Staff and location were excellent.

The fitness room was disappointing. Not much to like there.

We had the suite with the most incredible views and balconies. Outstanding!

Restaurant could be better, our meal was just okay. Drink service was slow at patio bar.

A large hotel with the right amenities, unbeatable views and direct access to the ocean. Beautiful view over the ocean and the Old Town. Great breakfast. The whole reception/front of house team was super.

The bed linen was clean but needs an upgrade.

Beautiful hotel in a superb location. Breakfast was exceptional overlooking the old town and the sea. The lounge area by the water was very cool and the indoor pool and different saunas was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here afain.

It would have been nice if the hotel had some float toys or even a pad in the water to swim up to. But this was only minor. Hotel was a very nice experience.

Beautiful location with wonderful facilities and amazing private beach. Within walking distance to old town centre. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Beautiful food at the amazing hotel restaurants.

Really nice hotel and service

This is one of the most beautiful hotels in Dubrovnik offering perfect views of the famous Old Town medieval walls.Staff is very attentive and always around to help. 2 excellent restaurants with very creative chef. Beautiful spa and very clean rooms.Even when it’s for a short period every stay in Excelsior is memorable experience. Highly recommended.

Perfect location to stay in Dubrovnik. On the coast with a lovely view from ocean rooms, restaurants and bars and fantastic deck providing access to swimming. Short stroll to the Old Town.

Lunches upstairs was fair not brilliant and pricey for a ceasar salad which was pretty basic

Wonderful location, a short 10 min walk to Old Town! The main floor with the lounge and restaurants is quite comfortable and beautiful. Service was quick and front desk made an effort (despite some things to note in the room). NaturaBisse amenities worked wonders for skin

Great location, not so close to the busiest part of the city, but perfectly walkable to every main attraction. Room with good size for a couple, great view to the ocean, and good amenities. The breakfast was very good, with many options, and the pool area was great I would definitely stay again.

A very lovely hotel. I stayed in Villa Odak with terrace and stunning sea view. The hotel is very close to the old town. The room was super spacious and very clean and classy. Staff were very polite and friendly. Breakfast was amazing. You get to order what you like from a menu plus other food on buffet. On the day of check-out, we had to leave very early. But the breakfast was all ready that early waiting for just the two of us.

This was the best decision we made, to stay at the hotel Excelsior!!!. The hotel was exceptional, the staff was super helpful. We had some traveling opsticals and the staff at the hotel was accomadating and helped us to resulve the issue. We are grateful for their help. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Croatia. The breakfast, facillities, staff, the location and beautiful view from the hotel is exceptional!

Very clean and smells amazing. 10 min walk to Old Town. Breakfast was amazing with different choices. Staff very friendly specially Dario he takes the time to give recommendations and advise on what to do around town.

Nothing really except chairs on terrace were a little basic and could have been upgraded for comfort and style to match interior furniture elsewhere

Staff extremely accommodating! Chefs attention to care when preparing meals to accommodate allergies. Quality Breakfast. Location to Old Town. Addition of a Spa for massage & facials would be our only recommendation. We throughly enjoyed our stay and all staff was extraordinary. Thank you.

Superb location so near to the Old Town. Breakfast choices are amazing. The hotel is immaculate throughout and we love being able to swim in the sea from the lower patio area.

Bathroom window needs more privacy as it faced the street. Should be a black glass that lets light in but people cannot look right in. Also the room was billed to for 3 but the cot made it difficult to move around the room

Exceptional location, great terraces for drinking and dining also for accessing the sea.

Our particular room was possibly the only one in the full hotel that had a substantial pillar, part of the structure, at the end of the bed. Also, the terrific view from our window looked out at the balcony of one of the other rooms. Otherwise very comfortable.

About 10 min walk past old town, great views over the water to Dubrovnik old town. Great terrace restaurant/bar to chill at the end of a hot day. Really cool ocean sunbathing area, right on rocks with direct access to ocean. Staff friendly and helpful as much as they can be.

the position of hotel makes it VERY difficult to call taxi’s or transfers. Couldn’t get a taxi cause it was raining (too much traffic) couldn’t get our pre-arranged (4 times) transfer on departure cause of too much traffic, again! Hotel also failed to provide arrival airport transfer, pre-booked once again.
