The hotel is modern and very nice, the staff is very kind and helpful. The decoration is beautiful. The rooms are large, and very comfortable. Everything is fine, and there is a supermarket inside the hotel.

The location is helpful, but everything in Dubai is far, so moving by car is needed (rented, uber or taxi). Thus, it's not a practical place, but it's ok for tourism. Moreover, I understand the days are really warm in Dubai, but the air conditioning is too strong.

Fast and early check in, friendly and professional receptionists, free private parking, available working stations at the lobby, flexibility in canceling 4 days out of my booked and paid stay.

Last few days of my stay there was a bad smell coming out of the drain in the toilet!

Excellent lobby area for early arrivals, on site supermarket and bus service. Easy walk to dubai mall. Nice new rooms and facilities with an awesome view of burj Khalifa.

Pool, breakfast buffet

Fabulous location. 5 minute walk to Dubai Mall and tourist hop on/off connections. Metro close by as well. We had a picture perfect view of the Burj Khalifa from our 9th floor room. Staff and food at Fridays was very good and very generous portions.

Location to Dubai Mall was great, walking distance. The room and the facilities inside, example fridge, TV, Mini kettle, bottles of water which meant you could make yourself a hot drink when needed. Not forgetting the staff who kept the room tidy and clean. Everything was at hand. A mini shop to get snacks if you wanted. I'm well pleased.

Honestly, there is nothing I can think of that I didn't like.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights on the top floor. Overall, the experience was good—all facilities were excellent, including the room amenities, cleanliness, and service.

However, one major downside affected our stay. Throughout the night, every 10 seconds, a motor or machinery sound could be heard from the roof above, which was quite disturbing and made it difficult to sleep. This consistent noise really impacted what could have been a perfect stay.

Location and rooms

Stayed at Rove Dubai Downtown for a work trip and loved it. The location is perfect, close to Dubai Mall and right in the Marina. The swimming pool with a view on Burj is a highlight, and the rooms are super comfy. Lots of great coworking and chill spaces throughout the hotel. Plus, the staff were friendly and on point – would definitely stay again!

the free shuttle bus service is awesome. (but necessary) bed is comfortable and form.

there nothing in the immediate vicinity. Dubai mall looks close but it's actually quite difficult to access. water pressure from.shower a bit weak.

Nice hotel with very pleasant atmosphere, friendly and professional reception, big sitting area in the lobby, very good supermarket inside the property, with coffee machine and bakery as well-very comfortable. Very easy access to Dubai mall from parking exit and through parking elevator of Dubai mall. Five minutes and you re already inside the mall. Amazing. Clean rooms in the hotel. By the way very tasty breakfasts.. don’t know what else to say.. just only positive emotions.. 100% recommend

Very good location and great views of Burj Khalifa from the hotel. Staff is very helpful and the shop inside the hotel is very convenient to grab some snacks, food as it is open 24 hr. Breakfast could have been better though.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, and the hotel itself is beautiful. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful, and we also want to thank the housekeeping staff who brought fresh towels every day and kept our room very clean. Everything was perfect, and we were completely satisfied. The view of the Burj Khalifa from the pool is simply stunning. We have no negative comments at all. Our experience during these few days was absolutely wonderful. We liked almost everything and truly hope to choose this hotel again when we return to Dubai. Thank you!

Very clean

We stayed at Rove Downtown Dubai and were very satisfied with the breakfast. We only had breakfast for one day, but everything was fresh and delicious. It would have been even better if there were more muesli options available. Overall, we were happy with the experience.

Additionally, the shuttle service provided by the hotel could be more frequent and cover more locations, which would improve convenience for guests. I'm not sure if Rove Hotels have a customer loyalty program, but if there is one, it would be helpful to provide more information about it during the stay.

Great place. Close to Dubai Mall. Not walking distance though. Highly recommend for a casual stay in Dubai with no glitzy expectation.

The views, STUNNING!!!! The staff were very warm, we informed them last minute that it was our 10th anniversary and they were so sweet to leave a note and some chocolates in the room. The bedsheets, premium quality. Their breakfast was yummy with some very good options. The restaurant there is Fridays so you get to enjoy the delicious ribs and burgers. The hotel has a beautiful ambience and we loved their go green effort. Thank you Elgohary and team. We Rove you 4 ever Habibi 😊

The loud noise from the sports cars on the highway woke me up at 3am

Perfect location. 5 min to Zabeel connection to Dubai Mall. Stunning view to Burj Khalifa and Dulai Mall. Kindly staff. Very useful supermarket 24/7 in the hotel. Highly recommended.

Not enough space to store clothes.

the location was perfect! everything about the hotel was super nice it had a mini supermarket which was a nice choice to grab a snack or a drink at night . the view at the pool was amazing, with BurjKhalifa view, it looks better in person than in pictures.

i didnt like the bed ! i asked for one large double bed but when i arrived it was two separate beds . they just put them together as one bed but it was not enough comfortable you can feel the gap in the middle !!

Proximity to Dubai Mall. Room 1225 high floor and nice view. Shuttle bus every now and then. Early checkin was welcomed. Staff are so friendly.

Breakfast options are very limited. Breakfast at Rove Deira CIty Center which is arranged by the "Daily" is way better than than at Rove Downtown, arranged by "Firday's". Couple of years ago, I used to stay at Rove Downtown and the breakfast was much better.

Aljawhary was superb the care he took shows how well he takes care of the guest in the hotel. A true Role model at Rove. These staff make the difference when i choose to come back again.

I was having one concern about my stay that the slipper and dental kit was not inside the room, but Aljawhary explained that the hotel is green key (sustainability) , they sending only upon guest request

I arrived late at night and having a perfect view of the Burj Khalifa from the tenth floor was awesome. Seriously, I believe theirs might be some of the best Burj views in the entire city. Not too far, not too close, unobstructed. Staff was super friendly and the whole place is very cozy (both rooms and common areas) and frictionless. Great value for money. There's a 24/7 convenience store on site with reasonable prices, too

Rating: 10/10 – Exceptional Stay! I absolutely loved my stay at Rove Downtown Dubai. The location is unbeatable — just a short walk to Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa, which made sightseeing super convenient. The hotel has a fun, modern vibe, and everything felt clean, comfortable, and well thought out. The room was compact but very smartly designed, with a cozy bed, fast Wi-Fi, a mini-fridge, and a huge TV with Chromecast. The view of the Burj from my window was a bonus! The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. I also really liked the self-service laundry area and the 24/7 gym — such practical extras! Rove Downtown is perfect for solo travelers, couples, or anyone who wants quality and convenience without breaking the bank. I’ll definitely be coming back on my next trip to Dubai.

Nicely laid out. Easy to get around in.

We could not walk to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa even though we could see it from our Room 1120. We had to take taxi or hotel shuttle. Had to wait a long time for those. But on our last day, at checkout time, the taxi came right away.

For the price I thought that every essential service and feature was outstanding. I had just stayed the month before at the Gevora (101 SZR) for approximately the same price and the comparison is a joke. Not even close. Elevators that don't take 15 minutes to arrive, breakfast that doesn't poison you (in fact starts you off for your day very nicely and affordably), staff that know how to smile, etc.
