Elevator was not easy to use

The location was perfect with easy access to Jumeira beach. It’s very lively in the area with lots of activities. The view from the room was amazing. Nice and comfy bed. Excellent breakfast with lots of options for any taste. Nice lounge options.

One lady (I think she is new, a trainee) in the lounge was very nice and accommodating, but the other was a bit less so. I felt like she was doing me a big favour by serving every time. Not a nice feeling, but not a big trouble either. Just a small thing that might need some improvement in service.

The room was comfortable and big also had a great view. The breakfast was good and the chefs and staff aimed to please all the staff were very pleasant and helpful at all times. Location is lovely right on the JBR close to all services.

There was instructions so it was little bit noisy at morning

The staff was increadable and friendly, always helpfull. Nothing you asked was too much or impossible. We had an all inclusive formula, and there never was a lack of food, always different, fresh and presented really attractive. Room was spacious and clean. Beds confortable. Sea view was great. Although there was a lot of noise in the evening (till night), the windows were perfectly isolated so the noice was reduced to almost 0.

Great location. Walk to beach from hotel and short walk to marina. Nice pool. Lovely staff. Special mention to Amir, Eva, Rekak and Asir Sorry Rekak if I didn't get your name right. You were all brilliant and made our stay even more memorable. Having booked the Club Lounge we were not disappointed. The staff were lovely and very attentive.

It was great experience for our family. Kids loved it and we extended for 2 more days and guys at reception were exceptional and very supportive.

Small pool and not much was going on there but then again you are very close to the beach and the Walk where all the action will happening

Great location, right next to the beach. A lot of activities to do inside, like swimming pool and gym. Also, shuttle service to Mall of Emirates. Breakfast was pretty good.

The elevators!! We had to wait 45 minutes at once to get down

We loved everything about the hotel! As it was December the decor for Christmas was amazing. Our kids loved exploring the huge Christmas tree in the foyer. The room was great and had the best view for us every day. The location was amazing you can walk to so many places - although it can get really just with traffic at times. The restaurants were great and the gym was spacious and clean too. The kids loved the pools and it wasn’t too busy.

I wish there was just a few more options in the buffet restaurant for kids as my son is picky - but the chef was nice enough to make him some fries when he refused to eat anything. And the lifts got so busy at times you could be waiting up to 10 mins.

I really liked the hotel! The area is just top, you have everything, a lot of restaurants, beach, the marina and the citylife. The view from the room was great, the room it self so big and beautiful. Breakfast very good!
