Toilet to bar was only available using the lift

Very nice hotel, the decor in the foyer and bar was lovely. The room was really good, everything we needed. The bed was comfy. Bathroom spotless and modern, nice fluffy white towels. Didn't take breakfast Wetherspoons very close by.

No drawers in rooms and limited hanging space, ok for a few days.

Location was perfect , next to the Central Station. Check in was good and efficient, lobby area comfortable and bright.

Room was functional and a little too warm for my taste. Bed was fine but the tv dominated the room.

Cold draught and smell of cigarette smoke coming from the front door directly into the bar each time the automated doors opened. A screen or double door would possibly assist.

I’ve stayed at this particular motel one more than once & always like how convenient the location is for the train station, the shops & visiting the O2 Academy

When I came back to the hotel late at night (just round 12ish) i decided on buying a drink from the hotel bar, & there was quite a bit of a wait to be served & the bar was full of empties, it probably would have been handy having extra staff on the bar on a Saturday night, but the service was friendly so it wasn’t all too bad

Although right next to the train station, our room was remarkably quiet. Location is great if arriving by train, close to eateries & Buchanan St.

It was exceptional, value for money. Best thing was only 3 minutes walk from Glasgow Central Station. The property is right in the heart of town center.

Fantastic welcome from the check in desk and compact but well proportioned room with everything I needed for a one night stay. Excellent location and so close to the train station making it convenient for a quick visit to the city. They looked after my suitcase after I checked out so I didn't have to carry it with me during the day which was very helpful. Great ambience and atmosphere in the main lobby and bar area.

The bed ,it was very uncomfortable, large bed but half of the mattress was higher and very lumpy ,my husband's back was sore

was a busy check in as there were a few things on in glasgow. so a few more check in desks would have been better. at the time. We had to stand for aprrox 40 minutes and they only put a third member on about 35 minutes into our wait

Have stayed several times and enjoyed it every time. Rooms are great with comfortable beds and it's in an ideal location for exploring Glasgow. This is definitely our go to hotel when visiting Glasgow

The hotel was lovely. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We liked the reception area as they,ve made it feel like your in your front room at home so its very comfortable to chill in.

I found the breakfast a disappointing as it was a continetal one but didn't really get made clear thats what I had paid for.

Efficient but nice rooms, great location, staff was absolutely phenomenal. Bed was wicked comfy, surprisingly so, and the pillows were actually Rockstar as well.

Rooms are on the small side but you already knew that if you were booking them 😉
