Hacienda Na Xamena, Ibiza

It was if you were staying in someone’s private villa which was nice. Rooms beautiful.

Not enough staff at poolside. Had to go look for staff to get a drink.
No sun umbrellas only netting but not all beds had this and it wasn’t effective anyway.
On first night in restaurant we sent back two main courses of fish one night (€45 each)as they were uncooked and inedible. Staff initially offered two free puddings (circa €15 each) in lieu.
I told the staff I expected the fish to be removed from our bill not a free pudding. The staff seemed perplexed and went away from our table.
Soon after a senior staff member called Noelle came over, apologised and said she would remove both fish courses from our bill.
A rather bizarre situation.

Most amazing place I’ve ever stayed

Gorgeous location overlooking the sea and in a rural setting. The pool and sun beds were all very private so it never felt overly busy.

Nothing, everything was perfect. The only thing I would say is the drinks and food are expensive, they have a captive audience as nothing really surrounds the hotel dining wise.

Some of the staff was uninterested and most annoying was the long explanation about tipping at the reception. Totally not 5 star service…

An absolutely stunning place, amazing views, with a gorgeous pool and sunbathing areas. The bedrooms are beautiful with the most unreal views! Food was so tasty. The staff were amazing and so so friendly, they couldn’t do enough for you. The tour we were given on day 1 was so helpful. We loved everything about our whole stay and I have never said that about anywhere I have stayed before!

If I had to be super picky, I would just say the hotel is far away from anywhere else in Ibiza. But if you hire a car or take taxis, it’s absolutely fine.
Smart tv would be better in the room for when you want 30 minutes to chill out. Maybe a few more shaded areas around the pool.

Gorgeous view

I recently stayed at a hotel with a perfect location and stunning views. The facilities were unreal, especially the spa. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean was unforgettable, and the spa treatments left me feeling rejuvenated. The staff provided exceptional service, making my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

Nothing to complain about

Beautiful hotel in a remote location with fantastic sunsets. Beds were really comfortable and the staff were exceptional. On site restaurant Eden was also brilliant.

It was chilled place to stay , won't stay for long though as can't sit still for too long

The pool that is to go through spa and have to pay extra €40 each person that shouldn't be like that and service charge at the end of whole stay 10% should state or been told at the beginning
And can't go anywhere from the hotel so have to stay in and enjoy the views

The place was completely smoke free, but a guest tried a cheeky smoke and unfortunately passed through some of the vents in our room. Not necessarily the hotels fault but still frustrating

The reception and spa staff didn’t have 5 star hotel welcoming and customer service. They need to have a more friendly and approachable attitude.

Our stay at the hotel was just perfect. The rooms with the view, the pool area, the breakfast, the cinema room and the game room were exceptional! But I really have to give extra credit to the staff. Everyone was so nice, you really had the feeling, that the people are enjoying their job and really like having you at the hotel! Special thanks go to the customer relations who planned a whole suprise with me! Everything worked out and I had so little to do! We will definitely come back again!

The view from our room was breathtaking.The room was spacious and had everything in it we needed. The whole ambience of the hotel was so calming and relaxing. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel felt overpriced considering the amenities and services provided. The gym was basic and no spa for the price we paid.

Staff were brilliant… great culture. Art in the property was excellent… rooms were very small and the lack of water was like looking for gold. No free water was provided in the room and no free water at meal times except breakfast, which was rationed heavily.

The ambiance, staff and environment were beautiful and peaceful. The rooms and view were perfect as well.

Staff contacted us twice during the night due to a noise complaint of furniture moving and loud noises. It was a misunderstanding because we weren't the ones making noise, we were basically enjoying the view and sleeping during those times.

The location of Hacienda Na Xamena is absolutely breathtaking! We had a family room which had a separate twin room for the teenagers. Hotel staff were fantastic and willing to help with everything. Would definitely recommend hiring a car as it’s about 30-40 mins to Saint Antoni / Ibiza town. We booked hire car through the front desk and it was delivered to the hotel within 15 mins and was reasonably priced.

Pool bar felt overpriced and food was a bit average.
