Rove Downtown Hotel, Dubai

I liked the efficiency of room service, room cleaning, the 24h super market offer, the sunbeds and cleanliness of the pool area, the water and coffee option in the room, the helpfulness of the entire staff.

I got a stiff neck because I used the harder pillow since the first night and thats when I immediately got stiff. The mattresses are a bit too hard for someone who has some health issues. There was also the soft pillow available the first night but I didnt use it at first because i didnt know.

Perfect location amazing price good value

The location was central and very easy to get to anywhere from there. The staff was amazing, polite and very helpful. The room was spacious enough and very clean. The dining room was spacious with a rich breakfast.

During our stay there were two occasions when the omelettes ran out and we had to wait about ten minutes for them to arrive. It was strange. Because it's really not typical for a hotel like this.

The staff were very accommodating and really went out of their way to help in any way they could!

I stayed here for 10 days and here's what I thought: The hotel is 3 star hotel. However, it offers much more than what I used to as a 3 star hotel. First off, the room is spacious and well maintained. It wss clean, modern, and has a nice touch of furniture to it. It has a good view on the downtown of Dubai; Burj Khalifa. At the same time, it has good sound isolation so that you won't be disturbed by the cars in the road infront of the hotel. Secondly, they have many useful amenities. The parking area is wide and has many spaces. They have a gym and a pool on site, both of which are serving their desired purpose. Furthermore, they have a games room that contains PC and a Playstation, as well as a gaming floor that has Table Tennis and Foosball Table. They also have a room for washing/drying machines that are easily operated by guests without the need to go through the struggle of handing over your clothes to the staff and waiting for them to deliver it back to you. Aside from all of this, they didn't forget that as a traveler, you'd surely need food and snacks. Therefore, they added a 24/7 grocery store and a resutrant. Finally, they also offer a locker room for your luggage. Because of this, even if you arrive before your room is ready, just put your luggage in the locker, and go for a walk and sightseeing untill the room is ready. Also, in the same locker room, they offer a scale for you to weigh your luggage before going to your flight. Finally, shopping and sighteeing. The location of the hotel is 10 minutes walk to Dubai Mall and the fountain. You don't feel like walking? No. problem at all. They offer a free bus that is available at different times during the day to take you to and from Dubai Mall, global village, miracle garden, Kite beach, Mall of Emirates, Souq madinat Jumeirah, and the Al Seef Souq. To conclude, it was an amazing stay. I do recommend to stay at this hotel. Has good vibes and atmosphere.

Very comfortable and cozy hotel with nice staff. The views to Burj Khalifa and all the buildings surrounding are amazing. Plenty of choices for the breakfast and the breakfast area is really cool and has such a good vibe. It has also a supermarket inside and they have free shuttle to some of the most iconic places in Dubai! Close to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, we could reach it easily on a 10-15 min walk. To repeat for sure! ☺️

The location of the hotel was absolutely excellent!! We had a great room with a stunning view!! Everything was extremely clean and organized, and the staff was incredibly positive and welcoming. The hotel is beautifully designed and has a really pleasant vibe to it. Having a 24/7 convenience store right inside the hotel is a huge plus and so convenient. On top of that, the on-site restaurant and bar are excellent! Highly recommended.

It was super stay at Rove Downtown hotel ☺️ Location - 7 min by walk to the Dubai Mall - Burj Khalifa - Dubai fountains. Very friendly staff ☺️ We loved swimming pool area, very clean and nice view to Burj Khalifa ☺️ Our room was very comfortable and cozy, was cleaned every day. The hotel is in a prime location and easy to access all the main places. Good access for taxis. The breakfast was good but could have had a bit more variety and not just Bread and Toast options

Honestly, everything was so great that I don't have any complaints. It truly exceeded my expectations. The only thing I would like to bring to the management is about the lighting on the floors and the room that can be improved by having brighter lights

It was totally fine overall. It's not luxurious by any means but clean comfortable and well-located for a few days of sightseeing prior to your flight .

Excellent. It worths every penny. Clean rooms, excellent staff always helpful. I specifically want to thank Mr Nabil, my son love him. Always smiling very good communication. 5 minute Walking distance to the mall. Super super breakfast at Tgıf. There is mini market inside the hotel which has everything you need. Lockers for baggages very useful when your flight is at night. Careems are always waiting outside the hotel. ( except rush hours ) They have shuttle service for attractions. Refilling water, tea, coffee everyday. I have so many things to tell. I will definitely stay in this hotel from now on.

The traffic around the mall between 17.00-20.00 is very bad. But it is everywhere like this in Dubai. Rooms could be a little bit bigger compared to the price.

it was really clean and a fabulous location especially for a couple of days when you want to see all the sights and see the whole city.

you had to cross the main road to get to the mall or travel to restaurants but for the few days we were there it don’t matter. the locations out weighed that.

Perfect location, near BUrj Khalifa + Dubai mall. On site parking is a huge benifit. Excelent breakfast' with a lot of options. Freiendly and supportive staff.

I stayed at Rove Downtown for 7 nights, and I feel it’s only fair to share my experience after seeing that it’s listed as a three star hotel. Honestly, I kept asking myself why. The location is excellent. Walking distance to Dubai Mall, easy to get around, and just very well placed overall. The hotel itself is a great space. Bright, modern, and genuinely pleasant to be in. The rooms have proper windows, which already puts it above many places, and everything felt clean and fresh. No old smells, no overpowering perfumes, no heavy chemical or aerosol scents. Just a really comfortable environment. The lobby is lovely and works perfectly if you need to get some work done. You can also work from the pool area, which is a big plus. The hotel is not very tall, so you never end up waiting forever for elevators, which makes daily movement much smoother. I only had breakfast there, but it was decent and enjoyable. The restaurant has a massive screen showing football and other sports, which adds to the relaxed atmosphere. It felt social without being noisy or chaotic. Another big plus is the checkout time. Checkout is at 2pm, which is amazing and makes such a difference, especially if you have a late flight. On top of that, they have lockers downstairs for luggage, so even if you need to leave the room earlier or spend more time out before heading to the airport, you can safely lock your suitcase and enjoy the rest of your day without stress. What really stood out, though, were the people. The staff were genuinely kind, helpful, and welcoming. A special thank you to Ramadan & Mohammad at Rove Downtown, who was incredibly helpful and made the experience even better. I also want to mention the chef who kindly prepared a special salad for me without vinegar this morning. That level of care really matters and does not go unnoticed. I originally stayed on a deal, but that is beside the point. I wanted to extend my stay and sadly couldn’t, as prices went up sig

I don't think there was anything, but the gym was too small, and some of the equipment I couldn't even use (leg extension) due to being unable to adjust the seat, as it was one size for all. Wifi could be better in my room, but it was working :)
