Beautiful stay in old town Geneva!
Amazing location in the heart of old town and easy access to the city center and lake area. Very friendly staff. Access to beautiful gym with sauna, steam room. Very comfortable room, area extremely quiet.
Difficult to get in and out of shower/bath due to large step down.

Absolutely the best service!!
This small hotel is a gem!! Everything is perfect but the front desk staff was incredible. I got sick and they did everything to make me feel comfortable. I strongly recommend Les Armures

Overall, it is a good hotel. I will choose it again next time I come to Geneva.
· The room is very clean and tidy, making people feel very warm. The various toiletries and towels provided in the shower room are very satisfactory.
· The staff at the front desk had a very good service attitude when I checked in. She was also enthusiastic and used a detailed map to introduce me to surrounding attractions and recommended restaurants.
· The hotel is located in the old town, so when you walk to Lake Geneva, you can see many interesting buildings and feel the retro atmosphere, which is very suitable for city walking.
For first-time visitors, this place is not very easy to find. The hotel's facade is not particularly obvious.
Please don't trust the instructions of Google Maps. It will fool you around...
When you see the hotel's restaurant with the same name, turn left and go straight.

Excellent, I would go back.
Location was good. Breakfast was good. Atmosphere was nice and staff were great!
Bathroom was really small and pillows were not so comfortable.

front desk are elegant and warm, she can speak Mandarin surprised me！
Decoration is pretty nice, and i really enjoy the breakfast even it is in a small room.
Luggage department is not helpful and the face looks like not welcome me

A Fantastic Gem in the Heart of the City
Les Armures was such a good choice for my first stay in Geneva. Not only is it located in the heart of the Old Town and therefore provides a generous historical dose, but it is also a close walk to all the other amenities the city offers.
I had such an excellent, comfortable stay in the hotel. The staff are helpful and nice and the room service was top-notch.
Perhaps it has to do with the fact that I'm a French speaker, so there was no language barrier, but it was overall a fantastic stay.

Perfect.
I loved the welcome, the situation, the history, the breakfast, everything. Reception went out of their way to help me with an issue. It was a perfect finish to our month in Switzerland and I’m looking forward to my next visit.

Fantastic hotel and staff, we'll definitely be back!
This hotel is in a fantastic location in the old town of Geneva, it's is surrounded my lovely bars, restaurants and shops. The staff were excellent and the hotel rooms were beautiful, comfortable and quiet.
I don't think there was anything I didn't like!

Unforgettable experience
Cosy and felt like home. Location excellent and near shopping areas and landmarks.
Nothing but for older clients and those with accessibility issues, it is not recommended because you have stairs and maneuver uneven streets.
