Air conditioning down to 20 degrees. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Parking facility kept our car cool while we visited the Old Town Dubrovnik.

Everything here was excellent from the friendly and helpful staff to the bedroom, breakfast and location. Lovely balcony to sit out on with a view of the port over the rooftops. Stayed in 7 hotels in the last week and this was the best.

The staff were absolutely amazing Reception Elma and Ines assisted with everything we needed . Breakfast was beautiful Anya and Lidya were so friendly and so helpful coffee was amazing . The room was perfect bed comfortable . Location was perfect close to old town and Lapad which was great. Buses right there Definately will recommend this place 👌

Only thing I could say was the rooms were all set on temperature. Settings and programed . Myself struggled from 3am waking up extremely hot . We are i there spring so understand the programming of the temp.

I loved the location. We could walk to the Old Town, a 40 minute walk, but you could easily walk to a near by bus stop. The hotel room was very comfortable and spacious. It certainly had a spa feel. The sea view from the balcony was a bonus. For breakfast, there was a good choice of hot and cold foods and excellent coffee on offer.

Due to our stay being at the beginning of April, the pool was not available or the option to sit round the pool. The hotel did not provide evening meals.

We had a room with a balcony so it was bliss to be able to,open the door and have fresh air in the room. Shutters allowed security to enable this. The hotel is modern and well placed for the ferry and bus station,also local buses which run every 15 minutes to get to Old Town. Best thing was the staff, so helpful and friendly. They wanted to engage with you.

It’s a long walk from old town so you have to get familiar with the buses pretty quickly. That said, it’s no big deal.

Perfect location. Everything within walking distance but not too close that you are overwhelmed by the noise. The beds are dangerously comfortable, slept in the first morning, despite an alarm being set, and missed the breakfast. Which is amazing also.

Inconsiderate hotel guests having a personal discussion rather loudly late into the night BUT was quickly dealt with by the staff.

During our stay at the hotel, we were truly impressed by the outstanding level of service. The staff were exceptionally professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. Very helpful staff, very friendly

Was very nice, nothing to dislike

The staff member at the front desk was so lovely. She always had a smile on her face and always greeted us. It was a short walk to the waterfront which had amazing views. The rooms were clean and it was just what was needed for our 2 night stay.

Very clean comfortable room, Duvet covers, excellent breakfast, free parking, great services, wonderful personal, especially Ms.Elma was spectacular majestic lady,she is so polite,thoughtful,very kind hospitality helpfully always warm she has got wonderful personality

Very friendly and helpful staff, a very nice room, and a very tasteful breakfast. Hotel is situated a short walk from the bus station and city bus no 8 stops just outside and takes you to old town, otherwiase a 2 kilometre walk up and down. I did not check the pool area, but I think there is a pool for summertime. Price level maybe high, but also due to the touristic area I suppose. However, worth the price.

The hotel were sooo friendly, that at times i felt that they were my family members. Since we reached Dubrovnik very early in the morning at 7AM, they were kind enough to give us an early check in at 9:30AM itself. I would recommend anyone going to Dubrovnik, to stay in this hotel. The hotel was very near the bus station as also the bus stand from where you can get a bus to the old town for 2.5 euros or uber for 8euros and its just a 5 minute drive. It is really a wonderful hotel run by fantastic people... I wish the hotel all the very best and i will definitely stay here again.

This is my second visit to this property, and I am equally satisfied with service and comfort. The room was very clean, with balcony and calming sea view and all listed amenities. Location is great, because you can use public bus service to reach any part of the city form the station nearby. We came by car but did not use it during the time we spent in Dubrovnik. Breakfast was very good. Special thanks to female receptionist and restaurant staff on their hospitality and kindness. I would stay there again, for sure.

My elderly Mother and I had a wonderful stay at the Berkeley. The staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful. Anja and Maria in particular. My apologies for forgetting the name of the lovely lady at breakfast too. It was a 5min walk to get to the bus stop and 10 mins to the bus station. I would definitely return to this hotel and will be recommending it to my friends.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay.

