The staff were very polite, kind and helpful. I will definitely stay here again if I ever visit and will recommend it to friends and family. The place is near the shopping district or near it within walking distance.

A luxurious place to stay to whilst exploring Geneva. The rooms were a very high standard and had everything we needed. They were very comfortable and we loved that they were cleaned every day. Location was great in between the old and new town areas.

Spacious room, complimentary washer/dryer, great location, two big screen tvs for watching Euro 2024, breakfast had a nice selection!

Bed was very hard Basically a board with a sheet on it!

One of my friends had an incident and needed a tampon and the hotel staff could not help her.

The location and the cleanliness

1. Excellent sized rooms. We had two connecting rooms for a family of 2 adults and two teens 2. Excellent location. Lot of key spots are just minutes of walking away. Trams make it very convenient for spots that are a little further.

This place was really nice. Great location and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I really only have one complaint and for me, that was the bed was too firm. Geneva is expensive overall but the value for this was good. If I come back to Geneva, I will stay here again.

Great size apartments with good kitchen facility and a seperate seating/tv area. Good sized bathroom with the addition of slippers and bath robe a lovely surprise. Air conditioning available and most welcome as it was warm when we visited Geneva. Very friendly welcome on arrival and anytime we came back to our apartment. Great location in terms of getting around . Most areas within walking distance but also had tram and bus outside.

Saturday night was very noisy with trams/ buses running all night what seemed to be every 15mins. Incident on the street with police and ambulance in attendance just added to the noise level. Slept very badly and was up early Sunday to travel home.

Everything was awesome! I really recommend this hotel , for the location and the amazing rooms and the smiles which comes from the employees!.

The rooms are big and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchenette is also well equipped. We feedbacked that the kettle was dirty and without any hesitation, the management replaced the kettle with a brand new one!
