We had a wonderful experience at this hotel, truly beyond our expectations. Staff kindness: The staff were amazing – kind, patient, always smiling and eager to help. Every request was handled quickly and pleasantly, and it really felt like they cared about the guests. Facilities: The hotel facilities are high quality, clean, well-maintained and very comfortable to use. Everything we needed was available and well organized. Comfort: The room was spacious, quiet and very comfortable. The bed was great, the room was clean and tidy, and all the small details made us feel at home. Location: The location is excellent – close to attractions, restaurants and public transportation, yet still quiet and peaceful. It was very easy to get everywhere we wanted. In short – an excellent experience, we enjoyed every moment and would definitely come back and recommend it to others!

The hotel is beautiful, very clean, cozy, and extremely comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect — ideal for exploring Lisbon on foot. Special thanks to the managers Joah and Bruno Mateus for their outstanding professionalism, friendliness, and help with everything. Truly amazing staff!

A amazing stay in this fabulous hotel in wonderful Lisbon. You feel so welcomed here and all of the staff go above and beyond to make the experience a memorable one. Do not miss the walking tour - we did the morning one with Ana the concierge who is so helpful and knowledgeable and you really feel like you are part of the family! Breakfast is great and plentiful and the spa is nice after a long day walking - and spotless. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel, the building and rooms are great (and quiet!) but it is the outstanding service that I will remember most.

The service was genuinely Michelin-star–level. The room was spacious, everything was immaculate, and the bathroom products were top-notch. I loved the Chroma shower, and the thoughtful extras—like the bottle of champagne and little surprises in the room—were such a nice touch. Breakfast was outstanding, and the staff were absolutely superb. Location is super too - quiet but close to everything.

At first, I found the lobby and the lift a little disappointing, so the initial impression felt a bit flat. But after that, everything was amazing and more than made up for it—this place really is exceptional.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at Corpo Santo Lisbon Historical Hotel. Everything was outstanding, the property itself, the suite, the facilities, and especially the service. The front desk team and the breakfast staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. We were celebrating 12 years together, and the hotel surprised us with upgrades, which made the experience even more special and memorable. Highly recommended, and we would gladly return without hesitation.

We love this property. From the staff, location, rooms etc etc everything is fantastic. We can’t wait to go back and stay there again.

The only thing missing is a swimming pool. That would be amazing to have. Also, we missed the massage therapists that were available in the spa last year.

This hotel experience was amazing. The location was central, the staff was Incredibly helpful, patient and personable, and they thought of all of the small things to make our stay special (e.g., snacks in the lobby and the hallway, walking tours, cheese tasting, drinks in the room, robes and slippers, on and on…). The daily breakfast was also great - served in the bright stylish hotel restaurant. What an enjoyable stay!

Eventually they will need to replace the carpeting that is in the elevator and rooms.

The location was exceptional. We were able to get to all the attractions, either walking or through public transportation. Even using bolt, never more than $6-$7 euros. We also loved the hotel amenities and that everyone spoke English fluently.

The property was clean and service was above and beyond. Never had to request more than one time. Loved the sauna and jacuzzi after a long day of walking and site seeing.

Location - 5 minute walk from main shopping streets and squares. 5 minute walk from train station to Cascais or city metro in the other direction. Friendly and helpful staff throughout. Spacious, clean rooms. Free room minibar.

The location was excellent. It was close to both the Christmas tree lighting ceremony and the restaurant that we went to that evening. The bathroom was exceptional in the shower had chromotherapy, which was very interesting.

The service, we had the feeling that we stayed at a friend’s house. They took care of us above and beyond expectations. Coming back from a long day of site-seing and been offered a cheese & cold cuts platter with a bottle of wine without even asking ! Complimentary mini bar and snacks, cakes, cookies 24/7 !!! The ambiance and decor are very elegant, and all amenities are of excellent quality !!! The location is the best !!!

The rooms are a bit small for two persons. There is a lot of noise from the bars in the street, if you like to nap with the windows open.

Corpo Santo is an outstanding hotel. Our room was spacious, properly equipped and extremely comfortable. It was nice to have cakes and all kinds of delicious snacks in the lobby. The hotels location allows for walking access to most of the popular and touristic places in the city. A special highlight was the extremely friendly and helpful staff, always welcoming and ready to assist with anything. We were there for the Lisbon marathon in October. I felt perfect help and support from the entire team of the hotel. In relation to perfect result I reached (victory in my age category) I received big surprise. Big surprise I got from the hotel will forever remind me the stay in Lisbon, the Lisbon marathon and the kind staff of the hotel. Thanks to reception team, to Nuno Ricardo, Christopher, Anne. I apologize that I do not remember all the names of the wonderful staff. In the case of the next visit in the Lisbon I am sure I will take Corpo Santo !!

This hotel was absolutely perfect. Friendly staff, large rooms, clean, boutique style with a small spa: sauna, steam room, whirl pool, gym. Super social with complimentary cocktail hour, fun drinks for kids, and a table of pastry and Portuguese treats available at every hour. Minutes from the Metro, Time out Market, and waterfront walkways. This hotel ticks every box.

Corpo Santo is an outstanding and leading hotel in all areas of hospitality and deserves great appreciation. The hotel staff - at the reception, in the hotel restaurant, room service, concierge services have a service awareness of the highest level, professional and efficient, courteous and welcoming. Our room was spacious, properly equipped, an excellent shower (music and lighting effects added to the atmosphere) and extremely comfortable. A variety of drinks in the minibar at no charge which were refilled daily, as well as a bottle of water every day. It was also nice and happy to receive surprises in the room from time to time such as a bottle of wine, cakes and all kinds of delicious snacks. It should be noted that the level of cleanliness throughout the hotel is excellent, the breakfast served to the table was good and tasty, in a pleasant atmosphere and with professional and courteous service as I have already mentioned. The hotel's location allows for walking access to most of the popular and touristic places in the city, in addition, there is a public transport station nearby. Additional free services at the hotel that greatly add to the hospitality experience - daily guided city tours, refreshments and hot/cold drinks in the lobby throughout the day, evening cocktail hour, late-night food, fruit, cookies and nuts on each floor for guest service. But as mentioned, it is the staff throughout the hotel that makes the difference. Thanks and appreciation to Reuven and the reception team, to Paul the concierge and special thanks to Nuno Ricardo, the guest services manager, well done. Our stay was delightful. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. Breakfast was freshly made instead of buffet-style, which made it feel more sophisticated. We loved the variety of complimentary snacks and drinks. The room was extremely clean and well maintained. The shower had a spa-like feel with calming lights and music, which was a nice extra touch. Over all a relaxing stay. We would gladly return.

A very beautiful hotel at an excellent location! Immediately upon arriving at the hotel, you get a warm welcome feeling. I love how the breakfast is organised. Very good food and service. The staff is extraordinary!

Loved everything! The only minor point is that breakfast service can take a while. If you have a morning tour planned, it’s best to allow extra time for the sit-down, made-to-order breakfast
