The hotel was in a great location, right next to Trinity College. The staff was friendly and helpful and the restaurant in the hotel was excellent.

Location was fabulous. Staff were efficient and kind -barman was so charming and so sweet! ! 😀The Hotel is beautiful and elegant with an old-world, welcoming charm. We loved being able to sit at the fireplace. The road noise, in particular the beeping from the traffic light, caught us by surprise and I can imagine it may be disturbing for a light sleeper. Beds are comfortable and the shower was great! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book there again without hesitation. Thank you!

Perhaps a warning about the troublesome key to room 214 as we checked in would have been welcome. 😀 Booking through Booking.com seemed to present a slight problem when I would have liked to alter the reservation.

We have always liked the nice comfortable 'old fashioned' feel of Buswells. Staff are friendly. there is a great atmosphere here!

We were disappointed in the Breakfast. It is a while since we have stayed here, but you used to get proper linen napkins and Eggs Benedict. A hotel of this calibre should have linen NOT paper napkins.

Staff were very friendly, there was a great ambience of the hotel very welcoming. I would highly recommend this establishment.

Add on breakfast was a little too pricy, there are local cafe's with a 50% cheaper option which i availed of on the second day. Something to think about maybe.

The room was exactly as described on the site. Breakfast was no included in the price I paid but that was what I opted for.

Location is perfectly situated in the city centre. Excellent transport, cafés, bars, restaurants and the relaxing St. Stephens Green all a few minutes walk away. Very comfortable bed. Loved the foyer and lounge area for snacks, coffee and drinks. Staff are incredibly friendly and extremely helpful and always a smile!

Our bathroom had the shower in the bath which I didn't check out in advance ... if you prefer a separate shower it's wise to request same when booking. Nearby secure parking is at a reduced rate of €22 per 24 hour period ... a little pricey perhaps but very secure. Be sure to validate your parking ticket at the hotel on checkout.

Location is Perfect for a Trip to Dublin. You are right in the centre of the city with Shopping, Restaurants and Bars closeby. Parking is also very close if you are taking a car and they have a reduced rate with the car park. The Hotel is clean.

The hotel is 3-Star and this is reflected inside, which is 'tired' and requires some refurb. Beds are very small, especially for 2 adults. Bathroom did not have a separate shower so you had to stand in the bath to shower which can be restrictive for older people.

Food and food service in bar on a Thursday night was not good. Would definitely stay in this hotel again but would dine elsewhere.

The location is a bonus, the room acceptable if somewhat dated. On this occasion I had a light breakfast which was acceptable but not exciting.

Unfortunately of late, protestors almost daily assemble outside nearby Parliament Building, creating much noise and disturbance to the comfort and ambience of the surroundings.

The location is awesome, with easy access to Trinity college and the downtown shops & pubs. The staff were really helpful and nice as well.

The rooms are a little dated, but clean. The shower drain backed up during the shower leaving me standing in yucky water.

Excellent location for culture, museums, parks and outstanding food choices.

It happened to be quite warm in a Dublin and so was the room, but the fan worked fine. Lighter blankets would have been perfect.
