OKU Hotel, Ibiza

Amazing hotel, staff and service was outstanding. Best breakfast options i've experienced at any hotel. Rooms were beautiful and comfy. Great party atmosphere and a chilled area if required. Will 100% be back again.

Gorgeous setting, nice variety of choice and lovely staff. Comfiest Bed I have ever slept in; amazingfacilities without being overbearing or pretentious.

Pool service was sometimes a little slow & needed prompting

Completely surpassed our expectations. Our stay was perfect. From the pools, to breakfast, to the rooms. Everything is of the highest quality and the staff are just wonderful.

Aesthetic and vibe is so nice and felt luxurious without being pretentious. Food was really nice. Staff were so friendly and attentive. Little shop nearby and walking distance to beaches and San Antoni town. Loved the Le Labo products

Beds/pillows weren’t comfortable

Music in the restaurant. It goes on too late you can hear it in your room. It's too loud for enjoyable dining

Top class communal areas with beautiful design (pools, restaurant etc), the main pool is really long and great for swimming, excellent food at the pool and main restaurant, really friendly staff and very convenient valet and taxi service. Well located for getting around the island. Also great to have live DJs / performers playing for free during your stay vs outside guests who have to pay. Fabio on the saxophone was amazing.

- Superior room was quite small for what we paid and the toilet felt quite basic, just mdf surround built into the room. - Pillows are just air and too large, need better supporting pillows - Music at the main pool is repetitive after a week’s stay and also there were some problems with the speakers when DJs playing - Need more brunch / breakfast type options on the pool menu for people who don’t like going to the main breakfast - The mocktails were really disappointing. My wife wasn’t drinking and there were only 3 options on the menu. She tried them all and they were all not very nice.

Beautifully designed, delicious food / cocktails and Le Labo products everywhere! The pool has a DJ around the adult pool daily from 2-6pm. The room was generously sized with an incredibly comfortable bed.

Don’t touch the mini bar / snacks unless you’re prepared to pay an eye watering amount of money. A small packet of nuts is €22 which is outrageous. The same item costs €4.80 in the shop opposite the hotel.

We spent 3 nights here last week with friends and we all loved our stay at OKU! The whole vibe in this hotel is just perfect for an ibiza trip. Even down to little things like a singer at breakfast… that made our stay extra special. Staff were amazing, especially when they sent someone to drive all the way to the airport with our passports that we’d left in our room when going home! Nothing was too much. We loved the DJ by the pool and lunchtime food was so good, so too were the breakfasts. The rooms and decor was beautiful and so relaxing. We will definitely be back next time in Ibiza. We loved absolutely everything about this property! Unbelievable hotel with fantastic facilities and staff. Possibly one of the best hotels we have stayed at. The atmosphere around the pool was outstanding every single day. The crowd that the hotel attracts is very mixed and more 30+, couple vibes which is exactly what we wanted. The rooms where beautifully decorated with everything you needed. No noise at all and the food was also amazing.

Very modern and stylish Hotel. The Breakfast was spectacular. Personal were friendly. 2 big swimming pools as for family zone also more for party.

Location of the hotel not the best one and not representive. The gym room can have mose usefull machins.

The staff were exceptionally helpful. We were made to feel like the only guests that mattered. There was no request too big. The facilities were kept immaculate. The process of checking in and checking out was very smooth. Part of the experience included a dedicated WhatsApp number to communicate with the guest concierge experience

No complaints, a wonderful stay.

Breakfast was excellent. Poolside beds were very comfortable. Cocktails and all other drinks were excellent. Room was very nice. Aircon excellent, Bed was amazing. Bathroom soaps etc. were excellent. Check in / out was very smooth Bel hops were very helpful

Prices on mini bar were ridiculously high. Service poolside was good but could be improved. Sound system poolside was out of sync when DJ was playing.

Duvet uncomfortable one thin duvet. Didn’t sleep the best.

Amazing service, breakfast and pools

Location overall was ok- we didn’t feel too inclined to leave the property at night, town was about 20 min walk

the staff made you feel welcome as soon as you turn up in your car. The level they go to in order to make your stay as enjoyable as possible is to the extreme. There is nothing I can fault on this trip, it was just perfect and the place and location make it even better. Just a short walk down into the Sunset Strip but enough away that it's tranquil and quiet make it the perfect location for anyone.

Stunning hotel - very calm and peaceful ambience. A DJ by the pool from 2 pm - 6 pm ramps up the hotel vibe and adds to the Ibiza experience. Excellent on-site restaurants and impeccable service. I would certainly stay in this hotel again.

Requested a later check out (1pm- only one hour) but were asked to pay 25% of the daily rate and we booked the suite so it didn’t make sense.

Very cool vibe, adults only pool was good but beds fill up quickly and great breakfast options

King size bed with double sheets on top that had a gap in between. Wasn’t the most comfortable sleeping because they kept separating but the bed itself was comfortable

San Antonio is increasingly run down , beach near the hotel is beautiful and clean but the port itself has a terrible vibe

They got room number mixed up and was a bit frustrating but they soon sorted this

Excellent all round, we are a family of 5 and had a 3 bed suite for the children and a superior double for us. There are two pools, one for adults with a 50m pool and in the family pool area we never struggled for sun beds or space. Quality of food was great, excellent breakfast and friendly and professional staff.
