Location-wise, this place is unbeatable, if you're travelling to or from St Pancras or Kings Cross. The bed and pillows were very comfy, the tv set-up was exceptional and the the bathroom was lovely and had a great shower. Complementary tee, coffee, fruit and sweets were a nice touch.

For a 5-star hotel and for the price one pays, it just misses the mark - one easily pays a lot less, for more, in virtually any other place in the world.

This was super-well located for an early train out of Kings Cross. The room was lovely. Very well thought out, from little lights in the bathroom so you could see at night, to switches to turn things on and off in bed. I loved the Nespresso machine in the room and there was another and kettle in the Pantry, at the end of the hallway, along with fruit and cakes. The team were so helpful as I am on crutches and they took my case to my room, and helped at check in and out. They also helped me with a late check out as I no longer needed to get the 5am train and a room upgrade! The price is good for the quality of accommodation and service, and very good for the convenient location. I will rebook here when I next have an early or late arrival into/out of Kings Cross.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like! Breakfast was a little pricey but delicious!

These guys have nailed the 5* experience - wonderful staff, helpful, place is immaculate, comfortable, food was delicious, everything was fuss-free but luxury service. We ate in the restaurant for lunch and also had a coffee next day in the 'station' bar. We stayed in one of the bigger rooms and loved the view out to St Pancras, high windows and lovely style touches. Shower was hot and high pressure, there was even a pantry at the end of the corridor to make a cup of tea and a little cake nibble. All in all this has become our favourite hotel in London!

We couldn't work out the aircon controls and therefore could have done with an extra quilt on the bed but nothing serious.

For breakfast it was not a buffet and you could only pick one dish and one drink when you have the room with breakfast.

The porter - an older gentleman but charming and helpful. Seemed to enjoy his job.

Location for the Eurostar. Beautiful bathroom & bed linen. Classy hotel generally. Lovely breakfast available in the stylish restaurant.

Wow, what a find. Very plush room right at King's Cross at a very reasonable price. Room very spacious/comfortable eith bathrobe and slippers and excellent bathroom fittings. Concierge very friendly and helpful when leaving bags. Great touch having the little pantry/kitchen area at the end of corridor providing lots of teas/coffees and fresh fruit and little cake/biscuit treats.

Despite the double glazing windows, the street can sometimes be a bit noisy at night.

The location was perfect. Right by the train station and the underground. The staff were extremely friendly.

Full English breakfast and the coffee were excellent. Staff went above and beyond and the room was well appointed and very quiet.

No tea facilities in the room. Fine for coffee. Thought room facilities poor. Informed at checkout facilities for tea in a pantry on floor we were on. Not told at check in. However feel should have both in room.

Location is superb, located between St.Pancras and Kings Cross stations makes it ideally placed. Bit of a hidden gem✴️ A special mention to all the staff, the ones we encountered were all nice and smart and very polite. We had breakfast and again can't fault, the English breakfast was very good and freshly cooked. Our bedroom was nice and clean, our bed very comfortable. We did however have a problem trying to get our coffee machine to work, but no real issue as our room was next to the shared "Pantry" which had tea, coffee making facilities together with a small selection of snacks and pastries.

Nothing to not like.

Being disabled and unable to walk very far, it was fantastic to be able to get to the hotel from Kings Cross so easily. A taxi rank just outside made it super easy to get around London. The room was lovely, very comfortable, clean and well presented.

The wet room floor was too slippery when wet. Had to put towels down to walk on. The dead-lock on the door didn’t work. And whilst the bed-side angle poise lamps look good, the length of the limbs and restricted space made it very difficult for them to be of any practical use to move/reposition.

Great location right next to the station. Room was very quiet which was impressive given how central and busy the location is. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Room could do with a shower as it just had a bathtub. Room temperature was quite warm.

There was a banging noise outside at 10 minutes all through the night so you couldn’t really sleep through it. It was as the bins kept getting moved around. They’re opened and shut.

The bathroom had only a handheld,d shower over a bath tub which is not very good when you are older. So no shower was a big disadvantage

An absolutely perfect location for our needs. Staff at front desk and in bar very attentitive and welcoming. Speedy check in and check out. Nothing was too much trouble.
