very comfortable beds, stylish interior and amazing original breakfast with many options. there was also a lot of parking options in the area, apart from the hotels parking which is a bit expensive.

Having visited around 15 countries a bit of everywhere, I can safely state this was my top 1 lodging experience ever. This hotel is a masterpiece, boutique-like atmosphere, tech-savvy vibe, and super nice people (at the reception and at the bar as well ; S/O to Piotr from the latter, great vibe!). Everything about the stay was pitch perfect: the location, the room, the ease of practicality thanks to the tablet-enabled features, cleanliness timely and on point... On my last day, ordered lunch from the hotel's restaurant and it was excellent. I truly am grateful (and feel lucky) for that last-minute change from the hotel I had picked initially to the Puro. ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!

As a guest, it was very unpleasant to see that other people were being served freshly prepared dishes from the kitchen during breakfast. By that time, I had already finished my meal, and no one from the staff informed or explained to me that such an option was available. Also, I really love coffee, and the one from the coffee machine was simply awful — most likely due to the quality of the beans.

Breakfast was really nice and healthy, the rooms were clean and nice, and the bed was comfortable, the staff was nice and helpful For me this hotel is a must if you visit Krakow

The accommodating staff (they arranged an early check-in for us which we really appreciated), the style and decor, the comfort and atmosphere in the room, the super central location, the free coffee/tea station in the lounge.

The location right across the entrance to the main station meant that there are sounds coming from the street (trams, buses, traffic in general) that were not completely blocked out. But the experience might be different in rooms on the other side of the building and on higher floors (we were on the 1st).

Modern hotel, excellent location next to central train station and bus stations. Close to shopping, restaurants , cafes, and market. Convenient location for an old Town (short walk). Quiet rooms despite central location. Comfortable rooms. Free coffee and tea in reception rather than bedrooms - all hotels should learn from their example!

Room was compact, a bit more space for luggage would be great, but not a deal breaker. would definitely stay again.

Location! It's literally across the street from the mall that's connected to the central station.

Really slow elevators...and in the AM you must go from your room to the coffee machine for free coffee (no coffee or tea in the rooms...not way to boil hot water.)

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was modern, spacious, and beautifully designed, with great views. One of the standout features was how everything in the room was controlled including lighting, temperature, phone and room service was controlled by a tablet, which added a real touch of luxury. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the large TV was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. A nice added bonus was the Marshall speaker in the room. It was great to play some music while getting ready to go out for dinner. The location is excellent! Galeria Krakowska is literally on your doorstep, which is super convenient for shopping, dining, or grabbing a coffee. The Old Town is only about a 5 minute walk away, and there's a tram stop right outside, making it really easy to get around the city. The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again!

One thing to be aware of is that our room did not have air conditioning. We were lucky that our room didn’t face the sun, which helped a bit, but it still got quite stuffy at times, especially during the warmer parts of the day. It would definitely be nice to have the option of air conditioning, particularly if visiting in the summer months.

Breakfast Buffett was excellent, super location opposite major shopping centre and 15 min easy stroll from old town, rooms great and even as “oldies” found the iPad to control room functions easy to use. Also a special mention to the two professional and super efficient young ladies on reception who looked after us so well on arrival

Good location close to Old City and the railway/bus station. The bed itself and the bed linen were very comfortable. Breakfast was good, with a great choice of food and drinks

Lightning in the room was tricky. I didn't find a way to switch on only table lamp without switching on the bed lamps. Also the washroom light reaches the room, so when you use the washroom at night, it disturbs your parnter who sleeps...

We loved the location near the train station, which was super convenient for both our travel and exploring the city. Our room was very comfortable and it was also great to have free access to a coffee machine in the lobby.

One evening we had snacks and drinks at the hotel restaurant. The tomato soup and the nachos were not very good, especially for the price.

I liked the technology in the room - the laptop that controls all things

Excellent location, very close to Krakow railway station, which is convenient for travelers. The hotel offers private parking, which is a big plus for those arriving by car. The beds are very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Lighting in the room is pleasant and creates a cozy atmosphere. The view from the window was decent and added to the overall experience.

The price of parking is quite expensive, which adds significantly to the overall cost. Sound insulation is very poor — noise from neighboring rooms and the corridor was clearly audible. The room felt quite small compared to other hotels of a similar category. The hotel price seems too high for the value and comfort it offers. During our stay, the hotel was crowded, and it was difficult to find a free table during breakfast.

Superbly located in the heart of this great city, right next to the main transport hub., only very easy walk to the Historic City Centre. Nicely layed out, modern hotel. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Excellent breakfast, attentive and able stuff. Highly recommended

It was absolutely lovely! My experience with Krakow hotels had its ups and downs, but Puro Hotel will be my top choice to stay in the city. Lovely room with a very comfortable bed and pillows - you can also request a hard pillow if you like, the option is there. Everything works perfectly, nothing is broken: aircon (very quiet and doesn't blow right in your face), all shower/bathroom facilities, light can be controlled via a tablet, etc. The breakfast area is cozy, too, full of natural light in the morning - the food selection is nice, great coffee and probably a dozen tea options available. Everything is very clean. Also, rooms are quiet - I had a room facing a very busy street but I didn't hear the traffic noise. Also, the staff is friendly and they look like they want to be here (I used to work in hotel business, I know haha)

Nothing! Well, maybe would be nice to have fried eggs as an option for breakfast buffet - but maybe I was just unlucky on that particular day, with only sad scrambled eggs available.

I enjoyed the breakfast. Small but fine. Everything was delicious.

I couldn't turn off the air conditioner in the room. It was a bit too cold for me even on the warmest setting. It was good for sleeping though.

Everything - one of my favorite hotels. Very comfortable beds, lovely toiletries, modern setup, tasty bar and breakfast. Pleasant staff. Beautiful place. Very conveniently located by the main train station and shopping center. A short walk to the old city. A true find.

Sometimes pillows are a tad to soft for me, but I just pile them up and have a dreamy sleep. But really - that’s it for any kind of complaint.

Clean, quiet, good location for access to bus and train stations

Motion detector light in the bathroom is a miserable idea! If you need to get up in the middle of the night, the bright lights turn on automatically. Sleep research indicates this contributes to poor quality sleep. Also, if you pause while showering or brushing your teeth, the lights go off, and then back on when you move. Annoying. It should be re-evaluated and changed to a light switch.

Convenient for railway station airport and town centre

Across from Krakow Glowny. Hotel is stylish with nice restaurant and bar. Room was quite compact but good for one night.

The bathroom light is on a motion sensor so you cannot leave off when entering at night ( I only use phone light at night) The worst part is that the door is translucent so it lights up the entire room when someone enters bathroom. Not so bad if you’re traveling alone. Otherwise this is the dumbest idea I’ve seen in a hotel.

Great location in case you are travelling by train or bus. Walking distance to the city-center. Rooms are clean however a bit small.

Aesthetic of the room, heated floor in the bathroom, complimentary toiletries for any emergency, big TV, easy contact with staff from the room, easy WiFi connection, awesome wardrobe options to store your items!!!
