Motel One, Glasgow

Bed was comfy and couldn't hear traffic even though we were in the centre.

The toilet in our room made an awful noise when it was flushed.

The hotel room was modern, warm, clean and comfortable, the bathroom was excellent

Any issues we had weren't with any of the hotel facilities or staff just some other guests who were rather loud at unsociable hours

Stay a few time now. ,2 mins to get train. Staff good helpful fix my tv right away .

The staff were fantastic. Special mention for Chelsea who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

Great place to stay! Super comfy bed, perfect room size and it's a literal 30 seconds walk from the train station. Staff was very friendly as well.

Lovely place and great value for money

Dreadful experience in the bar with rowdy football fans, a police incident. This actually closed the hotel bar early, meaning our night was cut short.

The location was good and the room was nice and clean.

No draught beers or ciders, but there was an excellent selection of spirits. I didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that.

Fabulous reception area and the most amazing staff both at reception and the fantastic bar .

Just stayed 1 night for a wedding , room very clean and comfortable , staff were great and helpful as check in was not until after 3 and wedding at 1 stored our bags and we were able to get changed in bathroom

Entry area busy, comfortable & welcoming. Lifts quick & clean. Windows that actually open in rooms. Though a bit of noise from outside, didn’t hear anything from other rooms or residents. Brilliant! Check-in receptionist was SO nice, friendly, efficient and gave me (as requested online) a high room with amazing view. That view really made my stay. Thank you!

Room & bathroom could have been a bit cleaner on arrival, but I am very thorough. Room Would have been a bit small if sharing with very tall partner.

I loved the location and the check-in area and bar. The staff were very friendly - I was able to check in before 3 pm and leave my luggage in their store room on day of departure. I asked where to buy tinned haggis - the agent at the front desk didn't know so she asked the chef I think :) The room was comfortable - I was surprised not to have a closed shower door (only a glass screen half way across the shower area) as I thought water would splash into the rest of the bathroom, but this didn't happen so I assume it was designed that way :)

I like everything about this hotel. It is comfortable, clean, and convenient. It does not pretend it is better than what it is. It is good value for money.

Great location near Central station, lovely clean room and bathroom, bed and pillows super comfortable, mainly quiet at night apart from a few inconsiderate folks returning late at night, but the hotel can't help that. The window soundproofing is superb can't hear the traffic at all. Would definitely stay again.

The room was clean and bar staff lovely

There's always a queue to check in and took ages then the guy on reception gave us the wrong room Number and when my husband went back down they told him he needed to stand in the queue again which he refused as the queue was nearly out the door by this time. . The lady on reception was quite snippy with him even though wasn't our fault the Number on the key card didn't match the key. Why cant they do self service check in? So much quicker. Room very small.

The hotel was amazing very friendly staff who went above and beyond to make you feel welcome
