The hotel was in a good location near the city centre (close to subway stations). And we had a cosy stay!

The rooms are a bit small and you can hear outside noise sometimes.

Location is very central and nice cosy rooms

No air conditioner in the room. I had to sleep with the window open and it was very noisy outside at night.

handy & convenient location for Euston & central London. The hotel let us keep our luggage with them for the day. I had lost a pair of cherished earrings in the room and the staff found it for me when they cleaned the room - wonderful service.

Room was very small, but it's London :) Not much place for clothes, only some hangers. Had to keep clothes in the suitcase.

I was put into an unrenovated room at first but the staff swapped me the next day and were so helpful. So although the first room was not good I still had a great experience (second room was super)

There is no elevator. There is no refrigerator in the accommodation. There is no air conditioner. It is quiet around, but the outside sound is easy to hear.

The location is fantastic and the staff are very friendly. There was a ceiling fan, which helped immensely with the hot weather.

The single beds in the twin rooms weren't great quality, but we only stayed for 1 night, which was fine.

It’s very central, located in the heart of London.

The room was very small and didn’t have air con. Fortunately I didn’t get high temperatures during my staying, as it would be a struggle.

The location is fantastic

The room was tiny and quite shabby. The bathroom/shower felt like in a caravan. And the smells from the kitchen filled the entire room in the morning which was quite unpleasant.

Typical old school English decor. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Close to 3 tube stations, surrounded by universities and a couple of gardens and free museums. Bed linen was clean. Ample towels and bathroom products available. Tea and coffee making facilities available in room. Breakfast was good. Felt safe with hotel door closed at all times.

No lift, no window or extractor in bathroom and no AC. Two fans available but would definitely not be enough for summer months. We struggled with heat in June. No mini fridge. We struggled to access the room being on the third floor with no lift especially with luggages. The double bed was very small and positioned against a wall so difficult for one of us to access.

It doesn't have air-conditioning. It was quite warm as it was a warm week. There was a ceiling fan and another fan in the room which were helpful.

Great value and excellent location! The rooms are small and cozy - very charming. Decorated to feel like you're stepping back in time. Terrific coffee shop and bookstore across the street!

I was a solo traveler and my room was perfect for me. It was a very small room - though with clever use of space (good hangers, drawers, etc.). I'm sure that the double rooms are bigger; just a quirk that might not suit everyone.

The location was ideal - 5 min walk from Euston Station, 10 from St Pancras. 30 min walk to Camden Market, but easy to get underground to there too - station at the top of the street. Staff were really lovely and accommodating. Room was on the smaller size, but bed comfortable.

Super little hotel in a brilliant location for transport and walking to many top attractions. The staff were so helpful, polite and friendly and the breakfasts were delicious, with plenty of choices.

This lovely hotel was exactly what I expected. Yes the room was very small, but it's London. However it was still perfect in its petiteness. The bed was good if a bit small. The bathroom excellent, the tea (and cookies/biscuits) replaced daily, the towels fluffy, the internet fast. They also had sockets at the desk for a variety of international plugs. The breakfast was very good, lots of variety and the lovely ladies would cook your eggs however you wanted them. The location was PERFECT. We were traveling by train, first arriving at Euston Station and leaving a few days later from St. Pancreas, both a short walk away. Plus we were visiting the British Museum on the same street as the hotel!

The only suggestion I can make is the sockets next to the bedside table are at the same height as the shelf of the table. Making use of the plug meant moving the table; raising or lowering the bedside table would solve the problem.

Even though the room was tiny, it was very comfortable and with a great bathroom. It was SUPER clean, which I really appreciated, and the mattress was great. The location is awesome, as it is very central. The rooms are quiet though, despite the location, because they don't face the street, but the back of the building. The host was lovely and even lent me a power adapter, as I had forgotten mine!

Breakfast was a bit expensive.

Close to transport

The staff were incredible accommodating and welcoming. The breakfast (which was included in my rate) was great and had options for both vegetarians and non vegetarians. The room was clean and it was serviced every day. I had a package delivered while I was there and the staff received it with no problem and kept it for me until I returned in the evening.

The carpet in the room was quite worn which brought down the overall feeling of the room. There were almost holes in it between the 2 twin beds and in front of the bathroom. The room was clean but the worn carpet made it fee a bit depressing. It could do with a refresh.

Room 15, rather tired looking, bathroom v narrow, double bed up against wall with dressing table at the bottom so getting out was a challenge and shower was rather somewhat weak.
