Such a comfortable and cosy room. Windows that actually open in a hotel these days is a wonderful bonus too! Very relaxing stay

Location was great. The room was very comfortable. Service was very good.

Despite the double glazing windows, the street can sometimes be a bit noisy at night.

The location was perfect. Right by the train station and the underground. The staff were extremely friendly.

There is nothing that I didn’t like about this hotel. It was simply wonderful.

Excellent location at the train station.

Full English breakfast and the coffee were excellent. Staff went above and beyond and the room was well appointed and very quiet.

No tea facilities in the room. Fine for coffee. Thought room facilities poor. Informed at checkout facilities for tea in a pantry on floor we were on. Not told at check in. However feel should have both in room.

Location is superb, located between St.Pancras and Kings Cross stations makes it ideally placed. Bit of a hidden gem✴️ A special mention to all the staff, the ones we encountered were all nice and smart and very polite. We had breakfast and again can't fault, the English breakfast was very good and freshly cooked. Our bedroom was nice and clean, our bed very comfortable. We did however have a problem trying to get our coffee machine to work, but no real issue as our room was next to the shared "Pantry" which had tea, coffee making facilities together with a small selection of snacks and pastries.

Being disabled and unable to walk very far, it was fantastic to be able to get to the hotel from Kings Cross so easily. A taxi rank just outside made it super easy to get around London. The room was lovely, very comfortable, clean and well presented.

The wet room floor was too slippery when wet. Had to put towels down to walk on. The dead-lock on the door didn’t work. And whilst the bed-side angle poise lamps look good, the length of the limbs and restricted space made it very difficult for them to be of any practical use to move/reposition.

Great location right next to the station. Room was very quiet which was impressive given how central and busy the location is. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Room could do with a shower as it just had a bathtub. Room temperature was quite warm.

Quirky room layout in the couchette which suited us, wanted to be near train station which defo ticked the box

There was a banging noise outside at 10 minutes all through the night so you couldn’t really sleep through it. It was as the bins kept getting moved around. They’re opened and shut.

Perfect central location. Beautiful decor throughout. Love the free pantry on each floor. Friendly and helpful staff.

The bathroom had only a handheld,d shower over a bath tub which is not very good when you are older. So no shower was a big disadvantage

An absolutely perfect location for our needs. Staff at front desk and in bar very attentitive and welcoming. Speedy check in and check out. Nothing was too much trouble.

Such a nice hotel, great location for us, room was comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved the small bar and had a superb breakfast in the restaurant. All the staff we dealt with were very polite, and helpful. Can’t wait to return.

Minor things but I found the pillows too soft and the key reader to gain entry after 10pm was hidden behind a Christmas decoration which caused us to have to walk all around the outside of the building and eventually ask a security guard to help us get in.

Great location. It has everything you need. Toiletries were great, I didn’t need to bring all my own. Robes were a great touch. Everything was clean. Nice view out the window. The room was a good size. The pantry down the hall was great.

The bed was too hard and uncomfortable.

Nothing really, but I was alone. Might be a bit small when with two persons.

We had one of the smaller rooms and it was stylish, clean and well thought out with guest comfort in mind. The staff were all extremely helpful and pleasant. The room service came quickly and the menu was comprehensive. It was perfect for our early train to Paris as we just had to cross the road from the Eurostar Terminal.

So close to the station for the Eurostar. Lovely comfortable bed and clean room. Atmosphere was cosy and the lounge and bar were really lovely and decorated well. Friendly staff to top it all off!

Only downside was the Rails restaurant had been booked out for a private event and we weren’t informed and had been planning to eat there. Ended up eating at the new Hawksmoor round the corner which was an exceptional meal.

The pantry is a great addition.

“The location was excellent. Having the metro, bus, and taxi right in front of the hotel made it very easy to get around the city. With a pleasant 25-minute walk, we could also reach some wonderful parks. We had breakfast included, and it was quite good — a great way to start the day with enough energy. The hotel is also very suitable for families with a baby. We were very satisfied with our stay.”

“Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and didn’t experience any notable issues. Everything met our expectations. The sound insulation was especially good — we couldn’t even tell it was raining outside. Apart from a few minor details, nothing was bothersome, so there isn’t really anything we can say we ‘didn’t like.’”

Booked a last minute room due to travel delays, had no choice really after train was cancelled. Location obviously great for Kings Cross station.

A bit pricey but LNER were covering the cost, so not really a factor for me. Not sure I'd have spent my own money on the price of this room.

I was very impressed with this Hotel from Reception Staff, My Room, Waiter Services and extreme cleanliness everywhere. Lunch was very good and Breakfast was excellent! Staff were very friendly and always had a smile! Thank you
