Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates, Dubai

Breakfast was superb. The location is ideal for those who are looking to spend time shopping at the Mall of the Emirates.

The hotel is decent overall and still in good shape, but the furniture and the room layout feel a bit outdated. Also, I didn't have the best view from my room.

The hotel was very nice with exceptional staff. They even offer guests a ride to another Kimpinske because the pool during my stay was not working rather than just saw “pool is not working”, which is exceptional.

The main room AC was not cooling and was only fixed/ reprogrammed after 2 calls. Nonetheless, they were friendly in the process.

We felt like home. Excellent team. High class in everything.

Excellent location, very nice and polite staff, perfect service, and impeccable cleanliness. The room was spacious, and the beds were perfect, wide and with significant height, the best one I've ever used. Breakfast was flawless. The possibility to just walk into the mall was something incomparable. We will come back.

The pool was under reconstruction and we were unaware of it during the booking process or any time before arrival. The hotel provides a free-of-charge replacement service, in another hotel, even better one, but a small hassle was the fact that you can not just walk in a bathrobe from your room to the pool.

The breakfast was really good, and it had a really good assortment of foods. The best part was Mohammed and his team, who were really kind and always willing to help me and my team of colleagues feel at home. The restaurants were amazing: I had the chance to go to Xu, Salero and Eugene and in all food was superb! Many extra points at Salero to Maria and her team to always make us feel at home! Their efforts ranged from remembering the choices we preferred, to finding an extra seat even though the place was full during flamenco nights. The attention to details in this hotel and restauratns is definitely a 5 star!!

I never found out how to turn off the bathroom lights under the sink, lol! And I forgot to ask... so maybe a sign or pointer could help to other buys people find that. (It's kind of my falult)

One of THE most conveniently located hotels in all of Dubai. You are right at the centre with both easy access to downtown on one side and the palm/JLT/JBR on the other. Direct access to mall of the emirates means you will barely have to commute as MOE is equipped with every amenity from shopping to entertainment to cinema. The hotel has ample facilities to keep you busy during your stay including one of the finest spas.

Hard to criticise this property however maybe an addition of some form of recreation could further elevate the experience.

The hotel staff is kind. Room was very clean. Its also very spacious and convenient. Has all the amenities you’d expect. Bathroom is large and comfortable. In-room dining has great food options. The decor is very nice albeit a bit dated. It’s located nicely between Palm and Downtown, which makes it a very good business location. Direct access to the MOE also helps if u need shopping. It’s a very good value for money for a business trip.

The air conditioning was working but the air was very stiff. Didn’t feel fresh at all so I had to open the windows all the time. To be fair the hotel did offer to change the room, but I was very busy during the conference, so I didn’t take up the offer. It feels like rooms are a bit dated, everything is clean but you can see that some of the furniture is worn out.

The checkin process was seamless, the Grand Deluxe room was an exceptionally large size and tastefully decorated. The location is amazing as it is in the middle of Sheikh Zayed Road therefore you can access Downtonw and Marina relatively quickly. Also the hotel has direct access to Mall of the Emirates which is perfect for shopping whenever you want to. The staff were brilliant.

I faced some issues with property the quick action from Mr jonny and manager was very respectable.

I really liked the location of the hotel - city centre with easy access to essentially each part of the city (by public transport or car). The direct connection to the Mall of Emirates was very convenient. The room was very spacious, ideal for family of 4. Everything was clean and the staff was really amazing, very helpful, quickly responding to our requests, etc. Moreover the hotel provided a transport to the other Kempinski hotel on the Jumeirah Palm to the beach which was also extremely convenient especially if you travel with kids.

The swimming pool was not available during our stay, however the hotel provided an access to the pool in the Sheraton hotel, next to Kempinski. In the room there were some small faults, eg in the bathroom (bathtub did not hold the water), but nothing major. All in all it was nothing comparing to the overall experience.

Had a lovely stay and was in a club suite. All the staff we encountered were excellent however my experience at the Club Lounge was disappointing. I was ignored twice during breakfast service and the second time after waiting for simple poached eggs for 25 minutes , I reported the situation to the club manager who was very apologetic (not his fault at all but the staff) . I left. I received an apology and card and chocolates but the damage was done. It was very disheartening to watch other people being served and get their more complicated orders before me. I never went back to eat at club lounge again. I expect the same service as everyone else otherwise there is no point. The breakfast service in the main restaurant was excellent and very attentive. Other than that it was a wonderful experience at the kempinski. I will definitely go back again but will not book a Club suite.

