Hotel F6, Helsinki

Well located, friendly staff, very atmospheric and in line with the ‘nordic luxury’ theme. Close to the centre, we did not need the car in 2 days. A bonus was the available Rituals product line in the bathroom :-) … I felt really pampered. The kitchen in the breakfast area made it very cozy, you felt like you were in somebody’s house having breakfast - brilliant.

Expanding the common areas would be an improvement - perhaps into the inner patio? Although I am sure that it is done in summer - we were there in December and it would have been a bit cold to sit there.

Absolutely outstanding stay at Hotel F6, Helsinki Hands down the best breakfast experience of my life. Two wonderful ladies were preparing and presenting the food as if they were feeding a king. Every detail was thoughtful, beautifully designed, and made with so much care. And all of it came with the warmest, most genuine smiles. OMG! The quality, presentation, and atmosphere were next level. Hotel F6 truly understands hospitality. I will never forget this experience and cannot recommend it highly enough.

Room and Bathroom were a decent size. We had a courtyard room and loved it. The breakfast had a good choice and was delicious. Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming, especially on reception and the Friday night bar staff.

We thought one member of the bar staff on the Saturday evening was a little abrupt, but not enough to warrant a complaint or to put us off from staying again.

I stayed here on two separate occasions, and the experience was consistently excellent. The service quality and comfort were superb, and I truly loved my stay. Staff I regret not catching the name of one of the front desk staff members — a tall gentleman (around 1.8m+), wearing glasses and speaking excellent English. He was an absolute pleasure to interact with and exemplified outstanding service professionalism. A real asset to the team and someone with clear leadership potential. Room As a Singaporean traveller who is quite particular about accommodation standards, I can confidently say the room size and facilities were excellent. One small suggestion would be to add a bit more lighting in certain darker corners of the room — perhaps my ageing eyesight speaking — but overall, the room was very comfortable and well designed. I would gladly return again.

Area for Improvement (Suggestions) In-room power outlets Management may wish to consider adding USB charging ports (USB-C / USB-A) to the wall outlets. Most modern travel devices now charge via USB, and this small enhancement would greatly improve convenience and help future-proof the rooms. Similarly, multi-regional power sockets could be considered to complement the existing European plugs, which would be especially helpful for international guests. Breakfast variety for international guests With the increasing number of Asian visitors to Finland, it may be beneficial to include a small selection of warm Asian-style breakfast items. Simple options such as a light udon noodle soup or a basic Asian fried rice would already go a long way in catering to these guests and enhancing the overall breakfast experience. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would be happy to return again in the future. Thank you to the team for the warm hospitality.

We booked the F6 only last minute and arrived close to midnight, yet we were welcomed so very warm and charming: not only did the night receptionist check us in quickly and efficiently- he gave us a lot of stories and hints on what to see in Helsinki and even sent us an email with a summary of his favorite places and a Google Maps-based walking tour! That was really exceptional - the gentleman deserves an award! But also the other staff was absolutely nice and helpful. The room was super cozy, spacious and well equipped. The kingsize bed was among the largest and best we have ever slept in, just wow. The breakfast was the next highlight: A beautiful design, furniture and lighting along with a great choice of international and local food, homemade bread and cookies and good, strong coffee - plus everything being served until 10am on weekdays and 11:30 pm on weekends... just heaven!

First room that was given. It had frosted windows that could not be opened. However, it was solved. The other room was excellent.

The staff was great; amenities were first rate; I really liked the radiant heat in the floor of the bathroom; the room was cozy; breakfast had great variety; I loved the hot porridge.

That's a difficult question to answer. I found no negative aspects in staying at Hotel F6.

The hotel does not have an on-site kitchen. The breakfast was brought in by contractors and it was very well presented and offered a good choice, however there was only an option to order food on line for dinner from the external partner. Often the bar was closed so options for food and beverage on site is limited.

This stylish hotel is downtown, close to everything, but on a quiet street. The staff are excellent/professional and helpful, our room was special/clean/large with a comfortable bed, and the breakfast was vast/gourmet. I want to go back!

F6 is situated in a perfect spot close to all attractions. The staff are lovely and courteous, rooms are spotless and beds are very comfy. We would definitely recommend F6 and would stay here again if we should return at some stage. 10/10, AAA+ Score!

No cooked breakfast. We also found the room to be very cold with little privacy due to wall to wall windows that required heavy curtains to provide privacy from bathroom to bedroom. Hotel supplied a room heater that helped.

Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is centrally located in a very walkable area with complimentary umbrellas to handle the summer showers. Comfortable room and very friendly staff.

Great location to get to many of the best tourist locations; only a few minutes walk to the port. We loved everything about the room. The breakfast was excellent with a wonderful variety. We enjoyed the hotel bar several nights during our stay.
