This five-star resort is situated on 301 route de Lausanne Bellevue where it offers the best in hospitality conditions in the entire city. La Réserve Hotel & Spa is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped park of about 10 acres which is perfectly located on the shores of Lake Geneva. The hotel offers scenic and spectacular views which guests are sure to enjoy.
All the rooms in the hotel come with stylish hardwood floors as well as luxurious fabrics that give it a touch of elegance and class. Some of the facilities present in the hotel include a hammam, a sauna, a steam bath, up to 17 treatment rooms and a fitness center.

Fabulous
I wanted to have an appointment in the spa, but the rather arrogant receptionist curtly informed that they were fully booked - this was disapointing as the spa was a major reason for choosing the hotel. It would have been helpful if the reception could have advised this was likely during check in.

Convenient getaway
Location is super convenient for those living in Geneve or Vaud.
Staff were very professional and not pretentious
Room was comfortable with all sorts of goodies for us
It was my partner’s birthday and they gave us a special cake that was out of this world
All the little details such as the evening turndown service were impressive
Room was a bit small and no view
Shower was in a bathtub that requires a bit of balance to get in and out of
The spa has its separate men’s and women’s saunas so we could not enjoy that together, which kinda hurt the couples vibe

we will be back
one of the most amazing fitness centers in a hotel, super well equipped. Great wellness area, outside and indoor swimming pools, definitely the best Asian restaurant in Switzerland. Bar and Lotti restaurant also very good choice and food quality. In-room breakfast very tasty. Free minibar beverages and Nespresso machine in the room.
rooms need to be refurbished, but the beds are very comfortable.

It is not a palace hotel, people don’t go out of their way to make things perfect for you. They are all driven by money. The smallest thing that is outside of your breakfast bill, they charge you for it. It’s petty

Overpriced with no views of the lake
This place is utterly mis-sold and massively over priced. Very underwhelming. No views of the lake. Main road noise outside on the terrace. Restaurant over priced and waiter service not good enough. This place need to be more honest about itself.

I like this hotel I wish it improves in hygiene and service
the play ground, the pool and the garden, the tea room.
the rooms are outdated, the food wasn’t delicious, the service in the breakfast area was slow. I found a small cockroach in the room and an ant on the towel in the bathroom.

a beautiful property - the facilities and food were lovely, the spa was best-in-class and loved the water transport to town and the concierge
room wasn’t ready on time so to check in before our dinner (8p), had to downgrade.
