It's a butiful hotel, we like the design, the tidiness, the room was spacious with view to the pool, beach and garden. Gardens are butiful as well. Breakfast is reach and super high quality and ...the staff was practicing real hospitality!!

Absolutely beautiful location. The palms trees and the skyline views are amazing! Lots of attention to the interior decor.

One of the sinks wasn’t draining. The house keep service was inconsistent.

We stayed at the residence. It was the adult version it was incredible, spotless, beautiful manicure, exquisite food, exceptional staff.

The room was beautiful, with excellent housekeeping throughout our stay. The beach is vast and offered a great sense of privacy, and the beach service was outstanding. Every dining experience was exceptional. Tresind remains at the top of our favorites. We also thoroughly enjoyed Jetty Bar, Rooftop Bar, and Viva la Goa. Breakfast and lunch at Drift were excellent, whether in the restaurant or at the pool bar. The music was superb, especially the live saxophonist, which created a fantastic atmosphere. We also loved the boat transfer to One&Only The Palm, where we enjoyed an unforgettable dinner.

it’s not always easy to balance working moments with family time while abroad, especially when you have a two-year-old child. I must say that we had a wonderful experience at this property. The quality is outstanding, but what truly makes the difference are the people — the staff was absolutely up to the standards of a top five-star hotel. I would like to thank the team at the Olives restaurant — especially Cristina, Ara, Alvin, Ester, and Helaj — a truly precious staff. If we come back to Dubai, there will be no doubt about where we’ll stay.

The hotel is stunning. Room Service was very good. There are multiple pools, very nice beach access, multiple restaurants and bars and overall facilities are great.

We stayed at the One & Only Royal Mirage in Dubai and it was absolutely top-notch. The attentive and friendly staff were always on hand to take care of every detail. We felt incredibly comfortable in our suite, which was more than impressive, and the overall comfort, service, and the entire resort were simply overwhelming.

Nothing could improve

They always accommodate with our room request and their rooms are lovely. Facilities are also very nice!

1) Gardeners are doing work during Saturday day time which is strange. 2) Our check in as UAE residents was not allowed by using UAE government app storing Emirates IDs and we had to get physical copies. Maybe time to ask authorities to allow going digital for residents.

Everything - the room were spacious and well designed - always cleaned and everything was working perfectly. The staff was absolutely incredible - especially with our baby. The pools are wonderful and the activities offered around are also a nice touch. Finally, the food was incredible and the service in each restaurant was brilliant! A special thank you to Nirmal who have been absolutely incredible with us during our stay.

Amazing staff, everyone very friendly and helpful. Amazing food at the restaurants for breakfast and dinner, the pool was beautiful and really nice that people came round with eg watermelon. Made it very easy to be on holiday with a baby, everything was fantastic.

The only negative I ever have when I stay here is the breakfast. The quality, choice and service is a few levels below everything else that the hotel offers. Nowhere near bad enough to stop me coming here though

The staff were so attentive to our every need. They made all our bookings seamless and made us feel that our experience at The Mirage was genuinely important to them. We couldn't have been better looked after.

The prices of the food and drinks at the resort were extortionate. We paid £7/8 for a 330ml bottle of coke zero. Alcohol was around £20 for a glass of wine which made it very difficult to order a round of drinks for 4 people without spending close to £100 at a time.

I had already stayed at this hotel in 2009, and I'm back in 2025. After having stayed at many hotels in Dubai, I think the One&Only Royal Mirage will remain my favorite; I'll only return to this one. A huge thank you to Sama, who took extremely good care of us, to all the staff at the kids' club, who are incredible and gave us a wonderful Halloween! And a huge thank you to the valets; they are all lovely. All the hotel staff are amazing, whether at the pool, the spa or in the restaurants! I 100% recommend this hotel; the services are top-notch, and thanks to the entire team, we had an incredible stay. Thank you! 🤩

Sunbeds were hard to get in the morning

Great location. Is near a tram station (if this is desired!) - and also very close to the palm monorail which we used to attend the Atlantis waterpark which was included as part of our room rate. Staff were all wonderful. Half board meal options were decent sized. Buffet breakfasts were all exceptional! Restaurants were all proactive in addressing my dietary allergy and were very helpful in accommodating this.

Water not being included in the half board at dinner- we weren't expecting this not to be included, and the price was expensive.

I made a mistake with booking online and booked UAE resident which I wasn’t aware of until check in and told by reception could be an additional cost of 20% cost but was more than double. I did receive a small refund however the cost to stay was a lot more than what was online. A lessened learnt to me about checking everything you book very carefully. Accomodation was amazing however for what it cost I would have chosen another hotel.

Excellent service - impeccable cleaning - truly spectacular rooms. Incredible food offering and great wines too. What they did for kids for Halloween was amazing, so many activities. The management of this resort is top notch and very customer centric. The dream holiday.

Stay on 5th floor (527), temperature in shower is jumping from hot to cold and back, also not fully working shower.

Green area and next to the beach. Small hotel compared to the really big ones.

Beach view is packed with new builds. Breakfast very loud due to poor parenting from the guests. Room was in principle fine but one can hear absolutely everything from the hallway.

Customer service from the buggy drivers to reception, housekeeping and in the restaurants is top notch. Beautiful and clean space and surroundings. Good variety of food options at breakfast and dinner buffet.

The location is approx 30mins drive from downtown Dubai.

The facilities were great for us and the kids. So much to do, pools, mini golf, table tennis, small arcade, tennis courts and a basketball ring. There is always something to do. The staff were always assisting in any requests we had. They made it extra special as we were celebrating my husband's birthday, sons birthday and 20yr anniversary . The hotel spans across multiple "sites" we were at Arabian Court, you can take the buggy to the Palace which is larger and still use the facilities. The gym was great too. Thr hotel was squeaky clean too, literally walking and your shoes would squeak. Thanks for an enjoyable stay!

The only thing was the pillow was super thin (we should have asked for thicker ones)

A truly beautiful experience stay at One&Only Royal Mirage, Dubai I traveled alone and felt completely looked after from start to finish. Concierge Amal was outstanding - proactive, thoughtful, and always one step ahead with spot-on recommendations and seamless arrangements. Manager Willy set the tone for the entire stay with his calm, attentive leadership and genuine care; you feel it in every interaction. The staff of in room dining were amazing as well. The rooms are elegant and comfortable, the ambience serene, and service consistently precise. I left recharged and impressed - highly recommended, especially for solo travelers seeking effortless luxury.

Our second visit this year in this amazing hotel. It started a little off with some logistic issues, after talking to one of the managers (Willy) everything was sorted out with extreme professionalism. We are coming both for business and leisure and this is the best quality/value/service/accommodation there is in Dubai. Coming back next month!

The venue is beautiful

Everything is perfect at this hotel. Stand out for us, beyond the perfection are the staff. Always greeted with a genuine smile at every turn, and nothing too much to ask.

The room was really comfortable and pleasant. Shakil was incredibly kind and attentive throughout my stay. The cleaning was excellent, and every evening my room was perfectly prepared, so I could go to bed feeling completely relaxed. The hotel itself is a beautiful haven of peace, and all the staff are exceptionally attentive and caring towards the guests. I highly recommend it!
