Fabulous
Difficult to complain about the Savoy. It's the Savoy. An amazing hotel without an overbearing or sycophantic approach to guests. Made to feel most welcome. Would recommend to anyone that enjoys and can occasionally afford, the finer things in life!
We also ate in the Savoy Grill. It's impossible to suggest anything that isn't wonderful, although a lesser checkout charge would be welcome. That said, you get what you pay for.

The iconic legend is back!
Everything: the men at the door; the receptionist Arthur is just phenomenal; the concierge excellent; afternoon tea service was not to standards but delicious food; Gotdon Ramasay’s grill for traditional Sunday lunch was brilliant too. The room are spacious and very beautiful and touching details to my request were met with am exceptional care.

I surprised my wife with a 1 night stay and it was unbelievable. A real bucket list thing to do and didn’t disappoint.
The service was second to none. We also had dinner at the grill and was possibly the best meal we’ve ever had.

A Special Treat
The hotel is lovely, very clean, staff were very polite and helpful, great location and very good breakfast in the Gallery restaurant.
We were surprised that there were not any USB points in the room, there were adapters at the Concierge desk. The hit and miss service in the American Bar. First night totally brilliant, second night we could not get the attention of staff for a second drink. For this reason we did not use the bar for the last two nights of our stay.

We had a brilliant time from start to finish. 10 out of 10 from us.
We were greeted by doorman Tony. He was very helpful. The 2 training reception ladies were smiley, friendly and helpful. John escorted us to our room. He too was great. Our room was really good. The beds and pillows were exceptional. Very comfortable. We went to The American Bar in the evening which was amazing. Piano player was very talented and the service and cocktails were lovely. We also went to the Beaufort Bar. Jacob was very welcoming. In the morning we had breakfast in The Gallery. Rosalind looked after us and she was brilliant. Although she was busy she was totally professional, happy and friendly. We saw John again when we booked out. He was very caring and kind. One of the receptionists that we saw the previous day came over and asked how our stay had been and whether the American Bar was everything we hoped it would be. It was lovely that she remembered our previous conversation.
The one thing that we were surprised about was that a gentleman in the Beaufort Bar was wearing a vest type t.shirt! He arrived wearing a leather jacket, but before he sat down he removed his jacket and was wearing a white vest. It seemed to go against the dress to impress, smart, elegant clothing policy we read about prior to our visit.

Our stay was exceptional. The suite was beautiful with lovely views over the river. All the staff were wonderful, helpful and really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent and breakfast was delicious and plentiful!

Beautiful 5 Star experience in a fabulous location.
Everything, the whole 5 star experience was off the scale. Loved the American Bar, Savoy Grill and breakfast dining experiences. Our room was beautifuliful and we really liked the turndown service attention to detail.
The fact we had to leave was the only negative.

Exceptional facilities and staff, nothing was too small for their attention.
This was our second stay and the view was very disappointing from our window unlike our previous stay. This said it didn’t detract from our enjoyable stay.
