We’re very happy after returning from our stay at Waldorf Astoria. Food, service etc. were excellent. Rooms were spacious and clean. Children were well looked after and enjoyed attending kids club. We will definitely be returning as felt overall provided good value for money and an enjoyable stay😎.

Loved the rooms there . Everything was provided for us. The pools are nice and big. Temperature controlled which is important in dubai heat. Also loved the convenience of ordering whatever we wanted from the menu without having to call someone to take your order. Also convenient that you can smoke by the tanning beds.

They said they would provide an anniversary cake however we never received one. They also were slow deliverinf when asking for some things we needed in the room. Buffet was relatively limited with mostly salads.

All the staff were amazing! They were always so helpful and lovely and went out of their way to make our time at the Waldorf wonderful! Thanks to Moses for being so helpful. 😊

The fifth floor had been closed for renovations along with the original location of the Pearl Club Lounge and we hadn’t been notified of this.

It’s just a little bit far

The Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeriah is a wonderful property. The rooms are well appointed and spacious. The bed is very comfortable and sitting area is relaxing. The bathroom is what dreams are made of. Bathroom amenities are out of this world (Aesop) & the bathrobe is soooooo soft and comfortable, you wanna stay in it forever. Hotel restaurants, bars, pool, and beach are all well maintained. As an extra bonus, there is an adult's only pool with the spectacular views of Atlantis the Royal that is a refuge. The beach staff also is very attentive and friendly. They spoil you big time - from placing towels on sunbeds, cleaning sunglasses, providing water and cool towels through beach day,…. All the staff is warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. They ensure one is looked after continuously.

Hotel is well maintained, but is starting to need a renovation. Carpets in common areas are a bit old and dusty, wallpapers are old, lighting in corridors are dated and not nice.

A little on the expensive side compared to other resorts in the area, and rooms are a bit over categorised making any subtle room difference unnecessarily expensive Men’s SPA was really small and not attractive to use

The hotel is in a great location. It is definitely a plus that it has its own beach. It is big, yet not overwhelmingly so. Similarly, it is a fancy place that, at the same time, feels quite homey and welcoming.

The staff is kind and helpful; however, they were overbearing at times. It sometimes felt like they were more interested in getting a positive review on Google than about our comfort and privacy.

I enjoyed the evening buffets, great variety and well presented, particularly the desserts. The staff were very helpful.

It’s a bugbear for me. Music played everywhere, at least keep volume down in the dining area.

The room provided was very big and roomy and the balcony was a bonus overlooking the sea towards the city.

The service at breakfast was not good - we had to wait for a while to get coffees etc and l did not like the fact it was self service.

The room was very spacious, clean and the decor did not disappoint. We got fresh fruit almost daily in the room. The location is fantastic. Breakfast was great....quite a large spread. The service overall was great. The in-dining team were fantastic (Christopher, Roselyn and the rest of their team). They went out of their way to make my husband's birthday special. Petronella at the breakfast area was great too and the rest of the staff in the hotel was friendly and helpful.

It’s an excellent hotel and the facilities are great here. The rooms are stunning and bathroom is beautiful. The pool area and the beach are lovely and it’s all kept really well and was super clean. Everyone was extremely friendly. A special mention to Gwen who worked in the Serafina bar. She was one of the best servers we had and her customer service was outstanding. Thanks for making our time so special

The staff in the buffet area and the pool side dinner area were very friendly however they sometimes didn’t seem to understand things we were asking for with ordering drinks. Particularly the breakfast buffet staff. We stayed for 8 nights and every morning they managed to get something wrong with the order. Whether it was bringing over a drink we didn’t order or charging us for the breakfast even though we were half board. Not sure if it was a language barrier but they all spoke English, there just seemed to be constant mistakes and with the price you pay to stay here I expected slightly quicker / better service. This feedback is ONLY for the buffet staff

Very good service and facilities, pleasant overall impression. Everything is up-to the great level of service and comfort.

here I was told that the hotel cannot take deposit from a debit card (which I still cannot explain), therefore I had to separately pay for any services within the hotel, which was a bit of discomfort.

I love buffet staff, they are amazing specially chef Mohammad hazeen big love for his kindness and beautiful smile

I didn’t like the entrance to the property very unappealing, the rooms curtains were bit dirty for the price we paid for the room and housekeeping was slow and didn’t clean room properly tea stains were still on the counter. Housekeeping never picked up calls. Food options but limited in the buffet.

Various choices in the resturant. Rooms are big and clean, we had the most amazing view on palm Jumeirah. staff is great and polite. Calm atmosphere perfect for some one who is looking for a quit and nice vacation.

I understand that the hotel motive is calmness , but there are more attractions that need to be added to the hotel.

Fantastic rooms, excellent breakfast, amazing grounds around hotel as a whole. Always clean rooms with great views of the sea. Would recommend to all for a peaceful stay on the palm. Also staff are all very helpful.

Only thing that stops this hotel being a 10 is the location since it's on the outer section of the palm and is a bit further down it's a ways away from everything. There are free shuttle buses to get into town but missing a nearby accessible shop for some amenities or snacks and things of that nature.

Lovely, calm and well appointed hotel. Staff are wonderful. Rooms are spacious.

We have stayed here many times but we didn’t find the food as good as previously. For example, in a place like this one would expect proper chicken breast say in a Caesar salad or BLT sandwich. It wasn’t. The buffet has always been superb but though fine, did not overly impress.

Good facilities, space, clean good breakfast matched by the best services to ensure a very good stay between two overnight flights from Perth to South Africa.

We come every year and is still our favorite hotel in Dubai. Special thanks to Borza, Sasi and Thomas, they take care of you. Breakfast and Dinner superb, we loved the Indian food in the main/buffet restaurant and the Asian food in the LAO restaurant. Personnel in LAO great as well.

Very clean, nice rooms. The breakfast was really nice with a great variety. Staff were really nice.

It was far away from the city and takes at least 20 minutes to get out of the palm area. Beach sand was not soft and not what I was expecting for a beach holiday. The hotels policies are very rigid and they are not flexible at all. We were not able to cancel after staying there a few days and wanting to change hotels because we had booked through booking.com. I also asked for adjoining rooms upon check in, but was informed the hotel was fully booked and they didn’t have an adjoining room available. If booking, make sure you request everything in advance. The half board does not include any drinks at dinner, even water, although bottled water is free in the hotel. A little more flexibility would have gone a long way in improving the stay.

The staff were so friendly, attentive and really helpful. Really made the stay so enjoyable, such lovely people. It's also absolutely beautiful and clean and delicious food

The only feedback would be to keep the buffet in the Pearl Lounge open past 8pm as that is quite early to close in the evening. It would also be better if drinks and snacks were available all day in the Pearl Lounge.