The breakfast buffet was under renovations so the makeshift in the lobby wasn't the best experience.

That even if the pool was under renovation, they proposed very good alternatives. The executive lounge was very nice.

Exceptional Service and a Truly Memorable Stay I had the most beautiful time staying at the Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with importance and grace — every member of staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. The hotel itself is immaculate and extremely clean, with attention to detail that truly stands out. Breakfast was amazing — fresh, flavourful, and with an excellent variety. I especially appreciated the evening turndown service, a thoughtful touch that made me feel so well cared for. Any needs or concerns I had were addressed immediately and with genuine warmth. A heartfelt thank you to Prabin from housekeeping and Abhishek, the manager, for their excellent service. Every staff member I encountered was respectful, helpful, and kind — the level of service here is simply unmatched. A special mention must go to Heike, who was an absolute star during my stay. Her warm, welcoming nature and wealth of knowledge made such a difference. She made me feel completely at ease, always had a smile on her face, and offered fantastic recommendations. She is one of the key reasons I will be returning — a truly amazing soul and a credit to the hotel. I travel frequently, and I can honestly say this was the best service I have ever received. Enjoyed in a different way, looks like Heaven Palace, I recommend to the people who never visited Kempinski in Dibai.

The hotel has direct access to the Emirates Mall, which offers a number of advantages. I was also interested in the possibility of evening shopping and the large number of quality restaurants in the mall. A big plus is the short distance to the metro, which can be reached through the mall. The metro is about 15 minutes from Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and 20 minutes from Dubai World Trade Centre. The breakfast was good, the choice of food was not too wide and was the same every day. The staff was helpful and helpful.

The hotel was renovating the pool, so it was inaccessible. However, they did not inform about this. When asked, the reception staff said that the hotel provides free accommodation and transport to the Kempinski Palm Jumeirah resort, which was an really excellent offer. But the information was not automatically provided.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The location is ideal to explore the whole of Dubai. The property was very clean, the rooms were very comfortable and the amenities were great. We stayed as a family of four with two children under ten and we’d recommend to anyone looking for 5 star base to explore Dubai.

As a family we booked the 2 bedroom suite, the rooms were spacious and well equipped, we were very happy with the rooms provided. Breakfast was very good, we also had access to the Executive Lounge which was great as they provided slots throughout the day to visit for afternoon tea, light snacks and pre-dinner canapes. Location was great being attached to the mall had it benefits as well as being central and close to most places we wanted to visit. The staff were amazing throughout our trip and did everything to ensure we had a great stay. I will be returning on my next Dubai trip and would highly recommend.

The duty night manager (Turkish)on the early morning of 11 April was very rude on a small velvet parking issue. Unfortunately, a night manager of a kimpinski standard lacks customer curiosity and hospitality manners!!!

Excellent Service from start to finish. The front desk staff, staff outside and in the restaurant went out of their way to provide five-star service. The cleaning staff/housekeeping staff went out of their way to provide exceptional service. Sometimes cleaning the room twice, a day! The location to the Dubai Mall of the Emirates was literally not only next door but the hotel was attached to the mall, so you didn't even need to go outside to access the mall. The location to the bus stop which provided easy/inexpensive access too many desirable attractions was only a three-minute walk from the hotel lobby.

Great staff makes you always feel welcome. Excellent hotel, very clean and large rooms. Special thanks to all the breakfast staff, my son really enjoyed it every morning for 3 weeks!

Room was the executive deluxe room(Nespresso machine, water ) which included lounge access and breakfast .The room had a wonderful layout and was larger than I expected.The lounge was being renovated and so we ended up in the Lobby at Aspen which was great.The Breakfast menu had a lot of options including great options for kids(pancakes, French toast ,eggs and waffles etc) in addition to the buffet.Location is unbeatable despite road construction , next to Mall of Emirates(direct access to the mall) with Cheesecake Factory at it's door. The room had a view of Burj ul Arab .
