Great location

Loved the room decor the bed size and comfort the shower and bathroom the hanging space for clothes

It was a little stuffy in room at night

We did not have breakfast. The rooms were comfortable, it was nice to have coffee and tea facilites available.

The bathroom was rather small and the shower was quite noisy. Would have liked a refuse bin in the bedroom.

That instead of it being one double bed it was 2 singles pushed together which ended up separating through the night making it a very uncomfortable sleep

Very central and nice chilled bar.staff were excellent and when i checked in left a bag with jewlerry on the counter.the man who checked me in came running to the lifts to return my bag.thank you for your kindness.

The location, the staff, the rooms are very comfy and clean. I’m a returning guest so it’s always a winner for me. The bar is lovely too! I’ve not he had a breakfast there so I can’t comment but Motel One is so easy from the stations, and metro.

The location. Adjacent to Central station, this is a perfect location for us. Also, bus stops and taxi rank within a few steps. Beds super comfy. Heating just right for us.

We were very happy, nothing to dislike.

It was excellent. The staff were nice and warm. It is a beautiful place to stay. Hotel designs are modern and cool. The lobby is very relaxing, with a good bar. It’s located in the city center Just beside the train station.

The bathroom vent didn’t work.

Bed was comfortable and very little noise coming from outside. Excellent staff.

We felt the bed was to big for the room as when passing bottom of the bed you were almost rubbing against the tv. Also there was too much stuff in the room 2 tables,a chair and a rack to put suitcase on. Very little storage and no glasses to have a glass of wine from.

The hotel staf was very helpful with getting some tips about the city. We traveled in from Germany, and funnily enough, the person behind the desk, was also from Germany, and she gave us some real good insider information about the city. The hotel itself was great, good continental breakfast, the room was clean, the TV had plenty of entertainment, and the location was very central. Cannot do anything else but recommend.

It's not really criticism, and this is an overal problem for many hotels, but oftentimes the TV's in the rooms are equipped with streaming functions to connect your phone or tablet, so you can watch your own Netflix, Disney+ and amazon prime. Also this hotel fully blocked that function on their television, even though there are hotels that support this. It did not affect our stay or anything, but would have made the nights at the hotel also a bit more personalised.

To small the room and not shower soap in the bathroom very embarrassing supposed to be supervisors job make sure everything is there.

Building work outside the hotel

I loved how close it was to everything close by. Only a 20-15 min walk from the hydro which was convenient and easy to navigate. Right outside Central station and only a breif walk from the bus station. It has local shops close by pretty much anything you could possibly need. I was a easy check in and staff were lovely. We found the room did fabulous for two of us! Basic and comfortable! Would come agian!

Honestly this stay was everything! The only thing we found slightly distracting (Nothing to do with the hotel) was the road works outside were very loud so just be mindful of that around 7 am. :)

Clean and very good value for money

Air conditioning was not working and a few guests I spoke to had the same issue. Didn’t bother us too much for one night.

Loved the place and the location! The lobby and breakfast area were lovely and it was a perfect place for me to rest after flying in from the states.

I was just an easily confused american and didn't fully understand the lighting and to put the room card in the wall thing to make it work.

Staff extremely helpful, welcoming and friendly. Made us feel very welcome. View from window was amazing! Very comfy room with nice bathroom. Also had a really good hairdryer.

Needed bin in room. No plug near mirror so hairstyling difficult.

Location was excellent and so were the staff.

Room was very small and very warm . Tried to use the air conditioning control and didn't work. I was only there one night so it wasn't a huge problem but I would have had to go down to reception as there was no phone in the room.

Superb, central location. Very welcoming reception area. Lovely, helpful and friendly staff. Small but well stocked bar area. Breakfast is serve yourself, continental style with a huge and tasty selection. My room was quiet and well appointed.

I love Motel One - I’ve been for my birthday 2 years in a row. It’s decorated beautifully, rooms aren’t massive but are super comfy and a good nights sleep. I even brought decorations in and they set it all up for me!

Brilliant location, right next to Glasgow Central station. City centre wee walk away. Comfortable bed, good size room, lovely staff. Great shower, car park really close by.

Excellent location next to the station and although very busy during the day it was very quiet at night. I couldn't fault it
