Rove Downtown Hotel, Dubai

Excellent location. Wonderful views of the Burj Khalifa (if room is chosen). 5 min walk to Dubai Mall. Central to major attractions. Very hospitable staff. 24/7 mini market downstairs. Excellent meals at the restaurant. Feels like 4 star service.

Wi-Fi is slow and doesn't allow WhatsApp voice or video calls. Only 1 pillow per guest provided.

The location The staff specifically Adam during check-in and Aziza during Check-out Prices are really competitive

The staff are very friendly. Allow us to check out one room at 5 pm. Breakfast is good too. The gym is also clean and quiet. Overall, a pretty good stay.

I had a great stay at Rove Downtown Hotel Dubai. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable, with a great location and a welcoming atmosphere. What truly made the experience exceptional was the outstanding hospitality from the receptionist, Mohamed Zahran. He was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful from the moment I arrived. His warm attitude and willingness to assist made the check-in process smooth and made me feel genuinely welcomed. Thanks to Mohamed and the entire Rove team for such a pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

a great choice for short visits, or business travel - I was there on personal travel and it was a great fit. they have thought of everything you need and provided it, down to a luggage scale! beds were super comfy and breakfast was great. staff as well, everyone was a pleasure.

Room was nice, at the 14 floor highest level of the Hotel with a nice view on Burj.

On arrival no one helped me with my luggages to carry from outside to the reception, not even open then door.

10 minutes walk from Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa. There is a great 24/7 supermarket in the hotel. Great restaurant - they had a live music show and had big screens for sports games. Great gym.

I stayed at Rove Downtown Hotel with my brother and his wife, and our experience was excellent in every way. The hotel is very clean, modern, and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, well-designed, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Downtown — which makes it very easy to get around and explore the city. Everything is within close reach. A special mention goes to the reception team. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help. I would especially like to thank Elgohary for his outstanding service, kindness, and attention. He truly made our stay even more enjoyable and made us feel very welcome. Overall, Rove Downtown exceeded our expectations with its great location, excellent service, and warm atmosphere. We would definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai.

There were no slippers in the room and the hairdryer could not be used because it had a very short wire and you had to get down on your knees to dry your hair. Number 1220

I enjoyed the view, downstairs supermarket, washing machines available, good size pool and mostly the weight scale that you don't see often in other hotels as this helped us a lot with our luggage. I would like to book with this hotel again in future.

The bed was located on the other side of the bedroom wall that prevents you to view the Burj Khalifa while laying in your bed. I would recommend to place the bed in a position that will show the best view as we had to pay extra specifically for the night view in our room. Overall everything else was in a perfect condition.

Great rooms and a comfortable stay. WiFi was great. The ground level spaces and shops are great too. A small convenience store and TGI Fridays. Breakfast was really good with healthy options available (fruit, yoghurt, etc).

The location only works for Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Everything else is uber or car… including transfer from airport. The train station is a long walk from hotel.

Close to Dubai mall, has a 24 hour shop which was handy. Staff pleasant and helpful. Had hotel bus which was good and took you to many of the main attractions like, Dubai Mall, Kite beach, Global village, miracle gardens.

The Airport pick up was excellent ,the driver arrived on time.The shuttle to different part of Dubai was very convenient. The room was very comfortable.

Everything was great. The hotel's location is convenient in the heart of Dubai, as are the surrounding facilities and services that some might need late at night, such as a supermarket and coffee shop. Customer service was also excellent.

The room had no toilet shoes, and toilet paper was also missing.

Adam at Reception provided the perfect introduction to the hotel, after a long flight, by allowing me to upgrade my room which was not possible via the app. He was also very friendly and welcoming. I also liked that there is a play room with ping pong and fussbol. Lastly, the breakfast was great (fresh watermelon juice!)
