OKU Hotel, Ibiza

Beautiful aesthetic, so clean and tidy, the staff are so welcoming and can’t do enough to help and make sure you have everything you need. The food around the pool is delicious - fresh and healthy. We can’t wait to come and stay again!

Friendly staff for European standards, modern finishes, bed turndown service was good, room tidied during the day which was nice. Breakfast was outstanding. Pool areas were great with available sunloungers and towels.

Parts of the room were a bit dusty but everything else was clean and tidy. Bed squeaked on every turn - granted I didn't report it and it probably would have been sorted. Room was a bit tight but this is standard for European hotels.

Beautiful pool area and food! Great music and staff super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great loads of options.

Such a cool space. The pool area & staff service is amazing. The restaurant was one of my best meals ever. I didn’t believe a friend of mine when she told me, but it really is that good. And the breakfast is amazing. Cocktails so good. Make sure you get your spot at the pool early and book taxis for the evenings! The spa is also fantastic.

The rooms were a little small for two girls sharing… as a couple maybe not so bad. Very cool rooms though

Beautiful property with the friendliest staff. Everyone from check in, valet, bartenders, waiters, bell hop, and more were so friendly and accommodating.

Pool area is very lively and the restaurant, Teyo is excellent. Breakfast was also very high quality.

I didn’t like the room very much. We went for a room with pro ate pool access but it was dark and the pool was always in the shade, so if I returned I would save the money and book a pool facing room.

Gym is poor, looks great at first glance but in reality there aren’t enough weights and many of the ones that are there don’t work properly.

Everything was good and amazing, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The service is excellent. Also the location is kind of far from the old town but I totally prefer to stay in San Antonio where the hotel is to escape from the traffic and be in a quiet place/area.

The main pool is just awesome, large, clean and good music. The parking included with Valet is one of the bests I ever experienced. Breakfast is AMAZING, great quality, plenty of options, worths every euro. Access to Cala Gració and Gracioneta is close and the beach is beautiful

Comparing to other hotels in the same level of quality around Europe I found this quite expensive. Ibiza expensive to be fair.
Also the location is not great as there is no options to walk around. San Antoni is not very nice and the stay is 30 minutes away from ibiza town driving

I absolutely loved my stay at Oku Hotel Ibiza. The whole property captures exactly what I look for when traveling – it’s stylish yet wonderfully laid-back, with a design that balances elegance and comfort. The service was absolutely next level, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. The staff were so attentive and warm, and the concierge was incredible, helping us get reservations even during peak season. Breakfast was out of this world with endless options. I had read the reviews raving about it before we booked, and now I totally get why! The poolside food was also excellent, with plenty of healthy choices. I especially loved the juice bar and the amazing protein shakes.
The workout classes were such a fun way to start the day, finishing with an ice bath. The design of the hotel was stunning, so beautiful everywhere you looked. I loved all the earthy brown tones and the focus on sustainability throughout the hotel. The pool was my absolute favourite spot, and the DJs were insanely talented, creating the perfect atmosphere.
Even though the hotel is a little further from some of the places we went out to, it was more than worth it. We went as a couple and are already planning our next trip back!

The only thing that could be improved is the gym, it really needed more weights. Although it looks stunning with its aesthetics, everything else was exceptional, so this was just a very small downside compared to how amazing the rest of the experience was.

The service was impeccable. The staff, the facilities, the hotel, the rooms, the little touches, the other guests. Everything was perfect.

Beautiful design, very comfortable bed/mattress, and all the little things that truly made a difference. A minimalists dream.

I’m truly nitpicking here, but since I was staying alone, I would have preferred a full-sized duvet rather than the bedding being set up for two separate people. It’s a small detail, but it would have made the stay feel a bit cozier.

Nice room, the food at both the restaurants and the pool was excellent, and the pool area itself was also very nice. All in all, it’s a hotel that is definitely worth staying

Some aspects fell short of expectations for a five-star benchmark hotel, namely: (i) my check-in was delayed until 3:40 PM (a 40-minute delay, even though I had arrived at the hotel at 11 AM), and yet they still did not allow a late check-out, which is quite unreasonable given the delayed check-in; (ii) the gym is visually appealing, but everyone I saw working out (rightfully) complained that the equipment is poor and not functional; and (iii) at one point, I asked the concierge to call me a taxi back to the hotel, and they replied that they could not do so because it is not part of the service.

We loved the pool area: great sized pool; wonderful vibe with music and set DJ's as well as live performances. The poolside team couldn't do enough to help offering excellent service everyday. The location of the hotel worked perfectly to walk to other locations: Cala Gracionetta and short taxi journey's to excellent restaurants.

The gym could've been cleaned and serviced with fresh drinking water and towels more regularly as sometimes there wasn't any drinking water available.
