The pure luxury it offers The room and bathroom space is so nice and comfortable The bed is to die for.

The food is the only hiccup in this hotel The selection for the western pallet is very limited Apart from the egg section the rest on offer leaves a lot to be desired.

At first, I didn't know what to make of the Alila. However, after a few nights, I really started to appreciate how private it is. Being on the 41st floor, tucked away in Bangar, it's exactly what I needed. Privacy!!!

Nothing major, a suana, steam room would have been the icing on the cake ✌️

The way lifts are setup. It’s bit of inconvenience to use multiple lifts just to go to ground floor

Simply love the cosy and boutique feel of the hotel. Less crowd and away from the bustling shopping belt. The whole design of the hotel is just splendid! The bonus was the coffee & snack corner at the lift lobby of our floor. Nice place to enjoy the local snack with a cuppa! The view was magnificent!

There were folks partying in the hallway on our floor so we complained and also moved to a room On another floor.

The reception and pool area is beautifully done. I feel a sense of calmness and tranquility when I am there.

The surrounding neighbourhood looks rather run down. But that’s ok, I GRAB everywhere I go.

Like the room and the balcony. View is quite good too. Staff are well trained.

Balcony can be improved by having a roof/cover rather than open to the sky, as it doesn't work when it rains. Also it is not well cleaned on the balcony.

Location is not good

The facilities were excellent overall, staff always wonderful. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and room service was decent, though not outstanding—I received the wrong order, and unfortunately, I didn't have time to wait for the correct one. The location was convenient since it was directly across from the office, but for sightseeing, you might want to consider staying closer to the city center.

Everything was just amazing! The spaces are cool with minimalistic and elegant design, every detail is curated and the staff is very attentive on every request you should have. The pool is amazing and the view just breathtaking! The room service was perfect, as well as the breakfast and the dinner at the Entier. It’s absolutely worth it!

Rooms are extremely spacious. Nice to have a separation between the lounge and the bedroom. The facilities are nice. Decor is slick and minimalist. Link bridge to Bangsar LRT station super useful if you need to use public transport.

The pool isn't heated, so better to freeze a little bit, especially when you take a dip in the morning. The lift from the GF to the Lobby (level 40 something) isn't air conditioned - not sure if that was just a defect that needed rectifying

Hotel has lovely decor and ambience. We arrived extra early into KL and the hotel was very accommodating in providing a temp room for us to relax in while our room was made ready.

It was oddly very quiet and lacking atmosphere. We ordered some drinks by the pool and they took 45mins+ to arrive after chasing up multiple times. My cocktail arrived in a large plastic cup which just looked ridiculous with 30ml of liquid in it. Not what I was expecting in a 5star hotel. If they had said drinks will be in plastic cups then I would not have ordered any. Our room was also very nice as we had booked the biggest room for our honeymoon. But it was a little tired in places... Coat hooks coming out the wall etc. We were also not given much information at check in regarding breakfasts, shuttles, breakfast in the room etc so missed out a couple of things. There was no touristing info given or available either. Some info on excursions or tours/trips would have been very helpful. Need 3 separate lifts to get in and out the hotel which seemed a little silly at times.

The room was amazing- super comfortable. I booked a staycation to do nothing and I did exactly that!

I think the access to the staff cold be improved? When I needed to check my breakfast arrangements upon already arriving at the restaurant for breakfast, I had to go all the way back up to the lobby. Additionally, upon tapping out at the car park, I realised I was charged the non-validated price for parking. This happened even though the staff at the lobby had clarified that my T&G card was validated. So, I had to re-park and go all the way back to the lobby to check my parking validation. It was quite a hassle going through the multiple lifts just to speak to a staff.

Loved the decoration, ambience of Alila. People at the front desk was also very helpful and nice.

