InterContinental is an elegant hotel is located at an ideal location which is only a few minutes away from the nearby airport terminal. The hotel gives a magnificent view of mount Blanc along with the whole city from its top floors. It is closely knitted to all the prime locations including the United Nation and CIGC congress center.
Talking about what the hotel offers, it has a massive interior with spacious suites and rooms for the guests. There’s free Wi-Fi within the premises of the hotel which is centrally air-conditioned.
The amenities offered by the hotels are premium featuring access to 5000 and more digital newspapers on your tablet or smartphone. It provides you with quality cuisine which is distinctive in taste. From international to seasonal, quality food is served at all times. The restaurant has an exclusive wine collection along with a great poolside view to enjoy your meal.

Great hotel; exceptional pool and superb breakfast.
The room was great; the upgrade to suite was very generous; the swimming pool was exceptional, as was the breakfast. The staff was very courteous and pleasant.
Morning breakfast restaurant was overwhelmed with the demand - so the waiting times for the orders was longer than one would like.

The location is far from the center, it is good location if you have a car. The price is expensive for a hotel that is away from the attractions

Very enjoyable apart from lack of access to pool. The storm had passed by morning so not sure wdidn?
Room service was good, room very cool on an extremely hot night!!

It’s a little away from the city center, but they provide you with free public transportation cards for the whole stay, that helps (if needed)

Highly recommend but for the $600 I paid per night they should give complimentary breakfast and movie channels.
Free use of business center, internet, pool & 24hr gym, free water and a bath in the room.
Staff were fantastic, breakfast and restaurants and room service were fantastic. Not too close to the city so no loud traffic or crowds noise. Taxi always wait there.
Hotel walls were too thin, you can hear your neighbors using the toilet or shower as the pipes groans and the rain against the windows at night is loud and wind makes the windows groan.
No free movies and no free breakfast, you have to pay.

Was a veery good deal in terms of price/value.
Very nice, clean and spacious room. Staff is very accommodating and efficient. Very good gym, sauna and steam room.
For the 5-star hotel with excellent lobby and nice rooms the bathroom is a bit too modest and ascetic... Would be nice to stuff it with more shampoo and the body wash - had to ask to bring some.

Great stay in a very impressive hotel
This was my first time staying at this hotel. The reception staff were friendly but perhaps a bit new and did take a bit of time to check me in but made up for it by being warm and welcoming. Also there wasn't a line to check in when I arrived and I was seen to immediately. The hotel decor is lovely, and the lobby is welcoming with a lot of space to lounge around, have a drink and wait for a friend. Location wise its great - about 10 min to the airport. I had a suite on the 17th floor and had amazing views of the city and the lake. The rooms are bright and airy and spacious and well appointed. I was very impressed with the vegetarian and vegan options in the room service menu, which were more extensive than most of the other hotels I've stayed at.
A minor area of improvement would be that there could be usd charging points by the bedside. You get this at the four seasons now which is great as plugging your phone in overnight next to your bed is something we all need to do these days.

Outstanding service from the staff
The staff were exceptional. The very highest quality of service. They could not have been more friendly and welcoming - particularly Sara and Victoria in the restaurant as well as all the door men.
The food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) was excellent.
The bedroom was perfect in terms of set up and comfort.
Overall it was a very enjoyable stay.

overall it is a nice hotel,
check in was very pleasant,
pool is fantastic !
the experience is not as you can expect from a 5* hotel.
I took the executive / junior suit room and it’s very simple. photos look much better from reality…
blank walls, no decoration, room structure is so so.
reaching the staff on the phone was not easy,
took few times to get the in room dining.
housekeeping didn’t put new shampoo & soap at when making up the room at second day.
