One&Only Royal Mirage Hotel, Dubai

We stayed at the Arabian court Hotel in the Royal mirage, our room was great, with picturesque views from the balcony area. the room is very spacious with a very nicely fitted out bathroom. the amenities in the room is also well thought out and amazing. The one and only Royal mirage exceeded our expectations, from the breakfast. We ate at the rotisserie buffet breakfast, with the quality of the breakfast was 5 stars and the variety was also amazing. We were allowed to also eat breakfast at the other hotels on the resort like the palace, but we were more than happy with the rotisserie breakfast area. the amenities that hotel provides is also amazing. from pool tables, to table tennis courts, to your own private entrance to the beach and a state of the art pool area for families and adults. the hotel provides free towels and water on the beach and the pool area. There is also a bars, restaurants, shish lounge, a spa, and a activity concierge to organise experiences and adventures around Dubai (dessert safari, quad biking, boat trips, sky diving, etc). The facilities are amazing, we utilised the free aqua venture park complimentary tickets for day access, I highly recommend getting an aqua express pass internally to jump questions, or expect to wait 2 hours for rides.

The hotel was amazing, clean, relaxed atmosphere. The service was unmatched. Nothing was ever too much for the staff. The swimming pool area was so relaxed and a great place to spend the day at. The restaurants had great food selections at reasonable prices, too. Can't wait to go back.

The property itself was absolutely stunning. The staff were very polite and helpful, particularly the concierge team at the front of house! The spa which we made good use of, whilst expensive, was very much worth the price we paid. What an amazing experience and facilities were immaculate.

The buffet breakfast was ok but lacked the personalised attention we felt we had received at other hotels of lesser calibre than the One&Only. We had to call attention for coffee and tea, and the coffee once we did receive it was really under-par and egg orders were wrong though we never corrected and we did not want to make staff feel badly! This unfortunately let down our impressions of the hotel.

We stayed in Palace area. Excellent service, nice welcome with flowers, a cake and a prosecco for our anniversary, very good breakfast, amenities also for adults only (12 up,16 up), any of our requests has been fullfiled asap. The hotel is an old lady, but still having old times quality. Nice swimming pool for adults. Unfortunately not a place for sea swimming, it is in middle of Dubai development, however in the well kept garden. The sandy beach is nice and clean, service on the beach is also very good, free cold drinking water, fresh fruits serving in the afternoon. We will be back.

The best hotel by far I’ve stayed in my life so far!

We absolutely loved this hotel, it was our first time in Dubai and we really wanted to stay somewhere special for my partners 30th. Drift is an amazing beach club and being so close to the hotel it’s amazing. The hotel staff are caring and lovely they have exceptional customer service!! The pools are incredible we loved the palace pool. We did a boat trip on the last night it was amazing!! Hydro sports on the beach will be able to help, it really rounded up our trip nicely !!

We had a bad meal in the beach bar and grill however the hotel soon sorted this out with 10/10 service from the desk staff. I’m sure if we had just eaten off the normal menu it would’ve been lovely but we had a Argentinian night and it wasn’t great. Like I said though, doesn’t dampen our stay… and we would 10000% come back!! Only feedback would be: Would be nice if you could eat lunch on your sun beds though… that would be a nice touch!

We keep returning to the O&O, the staff is fabulous and professional. I did not realised I booked the Arabian Court this time, rooms are tired and some soft furnitures like the cushions in the balcony and on chairs indoor were dirty. It’s a shame they didn’t offer any upgrades despite better rooms being free. Also the noise from the construction sites on the Palm is quite disturbing and goes on 24/7. Tagine restaurant was really good, too top service by every single member of staff, always with a smile on their face, and good value for money while the Eauzone a bit hit and miss, no table clothes etc but good service. Breakfast at Celebrity was top class as always and the resort shops are also very good for presents.

The staff are beyond amazing. Best staff I have come across anywhere in the world. The resort and the facilities are immaculate.

My stay in One & Only Mirage Royal was simply perfect. I know the industry very well, and I am a very picky guest, especially concerning cleanliness. I alerted the hotel in advance and the result was simply outstanding. The attention to details they had with the room was exceptional, I stayed 4 days and not even once I found something wrong. Bed sheets and towels were always white and clean, the bathroom was always shining, not even a spot on the mirror, glasses nor cups, simply amazing! Housekeeping even left a flowers bouquet and a note which made me feel taken care! In general the hotel is great, perfect location, elegant, a lot of options in terms of restaurants, and the service is impeccable. People working in the hotel always have a smile and they are always happy to help. Ah yes, and the sunset at Jetty lounge is just a no miss ! Thank you to this beautiful hotel and the Resort Manager who is guiding such a great team under his leadership, with attention to details which makes this hotel unique! It was my second time in this hotel and I will definitely come back again!

The whole area, garden, beach

There was a big construction close to our room…but was not belonging to the property.

Stunning hotel set in beautiful grounds just outside the city centre on its own 1km beach. Service was amazing, accomodation is superb, furnishings throughout are gorgeous. All the restaurants were excellent.

Its expensive but the hotel is gorgeous with a private 1km beach.

Great facilities. Clean. Lovely staff all round. The housekeeping for my room alone - he was super! Very very pleasant. Great hotel has everything you could want.

Rooms are a bit dated. Cheap water supplied in rooms and at pool - in a LHOTW you expect San Pel or Evian not local water.

Staff are the best in Dubai. Service level is unmatched

There is a big construction next to the facility that you can hear. Also for beach experience is not the best location.
