Good location, stayed here before. Nice bar and reception area. Warm and inviting. Staff are great. Very friendly. Price was reasonable.

Room was smaller than I remembered. No good shampoo, conditioner etc. No shower cap or hairdryer etc, those kind of things. Didnt seem to be room for them. We were light on luggage but if we had big bags there wouldn't have been much room to put them. I would say the room didn't seem to be on the same luxury level or feel as the rest of the hotel.

The staff and atmosphere were superb and most friendly. The front desk staff (sorry can't place her name) was amazing with an unexpected room upgrade and loads of city history and the recommendation to eat at Sloans. Bryain our bartender was spot on with conversation, gifts of local foods, great drinks and a list of to dos while in Glasgow.

This hotel is amazing and great value for money. I don’t think I’ve ever slept in a more comfy bed than this one whilst travelling!

Staff were really helpful and room was very clean!

Again not the hotels fault, we stayed in floor 3 room 2, and there was a music thing on at Platform, ans the music was vibrating through the whole room! Staff moved our rooms, so again outstanding service! Not their faults but the accommodated it really well!

We had a fantastic stay at Motel One Glasgow. Check-in was easy, and the attendant gave us great advice on how to get around and where to visit. The room was clean and well-equipped. Breakfast was delicious, and there was a large variety of food options. Definitely a top-notch establishment.

Love this place, reasonably priced but feels more expensive than it is, great location, great staff. The photos on line are actually how it looks in real life!

They didn’t sell coke to drink at that bar and didn’t have a good selection of beer or other soft drinks etc, that was the only let down not having a nice few options for juice or alcoholic drinks.

An added £13.90 for a continental breakfast Although, saying that, it was good. But I still don't think it was worth paying extra for

It was beautiful atmosphere, gorgeous interior, super friendly staff. Very relaxing, very clean, felt very comfortable. The room was beautiful amd the view at night! The bed was super comfortable and excellent facilities, super clean!

I stayed for Christmas 🌲 and had a great time - the room was comfy, the breakfast excellent, the staff helpful. The location is central and surrounded by restaurants, travel connections and shops and local attractions. The One Lounge is open late and is cosy. Late checkout. Great value for the cost.

Room was a little small but we didn’t spend much time in the room so it didn’t matter. Hand cream next to the hand wash would be nice.

I am impressed 👍 Perfect location, across from Glasgow central. Very nice budget hotel, comfortable and clean.

One very minor detail, could not use the electric kettle. The plug was a European type that did not fit in the British socket. Plenty of tea and coffee downstairs anyway.

We arrived very early and tired. They let us get into the room as I had my young daughter with me which was very kind. Staff member was brilliant!

I lived here for three days. The location was extremely good, in the downtown areas, very close to the railway station, making it an ideal place to have a short stay between sightseeings. The staff were quite hospitable and polite, providing me with an excellent first impression about the city. Like the martini as well.

Location is great, staff were nice and the bar lounge area is lovely.

The rooms were lacking space. We had upgraded to the king size and you barely got space to walk around the bed and lack of surface area to put stuff down.
