OKU Hotel, Ibiza

A great hotel for a holiday. Everything is thought out for your comfort, it's nice. Service, staff attention, delicious food. We were satisfied and eager to come back.

The architecture and design, the quality of the rooms and outdoor areas.

The constant music until midnight. The lack of vegan options at breakfast menu and room service menu.

This is mine and my partners 5th time staying at This hotel and we get more and more pleased with our stay every single time. The staff are now like our family and always go above and beyond to make sure your happy laughing and meet every single one of your needs. Nothing is too much for them and we have absolutely loved seeing all the staff and friendly faces. We can’t wait to visit again next year just want to say a massive thankyou to every single member of staff that have made our stay this time the absolute best and we can’t wait to see you again next year. Definitely the best place to stay on the island and we are so lucky of how well we have been treated this time! Lots of love to you all!

NOTHING! all perfect

The property itself is incredibly chic and beautifully designed and appointed! I was lucky to get a corner room with wrap around terrace with views over pool and ocean, spectacular!! The rooms were nicely appointed with Le Labo, robes, and plenty of drawer space; I really liked the layout, and the turn down service was well done. The main pool was fantastic and an incredible vibe, especially with the DJ every afternoon and friendly staff managing poolside service all day long. The poolside CBD oil chair massage was so good, as was juice bar. The valet/porter staff were also really nice. The gym is the chicest gym I’ve ever seen! The proximity to beautiful Calas was also a plus! And the location being just outside of the main tourist area was superb.

Poolside and room service food was not up to the standard of a hotel like Oku. It was Ok but could’ve been better, especially the late night menu (more variety). It would be incredible if Oku had spa facilities for guests like sauna, steam, ice plunge, etc.

Everything was amazing: the hotel, the amenities, the food but what really stood out was the staff who cared so much about us being happy during all our stay.

OKU is the best hotel in Ibiza. The staff does everything to make sure you have an amazing time, and they really make you feel special. They've also got the biggest swimming pool on the island. I'll revisit OKU again and again in the future.

The hotel is really a 5 star hotel. Their facilities are Excellent and brand new, the staff is always open to help, the swimming pool is clean and big (and never had a feeling of too much people in the pool) and the breakfast was incredible with very high quality product.

Price. Price is set up for tourists, you overpay for absolutely everything. All the food & beverages from the pool are extremely overpriced taking into account that the hotel is based in Spain. They include 10% tip in any bill, and will be charged in the checkout. You can ask to remove the tip (we did) as in Spain tips are not mandatory and we were never asked if we wanted to include tip or not.

The swimming pool area and the hotel rooms, the service was also outstanding

The gym was for show and didn’t really have gym gear for for purpose.

Everything especially that the rooms are cleaned multiple times in a day. Very friendly staff, if you are with the car they park it for you in their own garage see it as a valet. Excellent breakfast open buffet with a lot of choices. It’s located at a really nice and quiet place. Although you need to have an car to travel to other towns. The town San Antoni is a place for young, teenagers and Clubing people you see them everywhere so if you dont like that dont go there.

Just one feedback the prices are really high if you want to order something to eat or drink during the day at the pool. I would advise to reduce the prices to more realistic prices, excluding the alcohol ( not drinking so no knowledge about actual prices).

Nothing about the property. But there was outside music plays loud till very late.

The hotel was much better then we envisaged, the whole place was excellently laid out, very cool and chilled vibe. The facilities were excellent, pools, gym, yoga, restaurants. The breakfast choices were first class. The hotel food was very good. Staff were great. The rooms were really well apportioned, very comfy bed & pillows.

Gorgeous setting, nice variety of choice and lovely staff. Comfiest Bed I have ever slept in; amazingfacilities without being overbearing or pretentious.

Pool service was sometimes a little slow & needed prompting

Completely surpassed our expectations. Our stay was perfect. From the pools, to breakfast, to the rooms. Everything is of the highest quality and the staff are just wonderful.
