Best Location, amenities, top notch staff, amazing decor

The TV in the bathtub is only clear if look at it directly straight. Once I lie of the bathtub looking up at an angle it is blur like due to polarised screen. So that tv is useless cos can watch movies in tub.

This hotel is phenomenal. The pool and gym facilities are excellent. You're welcome with fresh Vietnamese fruit and free mini bar access. I could not recommend this hotel enough!!

Nothing - everything was perfect at the Reverie.

The whole experience from booking reservations, check-in welcome by the staff, and the attention to details. We were celebrating our 19th wedding anniversary and they specifically prepared welcome gifts for us. We felt pampered as the staff was very warm and welcoming. The hotel was elegant and luxurious and peaceful. The dining experience from a Da Vittorio dinner and the breakfast buffet at the Cardinal was superb and the food was excellent and delicious in all aspects.

We didn't find anything. Everything was perfect .

Great location with large, comfortable rooms and an amazing view on the City of Saigon. The employees were all very friendly and providing top service. Extended my stay and booked three additional nights at this hotel.

Little bit noisy when staying at the Panoramic room as the city center is very vibrant and the music downtown can be heard until late at night.

I liked everything about this property. From the moment you walking in you are in a different way. The attention to detail a second to none. It feels like you’re the only person in the Hotel and the staff can’t do enough for you.  This has to be magnificent Hotel we have ever stayed in. The decor is jawdropping luxurious. The swimming pool is a mosaic work of art with about 20 to 25 meter expanse so you can do laps. The breakfast bar is extensive . We didn’t have dinner or lunch at the hotel but the menus looked amazing. We like the hotel so much we are coming back in another three weeks. It’s also close to all the major tourist attractions.

Spacious, high quality hotel in all aspects. Impressive rooms with great views (we had two), amazing breakfast, excellent gym and swimming pool. The location is very central. The Spa is enormous and we had an excellent massage (included with the room). The service is top notch at every touch point.

It’s a bit of a confusing hotel to navigate. There are 3 entrances. Lift goes to level 7, then change lift for your floor. Check in for exec rooms on the 38th. My head was spinning with all the wrong turns. Also, it’s expensive.

Amazing location in D1 walking distance to major tourist sites. Incredible views of the river and city from rooms. Spa is v good as were all the staff

thé WoW factor! this place is stunning it is truly spectacular with marble and semi precious rocks as wall faces and chandeliers. The service is unparalleled, with attention to your every need. I loved the spa and foodies should try the restaurants and cafes, one is Michelin rated. the Chinese restaurant is famous for its dim sims and I loved their red rice rolls. I had so much fun there I barely left the hotel. This place makes other 5 star places look like 2 star. I had a room on 36 level so if you don’t like heights let them know when you book. the price is reasonable for what they offer. I would definitely stay there again

i like open windows but obviously that’s not possible on 36 level.

What a wonderful experience. The service was outstanding and the facilities and the hotel itself was very beautiful. Close to a lot of good restaurants and rooftop bars.

definitely it’s a very nice hotel, located centrally in Saigon. The rooms were super and the staff very accommodative! The only issue for me was that the room had a very unpleasant musty smell that was very strong but I had read about it from other reviews so it must be a usual thing in the rooms. That is why I didn’t ask to have a room change because I thought that all rooms would be the same.

I didn’t like that it doesn’t have a “hotel feeling” like many hotels do when you walk in their entrance, with nice lounge areas in the lobby etc. Also I was very struck with the musty smell in our room.

Staff was very accomodating with all of our needs. We stayed here twice w/ a 2 day break in between and they were nice enough to see if we could have the same room for both stays. You can't beat the location - step out and all the action is right there. Though in a heavily touristy district, plenty of space/cars to 'grab' one and take off to your fav district.

The breakfast buffet was way overpriced and the a la carte options were too expensive individually.

Decoration was not my style, the internet was very slow at 4mbps which is surprising for a 5-star hotel, breakfast was way too expensive, and 2 had to take 2 different elevators to go to the lobby and back.

We loved just about everything about this hotel. Our room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was one of the best ever. Make sure and use the outdoor infinity pool, where the staff totally pampers you!

The elevator system was a little confusing. The room elevator is separate from the elevator to the ground floor.