1. The Spa, pool and fitness center were under renovation and hence not available to the guests. This could have been communicated before. 2. Lighting in the room could be better.

The hotel is only a 10 min walk to the main bus station. The staff were fantastic and very attentive. The breakfast was really nice with lots of opt ions. Easy walk to Old town and to water front.

Friendly stuff, location.

Central to bus station and just a short hop into the old town. Breakfast was great and the staff were all friendly.

Unfortunately the swimming pool and spa closed for winter, and the bath towels were a bit rough. Also the rooms seemed a little dated, with the climate control didn’t seem to be controllable.

The place was lovely and clean with a great location and a superb staff and tasty breakfast. Good value for money!

Some of the lights in our room were not working and the heating system wasn't working properly - but it was our fault we didn't report those things, I'm sure the issue would have been fixed. We were only staying for a couple of nights so we couldn't be bothered... Haha.

There was such an air of friendliness from the whole staff . Anja, Marja and Ines were especially kind and gracious in suggesting sights in their beautiful city of Dubrovnik . Anja and Marja also help facilitate us staying longer than we had originally planned . It was a gift of warmth and hospitality they shared with us . Thank you ❤️

We spent 4 nights in the old town and decided to spend 1 night outside the walls and chose this place. We loved it. If we ever come back this way we would certainly think about staying here instead. It is only a short free bus ride to Pile gate with the Dubrovnik pass. It has a pool in the warmer weather. Our room had a balcony and a good view of the harbor. The walk to the harbor was only 5 minutes. The rooms were super clean and spacious and for me the breakfast was awesome (they had some of the best breakfast desserts I ever had). Finally, the staff were genuinely happy to welcome me. All this for a reasonable price. Thank you Berkeley Hotel for a wonderful stay.

I've been to 31 countries, this is the best hotel in my life. Especially, the woman at the reception is very kind. The facilities are very clean and comfortable. I would like to stay again. Hvala puno! ARIGATOU!

Extremely comfortable beds, in general really beautiful room with a nice terrace. All the staff from reception to the ladies in the restaurant/bar were very nice and helpful. Definitely a place to stay and very good value for money.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the room felt luxurious. It offered great value for money, and the peaceful atmosphere made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The breakfast was delicious as well. I will definitely be returning!

Breakfast was excellent with a good selection of items although there were no fresh fruits, only bananas, but could be because it’s winter. Location was a 5 minute walk to the port and main bus station. Local bus to the old town was in front of the hotel. The staff was fantastic, very friendly and accommodating.

Excellent location in the port town of Gruž. The airport shuttle bus drops you at the main bus station, which is just a short walk from the hotel. Buses to the Old Town run regularly, and the stop is only a two-minute walk away. The staff are very friendly, and the rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is good, and overall, the hotel offers great value for money. A perfect base for exploring Dubrovnik’s Old Town and the surrounding areas.

The room was spotless and met expectations. Breakfast was excellent. While the hotel was some distance from the old town there was a regular (all be it very crowded) bus service close to the Hotel.

The location was a bit further away from old town than we realised but we managed ok with buses. I didnt realise it was a spa hotel as it doesn't say that in the title on here.

A 15-minute walk from the port and bus terminal was the reason we chose this hotel. All staff were friendly and very welcoming. The coffee at breakfast was fantastic, and the food options were good. The complimentary bottles of wine in the room were a bonus, and I loved the seaview from the balcony. The local bus to Dubrovnik old town is very close, and there are many restaurants close by with great food, as pictured in my attached photo. Loved the walk around the waterfront!

The road where the hotel is located can be busy, and it's tricky to cross it to walk along the only footpath available on the opposite side.

Fantastic service from receptionist who checked us in early, super friendly and helpful. Room was great, large and comfortable with a balcony giving great views of the harbour and sunset
