Convenient location within sheltered walking distance from Nu Sentral and Sentral Station for easy commute.

Desk staff doesnt feel very well trained, service felt rigid and lacks warmth. Grab pickup point at upper floor entrance was hard to locate and only marked by tiny arrow signs which are easy to miss.

Clean & good location to catch the KLIA Express train & MRT easily.

I arrived earlier than the check-in time but the staff was generous by allowing me for early check in. The room is excellence in everything. The event that I attended at Pool Bar & Grill@8 also satisfying in term of foods and services. The free breakfast is scrumptious with lots of food selection. The most highlighted is the concierge, he helped from arrival until leaving the hotel. Even, he accompanied me to board KLIA Express. For conclusion, your hotel reflect the five star.

Booked this for an overnight stay because it's located beside KL Central train station for interstate travel. I usually stay at Hilton next door but thought to try out Le Meridien this time although price is similar. The room is big enough with good view of the city. Breakfast was good and had a variety of cuisine to choose from. Swimming pool and gym (connected to Hilton) were really nice.

For the price paid, my room is pretty basic for a five-star hotel and nothing really special nor stood out. Building and rooms probably need some kind of upgrades. Air-con makes really loud noise. Some mini stains on the bed linen and pillows.

Staff, location perfect for exploring KL super easily, Room Very confortable, great view, club facilities great, pool area tranquil and large enough.. prior to departure, I was choosing between over 20 hotels - eliminating one by one. This was perfect on paper for getting around (4 min shortcut walk to KL Sentral) and for relaxation equally - and even better when staying - highly recommended - we will return.

This hotel is our first choice in KL. The location is extremely convenient, with easy access to all areas from KL Sentral. NU Mall is also very close by, a great spot for shopping, with a food court and several excellent restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, and the room attendants, Shankar, Mizan and Ibrahim were prompt and attentive. A technical issue in the washroom was quickly resolved by Mizan and Ibrahim. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices and Ms. Thiviya, the restaurant manager, was very attentive. The Front desk staff and the concierge are very professional and very helpful. We always enjoy our stays here and highly recommend this hotel.

The temperature felt a bit warm at night and could be better adjusted.

Temperamental hot water in shower, sometimes it's very very hot even even the cold water is turned to full, and sometimes it isn't. The in-room safe was not working.

The pool area is amazing along with the buffet breakfast and facilities in general. The Spa (in the adjoining Hilton) is excellent to along wit the Gym

The steak house with La Meridien is freezing cold and any meal is very expensive albeit very good. Trouble is the food goes cold in seconds.

My preferred hotel in KL. Great location, super breakfast, wonderful staff and rooms. I enjoy coming back to this hotel, whether for work or pleasure. Great pool and sauna.

The only thing I didn't like, and this goes for 99% of hotels in Asia is the sockets in the rooms. They are loose and can't hold my chargers properly.

Everything went well, which is not a surprise, I stay regularly in this hotel since 15 years. The sauna is one of the best ever visited.

This is the nicest hotel that I have ever stayed in and I travel frequently for work. I was booked into Le Meridien as I was facilitating a corporate leadership programme at the hotel during the week. I arrived in KL a couple of days earlier and had chosen a hotel nearer the centre in order to be able to explore. Upon arrival at the downtown hotel, I discovered it was so dirty that I could not stay and I decided to come straight to Le Meridien, earlier than booked. It was late at night when I booked into Le Meridien - two days earlier than they expected me - having travelled over 20 hours. I took a Grab taxi to the Le Meridien, when I arrived the taxi driver told me he did not accept cards - and I had no cash. The concierge at Le Meridien was absolutely amazing - he paid the taxi driver, took over, managed the situation and took care of me immediately. Nothing was too much trouble - I was checked in and the extra two days' booking was added to the company booking without any problems - giving me the same corporate rate. The staff were amazing, warm and helpful and could not do enough for me - every request was met and exceeded. They were polite and kind, as well as efficient. The rooms were a very high standard - although the safety bar on my door was broken, which is the only thing I could possibly criticise, and to be fair I did not mention it to them. The hygiene products were great quality and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The food was truly unbelievable - every culture was provided for and the variety and quality of the food was exceptional with several chefs who were making food to order. I was facilitating a corporate leadership programme at the hotel and our every need was met - they looked after us so well. I would highly recommend Le Meridien KL for corporate events and also for solo travellers. I was on my own for the first two days and felt safe, cared for and relaxed. I could not have asked for a better hotel.

Everything was perfect. Comfortable bed, friendly staff and nice location. It is connected to Nu sentral shopping center and train station, which is very convenient. Can use the pool area, both of those, Le Meridien and Hilton, which was great. Even when I request a late check out, they offer me till 2 pm without any extra charge. Definitely will be back

The staff at reception were extremely friendly and helpful. In fact all the staff we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. The bed was probably the most comfortable I've experienced in any hotel and the location by the Central Station made getting around very easy.

Staff were very attentive and helpful; our room was spacious, with very comfy beds and pillows, a proper kettle, and plenty of bottled water. We didn't get breakfast but we did have a late dinner at the hotel restaurant - the signature sandwich was surprisingly toothsome, and the portion was generous. Location-wise, it's connected to KL Sentral which was very convenient for us, as we had late arrival and very early departure.
