Do not hesitate to book this hotel, our stay could not have been better. Everything was brilliant, really adding something to our holiday that I wasn’t expecting . The staff- a fantastic team that I’m sure the manager must be so proud of. Every single one we encountered were so friendly and helpful. We stayed 5days, getting to know the staff who always greeted with a smile. I was going to list names but wouldn’t want to miss anyone out as it really is a great team. Interiors- high end with plenty of comfortable spaces Bedrooms- we had a standard king but think we were upgraded as our room was amazing with super king size. It also had a small seating area. Room care- The room was attended to each day making sure it remained clean and tidy The food- There was everything for breakfast you could want and plenty of it no matter what time you went. Also an early start was catered for with a packed breakfast that again was huge and varied. The Spa- a really relaxing place and even had a sound room as well as a variety of other sauna/ steam options. Very few people there. The lady who ran it was yet another fantastic member of staff who offered more towels and robes although we had brought them from our rooms. She also helped when I couldn’t work out how to open my locker. I could go on but I think it’s obvious we had a great stay Location- brilliantly situated between the old city and the Jewish quarter, 5 minutes walk to each Thank you to the Stradom, we hope to see you again in the future

The hotel staff were exceptional, especially the concierge who provided excellent suggestions. The hotel is ideally located - a short walk to the Old Town. And I cannot say enough about the fitness room. I have been in a lot of hotels and I have never seen such a fantastic gym as this one. Spacious and with all of the latest equipment. A real treat for the workout enthusiast.

Beautiful property, especially the pool and spa. Gym looked great too but we didn’t use it. Top notch bathroom design and finish, rooms are pleasant. We’ve had breakfast at the pool and it was a really great perk, not often available at other hotels, collagen matcha smoothie was super delicious! We also got cookies at their bakery and they were to die for. Most importantly, the staff was very courteous and welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble. We’ve had some noise issue at the room and they made sure we were happy with the alternative room. Hotel is perfectly located halfway between Rynek Glowny and Kazimierz.

There really isn’t much to complain about. To note, rooms of the same category may be very different and can get some external sound of a tram or a garden bar/club, so just make sure you request a more secluded one if noise is an issue.

Great location, walking distance to old town. Good size room. Staff were very friendly and helpful and concierge organised trips for us!

Wifi wasn’t great and restaurants that were there were fairly expensive!

An absolute find in Krakow!!! We were blown away and would love to return one day. Beautiful clean room (which the hotel kindly upgraded us to), a gorgeous spactious bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The start of the show for us was the gym and spa facilities which we used everyday. Probably the best gym and spa facilities we have ever used. Only wish we had a hotel like this in our home town

Beautiful interior and scents in all hotel spaces, wonderful design and very pleasant staff. The room with the patio was 10/10, breakfast outstanding and the overall ambiente was just perfect. Plus they have a underground garage. Honestly a wonderful gem!

Stradom House is probably the no.1 hotel in Krakow at the moment. It joins the Krakow traditional architecture with modern hotels luxury, functionality and exquisite design of both materials, colors, space and smells. The Hedges bar serves wonderful authors drink - Rokoko suited me most as a new coctail adventure. Restaurants serve food originaly reconstructed, so even traditional meals seem new.

The only thing you might not like about the hotel is the temperature of the swimmingpool, which is set to contrast the series of various saunas. It would be way better if the swimming pool served the pleasure of swimming in warm water. Showers and criobath are enough to contrast the saunas. A jacussi would also be welcome. Watch out for the waitiers at the breakfast. If they don’t deliver your breakfast within five minutes, you must remind them about your order. We had the bad luck of waiting for 25min for our traditional Krakow breakfast, while mostly you get it in 3min. Luckily there is also an open buffet open. Appart from this little unpleasant adventure the service of the staff was great.

Freshly decorated hotel with inviting swimming pool and spa. Room was bright and spacious. A leisurely 10 min walk to the square.

Corridors were very dimly lit and poor lighting made it difficult to read the room members. Slow service at breakfast with staff not co-ordinating well. Hot Breakfast was cold once it arrived at the table.

Location: even though it was close to the Main Square, the street itself was not spectacular. Breakfast service was slow

The location is excellent, and the building itself is quite beautiful. The staff are extremely friendly and go above and beyond to assist guests. Additionally, the cleanliness throughout the property is impressive.

The only issue I had was being in room 408, where the humming of the lifts interrupted my sleep throughout the night.

The shower! Water went everywhere and the shower controls were too difficult and novel to easily figure out. The tub’s height is excessive for entering and getting out.

Lovely hotel in a great location! We stayed in the “newer” section of the hotel, rather funky way to access that area but we grew to love the unique walk and the quiet! The pool and spa facilities are beautiful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again, thank you!

Awesome fitness room

Hotel's location is amazing.

Cleanliness, comfort, gym equipment. This trip was a bday present for my partner, so when we arrived there was some complimentary fruit and dessert (both delicious) for us with a bday card. They did get my partner’s name wrong though, but we had a nice laugh about it. The detail was highly appreciated :)

Our room had a street view, so it was a bit noisy due to traffic. Nothing extreme though, just if i have to say something negative about the place it would be that.

The hotel is incredibly clean with a comfortable bed and good facilities.Staff on the whole were very friendly and professional. I liked the location being just outside of the old town. The breakfast was amazing and the pool area was lovely.

A staff member coming to replenish the mini bar briefly knocked once and walked straight into the room without any waiting period or calling out that they were entering the room. I had only minutes earlier got dressed and would've found this very embarrassing. This is picky but I think design is important in a room and it bothered me the whole time that the TV wasn't central to the vertical beams on the wall. I also felt the wardrobes were too small and wouldn't have accomodated a longer stay.

Such a beautiful hotel. Lovely comfortable rooms and great pool, sauna, gym area. Would absolutely stay here again when we come back to Krakow. Also, all the staff were lovely.

We have the most perfect stay. The hotel was beautiful, staff friendly and so helpful. We visited the spa during our stay and loved it, great pool and relaxing environment. My treatment was one of the best massages I have had. Location was perfect and 10 minute walk to the old town square. Would rate it an 11/10 if I could.

Beautiful period property but with really modern amenities. The bar was fantastic. Such a great place to go and relax after sightseeing.

The spa was quite far away from the bedrooms. But aside from that, nothing to really complain about.

Having to queue for access to the hotel bar - this is not what I expect as a hotel resident.

Stradom House is a stunning hotel, with beautiful art deco interiors and incredible staff who cannot do enough for you. My friend and I enjoyed the cocktail bar and DJ and the food at the restaurant was delicious. There was a great selection for breakfast and the Ala carte menu was great. Our room was immaculate and very stylish. We also enjoyed the spa which had excellent facilities. This is one of the best hotels that my friend and I have stayed in, I would love to return.

Beautiful building and room and helpful staff - we had an issue that room didn’t appear to be the one we’d booked so got upgraded to a twin suite which was lovely. Location great between old town and old Jewish quarter.
