Corpo Santo Historical Hotel, Lisbon

I stay in hotels in various countries several times per month. This hotel is among the best I have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, my colleague and I were welcomed with smiles, warmth and professionalism by the staff. Our luggage was looked after, we were given a tour of the property, including the lovely spa area. Our room was superb, spacious with plenty of storage space. It overlooked a busy square but the double-glazing is so good that we could't hear any outside noise. Extremely comfortable bed and bed linen. The furniture and decor are high quality and many services are included in the price: minibar, nuts and dried fruit. In addition, snacks, cakes, sweets, hot drinks and even a chocolate fountain in the lobby are part of the package. A treat to look forward to every evening. Room service was excellent. Breakfast in bed was always on time and matched our order. Air con/heating/wifi/shower, everything worked well. If I ever go to Lisbon again, I'll definitely stay there again. My search is over for that city.

Central location, just near the time out market and pink street. Super comfy bed. Great breakfirst, but Above all - best staff ever. Very attentive and tried to accommodate every request we had. Warm regards to Katherine, Andrew, Nonu, Thomas and the rest.

I loved the hotel! This was my third time in Lisbon, but this hotel is definitely my favorite I’ve stayed in. The walking tours were fun and informative. Loved learning what once was the site of the hotel. The front desk staff were all very warm and hospitable

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at! The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. They were more than happy to help plan a surprise for my hysband's birthday. An unforgettable stay from start to finish and we felt so well taken care of.

The hotel was amazing. The attentive and polite staff, fantastic bar and cocktails, superb breakfast included in our stay and delicious restaurant food in the evening made it a perfect getaway. The location was also great. I would recommend this Hotel.

We loved everything about this hotel. It was a highlight of our month long trip and had a great room, the friendliest staff who were incredibly helpful, the amazing activities like walking tours and wine/food tastings that they offered every day so guests can get to know the local produce. Fantastic guest engagement for rainy days in Lisbon. It felt more welcoming than home.

The fact that we could stay longer!

Everything - the hotel was beautiful with fantastic amenities (breakfast and spa included) and also free activities to participate in. They also had a bottle of bubbles waiting in the room for our bride! The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, with them joining in the laughter of our bridal party group. Centrally located to visit all the sites of Lisbon with Pink Street and the Timeout Mercado very nearby.

Nothing - we will be coming back and recommending to all our friends.

Corpo Santo Lisbon Historical Hotel exceeded all our expectations. Impeccable cleanliness with housekeeping twice a day, delicious à la carte breakfast, and an atmosphere of true comfort and elegance. The staff are unbelievably friendly and attentive — you truly feel cared for. Wine tastings, free city tours, and many thoughtful details made our stay special. We were also kindly offered a late check-out for several extra hours at no additional charge, which we truly appreciated. A heartfelt thank you to Christopher, who made my birthday morning incredibly special and unexpected! This hotel is a real gem, and we can’t recommend it enough!!

There was nothing we didn’t like; everything was exceptional.

Everything was amazing! That was my 3 stay in this hotel. Perfect location, very quiet, clean and comfortable. Very safe - you don’t need to do anything to protect yourself and your staff in your room. Everyone very friendly, polite and respectful. Great food. You are always can eat some fruits, nuts or cake for free. Also free water. Every evening- degustation 🩷 my favourite part of the day! If you want and need bed rooting- it’s perfect place! Nobody disturb you! Honestly it’s very important! And again it’s sooo quiet inside - amazing! Also breakfast till 11am - absolutely brilliant idea! Check out 12pm what’s the great surprise! I love this place!

The amenities, the staff went beyond the call of duty, the service was the best I’ve ever had. I also enjoyed the events that were complementary daily that the hotel provided for us guest. Like daily walking tours, or wine tastings….very special place…

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel, truly beyond our expectations. Staff kindness: The staff were amazing – kind, patient, always smiling and eager to help. Every request was handled quickly and pleasantly, and it really felt like they cared about the guests. Facilities: The hotel facilities are high quality, clean, well-maintained and very comfortable to use. Everything we needed was available and well organized. Comfort: The room was spacious, quiet and very comfortable. The bed was great, the room was clean and tidy, and all the small details made us feel at home. Location: The location is excellent – close to attractions, restaurants and public transportation, yet still quiet and peaceful. It was very easy to get everywhere we wanted. In short – an excellent experience, we enjoyed every moment and would definitely come back and recommend it to others!

A amazing stay in this fabulous hotel in wonderful Lisbon. You feel so welcomed here and all of the staff go above and beyond to make the experience a memorable one. Do not miss the walking tour - we did the morning one with Ana the concierge who is so helpful and knowledgeable and you really feel like you are part of the family! Breakfast is great and plentiful and the spa is nice after a long day walking - and spotless. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel, the building and rooms are great (and quiet!) but it is the outstanding service that I will remember most.

The service was genuinely Michelin-star–level. The room was spacious, everything was immaculate, and the bathroom products were top-notch. I loved the Chroma shower, and the thoughtful extras—like the bottle of champagne and little surprises in the room—were such a nice touch. Breakfast was outstanding, and the staff were absolutely superb. Location is super too - quiet but close to everything.

At first, I found the lobby and the lift a little disappointing, so the initial impression felt a bit flat. But after that, everything was amazing and more than made up for it—this place really is exceptional.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at Corpo Santo Lisbon Historical Hotel. Everything was outstanding, the property itself, the suite, the facilities, and especially the service. The front desk team and the breakfast staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. We were celebrating 12 years together, and the hotel surprised us with upgrades, which made the experience even more special and memorable. Highly recommended, and we would gladly return without hesitation.

We love this property. From the staff, location, rooms etc etc everything is fantastic. We can’t wait to go back and stay there again.

The only thing missing is a swimming pool. That would be amazing to have. Also, we missed the massage therapists that were available in the spa last year.

This hotel experience was amazing. The location was central, the staff was Incredibly helpful, patient and personable, and they thought of all of the small things to make our stay special (e.g., snacks in the lobby and the hallway, walking tours, cheese tasting, drinks in the room, robes and slippers, on and on…). The daily breakfast was also great - served in the bright stylish hotel restaurant. What an enjoyable stay!

Eventually they will need to replace the carpeting that is in the elevator and rooms.

Location staff breakfast everything was wonderful

The location was exceptional. We were able to get to all the attractions, either walking or through public transportation. Even using bolt, never more than $6-$7 euros. We also loved the hotel amenities and that everyone spoke English fluently.

The property was clean and service was above and beyond. Never had to request more than one time. Loved the sauna and jacuzzi after a long day of walking and site seeing.

Location - 5 minute walk from main shopping streets and squares. 5 minute walk from train station to Cascais or city metro in the other direction. Friendly and helpful staff throughout. Spacious, clean rooms. Free room minibar.

The location was excellent. It was close to both the Christmas tree lighting ceremony and the restaurant that we went to that evening. The bathroom was exceptional in the shower had chromotherapy, which was very interesting.
