Hash House! Rooms were nice, comfortable.

No seating to wait on or just sit a minute. Didn’t notice it much until I went into the Bellagio and they had seating areas. Also it’s VEGAS and you have no restaurant open at 6:00am? Each casino hotel should have one, walking to the Venetian at 6:00 after a long flight was exhausting.

Great location, clean modern rooms, great bathrooms, easy parking.

$50 a night resort fee charged for the pool to be closed when we got there at 3pm, $6-8 bottles of water is crazy, during check out one of the staff were very rude when we enquired about the $200 added cost

Bell Desk people are really nice - took great care of our luggage when we came in early and our room wasn't ready yet. Pool security was great - told us about the family pool at the Flamingo and basically saved our trip (we came to spend time at the pool). Room service people were also nice. The bathroom was modern and clean, the beds were comfortable.

Our room was SO TINY!!! Yes, it, had two beds that were comfortable but there was nothing besides that. We brought food back to the room to eat but there was nowhere to put the food down other than an 18-inch coffee table and a 5" ledge at the base of the TV. Also, not clearly advertised, but the pool is for 21 years and older - that was a huge disappointment for us since we came for pool time. Also, you're paying for a resort fee, so if you can't use the pool then there's no value with that.

My self and girlfriend really enjoyed outside venues, resturants and great food just right outside the casino.

I didnt like the pool size and the fact their wasnt alot of lawn chair outside.

The hotel was very clean and good value. There were employees outside the hotel helping you to get a taxi when needed.

Not as many food options as other hotels. Also, other hotels had more attractions like shows etc. two of the staff at check in were very rude to me when I was inquiring about the total price and told me to take out a calculator and calculate it myself. Luckily the hotel manger then helped me himself. I was outraged with how unhelpful and rude the first two members of staff were. They were so unprofessional. Also, I booked two rooms on my booking so I thought they would automatically be close by each other but they were opposite ends of the hotel. This was annoying but not a massive deal.

Finding the parking was a bit confusing but other than that everything was good

Billing is very difficult to understand. Also, didn’t like paying for early check in!

Staff were not very helpful, especially when I queried the check out bill, was much more than I was expecting to pay. Hotel was stinking of cigarettes and weed.

Location is perfect!

Only 2 towels per room and foul smells in hallway near ice machine.

The room was clean and cozy. The view was also beautiful.

The hallways smelled like marijuana on the main floors.

The room was bare. No coffee machine. Space for couch with no couch. Pump toiletries the leaked everywhere.

Location on the strip is central and in easy walking distance of impressive hotels and casinos.

Our room overlooked the outdoor rock bar from the neighbouring hotel. That plays loud heavy rock music until 2am which isn’t great when you’re up at 4am for flights. Our water went off in the middle of the night and it took a good few hours until it was sorted (this was half the hotel) In comparison to other casinos on the strip, the linq is fairly basic. Check in and out was all automated so any questions you have can’t be addressed at the time when you arrive.

Pool area was closed to children. I would have booked at another hotel if I had known in advance. They made accommodations at the hotel next door, however I consider the need to change locations an inconvenience.

Location was perfect!! Room was spotless and very quiet. Loved the atmosphere in this hotel.

Could have had a bottle of water in the room for the price we paid also the bed sheets were very badly worn and had holes in them.

Hotel did not have the room type we had paid for at check-in, but they gladly comped us the difference and gave us a late checkout. Very friendly, generous, and helpful staff all around.

I lliked the location of the hotel.

I did not like that there was no valet at the guest entrance which was inconvenient. I did not want to go to Harrah's for that so ended up self parking. I do not like the resort fee because it's not like a Cesar's Palace or the Bellagio.

I think you could have at least provided the guests with some water each day. I was there purely for sight seeing, therefore the casino facilities was not my priority.
