The staff were very welcoming and friendly, the bed was comfortable and the pod was well equipped, nice private bathroom with excellent shower and good code security system

Perhaps a bit brighter decor, the corridors seemed quite dark

The hostel was quite clean and comfortable. The location was great and very centrally located.

The beds only had a USB charger. I wish there was a regular outlet. Also, it did get a little hot at night in the hostel and it was a little uncomfortable to sleep.

the rooms were HOT at night, took me a long time to fall asleep, not just because of the heat but also because of the noise (in the hallway and on the streets), people in the hallway kept going into their rooms and you could hear the doors open and close so loudly! also, I am 1,80 so my bed was too short and I didn‘t have a lot of space.

Location is excellent. Lockers were easy to use. Bed was comfortable and the pod set up made it more private than expected

The one major downer for me was not being able to make a tea or coffee in the bedroom (I did know this before hand, but it is something that would elevate it imo)

Real professional operation. Electronic codes to open doors and pod style beds with privacy curtains. Having access to the laundry was very convenient. Definitely a social hostel with a very lively bar with live music downstairs.

It got very hot in the capsule I was on the top bunk and to be fair they did offer fans so it can’t be helped.

I like that you need a passcode to get through doors and into your room, instead of a physical card which you can risk losing. Luggage storage was quite good too.

I spent €8 for a toastie that barely that any filling, 2 strips of bacon and some onions. That’s it. Definitely overpriced and not worthy.

The location was quite good, close to downtown, transit, and good food. It's fine for a short stay. The guests you'll meet are a good mix of people from around the world.

There's no air conditioning and the pods are very poorly ventilated so it's significantly stuffier than outside, and the USB fans they offer do not do much. For this reason alone I would not return. The windows don't open very wide for airflow, but the property is next to the train tracks so you get a lot of noise when you do. The events hosted are a bit hit or miss. They charge for luggage storage, and washing/drying is 10 euro. There's one elevator.

It was really clean and well organised. Also very calm during the night.

The size of the pods was a little short in terms of lengths. I'm not too tall but I was reaching the sides.

Good hostel with lots of beds and lots of showers/bathrooms. Common spaces are good too.

Breakfast is a bit expensive, and the pods get very warm at night. The hostel in general has gotten a bit expensive over the years but it’s still good.

I've stayed here a few times already, twice in a pod. I love the central location and great price. Staff is always polite and any issues I had got resolved as soon as I voiced them. Breakfast selection was quite good. Pods are my favourite way of staying in a hostel these days. Despite being closed off and therefore warm in current heatwave of a weather, I still prefer them to other options. Little fans in the room for the pod were very helpful. Really like their locker system, feel safe and secure.

I am not the biggest fan of 1 shower and bathroom combined room per 12 beds, however it's better than having to leave the room everytime I want to use the faciliilties. I would love to see toilet and shower at least separated, so different people can use them if needed. During one of my stays, the bathroom looked quite messy and dirty, but I think that might have more to do with other occupants of the room then the staff not cleaning it. I hope. Nevertheless it stopped me from wanting to have a shower.

I didn’t like the behaviour of my roommates, but it’s not a fault of hostel. They were talking laud, singing songs and laughing, even when they saw that someone is sleeping after long trip. I understand that daytime it’s not time to sleep. But their behaviour was absolutely disrespectful.

Very simple hotel (we took private room). Good location, quite comfortable beds (but too warm blankets). Breakfast is nice.

Noisy from trains. They pass by just next your window, start at ~6AM and go until midnight. You have to leave your ID in order to have hairdryer or plug adapter. There is no TV, no kettle, no AC in the room (on sunny day it was very hot in room). Not clean - we found things under bed that were left by previous guests.

Very happy with my choice to stay here (in the 10 pod room). The hostel was exceptionally clean and the location was great. About a 7-10 minute walk to the temple bar district. We didn’t stay in at the hostel, but the property was very lively! Many people were in the lobby hanging out, and they had a game night and hosted a pub crawl (€14 for 4 free shots, 1 Guinness, and discounted drink prices). There is a girls (community) restroom on the first floor and a boys bathroom on the second floor, but there is also a person private shower in each room to share among the roommates. It had a very nice, clean shower, a toilet, and 2 sinks. The lockers were very very large and had a lock built into them, so you don’t have to provide your own. They also provide charger adapters and hair dryers (available at the lobby front desk). The room was pretty spacious and ours has a full length mirror by the windows. Each pod also gets its own hook (for a jacket or towel perhaps). Also there is free WiFi that works great. I’m traveling to a few places and will be back in Dublin in 2 weeks and will be staying again at that time (in an 8 pod room).

It was incredibly hot weather (obviously not the hostel’s fault). However, they do provide a small fan for each pod, which is nice. FYI, the price to rent a towel is €4 per night and it costs €3-4 euro + €1 for every additional hour used of luggage storage. Breakfast is provided for €14 (I think that was the price? I decided to go elsewhere for it), which is pretty much consistent with the price of breakfast around the neighborhood.

Pods were comfortable and added privacy. The location was within walking distance to the airport bus and all of the action in the downtown area.

It was during a heat wave and the rooms were a little hot. Nothing they could have did about that really. In fact the gave me a little USB fan to take in my pod with me to try and keep things cool.

Super friendly staff and great location just a few minutes from O'Connell Street.

Someone started smoking and talking on the phone in the middle of the night, it was disgusting! It is extremely stuffy inside a pod, they even provided small ventilators, but they don't help. You have to open the curtain to be able to breathe, but then any bit of privacy is gone

Perfect for a one night stay during the travels. I had a pleasant stay, everything worked fine and the space was clean.

A big dorm means more noise and restless space. The toilet and bathroom could be two separate units so one person doesn't reserve both. Loud people chatting in the corridor outside of the room at very late hours.

Location and cleanliness met my expectations. The staff was very nice at check in and check out. I also enjoyed the breakfast that was provided. I would recommend it to anyone that is visiting Dublin and may stay there again in the future.

It was very easy to check in. Everything is quite automated. The room itself is spacious and the lockers work very well. The toilet in my dormitory was always available and very clean. The location is quite good, not far away from the city center, but far enough so that you don't hear too much noise.

The main problem is comfort. I'm not sure if it is like that in the winter or in any other season, but it was very hot inside the bed, which is some kind of cabin. Or capsule. They offer fans, but they are very noisy. So it's either heat or noise. The dormitory window needs to stay open so that some air comes in. But of course, even though it's not downtown, there are some bars and pubs around and it can get quite noisy.

Excellent prices for a comfortable stay. I stayed in a 10-12 bed pod dorm. The bed has a curtain and excellent lighting that provides an excellent amount of privacy. The room had a shower and toilet which was ideal. The bar prices were reasonable for Dublin too.

Really good location, clean and tidy. Perfect for a one night stay. The facilities are good however, we didn’t use them.

The shower was rubbish, and you don’t get towels provided unless you paid. Wouldn’t recommend staying for any more than one night, two night max.

The pods are perfect to give you some privacy and they're surprisingly comfortable to sleep in! Individual fans for each pod were a nice touch as it was super hot in the room!

Could do with air con or a bigger fan in the room, it was very hot! Would have liked some more dairy free/vegan options for breakfast, eg. A dairy free yoghurt alternative for example.
