Excellent location, very tranquil and calm. A proper escape from the hustle and bustle of Dubai.

Stayed in the executive suite with private pool and honestly it was amazing. The size of the room the distance to the beach and on top of all the service.

The concierge is the epitome of grace and efficiency—ready with a smile, an answer, and a solution every single time. From sunrise yoga to enriching workshops, there are thoughtfully designed classes to keep you both stimulated and serene.
And then—the spa. A sanctuary of elegance and peace. Think marble courtyards, Moroccan hammams, and therapists whose touch feels guided by angels. Afterward, you’ll want to float straight to breakfast, which is a ritual in itself: heirloom tomatoes, farm-fresh eggs, velvety pastries, and coffee that whispers “good morning” to your soul.
But what truly distinguishes One&Only The Palm is its people. Every staff member—from the lifeguards to the waiters to the concierge—radiates warmth, professionalism, and something harder to manufacture: genuine care. You don’t just feel looked after—you feel cherished.
And oh, the pools. Two jewels in the crown of this resort. One, a serene oasis framed by perfectly sculpted greenery and elegant cabanas—a tranquil haven worthy of cinema. The other, more remote and romantic, feels like a private luxury club with panoramic views of Dubai Marina and Bluewaters Island.

I liked that they do a hybrid for breakfast A la carte menu and buffet with fantastic options. Love the little complimentary touches around the hotel makes you feel very relaxed.

Stunning building in great location on Palm

We stayed for two nights, we like the fact that it’s a smaller hotel and every staff knows us by name. They have gone out of their way to make our travel, with our infant, very comfortable. Especially Andrew our butler, him and his team made our experience in Dubai extra memorable.

The best Hotel and its surroundings.!!

Nice quiet hotel, rooms are specious and super clean. Hotel is located in nice green area, overall calm place to stay.

Food and drinks selection on both pools.

Our third stay at this hotel, rooms are always spacious, well appointed and clean. Food is always fantastic.

This hotel has unfortunately been taken over since our previous stay in July last year. The vibe is certainly not the same and although there were a couple of familiar faces, the majority of staff had changed and didn’t have the attention to detail that once was.

Everything - a superb hotel with the highest of quality.
