The bad is very comfortable. The breakfast is very good and is opened in the early morning hours.

Welcoming reception, easy to store luggage, tram stop in front of the hotel, breakfast was tasty, wifi and hot water were good.

Room was a little cold in December. The radiator was cool. Tried to adjust the thermostat but it didn't change even though the light was on.

Nice spacious room. Very good breakfast. Good location with short walk to Christmas Market and train station. The staff is very friendly and pleasant. And I really like the late checkout option.

But the room was a little bit stuffy and warm. There was a fan available but it was difficult to get the room to cool off even though it was winter time.

Smooth & quick check-in. 25 Euro taxi ride from the central station. Great location, you can walk to all sites. Nice, clean modern room. A good amount of electrical outlets.

€600 euro Sky Loft room for 2 nights, excellent size, lots of space, great shower and great breakfast. Excellent location: the best of any of the places I've stayed in Helsinki. Stylish and slick experience - but you 'do' have to pay for that.

For €600 I'd expect the TV to work. We were missing some bulbs and the UK plug socket needed a new fuse, and the toilet seat was broken. There was no maintenance available over the weekend, so we were told we would have to live with it. Mind you, they gave us a freee bottle of wine so can't complain too much. The carpet in reception is very very worn.. No seats availalble at the sunday breakfast slots as they are over subscribed so you'll need to get in early..

Facilities in the room are good; staff very friendly.

There was no window in my room and it was a bit stuffy and dark. Carpet and upholstery could have used a deeper cleaning.

Beautiful hotel in a great location, close to the centre of Helsinki. Room was immaculate, staff were so lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful. We would definitely return!

Really close to the old food market and other attractions, with many restaurants nearby. The breakfast offered plenty of variety, perfect for a multi-day stay, and everything was delicious. The room was clean, though the bathroom had a half glass shower door, so water splashed everywhere while showering.

The room we received was a bit smaller and located in a corner unit. It was comfortable, but the view was just of the glass roof

Room was lovely! I liked the TV being directly opposite the bed. The bed was large enough to fit two people. They provided ‘Rituals’ toiletries which were amazing! The mini bar fridge was cold enough to store my own food in there. They provided plenty of coffee pods for the coffee machine. For a small single room, there was plenty of space and very comfortable! The location is amazing too, being central and a 10 minute walk from the train station. I would stay here again.

No plug socket anywhere near the mirror so couldn’t style my hair in the mornings. The bathroom floor got soaking wet from the shower and therefore the mat was always wet. View from the window was poor too - overlooking other buildings.

They provided for every need and were always so helpful. The room was by far the largest we stayed at on a 16 day trip.

Location is superb. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Many good places to eat around the area. Interesting places are a walk away. Room is clean and lovely. We were given a room that is quiet according to our request.

Best location! It was easy to access and I only needed to walk less than 10mins from Helsinki station. Plus only 5 mins walk brings me to the port and market. So quiet basically! I stayed 3 nights and I am so satisfied with the ambient silence except for the last night. Maybe kind of the music concert was held on the last night, which was not hotel's falt at all. Comfortable shower pressure and temperature! I'm never satisfied with the shower and bath every time I go abroad, but it was not the case. It was freezing cold outside in Helsinki, but the bath equipment can heal me a lot. Complimentary tea and coffee 24 hours! What I like the best can be it. Everything in Helsinki is costly and I reluctant to buy just a cup of coffee honestly. I can cut the cost and I enjoy various selections about the teas.

No! I strongly reccomend this accomadation to the visitors.

Lovely room, communal areas and breakfast was delicious with lots of homemade treats. Even had a dedicated gluten free section! The loft had rituals products and a big tv with chrome cast.

I like everything, you are doing a very good job.

The location was great. The bed was very comfortable (I had a very good sleep there) and the products in the bathroom were of a very good quality.

Some very minor points: The hallway part of the room was very dark, the room in general was quite dark. The bathroom whilst clean could have been cleaner in the shower area.

Great location. I was on the top floor, so had a private balcony.

The elevators are weird in that one would go to the lobby while the other would let you out in the dining room area and then you would have to walk around and take the stairs down.

Excellent selection at breakfast, always plentiful, everything topped up quickly. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location, easy access to everything, We found Helsinki to be a very walkable city. Nice touch having additional items available in the Reception area such as toiletries etc.

We would be happy to stay again, but would request for an internal room or a room on a higher floor due to traffic noise from the trams and early morning deliveries.
