Location is on the strip and not that too far. Casino machines and the lounge bar was great

The matress was too soft and the hosted parties weren't great they had great facilities to host great parties.

Beautiful elegant hotel.

Our toilet was dirty when we got to the room and you coild hear the music at night.

Location is great! The room has all you need and the swimming pool wasn’t super crowded

The staff at reception could be nicer, they seem annoyed at any question. Swimming pool schedule could be extended (opens late and closes soon)

The pool times, started at 10am (check out is at 11am) and closes at 5pm I believe too. I know a lot of pools have these times now but this is definitely inconvenient. The pool was pretty small overall with very little availability on the long chairs,

The hotel public areas and room were new and very nice - making it a very good value. Location next to monorail stop was useful to get to other spots in Vegas bypassing the traffic jammed Strip. Location was good (10 mins walk) to my conference at the Fontainebleau. The pool space was nice, and the breakfast restaurant was very nice. The taxi/ride share areas were convenient for hotel guests, so you did not have to keep walking through the Casino area. Walgreens, Subway, McD, 7-11 across the street which was useful for after hours needs.

The gym was a dump, with only cardio machines - the few weight machines were all broken. dumbbells options were OK, so you could make do, but not more. The Starbucks and coffee place had insane prices (US$14 for coffee + muffin), but I guess this is the standard in Vegas everywhere. The pool space seems to be 80% reserved for "upgrade" extra pay services, and they would not even let you bring cold iced tea with you (bag checks on entry), but I guess that's another Vegas standard.

Nice property with good facilities. Clean and comfortable rooms.

We had a room with 2 double beds to accommodate 2 adult couples. There was no door between the main room and the shower area; and the shower had a window in it that looked into the main room. There was a blind for modesty but it could be opened from the outside. It didn’t over much in the way of privacy when needed.

room was ok, room mini frig was great, carpet was showing signs of wear. noise level was good.

Blanca tower has 2 elevators, for 1st 2 days one elevator worked sporadically. key activate for elevator didn't work causing me much distress. 3rd day elevators worked as expected.

Restaurants were fine but really quite expensive

Generally they are good.

Just the shower can only turn one way. If you want hot water you can only turn strong. And the sound insulation is poor.

I went to Breakfast at Zeffers and the pancakes were excellent, but when I went for lunch it was a horrible issue ...I waited for 44 mins and the food came out cold which was unacceptable...especially when spoke to manager ..he only offered some old fruit tray.whike we wait for the new oder .no type of comp..

The Lunch came out 45 mins cold ..unacceptable!

The refurbished room looked brand new and modern. The place was spotlessly clean. Easy access to the monorail was convenient.

There was a long line for breakfast at the cafe on Saturday and Sunday.

The pool was nice, check-in not until 4pm was late so we had to pay to check in a little early. The Mexican resturaunt was good value for your money

The beds were UNCOMFORTABLE. Drinks at the pool were overpriced. The whole front entrance was inaccessible one day and the door people/traffic conductors were extremely rude.

Everything was good, room, staff, location.

Breakfast Cafe was excellent.

The room description through booking.com said the room had tubs and showers. We only had a shower so we were slightly disappointed.

The staff were all very lovely, the room was clean. Great location for the festival grounds!

The room was quite small. It’s not a bad location but right at the end of the strip so a bit of a walk. Going towards the Strat felt a bit unsafe at night.

The room was compact but nice and tasteful.

The toilet was not at all comfortable and the segregated style of the wash room was not very comfortable to use.

The hotel is very nice and it’s in the center of Fremont and the new Vegas strip

I had a problem with my first room with housekeeping not cleaning properly. But the second room was lovely.

Perfect to get in and out of the strip. Parking is awesome! Easy to get to room and casino.

The elevators need some work. A few times I thought we were gonna get stuck.

Hashbrowns were like shoestring potatoes after asking to cook them more thoroughly

The breakfast at zeffers was mediocre at best not the nicest staff and the hash browns were raw 2 days in a row

Had hard time with check-in process and had to wait for 2 hours because the system was down. Then had to spent another 2 hours to change the room

Loved our room and the pool. Staff were great!

The elevators were slow and one day weren't working at some point. Thankfully we were on 3rd floor. Also my room wasn't vacuum properly red popcorn on floor near bed.

We booked via booking.com , breakfast was included into our selection but the hotel DOES NOT have a breakfast option so we were told to get in touch with booking to sort this out…

Clean and appeared updated. Friendly staff. Person who serviced our room was excellent.