One of the staff at the Entier lounge was very rude to us. We sat in the lounge till about 10.45, which was past their closing time, we were just chatting and got a little carried away without realising. The main bartender who served us did not say anything. Then suddenly he got a chinese guy that came in out of the blue (presumably from Entier) to tell us very curtly that they have closed and he continued to wait in front of us till we stood up. How very rude, but we decided to just get up and leave anyway without making a fuss.

My only complaint is that when at the pool you will hear a lot of city noise.

Helpful, friendly staff from when I steeped out of my taxi. Early check-in wasn't an isdue. Pool on the 50th floor was spa like with comfortable beds and a great array of fauna. Clean pool. Very comfortable seating in foyer and very attentive reception staff. Good level of English. The room was spacious with stunning views. Clean room, and a luxurious bed. Incredible views of KL. I loved having access to a complimentary coffee machine on our floor with a quiet seating area. Lovely eco-friendly toothbrush, bodywash, etc. Highlight was the alila *giving* bag. Guests put any un wanted clothing items, etc, in this, and it is donated to a local charity. Simply #1 Hotel. Welll done. Oh, did I mention breakfast? The bar at Entier closes too early. There's nothing much to do post 10pm at the hotel.

Honestly one of the best hotel I've stayed at ! Staff is so nice, rooms are so spacious and comfortable, we had everything needed and even more. I love the hotel aesthetic, it's modern and classy, of course super clean. The hotel is not in the very center of the city but I would 100% stay there again if I travel to KL. This is the real 5* experience.

It was really clean and the bed was so comfy. Generally the staff were lovely. The restaurant on the ground floor was convenient and food was quite good.

The location was a bit far out and in a random location. Nothing was nearby or walking distance. The facilities were ok. It was annoying to have to first take a lift to the 41st which is the lobby. Then walk across the lobby to take another lift down to your room. Sometimes it would take us 5-10 just to get out or in. It cost too much for what you get.

Accessibility. Connect to other place much easier with the train station right infront of the hotel.

Our stay was exceptional! The room is huge and it's super clean and well made. The looby and rooms are on the higher floors so you get an amazing views around the hotel. All the staffs were amazing and welcoming too. The bed and pillows were neither too hard or soft, it's just nice and it's how I like it! Location is good too as it's close to Midvalley megamall and Bangsar village.

We Family stayed at Alila Bangsar for 3Days2Nites. We Enjoyed the Comfortable & Beautiful room. Our experience dining during Breakfast & Lunch at the Botanica+Co restaurants was Splendid & Delicious. The staffs greeted us warmly & cared for us we'll.

For a couple of female friends we enjoyed our stay at Allia Bangsar. The staff was very helpful and expressed clear communication throughout our stay, before and after. The car service was also a smooth experience, various choice of cars depending on your budget. The rooms and facilities were exactly like the pictures. The pool and the gym were great and both had a full view on the city centre that was nearby (by car). Botanica+Co on the ground floor was very good! The breakfast as well as the menu served during the day was great! We were given what was advertised and would definitely stay at another Alila property.

Unfortunately, we didn’t expect the location of the property to be as far from KLCC. We had to reach the centre or any place desired by car. Even if their equivalent of Uber (Grab) was very affordable, being unable to reach a desired destination by foot took away from the experience. Most places we visited were at a 10-30 mins ride, a miscalculation on our part. Info : the hotel was also still renovating certain areas. There would be times where the noise was quite loud or that we had to close our blinds during the day.

This place is immaculate. Happily stayed there during 2 visits to KL and will be my 1st choice for other visits

Beautiful interior, very comfortable bed, wide room and wide glass window. Lobby has pleasant smell. Facility is also a plus point - lots of nice and serene seating areas, coffee machine and snacks at every floor, gym and swimming pool. Also you can get very nice view from the swimming pool area. Love this place.

During check in it seems that the receptionist is out of hand because she's the only one on duty. Minor inconvenience - lift from lobby to ground floor took some time. Parking is a bit confusing and I couldn't find information from website. Just call receptionist to find your way.
