Lovely hotel. Deluxe room was perfect, friendly helpful staff, boutique comfort all round

Super friendly staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable, especially since it was around the Christmas period. The recommendations for where to eat and booking requirements saved us from aimlessly walking around trying to find somewhere to eat.

Great staff, super helpful! Rooms are big and we enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommended! My returned flight was cancelled all of a sudden and the staff was so helpful to help me check it and make arrangement. Highly appreciated and recommended! Will come back to stay again for sure!

Just not close enough for us to the main city area. Tram nearby to the centre would have been a bonus. But then I’m a bit lazy 😊. It’s not far to walk to the station.

Incredible service, due to early flight Luca ensured we had a delicious breakfast before leaving, we loved this hotel and the whimsy and elegance of it!

Great location and very helpful staff. Room was a decent size, bed was large and very comfortable. Lovely breakfast options, not a lot of hot food but a good selection of other options. Nice tea.

Yummy and expansive breakfast in a warm and cozy setting. Loved that you could chill and have a drink in the bar in the evening. And every interaction with staff was warm and welcoming.

Staff amazing and very helpful especially Receptionest I believe his name was Dan although I could be mistaken. He was on the day of checkout and loaded my bags before I came down which was wonderful.

Possibility of eggs at breakfast thou I did enjoy the healthy option. Didn't affect my positive experience in anyway

I had to save my laundry to do in london because hotel laundry was too expensive. In london I just used an app and someone came to collect my laundry from hotel reception amd will drop it back tomorrow. Very quick and reasonably priced. Would have otherwise been cheaper for me to throw the clothes out in Helsinki with the price they wanted to charge for laundry

Breakfast was ok, could have been better with more food options? Was looking for scrambled egg but only hard boiled eggs. Location was perfect as it is close to the shopping district. There are also many good restaurants around the vicinity.

Housekeeping didnt provide clean towels after they were done. I had brought out two towels to the sauna and after coming back, i was not given clean towels at all, even my used towels were not changed.

Everything. From our arrival at the hotel our entire experience was exceptional. The staff were friendly and helpful; the rooms were spacious and well equipped; and the bar area where you had breakfast and evening drinks was vibrant. The bar area is also open to the public who stop by for after work drinks which adds a great atmosphere.

Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Nothing was too difficult for them. Breakfast was a feast of deliciousness with something for everyone. We really loved our stay.

Maybe the addition of a swimming pool and sauna would be good!

The staff was very friendly. I was upgraded for the first night. They also agreed to hold my bag for the one night I had to go to Turku for a meeting.

I liked the breakfast but I don’t think it was worth the extra 20euros, which iI bought for my nieces.

Excellent location with good breakfast well decorared very relaxing top most attractions were on walking distance adjacent to esplanade Street and most excellent thing was Muslim shower provided in washroom for cleaning very comfortable beds

F6 is in a great location, walking distance to almost everything. We were upgraded to a beautiful room that was spacious and sumptuously decorated. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was great! All the staff were very helpful and friendly, particularly the young man who brought us a coffee and tea while we were waiting for the time to head to the airport. Make sure you have a cocktail in the cosy bar, they are exceptional. Breakfast is also wonderful with lots of choice. I would highly recommend this boutique hotel, couldn’t fault it.

Regular-sized room was small if one has 2 large suitcases that need to be opened. We had to ask staff to take away small table to allow room.

The staff was very kind! And the breakfast tableware is marimekko, and they have very delicious salmon, cheese, and muesli bars. And the interior is beautiful. I will definitely come back here! I can't wait for that day. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the staff who brought me a pack of tea as I was unable to have breakfast on the last day due to my departure flight. :)

- not many hot food options for breakfast - would be great if a small spoon can be provided for mixing tea and/or coffee

Shower door was missing so the bathroom floor got very wet.

The breakfast selections were fabulous. The dining area was large and comfortable.

A door was missing from the shower which xaused the water to aplash outside of the shower area.

Location and decor

The breakfast was fine but it would of been nice to be able to order off a menu as it was buffet style so slightly limited in options

Recently spent 6 nights at Hotel F6. We found every staff member we encountered to be very pleasant and helpful. The location is exceptional. The harbor and many of the main tram lines are within a 5 minute walk. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Helsinki.

Lovely luxury. Very well appointed with the nicest staff! We had to leave for the airport at 5 am and they had lattes and a packed breakfast waiting for us. The room was also beautiful and comfortable. The location was perfect as well.

King bed had two single duvets for covers, which was neither practical nor comfortable.
