This hotel was right near everything we wanted to see. Also near the train station. The beds were so comfy it was hard to get moving in the morning lol. Very nice staff breakfast was very nice and delicious! I loved the tomatoes mozzarella the most! The dining room at night had very delicious food as well! I loved that they had a 24 hr coffee and tea machine for when e we got back to the hotel late. Right across the street from a mall! Great hotel!!

The property was incredible a large sized room with a big queen sized bed which was extremely comfortable to sleep on. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive especially those on the reception desk when I needed some help.

There isn’t much not to like probably the only thing I can complain about is there is no kettle in the room but this is quickly rectified by feee hot drinks in the lobby downstairs.

The breakfast was exceptional

Polite service and eager to support..I like that they offer a harder pillow if yours seem too soft. I like that I got a quiet room.

It is a minor hint to put a kettle in the room. I like to make tea so I used a free coffee/tea corner and made tea each evening and carried upstairs. I learnt at the check-out that I could ask for a kettle in the room.. I wish I knew earlier :) I like this hotel and don't have anything else to suggest.

Great location, very close to the main train station. Comfy bed and nice arty design overall.

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. No room service before 12pm. Operating everything from the tablet can be annoying (my one was out of charge when I checked in and took overnight to actually work).

I had a great experience staying in this hotel. The employees at the reception and in the restaurant were really welcoming and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean with a very nice bed which allowed to have a good night's sleep. I especially loved the fact that the restaurant was open when almost everything else is closed in Krakow after 8-9 p.m. The hotel even packed a breakfast for me for my 4 a.m checkout. Thank you!

Comfortable beds, very clean and contemporary room and great breakfast. Very convenient for the train and central bus station plus only a short walk to the old town. Friendly staff and free coffee all day in the foyer. The room tech may need some adjustment to what one wants.

The ironing board and iron were delivered to my room very quickly as requested. The breakfast was great. The hotel was very well located for our needs downtown.

I didn't notice that the refrigerator needed turning on (the switch is very small), so left my medicine inside in room temperature. Perhaps the staff should inform the guests about it.

Puro has all the modern amenities that you could want. They have the perfect location to be able to navigate around Krakow.

There was nothing that was unsatisfactory.

Central location, functional rooms in Puro concept style, good lunch menu, decent breakfast quality even on the smaller side, friendly staff.

Rooms are on the smaller side which is clearly stated during booking so for 1 person on a business trip the hotel is ok. The privacy of the bathroom is very limited, so if you travel with someone, be ready for that.

Location: it's directly opposite the main rail and bus stations yet also walking distance to the historical centre. The rooms are soundproof: even on the street side traffic noise does not penetrate the room. Spacious shower stall and comfortable bed. An excellent breakfast buffet with extra hot dishes made to order. Selection of free hot beverages 24/7 in the lobby area.

If anything, the over-large bed pillows take getting used to.

Perfectly located for the main train station - Kraków Glówny and shopping centre (5 minute walk) and a 20 minute walk main square area. Ticked all the right boxes for a 4 night stay and glad we made this choice.

No tea/coffee facilities in the room but there is a free tea and coffee in the bar area which is very nice.

Lights controlled through a tablet, maybe it just takes a few days to get used to. Seemed inconvenient at first. Also a bit unintuitive how to control the temperature.

Super close to the main train station, mall, old town, and alot of fun activities. Everything is within a short walk from this hotel. The coffee was amazing and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The price was fantastic as well!

Id like to have a door on the shower since water tends to splash all over sometimes. But that is not an issue for the hotel overall.

I travel for work across Europe a lot and usually have a budget of about 200 euro per night. This is easily the best hotel I've stayed in for this price range. The staff are friendly and dynamic. The room is tasteful with very modern features and the food amazing.

Very close and convenient to the station and shopping mall. Only short walk to the old town. Perfect location. Breakfast was excellent with cooked dishes you can order and I liked the offered avocado poached egg on toast best.

Everything controlled by a tablet and sensors. The bathroom light went off multiple times when we didn’t move enough. In reverse when someone goes in the bath at night all the bathroom lights go on.There also is no closet space to speak of so we ended up using the window seat and sofas for clothing. Our wet rain coats dripped onto our suitcase.The bathroom has only a tiny shelf for toiletries. Lots of non functional design choices

We liked that it was located so close to the train station and krakow old town. The breakfast was also very good with loads of options.

It’s very convenient for the trains and trams. The room was ok for a two night stay. The bed was comfortable and bedding good and we slept well. No noise from the trains at all. The restaurant area is spacious and modern good tables plenty of room. The breakfast menu was good and a buffet which had loads of choices. The tea/coffee area is good even with takeaway cups. We would go again and recommend the PURO hotel.

The location is close to the railway station and has many restaurants nearby.

Room was perfect. Clean and cozy.Very comfy bed. Double pillows. Bathroom was amazing. Everything controlled by a tablet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Opposite Galeria Krakowska. Cloes to Old Town 10-15 minuts. If I visit Kraków again definitely I'll be back. Thank you.

Modern, cosmopolitan and cosy decor throughout. Absolutely loved the room, it felt like a home away from home. All the hotel information and amenities within the room could be easily controlled via a tablet (e.g. lighting, temperature, heated flooring, room service, etc) which made everything very easy to manage. Super conveniently located - right opposite the main Krakow train station where you can also easily access the main bus/coach terminal as well. I also ordered room service from their restaurant whilst I was there and the tray charge was incredibly reasonable. There is a coffee machine and tea station in the GF restaurant that guests are allowed to use during their stay (as there isn't drink making facilities in the rooms).

Pillows were very, very soft. I wasn't aware you could order different pillows in advance until I spotted a note in the room. The breakfast buffet area is quite small in relation to the number of tables, so in the morning it can get very busy, with lots of people queuing or waiting their turn. You can also order a number of hot items (included in addition to the buffet). I tried the croque madame but found the bread to be incredibly oily. Food from the restaurant that I ordered the night before was beautifully presented and cooked but under-seasoned. So some room for improvement on the food front.

Great location, just steps from the main square and across from the train station. The hotel is modern, clean, and comfortable with smart tech and a cozy vibe. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the free coffee/tea in the lobby was a nice touch. Would definitely stay again!
