La Réserve Hotel & Spa, Geneva

A truly beautiful and romantic property with a magnificent park, lovely boat rides, and a wonderful atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the stunning surroundings and peaceful setting. The hotel offers two excellent restaurants, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. We had a wonderful experience and would be delighted to return.

Unfortunately, the rooms feel quite dated and would benefit from renovation. The furniture, curtains, and overall interiors are showing their age. The room layout was also somewhat unusual and not particularly convenient. The biggest disappointment was that the boat was out of service. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was to enjoy a sunny day on the lake and use the boat service. Instead, we had to take taxis both ways. What was even more disappointing was being told that this is a recurring issue and that the boat breaks down regularly. Thank you. I hope this feedback is helpful.

The Pool

Rooms outdated, furniture outdated. Its not classical its just old, same couches and chairs as 15 years ago. No air conditioning, Breakfast staff extremely rude and very slow. Always been a fan of La Reserve, but I wont come back to this one.

Beautiful location and grounds. Well maintained

Average room quality. Definitely overpriced. The vibe of the place did not feel family friendly, it was more like what questionable activities were going on in other rooms.

Property is beautiful, ovelooking the lake, nice garden and terrace and amazing chinese restaurant!

Due to the Watches and wonders exhibition prices were very high and the personnel did not meet the standards. Many times we had to wait at least half an hour for someone to come and take an order, i asked for something 2-3 times in order for a waiter to bring it.

Hotel Rooms are beautiful, quiet, and clean

The AC was not working in the room. Maintenance team came to check it late at night, yet were not able to solve the issue. We had to spend the whole night with no AC, despite staying in a 5 star hotel in Geneva. Staff needs to be better trained to ensure that the guests are comfortable with the services and not just the facilities of the hotel.

It s unforgettable feeling like you are in city of Switzerland but having resort facilities. Like the smell of amenities and whole ambiance of the hotel. You feel home at La Reserve accomodations. Now I do not know which is my favourite: paris , Zurich of Geneve. They all so different, love them all.

Location next to airport and highway is good.

The lady with a long black pony tail guided us to the breakfast table at 10h15. At 10h30 breakfast closes. Despite asking we were not given the nice empty table at the window. We had to sit in the back in the dark and were disturbed by the dismantling of the buffet. I told this to the same lady again and in a super arrogant way responded. Unacceptable behaviour for such a place. Never La Reserve again. By the way a tall waiter was behaving extremely responsibly. A staff like this does not belong to such a place. Also it was dark everywhere so one could not see the state of the property and the cleanliness......

The surroundings are perfect, the massages are outstanding, the food is great

It is not a palace hotel, people don’t go out of their way to make things perfect for you. They are all driven by money. The smallest thing that is outside of your breakfast bill, they charge you for it. It’s petty

Amazing resort. The room was very clean and the services were spectacular. The spa is also very good and the facilities were very clean. The staff are very friendly and professional. The restaurants are very good as well. Parking is available.
