I didn’t like the entrance to the property very unappealing, the rooms curtains were bit dirty for the price we paid for the room and housekeeping was slow and didn’t clean room properly tea stains were still on the counter. Housekeeping never picked up calls. Food options but limited in the buffet.

The staff are so welcoming. Every person we encountered at the hotel was very helpful, friendly.

Various choices in the resturant. Rooms are big and clean, we had the most amazing view on palm Jumeirah. staff is great and polite. Calm atmosphere perfect for some one who is looking for a quit and nice vacation.

I understand that the hotel motive is calmness , but there are more attractions that need to be added to the hotel.

Fantastic rooms, excellent breakfast, amazing grounds around hotel as a whole. Always clean rooms with great views of the sea. Would recommend to all for a peaceful stay on the palm. Also staff are all very helpful.

Only thing that stops this hotel being a 10 is the location since it's on the outer section of the palm and is a bit further down it's a ways away from everything. There are free shuttle buses to get into town but missing a nearby accessible shop for some amenities or snacks and things of that nature.

Everything. Impeccable staff, very good breakfast and dinner, perfect beach facilities. Huge room, excellent Aesop brand cosmetics, comfortable mattress and pillows. Now I know what a perfect holiday hotel looks like.

I can't imagine there's something that requires improvement in this hotel. The only thing - the sockets' location makes using the hair drier uncomfortable. Just a normal socket near a mirror without needing to put away a coffee maker or to crawl under a table - that's all I need.

Lovely, calm and well appointed hotel. Staff are wonderful. Rooms are spacious.

We have stayed here many times but we didn’t find the food as good as previously. For example, in a place like this one would expect proper chicken breast say in a Caesar salad or BLT sandwich. It wasn’t. The buffet has always been superb but though fine, did not overly impress.

The location, the hotel is very nice and clean, the food is very good, the restaurant has great staff are very friendly and kind, specially thanks to Andrei and Priya I reception they very professional and friendly, and thanks to Ryan he’s attendant in the lobby he always be attendant en everything we need, I love the hotel I recommend every one, definitely I will back.

The staff and reception is just amazing. The room was unbelievably spacious and tidy. Housekeeping were very polite and helpful. The buffet dinner was not at par with the breakfast the next morning.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff amazingly helpful, courteous & friendly. The beach & pool area spacious & more attentive staff to look after us there too.

All drinks were not included for half board guests at dinner. Understandably alcoholic drinks but water & soft drinks had to be paid for.

During my recent stay at the Waldorf Astoria, the Palm, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by waiters Nadeem and Waruna. Furthermore, Su Chef Rahul personally attended to our table during themed dinners, showcasing meals typical of various cultures. His Indian dinners were exceptional, providing us with a rich learning experience about the cuisine and culture of the country. Rahul's passion and knowledge greatly enhanced our dining experience, making each meal memorable. I was also delighted to reconnect with the Food and Beverage Manager Jacob, whom I know from a previous 5-star establishment. Jacob is a fantastic addition to the Waldorf Astoria team, always eager to assist us with anything during our stay. His presence and dedication to guest satisfaction truly reflect the high standards of the Waldorf Astoria. Additionally, the hotel magician offered outstanding performances for the guests. His magic is always stellar and entertaining, and he is fun, sociable, and great to be around, making him ideal evening entertainment for the guests. The spa team provided excellent service, always smiling and ensuring a relaxed atmosphere. The spa is one of the best I have experienced—quiet, spacious, and relaxing. The gym, with its stunning view of Burj Al Arab, stands out as one of the finest hotel gyms I have visited. Additionally, the staff working at the beach, and particularly, Mohammed Akram and Khalid were consistently welcoming and helpful, always ready with a smile and prepared sunbeds. During our stay, we encountered an issue with the minibar as we did not wish to leave a deposit. A staff member removed the minibar from our room, which felt somewhat unusual.

The breakfast was great with many options for my family, I loved the location and the choice of restaurants.

The view from our balcony was not great, we were directly beside some kind of DEWA unit.
