Great staff, helpful, friendly and efficient. Nice rooms, clean, modern, spacious. Good food and bar. Great location.

Perfect service, wonderful view from 23 flor, lounge bar and pool zone are very comfortable and quiet for rest. Very good breakfast and its organization.

The only thing is a small number of lifts in rush hours, but it is not a big problem

The food options are great. Seems to be a little less generous than last year. I mean, there were for example less meat options in the all inclusive package. BTW, the IPA should be part of the package. 😂 The crew is very kids friendly.

It is hard to highlight anything. Small issues, like the hand washing soap is not everywhere accessible to a 4 years old kid. Maybe the all inclusive package could be more flexible, like not as time range bounded as it is now. I don't think that people would take so much advantage of it. Like I drank a Pepsi after 10:30 PM, and I needed to pay for it.

I recently stayed at Amwaj Rotana in Jumeirah Beach, Dubai, and had an amazing experience! The views are stunning, the rooms are spacious, and the dining options, including an Italian restaurant and Benihana, were delightful.

Excellent friendly staff. We spoke alot to Sujin at the pools and he was absolutely amazing. Enjoyed a free room upgrade with stunning views and access to club rotana access. Location to BLA BLA, beach, JBR Walk, The Dubai Ain is excellent walking distance. Breakfast buffet was excellent as well as canapes at the club rotana on 25th floor. Drone show visible from sea facing balconys was such a wonderful bonus. We got rooms 2401 and 2406. Views of palm, Blue Water Island, Atlantis etc are excellent. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. 10 to 15 min walk to marina. Thousands of activities within 2kms.

Toiletries being only available on request. Bathroom is small and we did not particularly enjoy the bath shower combo in one. Otherwise room is spacious with spectacular views.

Elevators. You had to wait a very long time for them. Pool for most of the time in the shadow (bad for January, but I guess good for most of the year).

Location: The location is excellent—close to the beach, the evening promenade, and nearby shopping and restaurants. Hotel: The hotel is very clean and offers everything you need, with spacious and well-appointed rooms. The restaurant options are varied, with a buffet at Horizon and à la carte dining at Japanese, American, and Italian restaurants (reservations required). The pizza dough at the Italian restaurant (Rosso) could be improved, but overall, the food was enjoyable. We opted for the half-board package, which was more than sufficient. Breakfast and dinner at Horizon (7:00–11:00 AM and 6:30–10:30 PM) were satisfying, and there was even a special visit from Santa Claus for Christmas eve, ofcourse with gifts for the kids. Staff: In general, we found people in Dubai to be very family-friendly and welcoming, with a rich cultural diversity that adds to the charm of the city. The staff at the hotel were also very attentive and helpful when needed. A special thanks to Amiri for his dedication to his work.

Improvements:     •    Pillows: Maybe pillow choice, were too soft for my wife.     •    Elevators: The wait times can be a bit long, but it’s manageable—you’re on holiday, after all!  •    Pizza dough.

Location, friendliness of the staff, quality of food, cleanliness of the rooms, always someone there to assist you. A great holiday (family with two kids)

Someone complained here about elevators but we did not find it that bad. Maybe the only thing that could be improved is the room service (food) because of too long waiting times.

Everything was so good, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were nice and friendly. We arrived early, and Mr. Akbar kindly helped us get our rooms ready ahead of time, which was very thoughtful of him. Additionally, Mr. Naveed took excellent care of us. He went above and beyond the routine housekeeping to ensure everything was perfect for us every day. Overall, everything was wonderful, and we had a great time there.

Perfect location, which means noice från traffic and nightclubs.

The staff were so friendly and helpful- the valet, reception staff, restaurant staff and cleaners. The hotel itself is beautiful and super clean. The all-inclusive package is amazing value- we dined at Rosso and Benihana. Both meals were wonderful. Thank you so much for making our Christmas Eve stay magical!
