Noise and vibration from nearby club. I’m not a light sleeper but the vibration really made me cannot sleep well.

Construction ongoing in the building with drilling into concrete noise from early in the morning. Sometimes a bit of a wait for breakfast as space limited in dining area. Rooms are very nice and spacious. Location is convenient.

extremely noisy from five till midnight as there is a very very noisy nightclub directly opposite so much so they give you earplugs in the room ! Because it’s so loud, it actually vibrates through as well !

The location of the hotel was amazing and in a fantastic area for many off the attractions in Saigon.

Great design and build quality. Immaculately clean and very friendly and helpful staff. The food was good quality.

I think the gym equipments could be improved with more varieties. I know it’s not the hotel’s fault but then noise from the bar across the road can be a bit annoying if you’re trying to get an early night though the hotel do provide ear plugs.

No milk in fridge for morning cup of tree and unable to deliver milk to room when asked.

Staff were lovely, room was spacious and comfortable - we enjoyed having the armchairs in the room. Kitchenette was handy too. Lots of cupboards and storage. Breakfast was great quality. Pool area was lovely.

Noise in the evening not great but we knew this before we booked. Earplugs came in handy. Still slept well.

Elegant and comfortable hotel in the center of Saigon. Due to its size, does not feel overrun by tour groups like some other similar hotels. Staff is friendly, if a little formal.

Breakfast could have more vegetarian options. Beer hall across the street is quite loud in the evening; the hotel provides earplugs and one gets used to it after a few nights.

breakfast, for the price of the night such a poor diversity of chooses, you need to make a coffee by yourself and lots of people stacking at the same time at the coffee machine

The location is close to everything and so many good restaurants close by. Hotel was extremely clean and so pretty.

Location, staff, breakfast, pool and facilities were all great. I will definitely be returning to this hotel. The hotel is just like the pictures, it does not disappoint.

Modern, stylish, perfect location next to the turtle lake and many great restaurants and coffee shops. Amazing breakfast and lovely breakfast room. Very helpful staff. Great bathroom.

It’s next to a very loud bar that plays music but the music stops by around midnight.

Great room layout with lots of space. Excellent breakfast each morning. Enjoyed the rooftop pool in the afternoon shade. Walkable to all the key sights and restaurants we wanted to experience.

Very noisy at night until midnight. There is a super loud bar across the street. Must wear earplugs until midnight. Even with that, the hotel was lovely and I would stay again

It’s really noisier outside of the hotel and inside of the hotel either Outside… the pub on the street corner let me couldn’t sleep Inside.. the neighbors speaking wake my up at 00:30

The staff are really helpful and kind. The breakfast was great. The room was good. It was easy to get around and the staff arranged taxis for us. It’s a beautiful and serene space with attractive decor and real plants.

The room was an odd shape and small.

I had a pleasant stay, the staff were super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was on point! The suite as well the hotel design is very nice and artsy, giving a great vibe. 10 out of 10!! 100% coming back. Thank Bach Suites for such a great experience.

Spacious room in this beautiful boutique hotel in a great location. Staff were so helpful, especially the doormen - making sure we got in the right Grab cab etc. Great breakfast too and the most comfortable bed of our trip.

It’s opposite a noisy bar and there’s a rooftop bar nearby that I guess gets busy at weekends. The hotel provided earplugs, but we went out in the evenings and by the time we got home at about midnight, there was no noise disturbance at all.

Breakfast was good. Just enough for me. Is quality more than quantity

I did not like the bed. Too small, though i am an ancient woman. Bed not comfortable. Aircon in the room temperature, even after adjustment is still very cold
