Clean & renovated- parking free The Staff are so friendly & kind

Very spacious rooms, comfortable bed. The location was perfect on the strip.

We asked for a late check out, did not need too much time, perhaps just 1 hour but it was a straight 'no' which did not feel very accomodating.

Great location to Beer district. Remodeled nice rooms. Great price for size of room on strip. Great place if needing a place to stay and a primary location between the strip and Freemont street.

Very low key, not many activities within the hotel.

Main floor was excellent. Room in Alexandria building was weird and dated.

Food and beverage cost are out of control at all hotel food venues. Not complimentary soft drink cocktail servers on casino floor.

I liked the location.

We were four people and had only 3 towels. In addition, we only had two bottle of water and paper cups. The bed were probably queen size or just simple double beds, they were too small and we kept hitting on each other, we barely slept.

Situated in the heart of the strip, it offers convenient access to the surrounding shops and casinos. The rooms were excellent and quite affordable. incredibly roomy and tastefully decorated.

Due to the size of the building, one would need to take the elevator and travel a considerable distance to reach their room. Access to the parking lot took some time to walk

It was a nice location next to the monorail.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

I had a little trouble checking in, and I found out the staff isn't trained on how to spot human trafficking and what to do if you do spot it. This surprised me since every hotel I spoke to in the area is trained on spotting human trafficking. They were the only one I spoke to who weren't, but the staff seemed willing to learn more.

The room was beautiful and clean. The staff was friendly, polite, and very accommodating with what they could. The location was also good, because it was on the strip, but away from the noise.

The rooms do not have a coffee maker, nor a kettle. Plus, there is no breakfast in the hotel, so there was no way to get coffee in the morning, other than buying it from the "in-house" Starbucks, which was extremely expensive.

Beautiful- great hotel rooms and good casino area. Literally the beginning of the strip but it’s definitely nice if you don’t want to be in the hustle and bustle of the strip.

Our double queen bedroom smelt like old cigars and the smoke smell was so strong. The casino area is a tad small compared to others in Vegas but the slots kept us playing all night as it kept giving.
