Everything fantastic hotel

Everything from the start to finish. Staff, service, food, room, and atmosphere were absolutely brilliant. It's one of the best hotels I have ever stayed.

Very quaint

Because of flight delay we arrived at 1:30AM and 2 staff greeted us cordially and saw to it we were settled in. The palace is beautiful and it is clear staff is proud of the place. Very convenient location, quiet even though just off the main square. Generous breakfast hours.

Staff coming to the room to show off the room upon check in was a strange experience. The beds were not the most comfortable for the price.

The central location of the property was perfect for our needs. The staff were warm and welcoming and extremely helpful. The room was exceptionally comfortable and quiet in spite of its location in the heart of the activity of the town square.

Beautiful building in prime location on the main square facing the Cloth Hall. Stayed on first floor suite, lovely and clean, suite had very large lounge area and separate small bedroom. Staff were veryhelpful and friendly I would definately stay here again. Breakfast in hotel restaurant was good but you could only have one coffee which was lovely but one not enough.

Few too many random pillows on top of bed and although there were two TVs in suite only 24 hour news in English and couldn’t seem to get any English subtitles on anything else. Kettle in room but only herbal teas no breakfast tea bags or coffee.

Location superb. Parking car much more expensive than expected and I think guests should be told on the website that parking is both a 5/7 minute walk away and the daily cost of Zl 130 per day.

The Bonerowski Palace is a fantastic hotel in the heart of the Kraków, on the main square, within walking distance to the main attractions of the city. The hotel is situated in a wonderful old palace. The rooms are large, beautiful, quiet and spotlessly clean. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom products and shower are excellent. At breakfast, you have both a buffet and a menu. We recommend the Bonerowski Palace to everyone who wants an authentic Kraków athmosphere and luxury for their vacation.

They offer a buffet and a menu. I only had a chance to try breakfast twice, but they didn't disappoint. It was a good breakfast. I recommend the French toast. It's not too sweet but still very good.

Breakfast was a wide array of local and international favorites just a little bit finer than all other breakfasts we had at restaurants on the Krakow town square, plus the hotel was right there in the thick of it. The older genial man working the entry some days was a charmer for sure always eager to help make our stay more pleasant. Thank you!!!

We couldn’t quite figure out how to best use all the different sorts of pillows on our comfy bed. Some were much bigger or smaller than what we are used to in the States. Given more days I am sure we would figure it out eventually though.

Please note: the old city area is accessible by car only with special permission. However, ample parking is available nearby, and the hotel is a short 10-15 minute walk away (or a quick taxi ride). The hotel should mention this to make the journey easier for guests

The location, the cleanliness, the staff and the breakfasts were all excellent. The decoration in the communal areas was very calming.

We were in room 401, it’s thoughtfully decorated but very traditional/chintzy so a bit of a sensory overload.

Excellent breakfast and the location is superb. The staff is excellent and try to please how they can. The Wifi was great and the interior design and decoration definitely drew attention.

The parking situation is bad, we got lucky with a spot 100m away but that was a minor miracle. Most of the time the parking is far but thats part of the location. The comfort of the beds/couches/etc is a bit on the XIX century comfort level.

It is on the beautiful Market Square. Great location. Room was large and luxurious. Breakfast was spectacular. The staff were very professional and helpful. Minibar useful.

Silly things-the towels are tiny and the king size bed duvet was too small so we asked for 2 duvets and they changed the beds to single instead. Translation issue. Room was a bit hot and we should have asked for help with the air con.

The location was good though uber or tour cars could not pick us up directly from the hotel. The staff were also helpful.

The palace stairs were closed by the hotel management. Who took such a boutique hotel wants to see the different aspects of the hotel and its history.

The food and drink was outstanding ,staff incredibly helpful,attention to detail was beyond perfect .

The hotel is situated in an incredible location, right next to the Cracow’s Main Square and literally steps away from the iconic St. Mary’s Basilica. We opened the window to be able to hear the legendary trumpet call from the Basilica’s tower, which is being played every hour on the hour. The staff is very professional and friendly. The room was lovely and charming with a great attention to detail, quality finishes, historical touches and modern upgrades considering that the building itself dates back to 16th century. I loved the heavy, floral black out curtains which made the room dark and quiet at night. It truly is a special place.

Prices for the items in the mini bar are ridiculous!

Fantastic location situated in the old town right on the main square. Beautiful old hotel in the grand style, staff could not have been more helpful. Loved our stay there.

Perfect location right on the main square, breakfast was amazing and great value for money. Cleanliness of rooms and communal areas was excellent. Staff really friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

Although I could order a coffee in the morning to be delivered to my room I would have preferred some coffee bags or instant coffee in the room to make myself.

Fantastic location on the main square. Large, well furnished rooms and very efficient sound proofing. Staff friendly and helpful, with a particular mention for Michael and Miroslav. Great breakfast choices with a buffet and dishes to order.

Would have appreciated the option to have feather pillows and a larger quilt for a super king bed!

Great locations with parking available. The staff was very helpful. The style is probably not for everyone, but it’s in the historic building, so matches the exterior.

I would not rate it as a 5* hotel unfortunately, the room was small only with basic things. The pillows and sheets are not natural. There were one super big and one super small pillow - both super uncomfortable. So didn’t get a good sleep. Breakfast is very limited, need to order from a menu, so if you are in a hurry - won’t work for you.
