Modern, cosmopolitan and cosy decor throughout. Absolutely loved the room, it felt like a home away from home. All the hotel information and amenities within the room could be easily controlled via a tablet (e.g. lighting, temperature, heated flooring, room service, etc) which made everything very easy to manage. Super conveniently located - right opposite the main Krakow train station where you can also easily access the main bus/coach terminal as well. I also ordered room service from their restaurant whilst I was there and the tray charge was incredibly reasonable. There is a coffee machine and tea station in the GF restaurant that guests are allowed to use during their stay (as there isn't drink making facilities in the rooms).

Pillows were very, very soft. I wasn't aware you could order different pillows in advance until I spotted a note in the room. The breakfast buffet area is quite small in relation to the number of tables, so in the morning it can get very busy, with lots of people queuing or waiting their turn. You can also order a number of hot items (included in addition to the buffet). I tried the croque madame but found the bread to be incredibly oily. Food from the restaurant that I ordered the night before was beautifully presented and cooked but under-seasoned. So some room for improvement on the food front.

Great location, just steps from the main square and across from the train station. The hotel is modern, clean, and comfortable with smart tech and a cozy vibe. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the free coffee/tea in the lobby was a nice touch. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel is at an excellent location. It was important to us that we can park our car safely and we could leave the car in the garage of the hotel so this was also great. The downtown is at walking distance. There's a big shopping mall across the road. There was a nice variety of food for breakfast.

The room is a bit small but for a short stay it's perfectly fine.

Due to the unclarity of the pictures on the website, we had to search on tripadvisor to see how the rooms concretely looked like. In the end we got a really nice room, but we were counting on a bath that wasn't there unfortunately. Honestly our fault, but the pictures on the website could be a bit more clear.

Very pleasant welcoming modern hotel with all the facilities needed to stay a few days. Well equipped room, comfortable bed, good shower. Good wifi. Complimentary drinks in the foyer. Excellent buffet breakfast - they will prepare additional items such as shakshuka to order. Excellent location opposite the main railway station and shopping mall. Short walk to the old town. Very pleasant and welcoming staff. A good place for business traveller or tourist.

We had to catch the train very earlier, so this location was perfect for us. The rooms are small but very cosy and comfortable. The stuff was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommended for a short trip.

The location of the hotel is perfect, literally opposite the central train station and a walkable distance to the Old Town. The rooms are very nice, modern and clean, a bed was super comfy, and one can definitely have a good night sleep. High recommend.

Lovely place, clean, friendly staff and perfect location by the train station.

Hotel is good and near to Krakow Central station.

Extra pillows and towels were provided on request. The staff was helpful with outside reservations, directions, and suggestions. The location is perfect - we mostly walked to our destinations. Breakfast (both buffet and made-to-order options) was fantastic and so was dinner. We ate dinner there the first night because of our late arrival, but the food was so good we ended up eating dinner there a second night during our stay as well. Twenty-four hour free access to tea, coffee, and delicious hot chocolate (it's not the instant powder kind)!

Pillows too large, mirror lighting in the bathroom, no clear infos about the fact that the SPA is actually located in the other PURO Hotel in Kazimierz (found the info on the tablet after looking through the whole website)

The location was great, close to everything that we wanted to see. They kindly let us use the rooms before check in and it was tidy and clean. Also, when we asked them if they were able to prepare breakfast boxes (once my husband and I noticed our pick-up time for out tour for the next day had changed to such an early time: 5:45am), they were so flexible in preparing them for us !

Just a slight thing, but the bag in which they put the breakfast tore almost immediately after we left the hotel. But other than that everything was perfect!

The best location for travelers, cozy rooms and perfect service make this hotel the best option to stay in Krakow. I will come back again and again.

Beautiful room and AMAZING staff!

It’s always a pleasure to stay here. Clean, modern, super central if you need to travel by train or to the airport (or go mall shopping!) There is free coffee downstairs at all times, which is a great plus

Everything is nice

The location was perfect for our trip. We had breakfast included and the quality and choice of food and drinks was second to none. Room was comfortable and well equipped. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

My only criticism was that in the room was a small fridge which was a waste because it never got cold.

Great location - a quick walk to the old town and near a shopping center, very clean and beautiful room with amazing view, helpful personnel, comfortable beds and overall very modern.

I stayed for three days. The location served me perfectly. Close to train/bus station and short walk to old town. Everything was modern and well-organized. The staff was super-helpful and nice. Room was kept clean and pillows were awesome. I appreciated coffee machine in the lobby and when they brought 2 cans of water everyday while cleaning. Avocado sandwich at the breakfast was great.

There were some issues with the room card lightning & pad-combination so I had to reset the key couple times. Noises from the corridor can be heard a little bit too well. So not the best thing for light sleepers. At the breakfast I felt a bit that I had to hurry. Maybe it could last til 11. There could have been better fish selection and some fresh berries instead of jams.

The location of the hotel was very close to the trains, buses and trams. There was a shopping centre with everything you might need for a trip. The old town was no more than a 10 minute walk. Perfect!
