks and our room- having said that -the hotel is good!
Great location- 5 mins walk from Liverpool St Station. Very clean- lovely bedroom
Reception staff on check - in asked for £120 deposit on our credit card- even though I had paid upfront in full!! They said there were expensive items in the room that people steal!!!! I didn’t like the implication we would take ANYTHING from the room! this was before we had even arrived in the room.

Pleasant and comfortable stay with excellent hotel staff. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
The property was clean, accessible and in a perfect location to the areas that we wanted to visit in walking distance.

electronic controls didn’t all work in bedroom, could not shut blind. bar shut 10pm when I arrived 9.30am. to be fair staff were helpful but shutting at 10pm to residents is a poor policy for an expensive City hotel

Great, but a couple of minor niggles
Everything, we were there for my nieces 30th Birthday party, everything was good.
Second glass of champagne served in the restaurant was definitely not chilled, just below room temperature. There was no draught beer available as all the pumps were broke, REALLY 5 star hotel.

Great location, cleanliness and great staff
We really enjoyed our 10 night stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and would tend to any request put to them, additionally, the room was very clean as it was cleaned twice a day. The location was great for us as it was very central yet not too busy.

Overall quite pleased but wasn't sure it was worth the amount I spent - wasn't amazing
Room was clean, hotel in general was really nice and staff were always helpful and polite
I booked a superior king size room but I'm sure bed was only double - it was smaller than I was expecting. Also I think for price there should have been more facilities other than steam room and sauna from a 'spa' perspective. We left the do not disturb sign on the door so room didnt get cleaned which was fine but we did ask at Reception for coffee and shower gels to be replenished when the hotel attendant was due to come in later that evening but that wasn't done
