Klaus K Hotel, Helsinki

The property location is simply fabulous and so is breakfast options( one of the best I have seen in Finland)

The hotel does not have a Steam - Sauna and in house Spa As a big Sauna fan person - regret this Rest is good

There were mold stains in the shower and some of the Breakfast items not fresh (came very early to Breakfast). Otherwise, Breakfast and bathroom would have also gotten full marks. But nothing major - this was a really nice stay.

There is nothing not to like. I most warmly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Helsinki!

Fantastic room, the sky studio suites are amazing and very clean, spacious and lovely facilities within the room. The staff accommodated an early check in and gave us an upgrade due to a special occasion during the stay. The breakfast was lovely and plenty of options, the location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the city. We would definitely return when next in Helsinki. The hotel is fantastic value for money and the staff are superb.

The entire hotel team was impressive. During my short stay, there were two situations that stood out. I arrived in the evening with a cake that I needed to hand over the next day, and when I asked the reception staff whether it would be possible to store it in the kitchen fridge overnight, it was arranged with ease — very professionally. The second incident was again partly related to the cake. I still ended up forgetting it at the hotel in the morning and headed to the exhibition centre. I took a taxi from the exhibition centre to pick up the cake and then returned to the exhibition centre in the same taxi. I paid for the ride by card, but during the day it turned out that the card payment had not gone through, and the driver contacted the hotel in order to reach me. The receptionist shared the driver’s contact details with me, and by today the driver has received his payment. Many thanks once again to the receptionist who got in touch with me.

The room I stayed in was too small. I felt like I’d been put up in a closet.

Excellent location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room had everything you would need. Extra supplies available at reception for anything you may have forgotten. Lovely choice and quality at breakfast

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Klaus K. We adored the breakfast options, and appreciated the orange juice being proper fresh juice. Reception were very helpful. We enjoyed the complimentary sweets at reception. The hotel has a lovely central location. Good shower, comfortable bed and nice complimentary toiletries.

The hotel was comfortable and ideal for both business and sightseeing. It is very central. The hotels was very clean and welcoming. The rooms were well equipped

Only two comments and not really criticisms: 1. Room size was small. Closer in size to Japanese hotel rooms than european 2. Plugs were close to the floor and not easy to access from the desk

Amazing location

Breakfast was excellent, best mushroom pie I ever had and chia pudding was a bonus. Lots of things made my the kitchen.

It was advertised a DOUBLE BED and it was a SINGLE BED. They said Booking is the one to blame but eho ended up paying for an upgrade was us.

Very confusing message by the hotel that non-refundable reservations are confirmed only when fully paid otherwise it will be cancelled. When booking on booking.com it was clearly said that the amount doesn't need to be paid in advance and can be paid AT the hotel.

Welcoming reception, easy to store luggage, tram stop in front of the hotel, breakfast was tasty, wifi and hot water were good.

Room was a little cold in December. The radiator was cool. Tried to adjust the thermostat but it didn't change even though the light was on.

Nice spacious room. Very good breakfast. Good location with short walk to Christmas Market and train station. The staff is very friendly and pleasant. And I really like the late checkout option.

But the room was a little bit stuffy and warm. There was a fan available but it was difficult to get the room to cool off even though it was winter time.

Smooth & quick check-in. 25 Euro taxi ride from the central station. Great location, you can walk to all sites. Nice, clean modern room. A good amount of electrical outlets.

€600 euro Sky Loft room for 2 nights, excellent size, lots of space, great shower and great breakfast. Excellent location: the best of any of the places I've stayed in Helsinki. Stylish and slick experience - but you 'do' have to pay for that.

For €600 I'd expect the TV to work. We were missing some bulbs and the UK plug socket needed a new fuse, and the toilet seat was broken. There was no maintenance available over the weekend, so we were told we would have to live with it. Mind you, they gave us a freee bottle of wine so can't complain too much. The carpet in reception is very very worn.. No seats availalble at the sunday breakfast slots as they are over subscribed so you'll need to get in early..
