Shuttle bus was so helpful.Staff were accommodating.Restaurant and small essentials shop located in hotel.Great Facilities.Handy Laundry room (Tokens from reception needed).

Area was quite busy traffic wise if you wanted to go anywhere.

Cleanliness, very close to Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa views, 24 hours convenience store within the property was very helpful.

50 AED for a single load of laundromat plus dryer is a bit costly.

I really enjoyed my stay at Rove Downtown. The location is perfect — just a short walk to Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa. The staff were super friendly and helpful from the start. My room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed was comfy, and the shower was great too. The hotel has everything you need — a 24/7 mini market, laundry room, gym, and a cool lobby where you can relax or work. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you want something affordable, clean, and central in Dubai. I’d definitely come back!

The breakfast menu was fresh and delicious. The restaurant was located right next to the lobby, which made it incredibly convenient.

The water quality wasn’t great There were noticeable impurities building up in the shower filter during my stay.

Cleaner knocked on door in the morning, we weren’t ready to leave so asked her to come back in 10 mins but when we got back to the room later that day, she hadn’t cleaver the room. Reported to reception and resolved.

Conveniently located hotel with excellent facilities. We had an enjoyable 2 nights at Rove Downtown. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. There’s even a 24/7 minimart on site with affordable snacks and drinks available at any time of the day or night! Highly recommend!

Clean and best staff

The hotel is new beautiful The room smells good, clean and very comfortable. The staff is veey kind. Especially Nick the amazing lebanease guy, we upgraded our stay ro a whole new level. We had a great stay.

It takes a little walk from the metro or a taxi. Not a big deal. The hotel also has a shuttle from dubai mall but the mall is sooooo huge we couldnt find it. Anyway its a great hotel.

The hotel's location is great. We had very beautiful burj khalifa view from our room. Bathroom was so clean. Staff are so welcoming with a big smile on their face. My husband lost his phone on the taxi, Ramadan dealt the matter professionally and assured us, he will make sure he gets it. He got his phone back. If we visit Dubai again, we will stay in Rover in sha Allah.

Where can I start? Rove Downtown is an Amazing Hotel! The Rove is clean and Comfortable and has the best location to the Dubai mall and The Burj kalifa. There are also Shuttle service to some of the Attractions. I Love the Atmosphere at The Rove it's so Chill. This was my second time at The Rove and this is my Hotel every time i'm in Dubai. The staff is professional, thoughtful and extremely nice. They go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. I told them I will be there Celebrating My Birthday and as I entered my room there was a Beautiful Birthday Surprise for me in the room! THANK YOU SO MUCH ROVE! The cleaning crew are Awesome at what they do. Sometimes I feel like I was being a Burden for Always asking for water but no matter what they still had a smile on their faces and giving me service. Rove I will Definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel photos completely matched the reality, which is always a great start. The location is good, just a 15-minute walk to the Dubai Mall, or you can take the convenient free shuttle offered a few times daily. What truly set this place apart was the perfectly welcoming and helpful staff—they made the whole experience effortless. The room was completely silent and had excellent air conditioning, ensuring a great night's sleep. The pool is comfortable and great, with an amazing view. Plus, having a 24/7 minimarket and a TGI Fridays right in the lobby was a super nice bonus. I don't know why this hotel is rated 3 stars; it absolutely feels like much more. I will definitely stay here again!

We stayed here just for one night as a layover, and it was such a pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly kind and even arranged a small decoration for our honeymoon, which made us feel very special. The room and facilities were spotless, and everything was well maintained. Another bonus – there’s a supermarket right in the lobby, which was very convenient. Highly recommended for comfort and great service!

The stay was amazing. The rooms were very cozy and comfortable. We were treated very well by the staff. The pool, supermarket, shuttle service etc enhanced the already great experience. It is very close to the Dubai Mall (basically walking). Getting out from the hotel you immediately see the Burj Khalifa. All in all, amazing experience!!

Check in was easy, we were allowed to leave our bags in the morning while we explored for the day. Breakfast next day was lovely and all the staff were very helpful and polite. Room was basic but clean. Nice touch for my husbands Birthday.

Beautiful hotel to stay in. Its so close to Dubai mall supermarket. You can get free shuttle to the mall and the beach. The staf were so helpful and amazing. When i will be coming back to Dubai i will definitely will be staying their again!

Location is perfect for those who want to stay near Burj Khalifa and other tourist attractions.

Amenities must be asked for. Would prefer for it to be already at our disposal in the room/bathroom.

Staff accommodated us from our arrival, including early checkin at 6am, instead of the requested 10am early checkin as our flight arrived at 4.30am. Room had an awesome view.
