Amazing hotel, lovely spacious clean rooms.
Staff went above and beyond to make the stay special as we were celebrating and every member of staff would greet you and always looking to help you. Bar staff were great in the evenings!
Location is perfect a lovely short walk to the old town and not too far from anywhere!

Absolutely fabulous hotel. Highly attentive staff where nothing is too much trouble. Wonderful breakfasts on the terrace overlooking the sea, with a wide variety of food included in the room price. The sea view and balcony upgrade is worth every penny. Very spacious room and excellent facilities. Located close to the Old Town, with its own beach too. Given it a 5/5 score on every metric.

Excellent location, nice short walk to the city center. Perfect views, heard the ocean all night.

Rooms unfortunately not sound proof. Restaurant Vapor in the evening was disappointing, we were the only table and food was cold. Staff indeed very friendly and helpful.

The view was amazing, the interior was very beautiful and the staff was highly motivated and very friendly. The breakfast was incredible. There was a buffet for cold food, but you could order warm dishes from a menu. Everything we ate was so good!
We hope to come back soon to this amazing place.

We were supposed to stay at this hotel but they were doing renovation works so they accommodated us in their other hotel, The Excelsior. The room, food, pool, access to the sea, general location and staff were all really great. The breakfast had an incredible selection of very high quality foods which I looked forward to every morning.

Couldn't complain really, only one minor irritation was the sauna and steam room weren't always ready first thing in the morning, but thats a very minor problem and everything else was absolutely incredible.

This hotel exceeded the expectations, the staff were great, the facilities, the breakfast, restaurant, patio and room, all were fantastic. The location was also really great to get to old town and to the promenada Dubrovnik Port which was wonderful to walk.

Excellent facilities and staff

We loved the location and staff. The hotel is great as well, with nice amenities and access to the nicest little beach in Dubrovnik.

This is our 3rd time to stay at Hotel Bellevue. We return because we love the location, the rooms, and the exceptional service by all the staff. The breakfast is one of the best I’ve ever had in my travels. The front deck sent a lovely bottle of wine after learning of my frequent visits to the hotel. Very thoughtful and appreciated.

Absolutely everything

We ended a cruise in Dubrovnik and we arrived at the hotel at 9 AM. I expected to drop our luggage and go to the beach. However, our room was ready and we were checked in and at the beach quickly. There was a problem with our reservation which the front desk tried to correct while we were swimming. We ended up having both lunch and dinner at the hotel and enjoyed a stunning view with great service at both meals. The waiter recommended a local wine that was great. The room was large with a view of the inlet and beach. This is outside of old town so it was quieter and oh so beautiful.

The room with a balcony and sea views is pricey, but worth the splurge for one night. I had trouble finding my reservation and ended up with duplicate reservations, but the front desk helped sort that out.

Everything is excellent in this hotel: location, facilities, service, pool and beach, cleanliness, decoration that makes for a friendly, modern, attractive space. And of course the most important asset, great, ready to assist at any time staff.

Extremely unique property on the side of a cliff. Climb up the mountain and jump into the crystal clear sea water! If it’s not your thing, don’t worry just watch others - It’s amazing entertainment !

The gym is far too small and needs attention immediately. It’s the size of a match box and impossible to train in.

Our room faced Bellevue Beach and had a lovely view. It was a good sized room. The bed was comfortable. The staff are always polite and friendly and greet you. The breakfast was excellent. A shuttle bus was provided to their sister properties to swim, and we really enjoyed that.

The beach was unable to be accessed from the hotel but there were lots of people swimming there, you can get there from a path/ steps. I also did not like the bathroom, it was not comfortable to use as it was previously an accessible room.

An exceptional place to stay with comfort and fabulous sea views. Staff were courteous, willing and attentive all the time. Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were well equipped with everything one would need and spacious. The hotel was quiet at night. Easy location within walking distance of Dubrovnik old town. One could choose anything for breakfast from the breakfast bar, right down to fresh honey from the honeycomb itself. Cold meats and cheeses, pates and cakes, fruits and salads - all for the taking. Original hot dishes too. Seating on the terrace gave a wonderful vista. Dinner was exceptional with little tasters brought to the table to start, and all beautifully presented. It was a very relaxing stay. There is an indoor pool, but not an outdoor one. Also a Spa which we enjoyed with facials. The beach was closed, sadly because of rock falls, so the second restaurant on the beach was also closed, but hopefully all will be open later in the year. The hotel is highly recommended.

The staff were very polite and helpful. The food was amazing and much better than anything we ate in town. Breakfast was fantastic with so much choice and everything was really fresh. Our room was spotless and had everything we needed.

There was no access to the beach which was a real shame.
