Lovely boutique hotel in a great location. Plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Approx a 15 minute walk into the Old Town or €6-7 in a taxi if you don't fancy the walk. Staff are excellent, all very friendly, welcoming, and accomodating. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice and variety. The rooms are well appointed and decorated, although ours was a little small. The Spa in the hotel is very nice and offers fantastic value to hotel guests.

Our room was a liitle small, although other rooms we had sight of seemed better sized.

The building looks more like a traditional house and it has a lot of character. Our room was spacious and well equipped

Can't think of one thing

From the moment we booked, we were impressed. Even before arriving, we received a thoughtful WhatsApp asking if there was anything special we would like, and I mentioned we would be celebrating our wedding anniversary. We arrived much earlier than check-in, around 11am, and to our delight, within an hour we were told our suite was ready. Room 309 — beautifully decorated, spacious, with a stunning sea and pool view — felt like such a treat. To make it even more special, we were welcomed with a chilled bottle of champagne and a note wishing us a happy anniversary. Such a thoughtful gesture that truly touched us. Every single member of staff we met was wonderful. From reception to the pool waiters, everyone was so polite, attentive, and genuinely eager to make our stay memorable. I treated myself to a spa visit on a rainy day, and the experience was absolutely superb. What truly sets this hotel apart is the service — even after we had left. I realised I had left my iPad in the room after passing through airport security. The hotel had already texted me, and when I got in touch, they were so helpful, making it simple for me to arrange a courier to collect it. Their communication was instant and reassuring throughout. We honestly loved our stay and felt so well looked after from start to finish. It was the perfect place to celebrate such a special occasion, and we can’t wait to return. ❤️

Location was perfect, breakfast was amazing and diverse, pool area was very clean, pretty and chilled.

The room was quite small and there was nothing to use to hang wet towels or swimwear on to dry…we had to use the TV!

Our day was excellent! The staff are super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was wonderful. The pool was also very nice. A relaxing atmosphere for couples or groups of adults. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great boutique hotel / resort the photos on booking.com made the pool seem bigger than what it is but not an issue just rather cosy with other guests. I paid extra for a balcony and when I arrived my balcony overlooked a party house backyard with a blow up pool but I was moved to front ocean facing room. If you book see if you can get an ocean facing room. Super comfy bed and pillows and great location to the local Bay area and restaurants, great supermarket and pharmacy about 4 mins away but a good 40 min walk to the main harbour. Extremely helpful and accomodating staff and definitely not a young party hotel which was key for me. Has a good vibe and music but chilled and laid back

Not so much that I didn’t like just a bit odd only one hook in the bathroom to hang towels, no line or anything to hang up some washing, no tea or coffee making facilities, no kettle at all assuming I’m not the only one who likes to make a coffee or tea when they wake up.

They are the best hotel in Ibiza town in my opinion re combination of price point, service, rooms, location. Also they have an awesome car service that not a lot of hotels have.

The staff were so lovely especially the gentleman that checked us in on arrival. We had such a great stay and really appreciated the bottle of Cava that they gave us for our celebrations we were having. The pool area is beautiful and I would have loved to have had time to check out the spa! Would definitely choose here next time I’m back

Excellent location. Just a few minutes walk of promenade with lots of restaurants. Staff were lovely, room was very comfy, food was very good and cocktails were excellent. Great vibe around the pool.

Being very picky… water wasn’t replaced in room every day and ran out of decaf coffee at breakfast after first day. Bathroom was a little tired and smelled slightly damp. All minor issues, over all great hotel

When we first arrived the staff were so accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was included in our stay, was nice with a variety of choice but not too much. Hotel overall was clean with great facilities.

Everything was lovely, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was lovely with a little balcony. Breakfast was really lovely, with a great selection of choices. We loved the rooftop restaurant, although more food choices would be great (a few of the menu items were not available). The location is excellent and you can walk to Ibiza town in 15 minutes or so. The hotel is fantastic. There was some noise during the early hours of the morning on a few occasions from some of the other guests, but apart from that, we couldn't fault it.

Drunken behaviour from some of the guests which is not the hotel's fault but it was disruptive on a few nights.

Gorgeous property in a perfect location. Just steps from Ibiza Town and beachside restaurants, and not a far walk from Playa d’en Bossa. I found myself walking home from the clubs on that side of a town a few times! The staff were all very friendly, but the man they have overnights was truly a JOY. He was so sweet and great conversation. Our whole group would chitchat with him every night.

Would have loved somewhere to refill your water bottle by the pool, otherwise a lot of single use plastic buying bottled water!

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Staff were all lovely, breakfast was good, roof bar was wonderful; overall an excellent experience.

The bedrooms were quite small but both rooms had large balconies so not an issue.

We arrived early in the morning and we were able to check our bags and use the showers and facilities well before checking in! We were able to enjoy the cabanas and pool area until our room was ready. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with great service and the facilities exceeded our expectations. The location was phenominal and we can't wait to return!! The breakfast offered was amazing and was the perfect start to the day and the Sky Bar was a great way to end the evening! My wife and I took advantage of the spa and we loved it!
