This is nice hotel overall, very friendly and professional staff as one of the main things that catches eye. Special thanks to Muss for great check in experience. Room service and in room dining was good. Good bfast buffet.

Rooms are pretty standard, nothing special given it is 5* hotel, but also nothing negative to say.

Location can’t be beat

Well worth the money. The huge bed was incredibly comfortable and the buffet breakfast was hands down....AMAZING! The staff were so helpful with directions to the Petronas Twin Towers and nearby botanical gardens.

The staff were so friendly, the breakfast was awesome, pool was perfect to relax by after a long day in the heat and the room was very clean and comfortable. We choose Le Méridien as it was super handy for the airport via KL Central station. It's also in a great location for Perdana Botanical Gardens and only one stop from Chinatown on the transport system. We'd definitely stay here again.

Too much walking and have to pass the mall , take escalators up and down to go to brick fields . I got lost twice in my 5 day stay

The breakfast was the most amazing buffet I have ever had. The beds and pillows were extremely comfy. The soundproofing dealt with everything KL had to throw at it. Ideal for the railway station.

The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, making communication effortless. One staff member, in particular, was incredibly helpful when I was unsure about the room types I preferred. They took the time to show me different options, which ultimately convinced me to stay here rather than at the neighbouring hotel.

Once in a while, a free upgrade would be so appreciated! :)

I liked everything

The service was excellent. Altho some confusion during check in , where by they directed me to 3 rooms and the key card cud not access the room. But they finally gave me a free upgrade for the inconvenience they caused me

The trainee made a blunder at check in , which I am of the opinion is the responsibility of the trainer. It caused inconvenience to the customers

Exceptional hospitality provided!

I like everything about the room. Very neat and clean. Suitable for couple. The bed was super comfy and spacious. The toilet came with complete toileteries. Fresh towels replaced daily. The refrigerator was full with beverages and snacks. Love it!

Booking.com didn't do what they are supposed to do. I went to Le Meridien and found out that my booking wasn't there. As for the hotel, I have no complain. All great 🙂

Convenient location to train stations. It was easy to catch the train from the airport and back. Food was excellent and catered for everyone. Staff were friendly and ready to assist.

Checking in.Large groups of conference people should be designated one or two check ins and not keep other guests waiting.It's not rocket science.

- Good location. Access to the hotel is from inside KL Sentral. Public transport, KLIA Express, NU Sentral shopping plaza, restaurants etc are all with in walking distance - Modern hotel and room. - Extremely comfy bed - Excellent customer service

- Its a modern hotel but I couldn't find USB port in the room - A bit pricey. The price that I booked for on booking.com was not the final price. There were additional/extra charges that I had to pay.

Location is great, easy to access the train, especially the fast train to the airport. Rooms were very clean and quiet. The views were great. The staff were very helpful. If you don't feel like going out, the restaurant has great food. The pool and the views from the 8th floor was excellent. Gym facilities are also really good.

Super comfy beds, nice pool and very attentive staff. The location is really convenient for the KLIA express and getting to and from the airport. I have stayed here on many of my trips to KL and have never been disappointed. It’s not the cheapest but definitely worth the money.

Love the breakfast with so many varieties, the swimming pool too awesome, the room premier king was superb and the best part as we enter the hotel, I just love the captivating hotel fragrance in lobby. Brought us to a whole paradise feeling with the smell, I badly wanna know what was the fragrance used :D

Only thing was the shower had a leakage on top, we just could open the normal shower hanged. And tv channels were not much, maybe can enhance more channels. Otherwise, everything was too perfect in this hotel. 5/5 ✨️

The hotel is excellently situated near the main train station, having a direct connection with the station via a corridor. The rooms were very clean, the amenities offered in the room high end and the mattress and pillows very comfortable. The breakfast was lavish and variate.

Location is central. Near to NU Sentral. Polite staff. Very clean room and surrounding. Good amenities from sauna, steam and swimming pool. Breakfast selection could be further improve in terms of real meat selection. Mi Hoon soup with shreaddd chicken or some beef rendang with nasi lemak. enjoyed our stay there. Thank u for the wonderful experience !!

The bathroom door has no lock and glass panel facing the living room was a bit of an inconvenience.. the lights from the bathroom shone thru the glass panel.. my wife facing the glass panel was not able to sleep properly.. she needs to cover her face with the blanket n pillows to cover .. other that all good

Hotel is part of KL Sentral station, makes it convenient to get around. Really nice gym, with a jacuzzi, steam ream etc. Easy to get to the airport - 33 mins to T2. Good selection for breakfast.

Room size is a bit small.
