Everything excellent but the pool doesn't match the rest of the facilities

Small pool and not much was going on there but then again you are very close to the beach and the Walk where all the action will happening

Great location, right next to the beach. A lot of activities to do inside, like swimming pool and gym. Also, shuttle service to Mall of Emirates. Breakfast was pretty good.

Only downside is the outside noise clubs are nearby and also the parties in the hotel.

The elevators!! We had to wait 45 minutes at once to get down

very clean, lovely location, amazing breakfast variety, very polite and friendly staff, everything 10/10! nothing to complain about !

We loved everything about the hotel! As it was December the decor for Christmas was amazing. Our kids loved exploring the huge Christmas tree in the foyer. The room was great and had the best view for us every day. The location was amazing you can walk to so many places - although it can get really just with traffic at times. The restaurants were great and the gym was spacious and clean too. The kids loved the pools and it wasn’t too busy.

I wish there was just a few more options in the buffet restaurant for kids as my son is picky - but the chef was nice enough to make him some fries when he refused to eat anything. And the lifts got so busy at times you could be waiting up to 10 mins.

I really liked the hotel! The area is just top, you have everything, a lot of restaurants, beach, the marina and the citylife. The view from the room was great, the room it self so big and beautiful. Breakfast very good!

Couldn’t say i didn’t like. Maybe the terrace next to the pool could use a renovation. This is just a sugestion, not something that really bothered me.

Location was perfect - a stone throw away from JBR The Walk. It’s a bit of a double edge sword however as it’s so close to the action, this inevitably comes with traffic The staff and service were sensational. They made me feel special, remembered my name and face, always greeted with a smile. Jamil was particularly fantastic and sorted me out with anything I needed

Breakfast could have been better. For a 5 Star hotel, while the variety was good, I expected better, tastier food. Breakfast was included but I didn’t look forward to it which was a shame

I advise you to read my message before booking. The stay was truly wonderful. The view was amazing, and the hotel’s location is excellent. The restaurant is outstanding with a great variety of options. The entire staff from reception, housekeeping, and pool supervisors to the employees at the gate were the best I have ever encountered in providing service. They all compete to serve you without expecting anything in return. I would like to thank Mr. Hamza at the reception. He is a very respectful person who works hard to meet your requests, whatever they may be. He deserves all appreciation and respect. Our stay in Dubai was truly exceptional, and that is mainly because the accommodation itself was exceptional. Thank you all.

Great hotel in a super location, we’ve stayed there a few times

The situation with the hotel lifts is awful, we had to get rescued by a member of staff after waiting over 20 minutes on our landing trying to depart and get to the airport on time, at peak times it’s impossible to get on a lift.

The staff was so friendly and professional. They were very helpful.

We had to wait for a long time to get our room ready. However, they gave us a temporary room until ours is ready which was something really nice to do

The Pool bcz mix with kids lot of noise,not feeling relax they don't have privet beach, I should pay extera for beach sunbed outside of hotel 🤷🏻‍♀️ The shower was bad to change from shower to bathtub so hard to move,

Great location in Dubai Marina, very close to the beach, stores, restaurants and attractions. Very nice staff; they even helped me organizing a small cake & candle for my wife's birthday! Very nice pool, great choice of restaurants. Very clean and neat.

Everything was perfect. If I may give a suggestion, there is need for faster elevators: the time to wait before being able to get one and arrive to the desired floor was usually a little annoying.

The hotel is in an excellent location, right on the beach and close to amenities. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

The only disappointment for us was the mattress on our bed was too hard, that made it uncomfortable for us.

Excellent view from Sea facing room. Room service very good. Good shower pressure and controllable heat. Location perfect but a little noisy with the beach club opposite. Next to JBs which is a good 'hang-out'.

A bit of noise - loud music from the beach club. Not enough elevators with high occupancy. Meal time foot traffic causes delays at elevators. Cannot think of anything else to complain about you'll be glad to hear

How it is and how hospitable the staff was

From the staff to the location. , everything was amazing. We had breakfast which was very well organised and equipped. We hired a car and the stag would park it and bring it to us when required - exceptional will definitely stay here again
