Great facilities and conveniently situated close enough but far enough from Old Town. Good restaurants surrounding the hotel and beach for swimming aside from the lovely hotel pool. Friendly and helpful staff.

Very clean and comfortable room (a little on the small size). The buffet breakfast had a wonderful selection.

Not being able to sit outside for breakfast until 7.00am. Most mornings we arrived at 6.30am, it would have been pleasant to sit outside at that time of the morning.

We have stayed at this property in the past and again it lived up to what we expected.

A couple of the breakfast staff were rude, they need to understand without customers they don’t have a job. Being courteous is easy, being rude comes down to attitude.

Beautiful hotel right by the beach. Amazing view of the bay, a lot of restaurants and snacks around. There is a bus stop just 5 mins walk to the old city (around 15 mins drive). The staff is very nice! We asked for a very early check in and they made it happen. It eas our honeymoon so they gave us a bottle of sparkling wine too.

The prices are very high. This is a great hotel but maybe too pricey. No bottles of water in the rooms.

The location is amazing and the views spectacular everywhere in the hotel - the room balcony, the bar, the lobby, the restaurant. The room was spacious, modern and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a very large selection of freshly cooked food, there's definitely something for everyone. The hotel has its own little bit on the beach, where you don't need to pay to use beach chairs. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Croatia.

Great hotel with brillant views. Hotel is very clean, breakfast options were plentiful and everything tasted great. All staff were very friendly and accommodating. Good gym facilties with good range of equipment. Outdoor pool good size with plenty of loungers and clean towels available for all guests. Live music every night. Bar located on 10th floor offers stunning views of sea and promenade perfect setting to watch the sunset with a cocktail

All staff were extremely friendly on all occasions: hospitality at the reception, a goodmorning from the cleaning personnel, at breakfast… outstanding, congratulations to all!

A beautiful, very well run hotel. All staff are very friendly, helpful and polite. The rooms are very comfortable and everything is immaculate. Breakfast was very good- always well stocked and lots of choice. Location is perfect with fabulous views.

This is a fantastic hotel, set in a beautiful location right on the seafront. Large and comfortable family room, great pool and excellent buffet breakfast.

Lack of space for sunbeds.

Very nice hotel. Perfect to visit Old town of Dubrovnik. A bus is just few minutes away and it s very practical to go the old town. The room are very nice and the swimming is great.

It was a bit of a ride out of town but the beach was lovely.

Breakfast is fine. Many stuff to take care of the guests. Friendly and professional. Clean hotel with the wow terrace and reception area on the 10th floor. The hotel's design is nice and relaxing to be in. The indoors swimmingpool is a relaxing area too.

The door to the bathroom had no door hand. It was really annoying to open and close that sliding door (and a problem for our son). But that was the only minus.
