Good value for money ,great location

Decor is dated. Photos make it seem a lot bigger and smarter that it is. Parts of the room very dusty such as skirting boards and fans. Unnecessary ornaments in the room that collect dust. A bed side table is needed between the 2 double beds in room 4 as there’s a gap but no where to put your drinks etc Limited storage for a family to store clothes if staying for a few days Breakfast - limited choice in cooked. They were not able to do an omelette. Croissants were burnt every morning we had breakfast. Some reviewers have raved about the breakfast. I’m not a fussy traveller but I felt the breakfast was just ok. Although the girls serving were very attentive and helpful.

Close to West End

It was hard to regulate the temperature of the shower.

The hotel is really well located for the theatres. Checking in and out was quick and straightforward. Our room was lovely and warm but with a fan and the ability to open the window if we got too hot. The shower worked well and it's good to have shampoo etc... provided.

One of the twin beds in our room had very little support being sunken in the middle so I'm sure if I was staying more than 2 nights that would cause some backache. We did advise of this upon check out so will hopefully be resolved for the next guests. The room is very compact which wasn't problematic for a short stay.

Excellent location, staff very friendly particularly the 2 girls looking after breakfast (great selection at breakfast too) , room comfortable and clean.

The room was incredibly small.

The twin room was exactly as described. It was very clean, with very crisp sheets and comfortable beds, though small singles. The loo was clean and modern with good toiletries supplied. The room is small, but typical of this style of property and the area in central London. We chose the hotel for the specific location close to UCL Hospital. The area feels safe. The staff member on check-in was helpful. We had to leave very early the next morning so we cannot comment on breakfast.

There was nothing we didn't like. I would say that the carpet in our twin room really needs replacing as it is very worn, but this did not detract from the cleanliness of the room or impact our stay.

Amazing location, easy walk to Soho, west end, Chinatown, but also fairly quiet, no traffic noise (I was at the back of the hotel). Warm welcome on arrival, very sweet (compact) single room with great en suite shower. Nicely decorated, had a sense the rooms were all individually curated so it felt more boutique-y than most budget hotels. Great find, this will now be my go-to London hotel.

The bed wasn't terribly comfortable, but for just a couple of nights it didn't matter.

Wasn’t a proper plug in the bathroom sink so couldn’t shave. But that was v minor issue.

The restaurant offered a full english breakfast every morning, cooked on order. The buffet is on the smaller side, but still has a great variety of fruits, bread, pasteries, and cereals.

This is a great location. Lovely and clean, great staff and the room was really comfortable.

I like more pillows but I was too tired to ask!

The hotel has a great location, 5 min on food from the metro station. The staff was kind and very helpful! We haven't tried the breakfast, but looked appealing:)

The room was quite small, but I think it's normal being in a classic skinny London building. The bed was not very comfortable and small for 2 people.

It was clean fresh towels ect everyday had breakfast and free wifi and was close to everything

Was dearer than stated on the app which I found a bit strange

The staff is very friendly, they always help you with a smile. The breakfast is great and the location is perfect. Central but calm, with a beatiful interior.

The room is not very big, but perfect for a citytrip.

We arrived on 14th of February exactly on Valentines day so bedroom was prepared for this occasion😜 and it was nice surprise because we didn't expect especially it was family bedroom. Very good location, highly recommended. 👌

The room was clean and had the necessary amenities. Hotel is in an excellent location in the centre of London. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Friendly and informative staff made us feel welcome. Very convenient for where we wanted to be. Much closer to West end than expected. Good facilities, small and compact, consumables you would expect in the bathroom. Breakfast was good with lots of choice - cooked breakfast was excellent. Information for local and London wide attractions. Would recommend to friends and family and we would definitely come back.

Towels were on small side. Room suitable for child and adult but would be a squeeze for 2 (larger) adults. Glass door to bathroom was an odd choice.

Location was great for Euston, staff were pleasant and the communal areas were really nice
