Nothing aside from the fact that it is very expensive, but that was expected.

I loved the luxury feel of the hotel the staff were really nice and friendly the room which we upgraded was spacious they had set up a bed and the cutest little bathrobes and slippers for my children

Being very picky I didn’t like the set up of the room the tv was tucked away in the corner we couldn’t really watch it the ac made the room very cold and there wasn’t a douche in the toilet

Met Arthut at reception, he couldn't have been any more helpful, and pleasant! Lovdly wat y to be greeted, partucularly as we were only staying for 2 nights. All other staff who we dealt with were also so nice to us

The whole experience was amazing, from walking up the driveway, the check in, the room, the food, the staff.

Fitness suite; complimentary drinks in mini bar fridge; wonderful shower; special touch, such as leaving a small hand cream on bed while we were out!

As always, the Savoy exceeds it's own reputation. Pure luxury, and the staff couldn't do enough for us. The room was spacious, the bed incredibly comfortable. Just a wonderful place to stay.

The concierge assumed that we weren't residents, but soon made up for that mistake.

Foyer far too busy…didn’t feel exclusive

The atmosphere, location and the staff were the absolute highlights of my stay.

The pool was small and the spa/fitness area felt a bit dated, but that's a minor minus.

Didn’t realise there was an accommodation service charge an additional charge on top of the price we paid As all the drinks had service charge and vat on so didn’t really understand why that wasn’t explained to us really

Having stayed once before we found this year some of the staff were very abrupt, we were turned away from one of the bars for lunch, the staff member looked me up and down and assumed I was not suitable, until my wife said we were staying in the hotel, them amazingly we were then offered a table. At dinner we were left waiting 10 minutes before being shown to table, you would expect to be taken to your table much sooner, no where to sit to wait and not even asked if we wanted to wait at the bar and have a drink, you just stand in the corner. At breakfast I ordered my eagerly waited for Arnold Bennett, it arrived and it was so overcooked it was stuck to the pan! Dissapointing, told the waiter and he just mumbled, ordered another coffee and it took 25 minutes to arrive, so service wasn't the best. Minor issues i know but when you pay the big money your paying for service.

Location, the look and feel. Bed was phenomenal and a supremely luxurious bath.

Leaving to go home

This is without doubt the best hotel we have stayed in London. The Christmas decor was spell binding. The front desk were professional and couldn’t do enough to meet our needs. The property oozes class, charm and English Christmas spirit.

We did not receive a glass of fizz on arrival which would have been a nice touch however we did arrive three hours before the allotted checkin time and the hotel accommodated us on arrival. So to conclude I am not sure if a glass of bubbles is standard for those who check in at the correct time.

It’s all wonderful: great location, the staff are friendly and professional, beautiful building, comfortable rooms. The staff manage to create an atmosphere which is relaxed but also 100% attentive to guests needs.

From the minute you arrive to the minute you leave nothing is too much trouble . From Tony and Michael at front of house to Ben on reception the welcome was warm and genuine . The residents lounge is lovely and Hannah and Teng are so friendly and helpful . Rooms are spacious , spotless and so comfortable . Turndown service is a nice touch . We was lucky enough to be staying when the Christmas decorations went up and they are stunning . American bar is great and service excellent . We finished off with Sunday Lunch at the Savoy Grill and it was superb. Fantastic stay and one we shall repeat

Room was a long way from the lift My daughter (8) was promised cookies and milk at bedtime at check in and they never arrived

The food was excellent and the decor was beautiful some of the staff was excellent

The person cleaning the room was a little over zealous she folded my underwear from shelves and put my dress shoes on top rather odd but the manager left us a bottle of wine

Exceptional service, incredible team. We weee disappointed part of it was closed as this was a once in a lifetime trip, but the team, the food, the American Bar and the room were fantastic

Excellent staff, great service.

We had a room facing inside, where we were bothered at night by some noise from the aircon units there. Also the hot water pressure in the shower was so low that with a comfortable temperature set, the handheld shower head didn’t even spray when held “downside up”.
