The environment and vibe are perfect.

Everything is nice, except the location, there is no any shops nearby. And surrounding difficult to buy things if less any

Rooms and all the facilities are super nice, only one suggestion is to upgrade their old version TV. Not smart TV and less channel like 10 years ago model

Room is clean and spacious. love the design/theme of the room. there is a coffee machine outside the lift lobby on every floor and some snacks as well, which is a nice touch.

breakfast spread could be bigger. It kinda limited at the moment. there is also no bathtub in the room.,

The staff here are absolutely fantastic. They are so kind, patient and go above and beyond. Best staff ever. Location is also great. Walking distance to the metro and Little India.

Spacious room with a living room area was nice for my friend and I to catch up and chat all night. It’s super convenient that there’s a world class restaurant in the same building. Love the whole vibe.

It was the easiest to get from our carpark to the room as the building layout isn’t the most straightforward. Not a big issue.

Lobby on the 41st floor, need two lifts to get to the rooms. Slow lifts, gym is tiny with limited equipment.

My goodness! This hotel sits on top of a building and is located on top floors of a 40+ storey building. The pool, the views, they’re works of art! We booked a double single bed which honestly could accommodate at least 4, and liked this place so much we returned to it again later in the trip! Each floor’s lift lobby comes with Malaysian childhood snacks, herbal tea and a coffee machine. The views are insane!! Rooms are chic and modern, and very tastefully designed.

Didn’t quite like the location, it is very central but as it is with Malaysia, it’s not pleasant to walk around, cars are necessary. I don’t think the hotel can do much about this to be honest, with such a view, they’d have to be parked in a building like this probably situated away from these more walkable historical districts.

Loved the design/interiors of the hotel. The layout of the room was perfect for slightly longer stays as it felt like a small studio unit. The employees were 100% from the concierge to the cleaning crew !

The speed of the elevators. I completely understand the need to change elevators to get to the hotel but the speed could be improved.

The Breakfast, the view, the room. Everything was great about our short stay here. If we ever come back to KL we would definitetly stay again.

There wasn't much we did not like - the only thing I would say if i'm being picky is, it would have been great to have fresh milk instead of the powder sachets in the rooms.

Location is perfect being one stop away from KL Sentral station and there is a bridge that connects the hotel building to the Bangsar station as well. Rooms are extremely comfortable and cozy, and the pool area is also a wonderful area to lounge and relax. Hotel staff are always accommodating and welcoming, and very helpful too.

It’s a bit of a hassle to switch from the main elevator to the secondary elevator to get to your room.

The hotel was very clean, the staff were very respectable and they took customer service very seriously.

No smart TV. Big let down, that was the only thing we didn’t enjoy during our stay. There was no interesting channels on their tv so you couldn’t watch anything if you ordered room service.

It was a fantastic experience. Starting the day with salmon sashimi for breakfast was a total highlight! Beyond that, the staff were wonderful—truly friendly and accommodating. As for the look of the place, it was all very clean and artfully decorated, a modern feel with crisp, straight lines and a warm, inviting brown palette. They even had some beautiful indoor trees that perfectly complimented the decor.

Just a heads-up, the ramp for the parking was really confusing. I wasn't sure which side to take or which way to go.

I didn’t like taking 2 lifts to get to my room.

We booked for premier room but they replace with a bigger room (Junior Suite). The morning view is stunning.

The pool area could use a little cleaning and upkeeping. Also the toilets by the pool were not cleaned everyday. Otherwise the property was great!

Everything was amazing, the hotel and the rooms were soo clean, spacious and aesthetically pleasing, very luxury and staff were soo friendly and exceptionally kind.

The swimming pool was soo cold, and the bathroom sink design was unsanitary.

Easy to access from Sentral, where the airport train arrives, then one stop to Bangsar on the red line, easy to use the trains to most places from Sentral. Our room was very comfortable, roomy and clean and the staff on reception were excellent. The bistro on the ground floor was okay for breakfast and we had a reasonable evening meal there

A bar to sit and have a drink would have been nice as the immediate neighbourhood didn’t offer anything

The lobby, rooms, pool all have a very refined feel. Staff are friendly and efficient. Location is unmatched - it’s close to LRT and nice little snack places in UOA building (Kenny Hills, MyNews, Tealive, MBG)

None of the advertised bars/cafes actually inside the hotel were open, eg the pool bar.

Really appreciated the covered walkway between the hotel and the LRT station! So convenient to be able to travel around KL without issues. The room was big, comfortable, and clean. They serve complimentary snacks and the drinks station right outside the lift. Staff are professional, well spoken and efficient.

Parking was RM20 for unlimited entries, would’ve been better if it was a lower rate.

the "transits" that I have to go thru each time to access to my room, to lobby, to car park. I suppose it is safer, but not friendly. To get to rooms from ground floor lobby, you have to take a lift up to reception on 41st floor, then another lift to your floor for room; and from car park to room - lift down to ground floor lobby, and another lift to reception 41st floor, and another lift to your room floor
