25hours Hotel The Trip, Frankfurt

Super clean and everything else was in order. I think I found my stay for each time I’m in Frankfurt. Great job guys

I liked how central the location was. I also thought staff were very friendly and spoke good English which was good because my german isn't very good. Facilities were great, the room was spotless and the bed was super comfortable.

Although the location is central it is in an area where there is a lot of homelessness and drug use. Police were present but i would not have felt safe getting to and from the hotel as a solo female.

The brand speaks for itself - young, fresh, unique. Love it. Also the open Mini Bar is unique and refreshing.

The ambience was different and not like a typical hotel which I liked, and the room was also good. The beds were comfy and even better was the minibar was free, though I did not use it fully. I forgot my cap and housekeeping safely collected it and it was handed over to me later when I returned for collection. The bathrooms/toilets were neat and clean. A dental kit and shaving kit were available on request. Overall a good opinion except for a few things mentioned below.

The breakfast menu/choice was not so great, fruits in the fruit basket were rotten. It is obvious that the tables are used by people one after the other but if the tables were cleaned after every use it would not be such an obvious feeling. The check-in could be better, it took me around 10 minutes to get checked in, however, the front office staff is quite courteous and welcoming.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff that gives honest advice about the whereabouts and help with travel arrangements, public transport etc. Pleasant to have restaurant in the building with nice music, especially in the evenings.

Although the neighbourhood is a bit rough it is still a safe and pleasant place also to get there.

Decor very hip and cool! Cooked breakfast excellent, room just fine, loved the idea they promote that you can choose when and how you want your room cleaned, supporting the environment with unnecessary activities, very close to Hauptbanhof Main train station.

Advertised on Booking that it has a gym, in fact there isn't one, you can buy day passes for a nearby gym though. Also, the area is not agreeable, although we did not feel unsafe.

This wasn't my first choice of hotel but we had little choice as there was no availability close to the Messe when we looked to book last minute. It's a very quirky and different hotel and not somewhere I would have chosen.
We booked the Pisac suite, it was fabulous.
Set on two levels with a seating, dining and kitchen area which were really comfortable and meant we were able to relax when we returned each day.
The bathroom was also lovely with a great shower and his n hers sinks, wonderful toiletries and little extras.
It really was a great space, more like an apartment.
The restaurant for breakfast was lovely and we also ate dinner there one evening, having seen how busy and popular it was with both hotel guests and others.
The staff were all very helpful and polite and the hotel was clean and well equipped. I would definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately the electric blind control was missing when we arrived, having mentioned this to the housekeeper it was replaced the later that day, and one blind was opened halfway. The new control appeared to be broken, or new batteries were needed and the blinds remained mostly closed, meaning there was very little to no natural light from the large windows, during our stay. It was a real pity as it would have been perfect if there had been natural light available from the two large windows.
Sadly and really shocking, the area around and directly outside the hotel is full of homeless people and drug selling and taking in plain sight, making it quite uncomfortable and a little intimidating. However there was a high police presence, who did a good job of continuously moving them on in a never ending cycle.

Our room was on the patio side first floor and the music and partying went way too late, got very little sleep

Stylish hotel with well appointed rooms and cold Air Conditioning

Neighborhood was kind of sketchy with drug dealers hanging around the street towards the train station. There was annoying loud club music playing next door all day and into the night that could be heard loudly in the rooms and was deafening in the lobby/outdoor spaces.

XL room was very spacious and even included free bike use. Close to the train station made it easy to get to & from the airport and was walking distance to the main attractions in Frankfurt.

Booked the XL room which was supposed to have a bathtub, was told they had none with a bathtub left and no other solution was offered by the staff. Despite the obviously good insulation, loud music continued all night from a nearby nightclub and could be heard in the room.. Whilst it was close to the station the location won't suit everyone, I suggest researching the area prior to booking.

If there is a room facing the courtyard, it is very quiet and pleasant to sleep. If the room overlooks the terrace of the bar, then you have to take into account that on the weekend there is a bar open until the morning with very loud music. The rooms are clean.

the location as such for the hotel is very good. Apart from the fact that the hotel has drug addicts and a red light street on one side. You can get to the hotel very well even by bypassing it all. And then you really see a completely different side of Frankfurt.

Nice food and atmosphere.

Due to its location near to the train station its full of low life's at all hours making a right noise outside the hotel. This noise could be heard in my room at the front.

Loved the design, the friendly staff, free mini bar and breakfast.

Not their fault, but outside the hotel, it was a little scary with a lot of undesirable people hanging around.

Dining venue is not run by the hotel. The quality of buffet breakfast was not good, in fact one morning was super bad.
But the staffs are great.

I liked the concept. The room was nice comfortable and clean. The people at the reception were friendly. I really liked the interior and I thought the concept was smart and refreshing.

I thought it was overpriced. The location for a four star hotel was absolutely terrible not to say the least dangerous. All over junkies, smell of urine and dirt. We didn't dare to go out at night. Even though the vicinity to the HBf was convenient I never felt comfortable walking in the street. Therefore I would not book it again or recommend it to anybody.
Another remark : breakfast at the shukah bar was okaish. The avocado sandwich was delicious but most of the guest were lost looking where to find what at the buffet. If you are asking 26€ per person the buffet should be organised more chronologically ( plates and forks together ) butter with the spreads etc. I would expect a good cappuccino, fresh orange juice ( not from the carton) and more fresh veggies and fruit.

I did not eat breakfast in the morning.

The rooms are very well equipped, with good toiletries and free mini fridge. The bed was also very comfortable and the whole hotel itself was a cool design.

The area it is in is quite dodgy. Lots of homeless people and people using on the street. Annoyingly the fire alarm went off (accidentally) at 5am leading to a full building evacuation and no apology or any type of compensation given.

I heard every single fight on the street on night long, drug addicted seat on the road right in front of the windows of the hotel.

Hotel is perfect. The area is a bit run down with drug users in the area during the day and night. As it is close to train station this xan happen.
