The room was really nice, spacious and clean, with an excellent view. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

It wasn't immediately obvious where the entrance was, and taxi drivers seemed to have difficultly finding it.

The environment of your hotel is very elegant, the room is clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. Especially the FREE RANGE EGGS, good effort on the free range eggs, another step for animal welfare. I am very satisfied!

The bed was a bit too soft for me, which caused slight back discomfort the next morning. If the hotel could offer a choice of mattresses with different firmness levels, it would make the experience absolutely perfect!

Helpful and friendly staff on check in and check out and all aspects of Front office personnel. Nothing was too difficult and complimentary coffee was a bonus. Amenities in the room were of good quality. WE had lunch at Gastro and being a special occasion -staff Nissa and Nik were outstanding, went the extra mile and took care of all the details including a surprise cake and decorated the table with balloons. Thanks Everyone!! Additionally housekeepng was superb and asked if we had any additional needs. Our request of an extra bottle of water was met :)

Would you be able to check the status on the Reservation number # 4904789729. I truly enjoyed staying there but the most bad experience was, when I had checked-in, the receptionist told me my reservation had been cancelled by Booking.com. I finally got my room courtesy of the Le Méridien Kuala Lumpur receptionist but it was the worst experience I have ever had on Booking.com. Accordingly, would you be able to ensure you have charged nothing to my credit card, or if you have already done so I am requesting a full-refund. In addition, I request you to bear the difference in between the price of my original booking and what I actually paid by myself at the hotel. I need your immediate response and most sincere handling of the case. The room was great. The breakfast and the staffs at the hotel is further great.

Great location right next to our Conference location. Such helpful staff for all my needs The room offered all I required as I was only there to sleep whilst hectic at a conference.

The restaurant downstairs I thought had quite a limited and unhealthy menu- there should have been more choices for Poke bowls/ salads/ vegan options. The staff did their best but this would be my only criticism.

i love this hotel and have stayed there a few times. Breakfast buffet is amazing, the rooms are great and the pool deck is fantastic. The location by the central train station makes it really easy to get to from the airport and to get around the city on public transport

Location and the way access to KLIA train all staff was friendly and helpful. Even after checkout, I left my things in the wardrobe n they retrieved it, before they handover my stuff, they verified with me regarding the person collecting. Very thorough.

Excellent location for the staycation over the long weekend. Very courteous staff. Room was comfortable too. And with the easy access to KL Sentral, it was just great.

Just one small complaint ... the cupboard was not tall enough for the wife's long dresses (abaya).

Bathroom glass panel facing the bed. Every time someone goes to the toilet in the middle of the night, the light shines into the bed. Disturbing for a good night sleep.

The breakfast spread was superb, with a wide variety of excellent food. You definitely need to try the pancakes—they're incredibly fluffy and delicious. My daughter loved the candy bar, of course. There was also grilled chicken and steak available!

The room size is quite small relative to the price we paid. The bed is positioned directly in front of the main entry, leaving no additional space at all

Great 5 star hotel. Didn't disappoint. Staff were really attentive and polite. They even arranged for my luggage to be sent to the train station nearby. And they allowed me to check in early at 12 as requested

The hotel is perfectly situated and the staff were very friendly and helpful from check in until check out. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are clean. The buffets are very nice and caters for everyone.

Each time when other rooms close their door, the design of the doors seems to create a loud door slamming noise. The lockers in the sauna room are a little hard to use.

No complaints at all. everything was just perfect especially the pool area. The hotel staff is also so cooperative and nice

Reception was good and we won a lucky draw - a choc ice cream The concierge guy was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Very impressive reception team.

The toilet was overflowing once we flushed and the toilet flooded. My husband doesn't want to make a big fuss as we are so tired and just need to sleep after a long flight. We informed the reception once we checked out.
