It was super good, loved the rooms

We got a very nice room in the 25-th floor and it had an amazing view. The location was great!The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Incredible hotel Usually stay at Hotel Intercontinental (now closed) but this place was just as good if not better! Staff from front of house through to bar and service personnel were amazing - friendly and always welcoming. Our room 2105 was one of best I have ever been in. Location was next level! Views of city are to die for - you won’t be disappointed - incredible and all from comfort of your bed. Don’t bother closing blinds or curtains - the view was worth every cent and more!

I’m quite critical but honestly have nothing to say that is remotely negative but if pushed - I’d say it was the reception layout which did not reflect what was upstairs. Maybe it’s deliberate and makes the surprise of seeing the rooms that lay awaiting when you get to your room.

The location was excellent. Good restaurants within walking distance. Great Shopping Facilities. The High Street is very good and easy going. The entrance, facilities and amenities were acceptable. Among the Ritz at Berlin, Sofitel at Munich and JW Marriot at Frankfurt, this was the least assuming and basic. Breakfast was limited in spread, and our dietary preferences made the spread smaller. The staff made our stay comfortable. Easy to catch a shopping spree at a drop of a coin.

The room temperature was again 22 or below degrees. The location and access to the property was not very enterprising.

Room needs more upkeep, many small things not working like phone, shower had issues, systems seem outdated. Mini bar is very lacking. Calling reception and getting an answer sometimes took a very long time. Gym and pool are great but dont allow children to enter, something that was not understood to us before

The hotel location is not the best for families because on weekends there are a lot of drunk people around and inside the hotel, also room service if you will order they will add on the order 10 euro extra just because order from them.

I had a great stay at the JW Marriott in Frankfurt. The hotel is very nice, clean, and comfortable, with modern rooms and beautiful views of the city. The location is perfect — right in the center, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, which made it very easy to get around. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always smiling and willing to assist with anything I needed. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh options and a relaxing atmosphere to start the day. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended.

The receptionist asked me to pay an additional fee for changing the room, claiming it was a cleaning charge. This made no sense to me, as hotels clean rooms regardless of whether guests are staying, checking out, or switching rooms. Fortunately, another receptionist intervened and resolved the issue.

The location, and the fitness center is the access direct to Fitness First.

In general the room and especially the bathroom seemed to be worn off quite much already. Rust stains in the bathtub. Mold stains. Chalk stains.

If you’re looking for a hotel in Frankfurt and want to play it safe – this is the place. I stayed here recently and the experience was a solid 10/10. The Location: The hotel is located right on the central Zeil street. It’s incredibly convenient with direct access to the MyZeil mall and just steps away from major S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations (Hauptwache). Despite being in the heart of the action, the hotel and the rooms are perfectly quiet. It’s the perfect home base for exploring the city. The Rooms: Spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The Breakfast: The variety was impressive. As a vegetarian, I was thrilled to find so many fresh and high-quality options, from fresh vegetables and fruits to a great selection of cheeses and hot dishes. There’s truly something for everyone. Professional Service: The staff is wonderful, attentive, and truly professional. They make sure everything runs smoothly. Bottom line: It’s not a cheap hotel, but it’s worth every penny for anyone who wants peace of mind, great accessibility, and uncompromising quality. I highly recommend it!

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The hotel enjoys a prime location, delivers impeccable service, and offers an excellent breakfast. The staff are gracious and attentive, and the facilities are of outstanding quality.

I had an excellent stay in this room. The skyline view was genuinely impressive and the bathroom was exceptionally spacious. The staff were very helpful throughout. Would definitely recommend.

I can't think of anything significant to complain about.

Location was great. Everyone was super hospitable and the breakfast and restaurant were exceptional. The elevators were a little finicky to call, but they were fast to high floors. The location is perfect for Christmas Markets. Literally around the corner from the largest market in Frankfurt. Also very good coffee shops close by.

The pillows are pretty flat and the bed was a bit firm. Comforter is too hot. If you’re a warm sleeper, you might need to ask for alternative bedding if they can accommodate. There was also construction going on in the evening at the bar just off the lobby that was really loud when we were trying to have a drink. Seems like poor timing, but not tragic. Otherwise, Great stay.

Love the location, discretion, and up to level service in this place. You feel protected, cosy, and at home. Style, views are exceptional too. The restaurant serves South American delights, breakfast is sumptuous.

Spa was closed in morning due to lack of personnel.

This is not my first time at the hotel. All the staff, without exception, are always welcoming, friendly, helpful, and attentive to the guest's comfort.

Maybe the bed mattres was not good for me , that’s not mean it was bad no but for me personaly it was little not comfortable

The location was Great in the city center and the rooms were large as for the beds we asked for the brand of the bed mattress, staff were very friendly and had dinner in their South American Restaurant it was 10/10.

Hotel is central , staff is friendly and helpful , location is central and it is possible to go many places by foot. Room was clean and spacious.

There should be much more options for the breakfast at such a 5 star hotel and price level. And an additional hold is applied to the credit card for each night stayed. This is a bit disturbing but they released the blocked amount at credit card during our check out if an amount is going to be blocked information should be provided in advance.
