Rove Downtown Dubai exceeded my expectations! The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. The rooms are modern, clean, and well-designed, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hotel’s amenities, like the co-working space, 24-hour laundromat, and pool with skyline views, are fantastic. The Daily restaurant offers delicious, affordable meals, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. For its convenience, style, and value, Rove Downtown Dubai is a top choice. I can’t wait to return!

Location, luggage weighing scale in luggage room, table tennis table in social area. Food trucks operate nearby from 4pm till past midnight , worth checking out, especially the Algerian food truck.

Hesitated on booking this hotel because I saw a couple of negative reviews and seen it was only 3* but so glad I booked it, I don't usually leave reviews but don't want others to Hesitate like I did. Room was immaculate clean also great view from window and very child safe as I was worried about that. The pool is amazing didn't realise it was a heated salt water pool it was absolutely roasting and again in a very safe secure area for kids and not too deep which was perfect, the staff are so friendly and polite they are so helpful, didn't matter how busy they were they would help you straight away with anything you asked, also loved how well the English communication was from the staff, hotel is literally in an ideal spot. 5minute walk from dubai mall/burj khalifa, you get stunning views from Outside the hotel. Honestly their photos don't do it justice. I couldn't believe how close the hotel was to the burj, a thousand percent worth the price of the hotel, taxis always outside the hotel and are mega cheap if you take the hala taxis with the red roofs, was also impressed with the shop inside the hotel, seemed to be open all the time from really early to really late anyways which was perfect, also they had a great selection of food u can also get food heated up and they have a little bakery and a costa machine, they also sell all your holiday gifts etc.

+ The location is great, where we can walk to Dubai Mall (< 10 min. to the entrances near PRADA and Hermes). + The room was clean and functional enough for comfortable stay. + The common facilities were also nice: pool with view of Burj Khalifa, gym, ping pong table, etc. + My favorite part was it had a 24/7 supermarket in the ground floor. It was really convenient and helped us a lot. + The price was relatively reasonable.

There's almost nothing bad about it. We have to ask or prepare tooth brush, slippers, or bathrobe because the room did not have them by default.

I had smooth check in with Elgohary and he helped me a lot during my stay really appreciate his help, the room was clean and tidy, they have prayer room and laundry self service which is available 24hr

Us always our stay at Rove Downtown was excellent..For the New Year Eve is the best place to spent..it has a direct view to Burj Halifa..We wathced the fireworks from the hotel and it was great!!!Dubai mall is just 5 minutes walk..All the stuff was very kind..see you soon Rove!!Happy new year!!!

Unique. Design. Friendly and helpful staff especially Ramadan and Emad . And they have almond milk in the breakfast . The checkout is at 2 pm. Which was very convenient.

Hotel: We stayed here for NYE, and it was the best choice to see the fireworks hassle-free. This little hotel is close to Burj Khalifa, and we upgraded our stay to a Burj Khalifa view for a fair price. It was fantastic for NYE. The hotel is very clean, with 24/7 cleaning services, and the staff is friendly and attentive to small details. For a 3-star hotel, it is excellent. The amenities are top-notch, including the pool, a small supermarket in the lobby, a tech corner for kids, a spacious lobby with couches to relax, and a laundry corner. Dubai Mall is just a 10-minute walk away. The room wasn’t big, but it was sufficient for a 3-night stay. All the essentials were provided. The bed and blanket were very comfortable, which my wife greatly appreciated. #happyroving

Improvements: The only suggestion would be to add more closet space for clothes. Also, getting NYE information from the hotel was a bit confusing. They seemed more focused on promoting dinner at TGI Fridays than simply answering our questions. To be honest, the dinner price for NYE was exaggerated—at least 1,400 AED (380 EUR / 370 USD) per person. While they said this was a normal price, we noticed that there were fewer people in the restaurant than in the lobby. We hope they offer fairer pricing in the future. Lastly, during checkout, they asked us to write a review immediately and even wanted to show us on our phone where to find it. This felt intrusive, especially when we were trying to get to our flight on time.

Burj view room for NYE fireworks! Totally worth it to enjoy casually without crowd! Adnan and Placida took great care of us!

Food, service & location was amazing. Great hospitality shown by the staff especially Ramadan & Emad. Security & room service were extremely polite & helpful.

Stayed for almost two weeks and didn’t had any big complaints. Great hotel and very central, especially if you want to quickly visit the mall. Our hotel room (12111) was perfect for us, though the faucet being so close to the sink was a bit inconvenient and no bathroom slides. Additionally, it would be better if bathroom slides were provided for guests, as not everyone feels comfortable showering barefoot But, HUGE thanks to Abbas, who cleaned our room daily and did an absolutely outstanding job. The room was spotless every single day, and as someone with a bit of germaphobe, I had absolutely no complaints. Abbas was also incredibly accommodating, no cleaning related request or question was ever too much for him. His kindness and dedication truly made our stay extra comfortable. Thank you, Rove (&Abbas), for your amazing service!
