Style, best location - all by foot, excellent breakfest, excellent service, actually almost all.

There were issues with the air condition. The staff made all the efforts to solve including moving to other rooms so we understand the situation and don't complain but reccomend to solve it before next summer

This hotel was a rare find, brilliantly located for a first time visitor to Helsinki like us and full of charm and style, with a breakfast included that was a wonderful combination of local foods to try and traditional items, all backed up by a friendly staff. Plus it was fantastic value for money - as I said, a rare find!

The choice for breakfast was outstanding. The design of this boutique hotel was very good, and the standard of the rooms generally very high. We were impressed with the staff - personable, helpful, and generally excellent. We will certainly be back.

The airconditioning was hard to turn down (we heard this from another guest). It is our only criticism of what is a superb boutique hotel.

The location of this hotel was great. It was close to all the major attractions in Helsinki. The breakfast was delicious and all items were marked for allergens. The rooms were clean and spacious.

Often hotels are either too modern or too old style... F6 has the right balance. We feel the Finnish traditional style in a modern environment. Well done!

Great location close to shops, restaurants, bookstores, coffeehouses, museums. Staff lovely. Room spacious, clean, and attractively decorated. All the stuff you need. Awesome shower! The breakfast bar, included, is incredible. Fresh fruit, meat, cheeses, fish, bakery goods, yogurt, hot cereal. You won’t have to eat again til dinner, trust me!

Rooms were nice and spacious. Beds were comfortable and the style of the room was nice. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location is great and literally 1 min walk to the super terrace where there are loads of food and drink options

Not much to criticise, if I have to think of something it would be that the hotel can add a shoehorn in the room to help with putting your shoes on. The breakfast could have some more warm items since everything is mostly cold foods

Wonderful location, stylish hotel, great staff, very reasonably priced

Breakfast was a bust and I’ve seen other similar comments but hotel has yet to do something about it. Food choices are very limited. I think breakfast at hotels like Avenida Palace in Lisbon or Bank Hotel in Stockholm are extraordinary and most hotels should look to emulate. F6 offered only 2 types of juices, 1 type of smoothie, usually 1 type of croisssnt and 1 type of danish. Worst of all, the only hot food is oat meal and your choice of hard or soft boiled eggs. No pancakes or waffles, no bacon or sausages or sautéed vegetables/mushrooms. NO scrambled eggs much less omelettes to order. The equivalent of flying first class on a plane with great seats and service then being presented with a choice of salad or hot dog for meals.

Centrally located, very clean and contemporary lobby, room was of good size and well appointed and the breakfast did the job. Staff was exceptionally pleased and quite helpful.

Breakfast area was a little crazy a couple of days but we came down during ‘prime’ time so that is to be expected.

Everything was so good. Staff, breakfast, location, facilities are very very good. When we will come to Helsinki again, we will definitely stay in this hotel.

Hotel F6 is a lovely base for exploring Helsinki. It’s tucked away in a quiet side street but just a 5-minute walk from the harbour, where ferries leave for the archipelago and various boat tours depart. The central station is about 15 minutes away on foot, and tram and bus stops are just a short stroll. Most major sights in Helsinki’s city centre are within easy walking distance, making it simple to explore the city on foot. And if needed, tram lines 2 and 3 offer convenient access to many destinations. The hotel itself is set in a building that has been beautifully renovated with a modern, stylish touch. My room on the fourth floor was spacious and cozy, with a large, comfortable bed and a generous walk-in shower. A bathrobe and refillable Rituals toiletries added a nice touch of comfort. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent – fresh, varied, and clearly made with care. There’s also a bar integrated into the hotel (though independently run), serving great cocktails in a relaxed atmosphere. Again, friendly service all around.

The hotel is amazing - if I could wish for one small improvement, it would be a coffee machine in the room. There was a kettle, which is helpful, but a machine would have been a bit more convenient.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing- the food was delicious. The staff were so helpful. The bed was the most comfortable bed of any hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything was spotlessly clean. The location is so central to everything.

Two ceiling lights were not working and we were not sure if there was a dedicated space to plug in the kettle

Best service I've ever encountered at a hotel. All personnel were friendly, helpful and reached out to provide more than I asked for. One of the staff wrote a detailed itinerary for a rainy day, to see as much inside as possible. Location is great - to many activities, restaurants, parks and transportation. Hotel is beautiful and provides bikes to use and has a nice center atrium. Breakfast is wonderful.

From start to finish, the staff were great. The hotel provides an extensive breakfast and the cocktail bar is a fantastic experience too. It is located close to the esplanade and within easy reach of the many sights of Helsinki.
