The LINQ Hotel, Las Vegas

Very impersonal, check in and check out is done via machines. Takes forever to get anywhere and the layout is very confusing which is kind of typical for Vegas Hotels but still annoying. Our toilet was clogged due to no fault of ours and it took over an hour to get fixed when we desperately needed to use the bathroom. The room itself was nice, water pressure was okay, garage was 20$ a day with in and out privileges.

We had a strip view. Unfortunately that means you are also next to the live concert area which starts in the afternoon and plays until 1 am every night. When you have to be on a tour at 5.30am not the best. If we had been advised of this on check in we would have asked for another room. Housekeeping doesn’t automatically come. Again was not advised of this at check in. Good location otherwise.

The room is spacious and clean. The hotel has a nice cafe downstairs with good coffee. The location is incredible, and the LINQ promenade is very nice.

The hotel can be a bit overwhelming, in terms of noise and crowds. But that's Vegas, not the hotel per se.

Great location. Comfortable room, but I missed a kettle for tea/coffee.

Cleaning services were not the best - I had to request housekeeping to reinforce cleaning a couple of times. Of note, they attended my requested and reinforced the cleaning.

Do note there is an additional resort fee, self parking can be confusing but you can follow the sign that says “The linq” and you’l find self parking garage.

Just another hotel in Vegas, nothing good nothing bad. Room was clean and comfy. It was good overall

this was the best location! close to most everything we wanted to see. the staff is wonderful. everyone went above and beyond. only reason i did not give 10/10 is due to facilities being slightly dated and minor inconveniences during my stay

The hotel is in a great location. Nice restaurants plus the affordable In N Out were nearby. The room was very quiet & the desk was kind enough to give us a room near the elevator since I'm on a new medication that gets me out of breath easily. Check-in/check out was easy. Stowing our luggage on our last day was easy. The rates were very affordable.

When we arrived in our room the phone didn't work because someone disconnected the receiver. We also had to call maintenance twice to fix the safe. The desk had big scratches on it. Lastly, it would be nice if the casino area near the check-in & Bell Desk had no smoking.

The property itself was great! Only issue is we had a king room booked and got stuck with two queens. We had a late flight in from Florida, close to midnight, but the hotel was notified of the late check in & didn't seem to be an issue. Upon arrival the room I booked was no longer available, so we got stuck with smaller beds. The front desk agent said they could possibly get us "moved" into the king room the next day if it became available. Because that's what people want to do after a long day of travel, wait & move again. Overall, the hotel/property/area was great! I'd definitely recommend it to people, just be weary your requests may not be accommodated, even if said they would. Definitely left me feeling underappreciated for a trip we were excited for!

Love the beds, super comfy! I didn’t like how anyone could go up in the elevators without a room key to activate the elevators. Safety is very important to me and I didn’t like that anyone not staying there had access to rooms.

Great location. We were out most of the time exploring so only there to sleep. Room was clean and tidy. Beds comfortable. Served its purpose.

Very pricy within the complex. We stayed 3 days and not a single interaction with a staff member (maybe not a bad thing!). Noisey hallways at night with others coming and going. Had a random lady knocking on door one morning looking for her room, then another morning had paramedics and police outside dealing with someone who was comatosed outside our door in the hallway.

They want you to check I in online or on their mobile check in but my last name was not found…. So that didn’t work for me! No idea where the room was until I saw my emails there were instructions there that should have been communicated by the desk staff at check in like other hotels. They rush you in & out

Location was the center of the strip with lots of food options and entertainment.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable and the parking was expensive.

Free Parking, Adequate for the price.

Parking was awful. Each time I went out, the room key didn't work, so I had to use the call button. The reply was not quick, as there were cars backed up behind me, blowing and tutting horns.

I enjoyed my stay at the linq because it was cozy and comfortable. The hotel was clean with plenty of trash cans placed through out the facility. The staff was kind and very helpful when needed.

There was not much to not like.

House keeping never cleaned the room. Not a lot of restaurants.

Everything was very enjoyable. Staff was always welcoming and friendly. The hotel provides easy directions to follow to find front desk and the rooms.

Unfortunately our condition in our shower was broken, as well as our TV kept freezing. The mattress we had wasn't all that comfortable, along with the bedsheets being so rough.

The location, cleanliness and room was a good size.

Sometimes the water in the shower wasn’t hot enough and the light around the mirror in front of the sink in the main bathroom in our room won’t stay on. So putting on make up made it difficult. Overall we would stay here again.

The place is a maze. They should give each guest a map of the facility at check in. Most expensive drinks we had anywhere. Waited forever and couldn’t get a spot at the low minimum tables. Many dealers sitting idle at high minimum tables but they would never open another low bid table so I passed on the gambling here and lost all my money more slowly at another casino

Good location on the strip, close to lots of other casinos, promenade, shopping and the monorail. Plenty of amenities nearby as well as entertainment.

The bed pillows in the room were as hard as rocks and not comfortable at all. I should have called and asked for different pillows.

The location is close to the center strip casinos and the LINQ alley. The checkin was super easy and fast at the kiosk. The layout of the casino is nice and open. There are lots of food options, and the alley also has a lot of bars.

The room, which was basically the cheapest room, was kind of smelly and the only window opened up into an industrial shaft with ducts and walls.

The bellhop gentlemen that helped with luggage were great. The casino is good too. The check in staff were helpful.

The phone didn't work. Had to walk down to bell desk to get baggage picked up. They sent a guy to fix it. He didn't fix it. TV remote wasn't in room. Body wash soap in shower was out. Found a little trash around bed left from previous people. Just a lot of little things that added up to me never staying there again. Even got a little attitude from the girl at bell desk. It was unnecessary.

Location was great.

Elevator were always packed took about half hour to leave our floor. And only one way out got pretty backed up trying to leave garage.

Our room was across from the pool entrance and very near the elevators, so it was VERY noisy.

I liked the location of the hotel and casino. Easy access to and from the hotel rooms.

I did not like how the rooms have no dressers or counter space by TV. Also, small area by night stand and carpet by beds not vacuumed thoroughly.

Extra charge for more than 2 devices on WIFI. Paper cups in room. Wall switches that turn nothing on. Pillows that are so hard, they can’t be used for sleep. Check in cumbersome.

Perfect location right in the heart of the strip.

The dealers where very pushy and rude I’m a first timer and they didn’t help me feel welcomed and when I asked questions it felt as if they wanted me to leave there tables because I wasn’t aware of how the game functioned he also forced me to tip the waitress which I have no problem with but he came off a bit rude and inpatient.

Location was excellent, very central on the strip so walking anywhere wasn't a problem and if you want to go to freemont street, taxis are freely available outside the side exit or there's a bus stop on the front for the deuce bus. The linq parade at the other side has a great variety of food and drink outlets and a couple of gift shops. (Yard house for a beer was a personal favourite).

There was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room which particularly annoyed us. We like a brew as soon as we wake up whilst getting ready for the day. Tea was available down in the shops at $8 each so that was a no go. Also, booked a room with a "view of the strip" but was disappointed with the view. It was basically a corridor of the linq through to ceasers palace. Will attach photo.
