Location, rooms, and facilities — everything was perfect! The hotel is in an excellent location, close to everything I needed. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-designed. The facilities were fantastic and exceeded my expectations. Overall, a perfect stay — highly recommended!

The hotel was very clean. The staff was exceptional including room service. The swimming pool was great. The location connected to the Mall of Emirates was fantastic. The check in and check out process was simple. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

The pricing is still high and hope this can be more affordable. Can't think of anything else. Fantastic stay for the entire family.

A great experience this was my second stay. The Housekeeping staff I didnt get to meet them in person but they were absolutely just amazing people they just did wonderful job everyday were very very detailed in ensuring that our stay was comfortable and great. So they deserve all the praise. Once again thank you to Muhammad at the receiption remembered me from our last stay and went on to give us a room with great view. We had a small incident with the security but the Supervisor of the Hotel - Mr. Hazem was absolutely great at addressing our concern and went extra mile to ensure we were satisified with our stay. Thanks for the late check-out and airport Taxi from the hotel. Mr Ali the security staff also did take our concern seriously and sympathized with us and did take our feedback seriously. Over the whole staff is very very polite and helpful hands-on at the breakfast and room service. The location is just amazing inside the MOE. You feel the privilage and the handfree shopping experience is just the best thing you can get. You can drop all your shopping at the Hands free kisok throughout the MOE and they get it send directly to your room no limits and completely free.

The room were very spacious and facilities were excellent. Location was excellent attached to mall. BESTEST thing was that they let us have early check-in free of cost and hassle free. Normally hotels don’t allow. All instructions were followed. All the staff was super friendly and helpful. Extremely pleased

Classic charm with a touch of luxury. Some rooms are well maintained, service is good, and direct access to Mall of the Emirates makes shopping & dining very convenient. Special thanks to Manager Majdi for being wise, respectful, and extremely helpful.

Hotel is a bit old, and certain rooms show signs of wear & tear needing attention. Small improvements could lift the overall experience further.

The proximity to the Mall of the Emirates, the restaurants, a beautiful gym and Spa. It is a beautiful Hotel. The staff were very polite and continued to check on us to make sure that we were happy and comfortable.

1. I feel that guests staying at the Hotel should at least be offered one free massage during their stay, or an option of a discounted service. If the gym is free, then why not the Spa, particularly because the Spa prices are quite expensive. 2. The shower gel, conditioner, and shampoo are too small. I have travelled to other hotels of similar standards and they have larger bottles in their bathrooms.

I was upgraded and very happy about it. Though l stayed out for abit of hours and l had indicated on email of early check-in .

I indicated on email of my early check ln which the hotel had enquired but still kept out for hours. Please communicate next time early in advance if you have to pay for it.

The location is amazing, right in the center of the city, connected to a mall that has so much entertainment and great shopping, great restaurants and the staff were ALL so kind, friendly and very helpful. They did their best to make our stay wonderful which was very much appreciated. Check out was also very swift and easy.

There were a few things that could be improved: - Although we requested early check in, we arrived late (after 3pm) and one of our suites was not available for a few hours after we got there because housekeeping was still cleaning it. - The room decor is a bit outdated and could use an update - The bathroom doors in our suites (from the bedroom entrance) don't have locks on them. - The lock on the bedroom sliding door of one of the suites was broken so couldn't lock - The AC blows directly on your head when in bed (maintenance did something to help solve this and improved it by 50%) - The water in the bath & shower is either freezing cold or boiling hot and you can't get it to balance - Duvets are very thick but they did change them when we asked

The location was excellent, with direct access to Mall of the Emirates. The value for money was impressive, the staff were outstandingly welcoming, and the rooms were spacious and very comfortable

They need to inspect the shower mixer, as the water temperature fluctuates unexpectedly — sometimes it becomes hot and then suddenly cold

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent in dubai especially when you have kids.

A very nice level of luxury all around the hotel. We booked an executive grand deluxe room. It is in fact an amazing mini suite! Breakfast choices (3 outlets) and variety is great. Service is superb. We were received by Mr. Hazem Rizk, manager on duty, who accompanied us to the room directly where we completed the check in. He was attending to a “misunderstanding” (from our side) and had been very accommodating. The executive lounge was a great addition and staff is very friendly, in general. Heike stands out with a beautiful and friendly smile. She would greet us with our names right from the second visit! Being inside the mall is of great value, especially during hot days.

It was a great stay in the hotel, all the things fine, the breakfast was great and the staff behavior excellent.

The hotel did not accept my request to check out a bit late because our flight was at mid night and just till 2pm same as all hotels.

Our stay was truly fantastic—everything was convenient, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making it unforgettable. A special thanks to Haile, whose passion, creativity, and genuine care stood out. He went above and beyond to keep our kids safe, giving us peace of mind and making our pool time truly memorable. We also enjoyed a wonderful dining experience at Salero Tapas & Bodega—the Spanish vibes, lively show, and warm team made it perfect for celebrations.Highly recommended💕

The family suite was very spacious. Helpful and very kind and approachable staff. Hotel is of a Convenient location as it is connected to Emirates mall.

Please provide a changing table in future to facilitate changing for babies. The baby changing was not available. Also for hygienic purposes having liquid soap in toilet or upon request would be great. Housekeeping confirmed no liquid soap was available.
