Everything was perfect, it is clean, the staff I very helpfull and polite, especially Mihaela at the front desk and the location is very good!

EVETHING WAS EXCELLENT THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY SPECIAL LAURA AND MIKAELA, ARE THE BEST, AFTER CHEKOUT THEY LET US TO TAKE THE BEACH UMBRELLA WITH US TO TAKE IT TO FORMENTERA. I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN

ONLY THING FOR US WAS THAT IS NOT PARKING IN THE PROPERTY WE HAVE TO PARK 10 MINUTES FROM THE HOTEL BUT IF YOU DON'T HAVE IS NOT PROBLEM FOR YOU

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We particularly spent a lot of time speaking with Michaela, who gave us great recommendations and made us feel very welcoming. Other staff members were also pleasant.

Could fix the gaps in the flooring in the hotel room. It’s worn out. All else is good.

Great location close to the old town yet quiet

We were upgraded to a larger room so this review is based on that room. Plenty of space, large bed and sofa.

Shower wasn't up to the standard of the room in general, with just a small shower head mounted on a rail that would only click into two positions, making directing the flow more difficult. No overhead shower head.

Very good location, literally 2 min walk to heart of Ibiza town in a very quiet street…

For a city centre boutique hotel the room was very spacious and benefitted from a balcony. The entire hotel was exceptionally clean and the room was modern in decor and the bed very comfortable. The staff were on-site 24/7 which was a bonus.

It was slow to get a taxi and we found it better to hail one instead. The space to get into the shower was tiny - if you were a guest of larger proportions, you'd find it hard to squeeze between the sink and the shower frame! However, the shower itself was really good!

Central location, but very quiet, you can sleep well. Sunbath on the balcony and reach the center and the beach in 5 min walk. Very clean and the staff is very helpful and kind. 0-24 reception.

Perfect clima-air conditioning, great king size bed, very good sound proofing from outdoor noises, very polite and helpful staff. As much as hotels go, very good cleaning. Immediate and satisfying hot water supply. For a third for the toilet flushing works perfectly.

Needs a stronger hairdryer. Breakfast should improve in quantity and quality.

Everythings was perfect for us. Location very close to city centre.. The room was clean and large. Hosts were hellpfull and very nice.

Lobby seemed bigger in the pics. Also the shower entrance was insanely narrow which was pretty weird.

We love that the hotel is a quick drive to the venue we play at Hi Ibiza! The local area is filled with places to eat and have a glass of wine or cold beverage. The staff is always so kind to us. Live The Hype Life!

Staff were so friendly, shout out to zack and Mihaela. Location was amazing and the room and beds were clean and spacious.

Only gripe we did have was there was no air con which meant the room could get hot during the night and we had to leave the balcony doors open.

A very quiet room that the cleaners kept lovely and clean for us the whole week. The bed is BIG and comfortable.

Some UK channels on the TV, just to keep up to date with news.

Mihaela at the reception was very helpful and welcoming. The location is really practical.

Zack was a great host, he was very kind and attentive to all my needs. Great experience with the staff at the location!

The room wasn’t the greatest, so don’t expect much for the price point, but it was clean. If you’re coming to party and just need a place to sleep, this is fine.

Great location being only a short walk from the town centre. The staff were very friendly and we were offered a drink during check in

Couldn’t work out the air conditioning. Not a massive problem at this time of the year so didn’t mention it, but instructions would have been useful.

Modern and central to both old town and new Ibiza. The staff were amazing giving us a warm interaction and made us feel very welcome. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed

Our room was next to the lift shaft so every time the lift went (which was often) we could hear it. Took a while to get used to it

Location was great and the staff were lovely too. Arne and Antonio were extremely kind and friendly. Bed was very comfy and we had a little terrace where we could have our morning coffee. We didn't get disturbed at anytime.

Exoensive, therefore we only stayed 3 days there.

Location was great and staff was very helpful. The bed was super comfy.

Nice size room, with balcony. Great to have a room with a fridge. Obviously very handy for cold drinks and snacks. Very conveniently located for both walking into town and also just a short walk to the seafront/promenade.

Nothing really to mention. Just due to its location and size, no swimming pool.

The close proximity to everything. The staff were all amazing and very helpful on places to eat especially.

Parking was difficult but probably wouldn’t hire a car next time.

Reception staff, Antonio and Daisy, were beyond helpful! They really couldn't do enough for us. A very warm welcome on arrival, we were taken to our rooms where everything was explained. Antonio gave us parking solutions, restaurant recommendations, breakfast venues, and visiting the Old Town. The list was endless. The hotel is very comfortable, with good hot showers, comfy beds, and spacious rooms with a small balcony allowing you to sit outside. Perfectly located in the town,easy walking access to the port, old town, many restaurants,shops etc . The hotel gave a chic,modern feel and was very clean. We would not hesitate to stay there again!

A small minor point, an additional socket by the bed to charge phones would have been great,but certainly not a deal breaker!

This is a very nice place. Newly renovated rooms, well equipped, good air-con, nice sun-soaked balcony. Location is great, close to everything, yet very quiet in a backstreet. Very friendly and supportive staff!

What a wonderful place to stay. We stayed for the T100 triathlon event and it was a Perfect location ….quiet but very central walking location to everywhere including beaches and old town and restaurants ….The rooms were large, the beds were very comfy, blackout curtains, ambient lighting, bathroom amenities, lovely hot powerful shower, air con which was very much needed, nespresso machine and fridge…. And the staff were amazingly helpful and friendly especially Arne!
