relaxing night in Geneva, well looked after.

Fabulous-would stay longer next time.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very comfortable, clean and right next to the Geneva Christmas Market, and a short stroll to town.

A very comfortable, special experience.
The little touches that were thought of - a night light candle in the bathroom .
The beds turned down and bedside mats and bath mats placed during the evening. Lighting good for make up application. Extreme courtesy and attention by the staff.

The breakfast was excellent, and the location is perfect.
There is nothing I did not like. The location is perfect. The property is beautiful. The staff were exceptional. Their hospitality and service made Hotel d’Angeleterre my favorite hotel not only in Geneva, but in the whole Europe.

The bathtub is dangerous.Should have shower instead.

Luxury on the water
This was a luxurious accommodation and we wish we could have stayed longer. Not only was everything immaculate and of the finest quality, but even staff member we encountered was amazing.

Excellent location, impeccable room, and great staff
Excellent location, impeccably decorated room and public spaces with antique-like furniture, very well trained and extremely courteous staff, family atmosphere
One night could hear music from bar 2 floors below, which does not belong to hotel. After complaining the hotel staff took 50% off of that days charge, and committed this will not happen again, which was true for the next night.

The staff were professional, helpful, polite and simply amazing. From the moment I stepped into the Hotel D’Angleterre I knew this visit was going to be extraordinary! The comfort of the hotel was of the highest order. Service was outstanding. Nothing was too much for the staff if it would make you feel welcomed and at home. The level of everything here from the bed, to the towels, to the decor of the room was of the highest order. It was a complete pleasure to stay in this lovely hotel and I recommend it for all the above reasons. The location was perfect, right on Lake Geneva and close to the old town and all the ferries!

Exceptional stunning hotel
An exceptional property in every sense. Stunning location, classically English interiors & extremely clean but it was the service (from every member of staff) that was truly outstanding; friendly professional service that was subtle yet ever present. Exceptional. Will definitely be returning.
My personal preference is a walk in shower rather than a bath but the hotel is so outstanding this would not deter my next visit!
