Breakfast Buffett was excellent, super location opposite major shopping centre and 15 min easy stroll from old town, rooms great and even as “oldies” found the iPad to control room functions easy to use. Also a special mention to the two professional and super efficient young ladies on reception who looked after us so well on arrival

Rooms a bit in small side. Unable to switch air con off unless you open window and then you get the outside noise.

Good location close to Old City and the railway/bus station. The bed itself and the bed linen were very comfortable. Breakfast was good, with a great choice of food and drinks

Lightning in the room was tricky. I didn't find a way to switch on only table lamp without switching on the bed lamps. Also the washroom light reaches the room, so when you use the washroom at night, it disturbs your parnter who sleeps...

We loved the location near the train station, which was super convenient for both our travel and exploring the city. Our room was very comfortable and it was also great to have free access to a coffee machine in the lobby.

One evening we had snacks and drinks at the hotel restaurant. The tomato soup and the nachos were not very good, especially for the price.

Beautiful hotel! Great location! Good staff! This is not the first time I've stayed here and everything is always is good.

I liked the technology in the room - the laptop that controls all things

Excellent location, very close to Krakow railway station, which is convenient for travelers. The hotel offers private parking, which is a big plus for those arriving by car. The beds are very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Lighting in the room is pleasant and creates a cozy atmosphere. The view from the window was decent and added to the overall experience.

The price of parking is quite expensive, which adds significantly to the overall cost. Sound insulation is very poor — noise from neighboring rooms and the corridor was clearly audible. The room felt quite small compared to other hotels of a similar category. The hotel price seems too high for the value and comfort it offers. During our stay, the hotel was crowded, and it was difficult to find a free table during breakfast.

Superbly located in the heart of this great city, right next to the main transport hub., only very easy walk to the Historic City Centre. Nicely layed out, modern hotel. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Excellent breakfast, attentive and able stuff. Highly recommended

Small room

It was absolutely lovely! My experience with Krakow hotels had its ups and downs, but Puro Hotel will be my top choice to stay in the city. Lovely room with a very comfortable bed and pillows - you can also request a hard pillow if you like, the option is there. Everything works perfectly, nothing is broken: aircon (very quiet and doesn't blow right in your face), all shower/bathroom facilities, light can be controlled via a tablet, etc. The breakfast area is cozy, too, full of natural light in the morning - the food selection is nice, great coffee and probably a dozen tea options available. Everything is very clean. Also, rooms are quiet - I had a room facing a very busy street but I didn't hear the traffic noise. Also, the staff is friendly and they look like they want to be here (I used to work in hotel business, I know haha)

Nothing! Well, maybe would be nice to have fried eggs as an option for breakfast buffet - but maybe I was just unlucky on that particular day, with only sad scrambled eggs available.

I love Puro Hotels and whenever I can, I always choose them. Amazing people working there make every stay a perfect! Comfortable beds, stylish rooms with artistic touch and perfect cafe in foyer - all this is beyond if expectations

Excellent breakfast, room was quiet and even though not very big, it was enough for two persons and the luggage.

Location was opposite train station and staff there were extremely helpful especially Mr. Bartlomiej and Ms.Klaudia

I enjoyed the breakfast. Small but fine. Everything was delicious.

I couldn't turn off the air conditioner in the room. It was a bit too cold for me even on the warmest setting. It was good for sleeping though.

Everything - one of my favorite hotels. Very comfortable beds, lovely toiletries, modern setup, tasty bar and breakfast. Pleasant staff. Beautiful place. Very conveniently located by the main train station and shopping center. A short walk to the old city. A true find.

Sometimes pillows are a tad to soft for me, but I just pile them up and have a dreamy sleep. But really - that’s it for any kind of complaint.

Clean, quiet, good location for access to bus and train stations

Motion detector light in the bathroom is a miserable idea! If you need to get up in the middle of the night, the bright lights turn on automatically. Sleep research indicates this contributes to poor quality sleep. Also, if you pause while showering or brushing your teeth, the lights go off, and then back on when you move. Annoying. It should be re-evaluated and changed to a light switch.

Convenient for railway station airport and town centre

Across from Krakow Glowny. Hotel is stylish with nice restaurant and bar. Room was quite compact but good for one night.

The bathroom light is on a motion sensor so you cannot leave off when entering at night ( I only use phone light at night) The worst part is that the door is translucent so it lights up the entire room when someone enters bathroom. Not so bad if you’re traveling alone. Otherwise this is the dumbest idea I’ve seen in a hotel.

Great location in case you are travelling by train or bus. Walking distance to the city-center. Rooms are clean however a bit small.

Aesthetic of the room, heated floor in the bathroom, complimentary toiletries for any emergency, big TV, easy contact with staff from the room, easy WiFi connection, awesome wardrobe options to store your items!!!

My room was quite small compared to newer Puro hotels, and with a side bed for my child, two suitcases, and a car seat, it felt a bit tight.

Noise from room next door though joining door. The door seal is not soundproofed.

We had a great stay. The hotel is conveniently located across the main station and right by the historic centre. The breakfast is delicious and the buffet is varied. The atmosphere is warm and modern. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite and our room was gorgeous!

We were checked in and provided a room at 9:40 in the morning. This is exceptional!

No closet in the room

Top location. 5 min walk to old city center, right next to train station. Top amenities even free bikes. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Top breakfast very tasty food. Nice design, come if you like architecture.

The curtain did not make 100% dark

Amazing breakfast, design interior very pleasant and appealing, interesting technology implemented. Oh yes and free coffee that was actually pretty decent.

Can only regulate temperature with a slide bar on the tablet not knowing the desired output in Celsius, and also not controling the fan speed.

Great breakfast buffet. Loads of choice. Fresh modern interiors, fantastic staff, room cleaned every day.

Room had adjoining door which allowed sound travel from next door.

Location was directly opposite the main train station. Rooms were clean and well presented. Reception staff were extremely helpful. Our tour to Auschwitz was cancelled late the day before it was to tale place. The Puro staff helped to put us in contact with the tour provider to arrange an alternative.

The property was perfectly located in the city center next to the big Galeria Krakowska (shopping mall) and the central station. It is only a short walk to the old town. The 24/7 coffee station was a big plus and also the interior was super nice. Also a big thank you to Ola the receptionist, she helped us with all our needs and was super friendly every time we asked her for any advice!!

We came by car and there was barely any space to unpack our luggage so we had to park at the parking meter. also the rooms are pretty small and there is no soundproof door to have your own privacy in the bathroom…

Rooms: comfortable and pretty rooms, high-tech. Nearby activities: Lively area with big shopping mall. Cute residential areas nearby with nice cafes. Safety: very safe Walkability: Close to old down, walking distance.

The smart home system in the rooms was impressive — everything, including the bathroom facilities, was thoughtfully designed. We usually prefer staying at different hotels for varied experiences, but we’d be happy to return here.

A perfect stay in Krakow - the location is great to get to and from the airport in a car or by train as well as close to all areas of interest in Krakow. We LOVED the bed and pillows (feather pillow snob here!), and coffee/tea/hot chocolate machine in the lobby was very helpful as we had an early rise one day for a tour. The staff we happy and helpful every-time we interacted with them

There isn't anything we didn't like about PURO in Krakow and would recommend it to a group of friends or couple for their say in Krakow
