Delightful experience at one of Kuala Lumpur's premiere hotels.
For my one-night stay at the Le Meridien, the entire check-in process was amazing - starting off from the warm and welcoming front desk staff to the room facilities, comfort, amenities provided and excellent view.
I can't think of any improvement areas as I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay.

Great Location at KL Sentral.
STAFF were AMazing (Check In,Lisa and Concierge who brought our bags to the room while we waited at the Executive Lounge)
Staff at Latest Recipe were the nicest I've met. Polite and happy to engage in conversation when able to during the breakfast period. Great food Selection.

Most comfiest bed we've ever slept on to be honest.
Room is very clean. Bed is very comfortable. Staff are polite and friendly. Location is fairly convenient. Walking distance to train station.

Bargain luxury!
This was a great treat on a trip round Malaysia; it is comparatively pricey for KL, but by UK standards it was an unbelievable bargain. The room was lovely, very comfortable and spacious, free bottled water, lovely toiletries, and a surprise huge balcony and terrace with wonderful city views. The pool and surrounding area are fantastic and the breakfast buffet was very tasty; food in there Bistro was also very nice. The hotel is perfectly located if you are arriving late into KL Central and is directly accessible from the station. There is plenty nearby to explore on foot (try the botanical gardens, butterfly garden and Museum of Islamic Art) and although it is located in an island of main roads, you can just pay 80 cents at the metro counter to use the subway. Everywhere else in KL is easily accessible from the area.

Excellent clea, fresh, modern hotel with top service, food, amenities and 100m from Sentral station.
Location for me is key as the Hotel is opposite Sentral station where the KLIA express comes in to. MH alsos have check-in facilities there which saves carrying your bags if indeed you need to check bags in.
The Dining area is superb for breakfast, lunch and dinner and caters for everyone. Very hard to beat as the food is exceptional as is the "Prime" restaurant and its steaks.
Rooms can be a little cold and appears the best way to regulate this is to switch off the aircon overnight!!!

Excellent hotel in KL

Excellent location and clean hotel with excellent access to Sentral/KLIA express
Prime Steak restaurant very good but pricey and breakfast dinner buffet in main restaurant unbeatable as has everything for everyone. Great location across from Sentral train station and KLIA Express.
Some staff need pushing as seem to lack concentration, like asking for coffee in the lobby and forgetting to clear tables or drop copy documents to your room....

Impossible to overstate the quality of the welcome and service at le Méridien. When we left Karnan Raj, deputed to take our cases to the KLIA Express platform, even put them on the train for us. Fantastic service!

Second time being here. Le Méridien Kuala Lumpur is a perfect place to stay! The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff went out of their way to be accommodating. The location is fantastic. Breakfasts were delicious with a wide variety of options. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect Business location. Food is really good.
Room was very modern and clean. Breakfast had extensive selections between chinese, indian and western. located right off the train station made it a quick and easy ride from the airport. Hop on Hop off bus stops right there too so you can go sight seeing at your leisure without a car. Was close to my appointments.
Nothing to say really. People in Kuala Limpur are always friendly, and services are really good, no matter which hotel.
