Everything about the property is amazing! Staff are so friendly and professional. Joyce, Haitim and all of the others deliver exceptional service. We were delighted to have chosen this beautiful property to stay in Dubai. Top class! :)

- maybe consider more options to eat at the executive lounge. Still very good but could be better. - water pressure could be better - again, not a massive issue but could be better. - breakfast queue can be quite long during rush hours. Staff go out of their way to deliver so no complaints there but needs to be carefully managed. For example- buffet food were not always refilled promptly.

The room was very well maintained however we were surprised with the location of the new breakfast area that it is changed and the previous place was much better.

there was some construction going on the hotel which was a bit noisy while we were having breakfast.

We took the executive room with the lounge. The room was big and had doors dividing the living room (where the kids slept) and the bedroom. The Lounge experience was great, very nice staff, nice refreshments. The gym and pool are great. You have the mall of the Emirates for shopping and dining. Excellent location. Highly recommend!

The service is consistently top notch. The location is perfect if you’re not interested in the beach.

It’s a little outdated and old, the new breakfast area is a downgrade.

Superb rooms

Indian options in the breakfast other than the dosa( which was decent) everything else was bad, they need a good Indian chef. The western options were all excellent.

Overall, a very pleasant experience. The hotel is well-organized, clean, and professional, and the staff are welcoming and helpful. Special thanks to Ahmad at the reception for his warm, gentle, and professional welcome — it truly made a positive first impression. The only point for improvement is the breakfast, which could be enhanced to better match the standards expected from a 5-star hotel. Still, a very enjoyable stay and highly recommended.

It was a wonderful stay at Kempinski, MOE. The hotel is always clean, welcoming and the staff is TRULY AMAZING. From reception to housekeeping to breakfast lounge to executive lounge- each and every member of the team is fantastic and always there with a smile. The pool is quite nice and canapés at executive lounge were great! The proximity to The Mall of Emirates is a big plus point. The mall is buzzing till late night and everything that you might need esp with kids, is available.

A few upgrades in amenities and overall hotel building would be great. Also the breakfast buffet should have more options included. The selection of dishes is not as par as compared to the other hotels in DXB.

We had a great stay during our business trip, the third time at this hotel which is really excellent. Breakfast is always great and so is the staff, attentive to our needs. The rooms are comfortable and always kept tidy. Room service was always excellent as well. Amazing location with direct access to Mall of the Emirates which is always convenient. Always a pleasure to return there.

There is sometimes a waiting time for breakfast that seems too long, but manageable. Also there seems to be some confusion when getting things delivered at the frontdesk and handled by the concierge service as I was made to make multiple returns until they could figure out which service received my package.

Breakfast was good, wide variety. It’s attached to The mall of Emirates… huge bonus when you have small kids. Ski Dubai is in The mall Of emirates! Staff were really helpful and polite. The gym is amazing, offering all sorts of wellness facilities, oxygen hyperbaric therapy, pelvic therapy, ice bath, IV facilities which can be done ✔️ n the comfort of your hotel room.

Convenience of mall. The cleaning staff did an excellent job. Rooms were always neat and tidy.

The cooler fridge didn't work even to keep drinks cool. My husband needed to keep his insulin in there and it wasn't even cool. Drinks came out warm. There could have been a better dressing table for a vanity. Bathroom lighting was poor. So we had to use the sitting area outside the bedroom where lighting was better.

Incredible all round from the service to the rooms to facilities!! Our breakfast was amazing thanks to Zia who welcomed us every morning and made sure we left completely happy and full !!

First is definitely the super convenient direct access to the mall of Emirates. Then the fantastic well equipped gym. Very fancy. Staff were quite helpful and ofcourse the room was brilliant and luxurious. We took the large 61m2 one, for 4 of us and it was great.

My favorite thing about the entire stay was a very helpful concierge named Soumish who really helped make our stay memorable and easy.

I did not appreciate the influencers or marketing people filming by the pool while I was trying to relax with my children
