Rove Downtown Hotel, Dubai

It was pleasant to stay at the hotel Rove! Service was excellent. Emad was so warm and helpful for us. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Nick was amazing with us. He even surprised my son for his bday. But in general the entire staff were amazing. It was our 1st and defo won't be our last.

The location is good and almost near to everything you need. The staff were very kind spicily ramadan and yunis .

Proximity to activities in downtown. This hotel has a hostel feel and is ideal for solo travelers it has common areas where in can meet other people. Plus points are transport provided to Dubai Mall, beach and other places. The staff is friendly and professional Aziza, Lali, Raci and Jones are the ones who I interacted with. One can see Burj Khalifa from their outdoor pool on the M floor. Also they have a laundry room for their guests. Definitely recommend

Should have a pair of soap and toothbrush and toothpaste incase guest forgot to bring theirs. And a pair of slippers inside the for two would be great

The hotel location is nearer to Dubai mall. Staffs are very good.

Never book the options ( free services) given Booking.com for transportation from Airport to the hotel. Nobody is receiving the customer service number given by the company.

Location was the best in middle of everything free shuttle to the beach mall very costumer oriented everything is about you with politeness and smile for free I never thought I would feel like a prince 🤴 but they did made me feel thank you all the stuff

The store inside is very self oriented no change for anything you buy is more expensive then dubai mall

Absolutely one of the finest hotels I've ever experienced. Everything was top-notch, from the exceptional service to the professional staff. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown. Clean, comfortable, friendly hotel just 10 mins walk from the Mall, with a lovely swimming pool, towels, sun beds and umbrellas. Great breakfast buffet and food generally with an excellent gym to work off the extra calories from the bar and restaurant!!

This place is the best in Dubai! I’ve always slept in other hotels but am already booking the next stay in 3 weeks! Perfect location, with free transfer to Dubai mall (just across) , beach and other places. Staff super kind and always helpful in everything! New rooms and ameneties and we had an amazing view of the burj khalifa! What a price wish such a value! We did not choose the breakfast option because of the jet lag but in the hotel there is a mini market, a Costa coffee shop, and also tgi Fridays where we had amazing steak right in the hotel. I mean, you actually have everything you need! Also nice pool (with great view!), gym, children’s playroom and late checkout! Don’t book anywhere else, choose the Rove ! I travel 3 times a month being also a travel blogger and this place really impressed me.

Nothing at all. Wish it would never go in overbooking because of the great convenience! Ps it is rated as a 3 star (really ? Just 3?!) but it actually is a full 4 star hotel compared to European standards!
