One&Only Royal Mirage Hotel, Dubai

We keep returning to the O&O, the staff is fabulous and professional. I did not realised I booked the Arabian Court this time, rooms are tired and some soft furnitures like the cushions in the balcony and on chairs indoor were dirty. It’s a shame they didn’t offer any upgrades despite better rooms being free. Also the noise from the construction sites on the Palm is quite disturbing and goes on 24/7. Tagine restaurant was really good, too top service by every single member of staff, always with a smile on their face, and good value for money while the Eauzone a bit hit and miss, no table clothes etc but good service. Breakfast at Celebrity was top class as always and the resort shops are also very good for presents.

Noise from construction sites around but I guess it’s nothing to do with the resort!

They over charged me after I checked out in my credit card , also we had wait 40 minutes one jight for food so they could check we were half board

The staff are beyond amazing. Best staff I have come across anywhere in the world. The resort and the facilities are immaculate.

My stay in One & Only Mirage Royal was simply perfect. I know the industry very well, and I am a very picky guest, especially concerning cleanliness. I alerted the hotel in advance and the result was simply outstanding. The attention to details they had with the room was exceptional, I stayed 4 days and not even once I found something wrong. Bed sheets and towels were always white and clean, the bathroom was always shining, not even a spot on the mirror, glasses nor cups, simply amazing! Housekeeping even left a flowers bouquet and a note which made me feel taken care! In general the hotel is great, perfect location, elegant, a lot of options in terms of restaurants, and the service is impeccable. People working in the hotel always have a smile and they are always happy to help. Ah yes, and the sunset at Jetty lounge is just a no miss ! Thank you to this beautiful hotel and the Resort Manager who is guiding such a great team under his leadership, with attention to details which makes this hotel unique! It was my second time in this hotel and I will definitely come back again!

The whole area, garden, beach

There was a big construction close to our room…but was not belonging to the property.

Stunning hotel set in beautiful grounds just outside the city centre on its own 1km beach. Service was amazing, accomodation is superb, furnishings throughout are gorgeous. All the restaurants were excellent.

Its expensive but the hotel is gorgeous with a private 1km beach.

Great facilities. Clean. Lovely staff all round. The housekeeping for my room alone - he was super! Very very pleasant. Great hotel has everything you could want.

Rooms are a bit dated. Cheap water supplied in rooms and at pool - in a LHOTW you expect San Pel or Evian not local water.

Staff are the best in Dubai. Service level is unmatched

There is a big construction next to the facility that you can hear. Also for beach experience is not the best location.

You should be aware that there is some build work around property

The staff at the hotel are extremely attentive and ready to make your stay unique and tailored specifically to you. Everyone you meet greets you with a warm smile and we met some exceptionally well-trained staff who speak many languages from all over the world. In the Arabian Court the rooms are beautifully designed to make you feel as comfortable as you would feel at home with careful attention to detail. The beds are 10/10, the grounds are exquisite, Tagine restaurant was our absolute favourite.

Although there are many restaurants on the premises which offer delicious food and incorporate many different cuisines, we did feel that the quality of the food which is ordered through room service has some room for improvement.

Not so much the property but the inflexibiltiy with bookings . Had to pay 2 whole day rates either side of the stay to accomodate arrival and departure times even though I want in the room

Great pool for kids in the Arabian Court which you can freely use as it has a small slide. Food is great. Overall experience nice. The room was nice beds too soft unfortunately .

Confusion in restaurants if kids 5years old eat free, some restaurants wanted to charge for buffet for children, it feels a little commercial we tried to extend but we didn't feel they cared. Loads of stairs going up and down if you have a buggy its confusing.

The hotel is stunning and creates a quiet and relaxed ambience of Arabia. The architecture and the furnishings are beautiful, with careful attention paid to colours and detail in carefully chosen fabrics. The bedrooms are spacious and extremely comfortable. All staff were welcoming and courteous and went over and above to please and assist. We would like to give a special mention to Marouf who deserves praise for the standard he achieves in his presentation of our room each day. All the staff in the brasserie make breakfast something to look forward to each morning. Every guest is welcomed individually with a warm smile. The breakfast food is of excellent quality with an wide and varied menu. The pool and beach areas are spotlessly clean and again the staff assist in any request you may have. It has to be said that an excellent standard has been achieved in every area of the One and Only Royal Mirage.

Everything. It’s big. It’s spacious. The beds are amazing. It’s pure luxury. The staff are wonderful. The hotel and grounds are huge.

The restaurant closest to the pool doesn’t serve a pool type lunch. You can’t get food at the pool.

The property and facilities are extremely luxurious, staff are exceptional, proactive and the service is second to none. The buffet breakfast was exceptional and the afternoon delight service was lovely.

The only thing was that the restaurants opened for dinner from 7, so for us with a young child was a bit too late. how ever room service was exceptional and so this is not a complaint at all.
