The corner suite was fantastic – spacious and comfortable. The service was outstanding, with every team member greeting us with a smile and ensuring everything was prompt. We especially loved the club access, which offered a wonderful selection of afternoon and evening snacks. The team there made the experience even more special, with a special thanks to Mark from the club lounge for his excellent hospitality.

Pool area a bit small

They advertise that the pool is after a major renovation Yes, it is, but how is it to leave the old foundations on a sun lounger. Repairs are still being carried out around the pool and it smells unpleasant and is very noisy from the renovation.

I was not issued the Invoice and Reciept for the stay although it was promised to be sent over email. Still waiting to receive it. My email ID is rajendra@amitasha.com

Overall we enjoyed our stay the place is very nice and the fact that the hotel is connected to MOE this is a bonus .. All staff were helpful and friendly Especially Hazem( Night shift Manager ) and Majdi AlAbbadi ( Morning Shift Manager) and the butler supervisor they all tried their best to make our stay unforgettable. The maintenance in the mall was little bit noisy but the team was responsive and resolved this matter very quickly.

Very good location, spacious lobby, comfortable & spacious room, average breakfast in terms of selections, friendly housekeeping staff as well as staff at the restaurant where breakfast is served.

During my 5 days stay, I interacted with 3 staff at the reception. All of them were friendly on the outside, by not honest when it comes to keeping promises. The purpose of my travel to Dubai was to celebrate our anniversary. Before arrival, we were promised in an email of an anniversary cake. When we checked in, the staff at counter promised the cake will delivered later in the day. Nothing happened. The next day, I spoke with another reception staff, he promised but failed to delivered. Same thing happened on the third day with a third staff. I see that as a total dishonesty from their part.

The view from my room was not particularly appealing, which was a slight disappointment.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates! From the moment I arrived, Fathima, the relationship manager, and Sournish went above and beyond to assist me with everything, making me feel truly welcomed and valued. A special shoutout to the incredible housekeeping team, namely - Mun Na and Thida, who kept my room impeccably clean and hygienic. They were always attentive to details and made sure to check if I needed anything. The entire experience was exceptional — from the delicious breakfast to the impeccable service and accommodation. Hotel is connected to Mall of the Emirates, next to Cheesecake Factory and Ski Dubai. Room was spacious, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We were granted a late checkout which was greatly appreciated.

Service was inconsistent which is a shame as some staff were terrific whereas others were disappointing. Breakfast was chaotic and eggs took 35+ mins to be prepared one day. Coffee requests had to be placed multiple times. We had two free tickets to Ski Dubai, which we were not offered upon checking in, and I didn’t realize this error until towards the end of our stay. It was a bit annoying as I had to approach the staff to proactively request for them, changing my itinerary so that I could make use of the tickets.

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel... Sakib was very kind, respectful, and attentive. He made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. His warm service truly made our visit special. We really appreciate his hospitality and highly recommend the hotel to others. We'll definitely come back.

We stayed as a family in the Executive Grand Deluxe Room with Lounge Access. The lounge service was excellent — all the staff on the floor were incredibly polite and helpful. The food and beverages offered were of high quality and very delicious. Overall, a great experience!

I recently had a fantastic stay at the Kempinski in Dubai. The direct connection to the Mall of the Emirates was a game-changer, making shopping and entertainment incredibly convenient. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, and the daily breakfast was a delicious start to the day. The room was very clean and well-maintained throughout my stay, which made for a very comfortable and relaxing experience. Highly recommended!

I have stayed at Kempinski Mall of the Emirates before, and it was again the perfect choice for my anniversary. The location is unbeatable—directly connected to the Mall of the Emirates, making everything so convenient. The breakfast area has moved to the main lounge near the lobby, and it still offers excellent quality and variety. The pool renovation is now complete, and it is much improved compared to before. The pool staff are very friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. The suite lounge was also extremely convenient for quick snacks and drinks. The entire staff—especially the reception—were outstanding, warm, and professional, making us feel truly welcome. The value for money is excellent; the suite facilities, service, and comfort are among the best in Dubai.

There is some renovation work still happening inside the hotel, but it is barely noticeable and did not disturb our stay. The main challenge is the external construction around the area, which can sometimes cause early morning noise. This is beyond the hotel’s control but worth noting for light sleepers. A minor point is that we had to request face towels more than once, so a little extra attention to replenishment would make the experience perfect.

Beautiful hotel located right in the middle of Mall of the Emirates, which is very convenient. Excellent facilities and staff, always informative and willing to help. I enjoyed my stay.

Rooms are a bit on the expensive side compared to similar hotels, and the "city" view isn't that great, mostly dusty rooftops. Recommand asking for a seaside view.

Location, cleanness and comfy.

I have been to the hotel on many occasions and still going. I noticed in some rooms the smell of furniture being humid. The toilet is a bit small. Shower and Bathroom area's door cannot be locked; feels uncomfortable.

Amazing fresh and clean property with nice amenities and brand new swimming pools which were only 10 days old after complete renovation. Room was upgraded and this waa most appreciated as well. Proximity to Mall only steps away, great hotel.

Breakfast spread could be better by including more local dishes. Breakfast venue could be better not in the hallway to the mall. There’s no privacy for customers.
