DIdn't eat breakfast

It was quite easy for people in neighboring buildings to look into the windows in my room, so had to make sure the curtains were shut.

The breakfast was very nice and fresh. The gym was nice as well.

Location was excellent, staff were amazing and the Italian restaurant attached to the hotel was fabulous. Room was v nice and beds very comfortable. Shower worked well as did the bath tub. First time in Helsinki, a great experience.

Location was great, staff were friendly and brilliantly clean. Bedrooms were very small… and could not get the coffee machine to work - small issues which may be bigger issues for others..

The breakfast was terrific. The staff serving/preparing breakfast were very helpful to provide food for my son who has food allergies. The beds were comfortable.

To be fair, pretty much everything - can't really fault this property. I requested a "quiet spot" in my pre-arrival communication and they certainly supplied that for me. Room was comfortable, reasonable enough size, nice bed, nice pillows, good shower, a small window that opened for fresh air, spare toilet roll [always an indicator of the property approach to guests and expenses] and plentiful bottles of bathroom liquids if you happen to not BYO. Room came with a 'mini bar' which is fine if you like that sort of thing - a space in a mini fridge would be a better addition so chocolate or snacks can be placed. There are adequate lounge and seating areas if you happen to like chillin in your location and its a comfortable space behind reception. For me, i just need a small quiet, central base from which to start and end the day - for that it was a very good choice to make - right on Tram #6 literally on the doorstep. Taxi rank just up the road and a coffee / pastry shop on the corner. This is a good spot, a good property and I very much appreciated a 6th floor, high up, out of the way room that was definitely quiet - which is really all I do ask for. No hesitation recommending this property to visitors to Helsinki.

only one small thing, the in room phone had no details for reception or dialing down - the info may have been removed and trying 0 and 1 and # etc did not work. the safe couldn't be reset. I would also add, in all my travels and literally hundreds of hotel rooms, i still haven't found a hotel that places the same number of milks as coffees in the room - always run out of milk after drink #2.

Cool. Clean. Central. Very cool funky vibe throughout Staff were lovely Breakfast was next level with a wide range of food on offer and was proper wholesome. The anthesis of the bland, processed breakfasts you pay a fortune for in most hotels Buffet ranged from fry up to eco and super healthy. Smoothies. Mushed up stuff. Salads. Fish concoctions. Meat. Cheese. Egg. Dairy. Cereal but not just your bog standard Thos was all put into perspective as the room price was in check compared to hotels close by

Overall the hotel was good. The location was great, the staff were very friendly and obliging, and amenities were good. The room was clean and Helsinki is lovely.

The room was very tired, and could be better equipped with out spending a lot of money, or effort. There weren't enough power points, I think that there was only one spare one, the connecting ability ability for my gear was inadequate, and the lighting was poor and missing bulbs.There was a single chair with nowhere for my case.

The staff were very nice and friendly. The reception was exceptional. The breakfast was amazing with wide range and friendly staff helping out everything. The rooms are clean and cosy.

wouldn't say anything bad ..but just the size of bathroom was too small to fit in .. I'm a short person with slim body .. for me it just fits .. but for a big person it might be difficult to move around

When checked in we were told our room was very small and were given a free upgrade to a room that was a reasonable size

The room we had booked had a very small double bed, which wasn’t obvious and we had to pay more to have a normal double bed . Aldo the bathroom was so small and badly designed - if one of us was on the toilet, the other one couldn’t access the sink

Had to come home

Great value.. All recently renovated. I paid less for a smaller room but it was well kitted out with mod cons and all I needed for a stopover before a flight. Comfy bed. Immaculate clean. Friendly staff. Modern. Great location for station. Could check in online. Very convenient. Air conditioning.

Nice and welcoming atmosphere, great breakfast, and amenities available in the room and at the reception for the customers. Nice and modern decoration and they have a great Italian restaurant.

Great hotel that goes over and above to ensure guests have an excellent experience. Loads of complimentary products available that could you help yourself too. Rituals products in the bathroom. Fluffy white towels. Staff are very nice and friendly, nothing too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent, fresh and tasted good with a good variety. Room was well designed and had a mini bar if required. Lots of choice of teas and coffee. The room had a Steamery clothes steamer which was amazing! Gym available. We loved the roof top bar with live music!

Room was fairly small but this was explained beforehand.

Fantastic location and so welcoming to everyone. Breakfast was good, and I had wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here.

Disappointed on Booking.com: we were sold a room for two but with bed of 120 cm. Luckily friendly hotel person upgraded us with a fee a room for two people with good bed. According to the person this was not the first time with Booking.com. Additionally, we were not able to use the TV due to non-existing wifi.

Location was great and and staff were available 24/7. Was located close to lots of restaurants and cafes and easy to walk down to the ocean and port.
