Such a cool space. The pool area & staff service is amazing. The restaurant was one of my best meals ever. I didn’t believe a friend of mine when she told me, but it really is that good. And the breakfast is amazing. Cocktails so good. Make sure you get your spot at the pool early and book taxis for the evenings! The spa is also fantastic.

The rooms were a little small for two girls sharing… as a couple maybe not so bad. Very cool rooms though

That there was nowhere to really hang and relax without having to be in the restaurant.

Beautiful property with the friendliest staff. Everyone from check in, valet, bartenders, waiters, bell hop, and more were so friendly and accommodating.

Pool area is very lively and the restaurant, Teyo is excellent. Breakfast was also very high quality.

I didn’t like the room very much. We went for a room with pro ate pool access but it was dark and the pool was always in the shade, so if I returned I would save the money and book a pool facing room.

Rooms were gorgeous - so clean and modern. Breakfast was 10/10, and all staff so attentive and professional. Will be returning such a special place!

Gym is poor, looks great at first glance but in reality there aren’t enough weights and many of the ones that are there don’t work properly.

Everything was good and amazing, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The service is excellent. Also the location is kind of far from the old town but I totally prefer to stay in San Antonio where the hotel is to escape from the traffic and be in a quiet place/area.

This was my second stay at Oku & I’ll definitely be back! It’s got a great atmosphere without the madness of teenage party crowds. Very trendy, tastefully decorated & exceptional service. Great value for money & walking distance from some good bars, restaurants & beaches.

The main pool is just awesome, large, clean and good music. The parking included with Valet is one of the bests I ever experienced. Breakfast is AMAZING, great quality, plenty of options, worths every euro. Access to Cala Gració and Gracioneta is close and the beach is beautiful

Comparing to other hotels in the same level of quality around Europe I found this quite expensive. Ibiza expensive to be fair. Also the location is not great as there is no options to walk around. San Antoni is not very nice and the stay is 30 minutes away from ibiza town driving

The whole property captures exactly what I look for when traveling – it’s stylish yet wonderfully laid-back, with a design that balances elegance and comfort. The service was absolutely next level, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. The staff were so attentive and warm, and the concierge was incredible, helping us get reservations even during peak season. Breakfast was out of this world with endless options. I had read the reviews raving about it before we booked, and now I totally get why! The poolside food was also excellent, with plenty of healthy choices. I especially loved the juice bar and the amazing protein shakes. The workout classes were such a fun way to start the day, finishing with an ice bath. The design of the hotel was stunning, so beautiful everywhere you looked. I loved all the earthy brown tones and the focus on sustainability throughout the hotel. The pool was my absolute favourite spot, and the DJs were insanely talented, creating the perfect atmosphere. Even though the hotel is a little further from some of the places we went out to, it was more than worth it. We went as a couple and are already planning our next trip back!

The only thing that could be improved is the gym, it really needed more weights. Although it looks stunning with its aesthetics, everything else was exceptional, so this was just a very small downside compared to how amazing the rest of the experience was.

The service was impeccable. The staff, the facilities, the hotel, the rooms, the little touches, the other guests. Everything was perfect.

Beautiful design, very comfortable bed/mattress, and all the little things that truly made a difference. A minimalists dream.

I’m truly nitpicking here, but since I was staying alone, I would have preferred a full-sized duvet rather than the bedding being set up for two separate people. It’s a small detail, but it would have made the stay feel a bit cozier.

Nice room, the food at both the restaurants and the pool was excellent, and the pool area itself was also very nice. All in all, it’s a hotel that is definitely worth staying

Some aspects fell short of expectations for a five-star benchmark hotel, namely: (i) my check-in was delayed until 3:40 PM (a 40-minute delay, even though I had arrived at the hotel at 11 AM), and yet they still did not allow a late check-out, which is quite unreasonable given the delayed check-in; (ii) the gym is visually appealing, but everyone I saw working out (rightfully) complained that the equipment is poor and not functional; and (iii) at one point, I asked the concierge to call me a taxi back to the hotel, and they replied that they could not do so because it is not part of the service.

We loved the pool area: great sized pool; wonderful vibe with music and set DJ's as well as live performances. The poolside team couldn't do enough to help offering excellent service everyday. The location of the hotel worked perfectly to walk to other locations: Cala Gracionetta and short taxi journey's to excellent restaurants.

The gym could've been cleaned and serviced with fresh drinking water and towels more regularly as sometimes there wasn't any drinking water available.

The hotel was fantastic, and the staff was so kind and friendly. Rooms were so spacious with an incredible view.

The only thing I'd say is the location, 30 mins away from everything which was annoying at times...

⸻ My wife and I have stayed at this hotel for the third time now, and it truly feels like a second home. The warmth and friendliness of the entire team are exceptional. Every time we visit, we feel completely comfortable, and the service is outstanding. A recent addition is the concierge app, which keeps you constantly connected with the hotel. It allows direct communication and fulfills nearly every request, even for activities outside the hotel like excursions, boat trips, or any experience your heart desires. We spent ten days in a stunning rooftop room, which we highly recommend. It’s definitely worth booking early, as the view over the city and the sea is breathtaking. It’s peaceful in the evenings, perfect for couples looking to relax or enjoy dinner on the balcony. The poolside service had a new menu. For a ten-day stay, the selection felt a bit limited, but the food was always delicious, served hot, and arrived very quickly. The drinks are a bit pricey for what you get, but the quality and presentation are consistently good. A very special thank-you goes to Jonny, who works at the pool. We’ve now seen him all three times we’ve stayed here, and once again, he looked after us wonderfully. His warm personality, great sense of humor, and attentiveness really made our stay even more enjoyable. It’s such a pleasure to see someone again who welcomes you with a smile and brightens your day. We were truly grateful to him. The valet service was also excellent again. Our car was always brought quickly and efficiently. A big thank-you as well to Adam, who supported us in a consistently friendly and professional manner. There’s hardly anything negative we could say. The only small issue is the pool deck surface, which gets extremely hot when walking barefoot, so be sure to wear something on your feet to avoid burns. We were warmly welcomed back with a bottle of sparkling wine and a fresh fruit plate, which was a lovely touch.

We loved everything - the stunning hotel, relaxed atmosphere, staff at OKU, location, sublime breakfast. We only stayed for a short weekend break, but feels like we’ve spent a week in a retreat. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and professional but Manuel, Christian, and Daniel went above and beyond and made our trip exceptional. Thank you so much. We’ll be back!
