Beautiful property, very upscale and super clean! La Cote restaurant as well as Don’s Steakhouse were absolutely phenomenal! We can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful, new, modern and warm decor. When I opened the door to the room the curtains automatically opened as if to greet me.

Very clean, with the smell of a disinfected room, which was very calming as I was sure about the cleanliness of the room. The staff is amazing. My English is not very good, but the employees were not nervous and even offered to write things down for me when my pronunciation was terrible. I was amazed by this gesture

High floor, beautiful view, everything is new, clean, wonderful. Parking is easy too, plenty of space!

It’s a bit far from the Strip, but there are buses for $8 for 24 hours. The hotel doesn’t even offer a coffee table in the room, and the shower has only basic amenities

Way too Expensive restaurants and the set up for the snacks and drinks in the room. If you move them you pay so i had to pay $40 be aise my husband moved something without knowing

Exceptionally clean. A little lbs on the upscale side which is nice. Plenty of everything! Wasn’t too loud. Barely noticed the cigarette smoke unlike mist casinos/ hotels. Laid out beautifully! Lots of choices to eat and drink. Pool on level 3 is amazing.

Beautifully decorated hotel. The rooms were spacious and a very comfortable bed with luxurious bedding. Service at the pool area was good. A great variety of restaurants

No coffee machine in room and the hotel didnt even provide a bottle of water per guest in the room. Most hotels especially at this caliber offer both of these. Instead you had to buy the Fiji water for $16.00 / bottle. Absolutely ridiculous. As a hotel guest also paying resort fees you would think I could access the spa wet area foe free but instead they said I would be charged $80/per person to access for 4 hours. Apparently the resort fee only grants you access to the pool and gym only.

The price! It’s just so expensive to do anything there even the food was really expensive. I understand that this is a place of business but literally everything was so high priced and I feel like it just didn’t give enough to justify the high costs of everything.

Absolutely beautiful facility! The spa was amazing, Don’s Prime was delicious. The staff were very polite. Everything was very clean.

Did not like the sheets. Husband woke up sweating through the sheets multiple times because of the material they are made of.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. It appears no expense was spared when building the Fontainebleau. It is well appointed and all of the staff are courteous and very helpful. The beds were very comfortable as was the room overall.

The receptionist who checked us in was a bit rude

It had Vegas pricing on breakfast items but the food was very good. Staff was super helpful and nice.

the air conditioner emitted an odor. We told them and it got somewhat rectified but not totally.

It was very nice and very well taken care of. I didn’t see a mess once but I saw people maintaining stuff constantly which was cool. Also it’s so nice looking compared to the other hotels in Vegas. It feels so much more luxury

Every thing

I loved everything about the hotel - the only downside was the location. The food in the hotel as great! The rooms were so cool and honestly really comfortable! It was really nice that it was not as packed as the other hotels in Vegas but it is quite a bit away from the strip.

The location - not that it can be changed. It was difficult to get to the main strip and there was not really anything around the hotel itself to do.

Facilities are very clean and decorated beautifully. Room was spacious with comfortable beds and a luxurious bathroom with a huge bathtub. Great view.

Air conditioning in the hallway temperature was set too cold, especially after using swimming pool and the hair/body still wet and walking thru that quite long hallway was not pleasant. Another thing that we stayed Tues/Wed nights and there were few restaurants closed on those 2 days so we couldn’t try.

Room had plenty of kitchen cupboards, no fridge, no kettle or coffee machine.

Typically when it’s notated that I’m staying at a hotel for a celebration there’s acknowledgment or a special item in the room. That was a miss at this place.

Beside the pool area no where to fill cold water to drink. In all the food court in the 2nd floor the restaurant refuses to give tap water and it force you to buy bottle water for $8 dollars. It’s not nice. They should have there water containers like in the pool

We love the elegance of this hotel. So simply beautiful. Every staff we encountered was very friendly and helpful. The decor throughout the hotel is gorgeous.

The fact that you can still smoke in the casino. I get it, but can't stand it.

The property is beautiful, great spa and amazing pool area!

I loved everything about the property, but what stood out the most was the amazing scent throughout the hotel. It has a very pleasant and welcoming aroma that made the whole experience even better

The only thing I didn’t like was that the room didn’t have a coffee maker. I usually enjoy having a cup of coffee right after I wake up, so I missed that convenience.
