Love everything about the property. Always makes me feel like I’m home. Just the entire atmosphere and vibe of the hotel is great.

So the only thing that didn’t meet expectations is the pool. Doesn’t give infinity pool feels and even though it says temperature controlled during winter - the pool water was very cold.

The service from the staff is absolutely exceptional. Professional and accomodating. Mark at the lounge was as always very helpful and so was Kingsley at concierge services.

The staff were amazing. From the valet to the front desk and house keeping, everyone was amazing and polite. We got a free room upgrade too. Wifi was decent, amazing breakfast and seating area. Location wise it was perfect, right next to the Mall of Emirates, and 20-30mins from all other major locations in Dubai. You get free car parking if you are a hotel guest.

The view from our room wasn't the best, but it wasn't too big of a deal for us. One thing that needs improvement in the room is the light switches. They all look very old and used. They certainly need to be changed. The cabinet doors closed with a bang, so I think soft-close hinges would be a nice thing to add. We noticed on our second day that there was some construction going on above our room. Although it happened only during the day (even on the weekends), it was still very annoying and very loud. We did not ask to be moved as we were only there for a few nights, and it did not happen at night time.

A beautiful luxurious hotel with exceptional service and excellent location. The breakfast is unique, with a huge variety of dishes. Highly recommended.

Out of many Kempinski, where I've stayed - this property has exceeded my expectations by far. Truly a 5 star experience in personnel training and approach, facilities, dining and comfort. In fact it made me not want to leave the hotel for any other restaurants, because you have so much choice in the hotel and it is simply impossible to taste all the great things in the variety offered on site cuisine.

The staff at the hotel are so helpful all the time, breakfast was a fantastic selection with a superb eggs menu. The location was perfect for shopping at the Emirates Mall and using the metro to get to the Emirates golf club to watch the Dubai desert classic.

Everything about this was fantastic! The room, the staff, the service…..all exceptional. We were in an executive suite…. the room was wonderful and so was the executive lounge. We had breakfast in the lounge, as well as evening canapés and drinks.

The quality of the facility and exceptional service of the staff made this visit one of my best stays yet!

Service not quite up to 5 stars: - reception phoned our room at 8:30pm on first night to check how our stay was. As we were travelling with baby who was asleep by this point, it was frustrating as it woke baby - the night before our departure we asked for someone to collect our luggage 5 mins before our taxi arrived the following morning (all booked through concierge). No one showed up so we had to phone down and the receptionist said they didn’t know about it. That was a bit stressful and we ended up leaving hotel 10 mins late - great location in mall but public transport in Dubai is slow so took quite a while to get to Downtown and the Palm

The location with a direct access to the mall of emirates is just phenomenal. Access to metro station from the mall is also a plus but it’s a lot of walking. The location is also close to many things around Dubai like dubai hills, arab tower, JBR. Renting a car is also possible through the thrifty office in the mall so you can pick up and drop the car at the mall

Pool was mainly in the shade most of the day. Road works near the hotel diverted us which extended every journey.

Breakfast was awesome!!! Room size this time i got a smaller room - Superior room which was quite small but still very clean. The hotel was full which shows that demand is high. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who likes shopping!!!

Used excellent products. Managers very responsive especially Hashem in the lobby. Staff very hardworking but often got the vibe that they were not respected by their superiors or appreciated (this is really a GCC countries issue).

No gym. No nursery. Room couldn’t be made pitch black. Pricey. Breakfast predictable and dim sum served cold.

The staff are wonderful, polite, kind, and quick to respond to satisfy the guest and work for his comfort. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the food is delicious, whether in the rooms or the restaurant. In addition, there is the Emirates Mall with a direct entrance to it. This is the fifth year in a row that I have booked there, and I do not intend to change it.
