Really beautiful building and aesthetic. We were welcomed with a nice bottle of cava to celebrate our anniversary

Sometimes the room cleaning could have been more thorough, although the cleaning stuff were very friendly and sweet which is unusual for a hotel!

Staff are friendly and helpful. Pool and pool area are great to relax with food & drink. Rooftop bar is a great place to go in the evening before you head out.

What we specially loved was the nice pool area and the amazing staff! Everyone was very attentive and helpful. Facilities were super clean and comfortable!

We first got a room that was tiny. No storage space, and the window was overlooking the terrace where the DJ was playing. It was very long. Luckily, Silvia from guest service gave us an upgraded to a bigger room and we were super happy!! Thank you Silvia for being so attentive and also a big my thank you to Nadia from the restaurant who took such good care of us. We will be back soon for sure!

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff everywhere. Requested an iron/ironing board and kettle all delivered to the room. Small balcony with lounge perfect for afternoon siestas. Good location, quieter part of Ibiza town but walking distance to the Old Town.

Our stay was absolutely incredible - starting from the seamless check-in when we werw able to access our rooms before expected. The entire hotel building is clean, very well kept and modern. Breakfast had something for everyone, with abundance of sweet and savory options.

The only downside was the size of the double rooms that felt a bit of a snug for two people, but we managed. The reception staff did mention that they were their smallest rooms

We booked a suite with sea view and the bed we slept in was one of the best hotel beds I ever had. Loved the fact that we had 2 terrasses. The bathroom was clean and had good products to use. Very close to the beach and the pool had enough lounge beds. If you like some space and comfort I would definitely recommend booking a suite.

Since our room was on the first floor the sea view wasn't as grand as I had envisioned it (but we could see a little in between the trees). I did miss a sheet of paper with some basic information in our room to tell us for instance how wifi works and were and how late to find breakfast. I had to go down to ask reception, and they were always very helpfull and friendly.

Very up market. Lovely room. I was told my room was classified "tiny" but it was absolutely fine. Plenty big enough. If anything the bathroom was slightly small. Comfy bed and warm furnishings. Lovely staff on check in and check out. Nice breakfast - excellent scrambled eggs!!! I really appreciated the hotel contacting me a couple of days prior to my visit to just check if I needed any help with anything or was I celebrating anything special. Lovely touch.

I booked this hotel following a wedding in the north of the island. I had hoped to recover and relax by the pool all day but sadly there was a major thunderstorm ALL day! So the sky bar upstairs was closed and the pool area which is what I paid for and which I chose this hotel for was not available. Not the hotel's fault but it would have been nice. Warning: everything is extra even the mayonnaise!

Fantastic decor, very clean. Great selection for breakfast. Staff very helpful and professional.

We found the photos were very generous to the size of rooms and swimming pool, lounge beds right next to the pool. Rooms on the small side not much room to move around the bed to bathroom. No slippers or robes.

Staff was very polite, the terrace is beautiful and amazing massage. Nice, fresh breakfast

Really hard to find parking around, if you rent a car for these days it s not really convenient. At first we got a room without window, they were nice and after changed my room but then forgot to clean it for 2 days. The staff is really helpful and polite though, so they will be happy to help you, regardless the situation.

The hotel is very well located close to the beach and good restaurants. The hotel staff are so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is very good and the day beds at the pool is a luxury to lie on during the day

Great location by the beach and not far from town. Lovely pool, breakfast and very helpful and friendly staff. Allowed to keep luggage in hotel on last day which was a bonus. Would stay there again!

I liked the good location, great staff, delicious and convenient breakfast, balcony and minibar. Very clean and comfortable pool with a nice bar. It is also very nice that they provide towels for both the pool and the beach.

Not very comfortable bed and linens. Problems with the Internet which is constantly disconnected. No brush in the toilet room! It is worth considering that you will have to pay a tourist tax after checking out from the room.

Room was very small (manageable but small), and they played music very loud and late which was unpleasant and easy to prevent.

the music was a bit loud and we could hear different music from the pool and the rooftop at the same time. the room we were in was quite stuffy.
