We arrived very early and were able to check in ahead of schedule, plus we received a room upgrade — amazing! The restaurant staff were friendly, the food was delicious, and I even enjoyed my first really good oat-milk coffee at a 5-star hotel. Overall, a wonderful February vacation — highly recommend!

One downside: we were told the minibar was free except for alcoholic drinks, but we were still charged. I mentioned it at the reception, but it wasn’t resolved, which ended our trip on a slightly awkward note.

What a nice hotel this is! With love and care for detail this hotel has been constructed and maintained. The very friendly and helpfull staff will do about anything to make your stay memorable. The location is perfect, directly at the beach and with the large gardens it really feels like a resort. Being at a large conference for 4 days, this was a place to relax and unwind. Unfortunately the time to enjoy everything was limited. The breakfast is to die for, with its immense diversity and options. We loved it. The rooms are spacious, and very well equipped. The bed is super comfortable and the turn down service is well appreciated. The large bathroom has a bathtub, shower and separate toilet and is as spacious as the room.

Actually nothing. One advice when booking a room: there are two separate buildings in this hotel; the Palace and the Arabian Court. So when booking the Arabian Court rooms, you are in another buidling on the same hotel grounds. It is not an "upgrade"of a room in the same hotel. Both the Palace and the Arabian court have very different athmospheres to it. There both good, but different.

The hotel was amazing , the staff are exemplary, Christina and team in olive are fantastic, the food was exceptional. this hotel really is the one and only, Ash and his team to name a few where so professional and friendly. The food was excellent and plentiful. We can’t recommend this hotel enough . Our room was extremely well kept. The staff made this exception hotel even more special, every thing seemed effortless and flawless. Most professional and friendly staff from reception entry all the way through to pool and beach staff , room attendants, restaurants, excursions offered I could go on. This is a must stay!!

Our stay at One&Only Royal Mirage was truly exceptional and exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The level of service was outstanding — warm, attentive, and thoughtful in every detail. The cleanliness, organization, and overall atmosphere of the hotel were impeccable. The culinary experience was wonderful, and Drift Beach Club was absolutely amazing — elegant, vibrant, and unforgettable. This was our first experience in Dubai, and thanks to the incredible team, it became a truly memorable and special holiday. We are deeply grateful for the care and dedication shown throughout our stay. We have already recommended the hotel to several friends and cannot wait to return again, hopefully with our whole family. Highly recommended.

A very nice and clean hotel. The staff is extremely courteous and always helpful. Everything was perfect, from the hotel room to the beach (the beach facilities are beautiful). Special praise goes to the staff at the pool and beach—the service there is first-class (10/10). The perfect place to relax and enjoy yourself.

Just to be nitpicking, there were a few issues in our stay. They were very apologetic and did what they could to make it write. The spa is designed more around paid services. The free to use sauna and steam room are very lacking, for a property of this opulence it was an embarrassing offering.

The service was amazing. We got an upgrade to the residence. The best part of the hotel. Intimate and adults only. We did not like the palace part that much. The room was meh. The arabian court rooms were better. So if you book, go for the residence of arabian court room. Special shout out to Sanoop and Ash who made our stay extra amazing.

The noise from the construction sites around was quite annoying. But luckily we had noise cancelling headphones.

The hotel is true 5 star luxury, The beautiful landscaped gardens, The hotel rooms are always immaculate, staff are so welcoming and helpful. We always return to the one & only.

It's a butiful hotel, we like the design, the tidiness, the room was spacious with view to the pool, beach and garden. Gardens are butiful as well. Breakfast is reach and super high quality and ...the staff was practicing real hospitality!!

Absolutely beautiful location. The palms trees and the skyline views are amazing! Lots of attention to the interior decor.

One of the sinks wasn’t draining. The house keep service was inconsistent.

We stayed at the residence. It was the adult version it was incredible, spotless, beautiful manicure, exquisite food, exceptional staff.

The room was beautiful, with excellent housekeeping throughout our stay. The beach is vast and offered a great sense of privacy, and the beach service was outstanding. Every dining experience was exceptional. Tresind remains at the top of our favorites. We also thoroughly enjoyed Jetty Bar, Rooftop Bar, and Viva la Goa. Breakfast and lunch at Drift were excellent, whether in the restaurant or at the pool bar. The music was superb, especially the live saxophonist, which created a fantastic atmosphere. We also loved the boat transfer to One&Only The Palm, where we enjoyed an unforgettable dinner.

it’s not always easy to balance working moments with family time while abroad, especially when you have a two-year-old child. I must say that we had a wonderful experience at this property. The quality is outstanding, but what truly makes the difference are the people — the staff was absolutely up to the standards of a top five-star hotel. I would like to thank the team at the Olives restaurant — especially Cristina, Ara, Alvin, Ester, and Helaj — a truly precious staff. If we come back to Dubai, there will be no doubt about where we’ll stay.

The hotel is stunning. Room Service was very good. There are multiple pools, very nice beach access, multiple restaurants and bars and overall facilities are great.

We stayed at the One & Only Royal Mirage in Dubai and it was absolutely top-notch. The attentive and friendly staff were always on hand to take care of every detail. We felt incredibly comfortable in our suite, which was more than impressive, and the overall comfort, service, and the entire resort were simply overwhelming.

They always accommodate with our room request and their rooms are lovely. Facilities are also very nice!

1) Gardeners are doing work during Saturday day time which is strange. 2) Our check in as UAE residents was not allowed by using UAE government app storing Emirates IDs and we had to get physical copies. Maybe time to ask authorities to allow going digital for residents.

Everything - the room were spacious and well designed - always cleaned and everything was working perfectly. The staff was absolutely incredible - especially with our baby. The pools are wonderful and the activities offered around are also a nice touch. Finally, the food was incredible and the service in each restaurant was brilliant! A special thank you to Nirmal who have been absolutely incredible with us during our stay.

Amazing staff, everyone very friendly and helpful. Amazing food at the restaurants for breakfast and dinner, the pool was beautiful and really nice that people came round with eg watermelon. Made it very easy to be on holiday with a baby, everything was fantastic.

The only negative I ever have when I stay here is the breakfast. The quality, choice and service is a few levels below everything else that the hotel offers. Nowhere near bad enough to stop me coming here though

The staff were so attentive to our every need. They made all our bookings seamless and made us feel that our experience at The Mirage was genuinely important to them. We couldn't have been better looked after.

The prices of the food and drinks at the resort were extortionate. We paid £7/8 for a 330ml bottle of coke zero. Alcohol was around £20 for a glass of wine which made it very difficult to order a round of drinks for 4 people without spending close to £100 at a time.

I had already stayed at this hotel in 2009, and I'm back in 2025. After having stayed at many hotels in Dubai, I think the One&Only Royal Mirage will remain my favorite; I'll only return to this one. A huge thank you to Sama, who took extremely good care of us, to all the staff at the kids' club, who are incredible and gave us a wonderful Halloween! And a huge thank you to the valets; they are all lovely. All the hotel staff are amazing, whether at the pool, the spa or in the restaurants! I 100% recommend this hotel; the services are top-notch, and thanks to the entire team, we had an incredible stay. Thank you! 🤩
