Rosewood Hotel, London

Amazing ambiance, from the gorgeous building itself and courtyard to the beautiful rose gold hallway and signature scent in the lobby. Also really impressed at the size of the rooms and the lovely design of the bathrooms. All staff members were so friendly and helpful, we felt very spoiled.

Spacious room, friendly and professional staff

I was worried a little bit about the safety! Anyone can easily access any floor in the building because elevators don’t have card access systems. The bathroom is too small with no separate shower! Only bathtub and there is no water bidet!

Location!! 30 minutes walk to the sites like Big Ben…. Tube station 2 mins and essentially shopping such a chemists next door of you needed it. EV charging available.

The service and ambience. Very clean well maintained and tasteful.

Room was smaller than expected

Clean, comfortable, great location within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and many attractions. This hotel is very tasteful…a visit to Scarfes bar is a must. This our new favorite place to stay in London….cant wait to go back.

The room was spacious, the staff were superb, and the Holborn Dining Room was excellent at catering to intolerances. The beds were very comfortable and the location of the hotel is superb for being able to walk to many of London's hotspots.

Scarfes Bar was excellent but very noisy in the evenings and there is nowhere else to enjoy a quiet nightcap, since the pop-up in the courtyard closes early.

The quality of the building, furniture, room, bed/bedding, pillows, food, extra touches here and there all made for a fantastic base for our London trip.

Two out of three morning there wasn't enough space for us in tbe main breakfast room so we had to go across to a different room. Not a major issue but not ideal.

The ambience of this hotel is calm and sophisticated. The lighting, decor, artefacts and flower displays provide interest and comfort. Staff are professional and efficient and they show an interest in every client. The use of individual names is consistently applied and is welcomed. The rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed with art work which enhances the space, and lends a great mix of the traditional and contemporary. Service is both proactive and responsive and means we didn’t want to leave.

Pillows are fluffy and luxurious but we really benefitted from requesting a memory foam neck pillow - maybe these could be highlighted as available.

Its location is convenient / 2 min walk from the underground and the supermarkets

The car drop off area is a bit small.

Gorgeous hotel. Luxury from the moment you stepped inside. Loved the staff, the facilities, the smell!

The 5% charge added at the end for service was terrible. Should have been part of the price up front or not charged.

Not a separate shower, you had to stand in the bath, in the Grand Executive room we stayed in. Nothing major but that would be my only negative
