We checked super late. No parking. We checked into a filthy room. The floors were covered in dirt and oil. Oily foot prints were all over the tile. It was super slippery dirty black oil. I pointed it out to the bus boy and he really didn't care. He just took his $20 dollar tip and hit the road. I took a whit towel and wiped a 2 foot section of the floor. It walked back to the front desk and had to beg to be moved to another room and I am not kidding. After getting another room, Do you think that they should have offered to help move the luggage that I just tipped $20. No sir. The carpet in the halls looks 20 years old. This is the worst place that I have stayed in years. I didn't check a box above because I would never recommend this property to anyone.

The floors were filthy with grease and dirt. I almost slipped down when I stepped on the floor. Oily dirty foot prints were all over the floor in every room that had tile. Gross is the best way to describe it. I payed over $ 600.

Everything. Bad, poorly executed overpriced food, poorly made drinks, and an $18/day charge for parking, and it was impossible to find parking near your room. When we checked in, we were told the building number is right on the building, but what we weren’t told is that it can’t be seen from the car, we had to ask someone.

Clean but we got scammed…

This is a time share and all the good rooms are taken by the owners. We specifically asked for a room far from the parking lot. They gave us a room RIGHT next to the parking lot. NO ROOM SERVICE. POOLS CLOSE AT 7. BAR closes at 7. There is one bartender and is super slow and there is always a line. Did not know it was time share…. Everyone is OLD and all families. Everything closes at 7. First time we spent time talking to the front desk to have our room changed that when we got to the bar to order food and drink at 7:05… it was closed and no exception. The front desk that we spent talking to for 2 hrs…. Reluctantly forgot to tell us that everything closes at 7 so my family which includes an 8 yr old went to sleep with no dinner. Demand a refund by ruining my stay!!’

The accommodations were very nice and clean. Bed super comfy. Linens great. Staff friendly and helpful.

I was disappointed that there were no venues to eat open on the property. And there didn’t appear to be any shuttles in operation.

Unbelievable room! Literally on the water and you could see the view from the bathtub. We cooked fish tacos in the room and had the comfiest pillows and bed anyone could ask for. Truly did not want to leave! We were so blessed to stay here!
