I do not remember being at a nicer hotel than this one. The facilities, the pool, the food was amazing. The most amazing of all was the stuff! Among all the restaurants we chose Rotisserie every night, the service was superb! The food wad amazing and most of all the stuff and the weiters among all of them stood Candan out with his warmth and friendlies! We will come again!

Room service can be improved in terms of time, usually we need to call for a reminder in order to fulfill what we asked for

The location is absolutely top-notch—peaceful, yet central enough to access everything Dubai has to offer. And the pools? Simply exceptional. We recently celebrated our 21st wedding anniversary at the One&Only Royal Mirage Resort, and it was an absolutely memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful suite, and the thoughtful gesture of a delicious anniversary cake and a bottle of wine waiting in our room made us feel truly special. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of high-quality options to suit every taste, and the staff throughout the hotel were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile. Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations—from the stunning property and serene ambiance to the personalised touches that made our celebration truly unforgettable. This hotel delivers on every level and is now one of our favourites in Dubai. We look forward to returning and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and genuinely warm hospitality experience.

In the evenings it should've be some entertainment such as life music etc. Also, in the reception should be customer relationships person who can inform the customer what is on in Dubai (concert etc), what to see.

The property was just as beautiful as the photos—absolutely stunning. From the meticulously maintained gardens to the sparkling clean pools and elegant design, every detail created a luxurious and peaceful atmosphere. Our stay started on a high note with a warm welcome and the charming tradition of ringing the bell. What stood out most was the exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered was consistently friendly, cheerful, and genuinely eager to help, reflecting the hotel’s strong commitment to guest satisfaction. Overall, our stay at One&Only Royal Mirage was truly memorable. With its breathtaking setting, outstanding staff, and refined ambience, it offered an unforgettable experience. With a few small improvements, it could easily be a perfect 10. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to others.

While most aspects of our stay were exceptional, we found the all-you-can-eat restaurant did not quite meet the standard expected, especially considering the cost of nearly $120 per person. The food variety and quality could be improved. Additionally, some of the bathroom tile corners could use a deeper clean to remove traces of mould. One small suggestion would be for reception to offer guests a quick orientation of the hotel facilities (e.g. gym, spa, pool areas) upon check-in, to help guests make the most of their stay.

Everything was so great, the hotel is absolutely beautiful and very well-maintained. You don’t feel like you’re in Dubai anymore. There’s a high number of restaurants, excellent quality, all of them, especially Tagine. The staff is very nice, smiling and welcoming. From the valet to the house keeping, and security team. We felt at home during our stay. Being spoiled & enchanted.

The TV isn’t smart… you can hardly connect your phone.

Clean facilities and room, adult pool, friendly staff, nice breakfast. Getting an upgrade was a lovely surprise.

Found it surprising that there was no shattaf in our bathroom in the room.

Everything: check-in was quick and efficient (it was during Eid, the hotel was probably full, and we got an upgrade!), the room was impressive, the details in the room (though it wouldn't harm if they renovated the bathrooms), the condition of the property is striking (a bit aged, a professional can realise, but the effort in maintenance is remarkable), the gardens, the pools, the gyms, the breakfast, etc. But, rest assured, above everything, their people, so attentive, the service really impressed us. You'll read other reviews saying construction sites surround the hotel; this is true—it's Dubai—but you won't be disturbed: at night, you'll hear no noise at all! This was our first One and Only experience. We'll probably repeat Mirage as soon as we have a chance, and we'll also try other One and Only hotels elsewhere.

Dinner buffets are always tricky; we tried one (mostly because we were so comfortable at the hotel, we didn't want to go out), and they didn't live up to our expectations. They aren't bad, don't get me wrong, but... The other restaurants we tried, the Argentinian barbecue and the Moroccan, were way much better, as could be expected. The ticket is high, of course, it's Dubai, everything is expensive! The beach. Don't get surprised, these artificial beaches around Palm aren't good, the water doesn't flush much, the sand is coarse, and the surf is muddy. If you want to have seawater baths, don't go to Dubai, none of its beaches is worth it.

Location, staff, service. Our daughter got sick, and the staff were in immediate response with doctor, medical treatment and all that we needed for her to be ok.

The staff were very welcoming, facilities were of a good standard and everywhere was immaculate.

The beach bar and grill was of a very poor quality and food was served cold several times but the staff there were not interested. Overall standard of food were not consistent. It was advertised a free boat to the one and only but it was not running so had to pay for a taxi. Complimentary drinks are served daily but you are not told about it. We found out on our last day

The hotel provides top luxury service in all segments of the hotel industry. Probably one of the best resorts in the world, and rightfully the best resort in the UAE. The stuff is amazingly high professional, from the front desk, room servise, managing stuff, i will come back again definitely.

I had the most amazing honeymoon at the One&Only Royal Mirage Hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. We spent five unforgettable days in the Arabian Court, enjoying the hotel’s long private beach and spacious pool. I can’t wait to visit again.

It's hard to summarize my stay at the O&O in a few words. So, to be brief, it was wonderful and perfect as always. I have been a regular guest at the O&O Royal Mirage for over 12 years, and the service, the facility, simply everything has always been at a very high level. Nowhere else in my travels have I encountered such friendly, professional, and customer-oriented staff. Here, you just feel comfortable as a guest, like coming home. You are not just a number, but a person, and I appreciate that very much. Starting with the atmosphere in the hotel, it exudes immense tranquility, cleanliness, a pleasant scent, and an Arabian flair. The hotel's own restaurants, where you can simply eat wonderfully. The beach and pool area, with superb service for the guests. Drinks, ice cream, fruit, etc., were served. Conclusion: I can only recommend the O&O, for me it is the best hotel in Dubai. The staff is simply wonderful, hence a big compliment to the management and every single person who contributes to making the stay at the O&O so beautiful. I am already looking forward to my next stay at the One and Only in Dubai. And great respect for maintaining the same excellent service over the years, unlike other hotels in Dubai where quality steadily declines. At O&O, everything is done right.

A very minor downside, if I had to mention one, would be the somewhat limited facilities during the summer months. For example, the Shisha Bar in the Arabian Court was unfortunately closed, which was a highlight for me; I usually spent every evening in this beautiful courtyard. Similarly, the poolside bars could stay open a bit longer in the evenings.

The hotel staff were exceptional, premises was super clean, the spa was amazing and it was a great place for the family to just unwind. Everything you'd want in a getaway is delivered here.

We had a couple of prams for the kids so hauling them up and down the stairs was a little impractical but wasn't a deal breaker as all the good points overshadowed this and we were on the resort for most the day. The second point wasn't to do with the hotel staff itself but the staff at Zest were disappointing, there was no warmth or welcome from entry to exit bar 2 waiters who were great
