Great location exceptionally quiet given the close location to the train station and busy road/area Access security very reassuring. staff on reception very pleasant and helpful . The room was great . Very clean . Comfortable bed . Nice to have a dressing gown provided . The hairdryer was faulty but this was quickly rectified by staff with no issue .

There were no tea making facilities in the room which I personally would have preferred as needed to go down the corridor to the residents kitchen which I would not want to do late at night as a single traveller . The kitchen was very well stocked and had some lovely snacks .. There was a coffee maker in the room but personally my preference is for tea .

Can't praise this place enough. Perfect location, very clean and comfortable and surprisingly very quiet for location. Will definitely be returning

Great location for catching an early Eurostar. Nice food & drinks. Close to Coal Drops yard where we had booked dinner. Beautifully appointed bedroom & spacious bathroom with Lefroy Brooks fittings.

The room lovely little kichen at the end of the corridor with supply of tea and coffee. Complementary water in room . Bed so comfortable . The area bang in the middle of kingscross fab hotel . The front door man nice and friendly any time coming and going hello good night just nice guy

Reception staff not very friendly could at least have a smile at least very dark walking into hotel and reception area . For me staff at reception let the hotel down for me . Wanted deposit of 50 pound to hold never said that with booking

I found the bed to be a little too hard for me

Perfectly sited for arrival and departures from the train station. Literally 2 minute walk. Very smart, clean and tidy. Helpful polite staff. Will definitely stay again.

Very convenient for London Kings Cross railway station.

Location and staff were great on arrival and departure to help with our bags. Very appreciative We had dinner in the dining room the first night. Food was terrific and service exceptional

The only issue we had was the two nights booked were not successfully linked and we were charged an additional night by mistake. This was obviously rectified but took several days for charge to be refunded

Loved the pantry at the end of the corridor.

Overnight stay- went to the theatre then caught the Eurostar the next day. Perfect location- clean and comfortable.

I booked last minute after being stuck in London after all the trains were cancelled and the staff were really helpful when I was so stressed

The room was reasonably sized. The location is amazing if you are traveling from/to St. Pancras which was one of the main reasons I booked this place. The hotel is extremely clean and has a certain historic appeal to it. The best part of the stay was definitely the breakfast. It's a la carte but the options are plentiful and very tasty.

I am not a fan of the inability to close doors of a bathroom. In this case the doors were sliding and since I was staying with a friend it made using the bathroom a slightly uncomfortable experience.

Location to St Pancras was brilliant. Room lovely

Room was really only a single and not double. Bed against the wall so inside person had to clamber over the other to go to the loo!

Character rooms with furniture in keeping with the age of the hotel. Quality bedding, furniture, linen etc. Little pantry at the end of the hallway for making tea, coffee etc and bonus fruit and cakes for a snack. Excellent location for St Pancras and Kings Cross

Room was clean, comfortable, with sufficient amenities. I arrived on a hot, humid day (for London) and the air conditioning as a god send. Location was excellent, very easy to get around the city/back to Heathrow with Kings Cross Station and underground right there. Also lots of shops conveniently located nearby, since it was attached to the train station.
