The MO is a five star plus hotel , so the hotel is exquisite. But what makes the difference is the genuinely friendly staff which go a step further and satisfy their customers’ needs by meeting their customers’ expectations and beyond. From the concierge, reception, guest relations, F&B , housekeeping and particularly the lounge on the lounge level, the service is five star and more.

I stayed in this hotel for a weekend in mid-September in superior club king room that was upgraded to deluxe room by the hotel at no cost. Overall, the hotel meets brand standard. The common areas are well designed and kept. The service is generally very good and staff is supportive. Food and drinks quality was exceptional in both breakfast serving and the club lounge afternoon tea and cocktails.

Speaking of the areas of improvement, the rooms are in need of renovation. I attach some pictures illustrating this. Second comment is related to breakfast staff. Some really go above and beyond, the others are grumpy and do not even say “you’re welcome” to your “thank you”. Consistency is certainly an issue. Third is related to checkout procedure. I received my bill at the checkout time that was considered as final. The amount seems to be reasonable, so I decided not to check it. After some time I got nearly 100 usd of additional charges for minibar. Paying this is not an issue, but one should get it during checkout to agree / disagree, not after the fact when you cannot say anything. Fourth is related to welcome card that was addressed to the person called Mr Nisyan (?). This is not my name. Considering high cost of the accommodation I would better not receive any welcome letter at all than this.

First time in Mandarin, it's was really great. You've made our anniversary great with the Gifts and cakes for our whole stay. We really appreciated that. The staff was very kind with us. The room were big, with great view on the Beach and swimming pool, The shower was too good. The swiming pool was great and we had resfreshment all along the day. The adult pool on the higher level was quiet with an awesome view. The gym was high tech end open 24/7, I like that ! The Beach was really great and I had some nap under the sun while listenning to the waves. See you next time

There was nothing not to like about this property - of course it wasn’t cheap but I really felt the value

The welcome was odd, the staff at entrance were busy talking to themselves instead of taking care of clients (4 times in 2 days) and I had twice someone without notice in my room when I came back. No warnings no signs that someone was in, got a bit scared.

The Manager Isabel and concierge Ayoub were exceptional and helpful to correct a bad situation where our airport shuttle didn't arrive.

Room is very nice. Restaurants are excellent.

Beach was a construction zone under renovation, with bulldozers and cranes. Since this is a beach resort they could have mentioned it during booking. Overall the pools are quite ordinary for Dubai, rooftop pool is very small and needs to be booked in advance.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. The staff are absolutely amazing and the attention to detail is outstanding. Rooms are extremely spacious lovely views of the pool area.

The room were big and very asthetically decorated. We got skyscraper view and it looked beautiful at night. The food was good. The best thing was the service and staff, who were extremely courteous and friendly. It’s a good place to relax and rejuvenate.

We had a fantastic experience staying at the MO for our honeymoon. The staff were extremely helpful when communicating with me prior to our arrival and helping me with very last minute requests, such as organising a birthday surprise for my sister who was also staying in the hotel. To our surprise we also got a multitude of wonderful treats to congratulate us on our honeymoon upon our arrival which was extremely kind and much appreciated. Our room had club access and I cannot recommend it enough: the food, the view, the ambience, the service - all amazing! Overall, we loved our stay: the room was incredible, so spacious, the beds are extremely comfortable and huge(you can get lost in it). Everything in the room is state of the art and well thought through. Even the bathtubs are spectacularly comfortable. The food is incredible in most outlets of the hotel, although we didn’t love the Netsu, but Tasca is very good. And the pastries shop in the lobby-to die for! All in all - best property we have stayed in in Dubai.

Excellent service, large room and bed, fantastic breakfast, beautiful hotel, close to the beach, large pool area, great food and restaurants, close to airport.

A bit far from the Palm if you want to go out in the evenings. Was not a problem for us as we enjoyed the hotel amenities!

Nice hotel with good decor

Quite busy and leads to messy on my first day of arrival. I got my room at 6pm.
