Beautiful Sexy Property

Some of the team was not nice, there was a loud rattle in my room all night (paid $500 for night) and hidden fees, unkept promises

Felt transactional rather than hospitable. The bathroom floor was sticky to walk on. Requested for a room on top floor but didn’t get one since the room on top floors weren’t ready. Vague information on various self parking options in the property. Waiting line for checking in/out. Swimming pool was overcrowded.overpriced for the facilities provided.

The stafff is rude , not at all helpful. They want to charge u for a kettle . I remember the guest services girls name Stephany. She was like I will havto hang up on u instead of hearing the issue or being helpful. The room key was always an issue. And many more. In short not a great experience

No water , kettle , tea or coffee. Housekeeping is pathetic. Ac doesn’t work. No service. Not sure why booking.com is showing them in 5 star. Very very far From it. Never again

Brilliant location, the Hotel is so cool and such a good atmosphere. We visited from the UK and absolutely loved it. So many hidden bars and not so hidden pizza restaurants.

Massive Queues at Check in but its Vegas and to be expected and the 'hidden' pizza restaurant queue is about 45 minutes every night.

Room is without Wi-Fi and breakfast. Service support to the room is very weak. Please speed up the response time to guests.

Allocate a room that is ready to occupy and not ask guest to wait for repair especially lights are out of order. Checked in 3pm and the room is very getting dark.

Great hotel have stayed there many times before it ticks all the boxes

I had a lot of bags in this transit through vegas, I found the staff to support with bags pretty rude on both arrival and leaving, not what I’ve seen in other hotels

The staff at check in was awesome. The in room service dinning staff exceptionally awesome. The engineer who fixed the light switch was awesome and was knowledgeable of info. So because of them we would be back

When I booked I put a note in asking first something special in the room. It said it could be done. No one contacted me. I did not know I had to contact concierge after I had already asked . So it was not done. I then asked for a microwave. To be in room. It was not until I asked. The light fixture was broke. I called someone for that. The outside cushions were soak wet. I waiting no one came to replace. The Henry’s greeter was not friendly.

The room was very nice, especially the balcony with a view of the bellagio fountain and the sphere.

There were food leftovers in the fridge. Gross!!!

First night there after a long day of flight delays, we had to call for maintenance to come reset our light switches because they were inoperable, lights wouldn’t turn off.

The bed was very comfortable and the room size was also very generous.

No complimentary bottled water No electric kettle No tea/coffee When I asked, I was informed that they can send me a cup of coffee for $17.00. One cup of coffee for $17! The other downside was the check in process. There were long queues and it took me at least 45 minutes to go through the process.

We loved our room with a balcony. Very spacious, nice view, and good for working as well.

Pity there is no coffee in the rooms. Also, couldn't get a bandage from the staff when I cut open my finger on the steel of the bar chair

Well located, open room balcony, aesthetic/decor, good size room and bathroom.

Room bathroom sinks were clogged, wasn’t able to use one of the sinks because it was so backed up, mirrors were dirty upon entering, shower faucet was/is lose, over all not same quality as last time I stayed here - before MGM took over. Sad and disappointing. Cigarette smell was present every time walked through floor 1.

Breakfast at Henry’s. Excellent food and staff are amazing. The whole facility is great, really a one stop shop, you don’t have to leave, everything is there.

Smoking indoors. Coming from Australia where this is not permitted and being a non smoker this was a bit off putting.

The staff put us in a room that had loud music outside for the 1st night and we requested a change to a different side of hotel yet, it was a hassle to pack up again to move. They knowingly did this to rush us into a room. Kind of frustrating. I had to haggle with manager to comp at least one night. Also, the room power was only working in living room so needed someone to come fix the problem.

No tea or coffee facilities in the room. No free water unless you’re willing to drink it out of the faucet. Bottle water prices are astronomical. CVS pharmacy was our go to for bulk water purchases, I mean for the price and the resort fee….come on !

Mood, lot of dinner-restaurant options, great pool, great room

We order few items to the room which never arrived and water temperature was never properly calibrated even after asking them to fix it.

Bed and room were comfortable, lots of dining options, staff was incredible. Eddy at China Poblano was amazing! The food was delicious and loved the vibe. Rhonda at the Chandellier Bar was amazing! Chelsea and Julia were also great! Blue Ribbon dinner was tasty and great. Julia at the Chelsea pool was attentive and great!

Room did not have any coffee!!! Boooooo! And the fan didn’t work in the bathroom and the iPad never worked. There was old carry out food left in our hallway outside somebody room for a couple days. Lighting in the water closet was super dim - very dark. Secret pizza was old and over warmed up. Crunchy dry and burnt. Elevators were hot and stuffy!

Limited spots at the Boulevard pool, half the spots were reserved. There was no coffee or water included despite us having booked a nice suite. Smoke smell.

It took a while to check in. I also lost my room key during the trip and it took a while to get it replaced. Always a line at the front desk.

Having a balcony with great views of the strip really set the room apart from other venues I have stayed at. Great location with being interconnected to Bellagio. Spacious room with all the amenities you would expect.

We arrived quite late due to flight delays and were very disappointed it took over an hour to check into this hotel. There were approximately 20 people ahead of me in the queue and they only had 3 staff checking people in. The process was very slow, taking around 10 to 15 minutes to check in each guest. The Holiday Inn has faster check in service, It meant that our first night in Vegas was complete write off as we were just to tired by the time we got to our room after midnight. Also, I understand its a premium hotel but $15 USD for a bottle of water in-room is completely over the top! Staff were not very friendly and a bit snobby, could work on being more hospitable.

Our tv was not working and we called the front desk and they told us they was sending up engineer to fix it but never did and came the next day after we had to call them again. Our floor didn’t have ice so when we called them about the ice they told us we can get as complimentary but later I found out I was charged $10 for that bucket of ice. Other then that everything was fantastic

Amazing location. Corridors and room did not smell of cigarettes. All staff were friendly.

Being given a dirty room on check in was quite silly. There was no lighting from the ceiling in our room which made some of the main areas still quite dark. The bathroom wasn't very clean and the sink kept clogging and draining very slowly. Elevators frequently had terrible wait times.

The Cosmopolitan has the high class vibe but at a very affordable price. It’s a beautiful property with lots of great photo op spots. I love that it’s located on the center of the strip for easy travel and walking distance to everything.

There was nothing about the property that I didn’t enjoy.

The couch clearly had old throw up stains on it, you don’t expect that in a suite. We also tried to pay for early check in or late check out and they were unaccommodating both days even when offered to pay.
