I recently had the pleasure of staying at Alila Bangsar and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The rooms were beautifully designed and incredibly spacious, providing a sense of luxury and comfort. The modern facilities, including the coffee machine on each floor, were a fantastic addition and greatly enhanced the overall experience. One aspect that truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional level of service provided by the staff. From the friendly door man to the attentive restaurant staff and the diligent housekeepers in the corridor, everyone went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable and hassle-free. A special mention goes to the front desk staff member who handled our check-in and check-out with utmost professionalism and efficiency. One of the highlights of our stay at Alila Bangsar was its perfect location. The hotel is conveniently situated near the train station, making it incredibly easy to explore the city and its surrounding areas. The proximity to the train station provided us with convenient transportation options, allowing us to effortlessly navigate Kuala Lumpur. Additionally, the hotel's location within walking distance of Little India was a definite advantage. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the vibrant streets of Little India, immersing ourselves in the rich culture, and indulging in the delicious Indian cuisine. Being able to easily access this cultural hub added an extra layer of excitement and diversity to our stay. Overall, our stay at Alila Bangsar was a memorable one, and we cannot wait to return. The hotel provided us with a wonderful weekend getaway, and we were thoroughly impressed with the quality of service and the comfortable accommodations. The only disappointment was the limited options available at the buffet breakfast. Nonetheless, this minor setback did not overshadow the overall positive experience we had at Alila Bangsar.

When I first arrived at the neighborhood, it was a shock. It was almost as if I was cheated. However, after I parked my car and arrived at the lobby, the interior of the hotel surprised me. The dame building was shared between EST and Alila. The check-in of Alila is on the 41st floor, the same floor with the fine dining restaurant Entier. The check-in is pleasant and swift. The room is spacious, and the bed and shower are exceptional. I had a wonderful sleep during my stay in the hotel without disturbed by the noise at the aisle or outside. The shower pressure is very good, and the temperature is easily adjustable. The amenities are perfect, and the body and hair shampoo have a wonderful lemon grass fragrant. I also love their snack bar. Almost having coffee every morning accompanied with some fried chips.

The only part which I think the hotel requires to improve would be the water, I am a bit skeptical with the glass bottle whether it was cleaned properly or how would you guarantee no one careful tearing the secure sticker on the water bottle and added something into it. On the other hand, the TV remote control doesn't seem to match with the TV. It is hard to switch channels or even on off the TV.

Spacious room. Very nice design. Very friendly and helpful staff. Staff helped to change my room due to noisy air con during the night. Appreciate that.

Driving around the parking area is difficult because have to keep to the right instead of the left.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and had pool towels just outside the gym. The room was large and spacious with a big comfy bed, good temperature control, the shower was a dream and it had a great view of the city! The walkway directly to the train station was convenient.

Our 2 big problems with this hotel was the lack of smart TV (you can order room service via the TV, but you can't use streaming services even with your own login) and very intermittent WiFi around the room. We would have really expected the WiFi to have been a lot better than it was.

Exceptionally clean. The sheer size of their basic and cheapest room is amazing. If you’re sizing up between the Hilton and Alila, do yourself a favour and stay at Alila. You’ll get the same amenities and everything else at a fraction of the price.

Really clean and comfortable hotel and very modern. Pool area lovely and clean also. Beds super comfortable and lots of space in the rooms. Nice to have access to free hot drinks. Will definitely book again next time we're in KL.

Only thing missing is a proper bar for evening drinks!

Location on LRT line, walking distance to Little India and very short car ride to bangsar mid valley shopping, bangsar shopping centre and jalan maarof / telawi shops. Pool on level 40 had brilliant city view.

Lobby on level 41, but service and room more then makes up for this.

The check in can be better managed, was given a wrong door card, when reflected front desk did a great job on resolving the issue and extended late check for us due to this mistake.

Supposedly booked for 2 single and 1 sofa beds. But we were given 1 extra large double bed and 1 sofa bed! 🥰🥰🥰🙏🙏🙏 The interior design of the room. Spacious and clean room Clean toilet. Comfortable bed. Polite and friendly staff. Centralised location. The view.

The lighting system. Have to take lift to 41st fl. Then take another lift down to our rooms. Vice-versa.

Location wise is good as it’s near the LRT train station, rooms are pretty spacious and well designed

convenience of moving from parking to room etc is a hassle as it involves 3 different lifts.

The room is spacious with great, fantastic view.
