Nice and cozy room. Superb location. Very friendly staff. Massively super breakfast!

Disappointed on Booking.com: we were sold a room for two but with bed of 120 cm. Luckily friendly hotel person upgraded us with a fee a room for two people with good bed. According to the person this was not the first time with Booking.com. Additionally, we were not able to use the TV due to non-existing wifi.

Comfortable room, good breakfast

We weren’t keen on the “homeoerotic” photographs on display in public areas. Could have been more discrete.

Good breakfast, notably porridge. Lacking an automat coffee machine. Air condition a bit too cold.

Room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast also excellent with plenty of choice despite being busy. Great location near to the centre for shops and restaurants.

I had a room facing the back yard, and it was silent! No street noise and I could not hear anything from neighboring rooms. Either excellent sound proofing, or quiet neighbors. There is a free public motorcycle parking across the street that the staff seemed unaware of. It should be used for advertising the hotel.

The wifi was terrible at best, and non-existent at worst. 25€ for breakfast is too expensive.

The room was comfortable and clean. WiFi worked really well, housekeeping was on top of it, and the location was close to everything.

The shower seems to get the whole bathroom wet but it dries quickly. The breakfast was a little confusing.

Good central location near the sights plus an easy strolling distance of railway & bus stations and ferry ports; also adjacent to a tram stop. Plenty of choice at the buffet breakfast.

Hardly any storage for clothing and a drab view from the window.

Location was the highlight of this hotel. It felt extremely central. I thought Helsinki was bigger than expected and this hotel met my expectations in that regard. Although the room was facing a busy street (two tram lines and a teenagers nightclub around the corner), I still enjoyed the room. There were minor issues that were looked into and resolved by the staff promptly. Restaurants and bars are walking distance.

Can't get over the fact that there was no full control of A/C full in the room. Staff managed to provide me with a fan.

I had difficulty with getting my USA computer & phone to recharge.

It almost doesn't get more central than this. Roll out of a (very comfortable) bed and you're almost at the Esplanadi. My room was not big but well-furnished, with a great shower and clothes-hanging facilities. I used the gym once, which was well-furnished too. Breakfast was abundant, diverse and tasty. The staff was friendly, prompt and helpful. I personally really appreciated that this hotel did not just talk the talk on LGBTQ+ friendliness, but also seemed to walk the walk. Finally, the views from the rooftop bar were spectacular.

There was no sauna! More of a surprise than a true downside for me. Other than that, no negatives from me -- my room did not have a view, but that really did not bother me, and it made it extra quiet.

Excellent location and very comfortable rooms. Very well-maintained property overall.

The quality of breakfast items did not satisfy me such as cheese, pastry, and lunch meat… Perhaps, you may consider using a different vendor. The gentleman (with colorful hair) at the front desk was unable to provide me with any info about the city. Please make sure to train all your front desk people.

Breakfast was very good. Particularly enjoyed the Chia pudding

Stylish interior design, extra amenities, fantastic central location, quiet & dark curtains (indispensable in Helsinki in June!)

Room is really cute, but quite small. No desk inside my room, so working had to be done from common areas (plenty of space to do it though). Had an unpleasant incident during the breakfast with a drunk “intruder”, which spoilt my overall impression

Bath sink. The water drains to slow in rooms 306 and 322. Perhaps it is clogged.
