The breakfast was amazing. The staff were very friendly & happy to assist. The rooms were spacious and were well thought out regarding the aesthetics etc. we were blown away when we first walked into our room! An amazing hotel with plenty to offer.

The bath towels in the room were thin. Would have been nice to have a bag/basket in the room that could be taken to the pool or water park. I felt the prices regarding food and beverages were crazy!

The attention to detail on service and caring for the comfort of the guests

When I requested for a delayed checkout bcoz of my toddlers nap time clashing with checkout the lady on the guest service phone line asked me to physically go to the receptionist and request the same. I don’t expect this from a hotel that’s supposed to spark luxury and comfort in every aspect.

Everything we had a memorable weekend. Nonstop activities and things to see and do.

The variety of the pools and kids attractions specially Aquaventure park many pools and restaurants to enjoy.

The seaview room is very comfortable for a small family. Balcony is spacious, beds and pillows are so comfortable. Room slippers are soft and fluffy. Everything provided has luxurious touch pn it. Breakfast at Gastronomy is amazing as well. 18 live stations provide large varieties of choices. It is ppen from 7am to 12:00.

Long waiting time at check-in. And the room cards were not activated to operate the lift. We had to walk back and waited again. Thats a bit disappointed.

All the details about this hotel is fascinating, saw some of the negative reviews which kind of discouraged me but THEY WERE ALL JUST NOT TRUE!! THIS HOTEL IS WONDERFUL THE STAFF ARE ALL VERY FRIENDLY. Everyone greets you with a smile, the breakfast was perfect one of the best ones i’ve ever been to if not the best. The rooms are very clean, so many amenities are provided in the room. Room service is very quick. Very luxurious and beautiful with an exceptional view and terrace. The room is also spacious and nice, very modernized and up to date with the luxury standards. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND YOU IGNORE ALL THOSE NEGATIVE COMMENTS AND GO GIVE IT A TRY CZ TRUST ME YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

Had to pay a holding deposit of about 6k and was not specified on booking.com when I was making the booking. I think it’s only fair that for the hotel or booking.com to add the deposit to the booking details.

Our stay at Atlantis The Royal was simply out of this world – by far the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. The architecture, the luxury, the views… everything feels absolutely breathtaking. The rooms are stunning, spacious, and perfectly designed for comfort and elegance. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the service. Every staff member goes above and beyond, and we want to highlight Eva, who was absolutely outstanding. From the very first moment, she made us feel special, cared for, and always welcomed with a genuine smile. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail transformed our holiday into something unforgettable. Eva is truly a gem and a perfect example of world-class hospitality. The restaurants are top-notch, each meal was a culinary journey, and the rooftop infinity pool is simply the most spectacular we’ve ever seen. Whether for families or couples, this resort delivers perfection on every level. We can’t wait to come back – and when we do, we sincerely hope to see Eva again! She made all the difference.

The hotel is very luxurious and modern. Amazing staff, the fountains show, the area around the hotel, the beach area with the palms and various trees is amazing. I liked the pools.

The service of the team and butler made us feel really welcome. It was also nice to see that Gym can be accesses 24-7. Cleanliness and attention to detail was superb.

Not much to say really other then pricing can be a little steep and the room looked in a little need of tlc for the valuation it has. Other then that nothing else.

The breakfast was amazing !! The best breakfast ive ever seen in my life. The best and most amazing way of makng everything so fresh and so organized at gastronomy!! Really highly recomend.

Everything, the amenities, the staff, the food , the service. Atlantis the Royal it’s an different kind of experience, it’s not just a stay, everything there it’s exceptional. The way the staff treats you as soon as you arrive makes you feel like you are the most important person in the world, they are all so amazing the hospitality there it’s next level. Our room included lounge access which was an amazing perk as you can get unlimited drinks and some light bites during the day, they have different types of service such as afternoon tea and so on. They have many restaurants in the hotel but i highly recommend Milos which is a greek restaurant and the food and the service there are top notch. There are many pools to visit and it’s quite pleasant even with the temperatures in Dubai at the moment.Our room had sea view which was beautiful, the room is spacious and comfortable and smells amazing and has some nice amenities as well. The highlight of the stay was the breakfast which is served in Gastronomy restaurant, it had so many stations with different types of food so much to choose from and everything so delicious with a great experience from the staff as well.Overall great experience although we stayed for a short time, i would say it’s definitely worth for the money.

The Check in and the wait to check in at 3am. Ride staff at check in. Did not want to do their job and made us wait 40min. Very disappointed! But the hurler and the lounger staff really made it better.

This is without doubt the best hotel in Dubai, every aspect has been carefully considered with the possible exception of a hotel Cocktail Bar and Cigar Lounge (though I expect that to be added at some point). The hotel is immaculate, staff exceptional and the overall experience is superb!

The hotel needs a Whisky/ Cocktail Bar with Cigar Lounge. Whilst the restaurants do have bars, a dedicated space really would be an asset that many people would enjoy.

What isn’t there is love about the Atlantis The Royal! I have never stayed in anything like it, from the drive into the venue I was just amazed at how beautiful the hotel was! Super luxurious and the staff were just next level with their service and eye for details! The cleaning staff were so beautiful leaving little gifts such as make-up remover as they saw I liked male-up to getting myself and husbands exact slipper size. The most breathtaking hotel was the most amazing amenities! And the breakfast there is just unreal!! There are way to many choices you could never get bored or hungry! The gym and pools were super amazing aswell, wish to come back one day!

To the friendly and helpful receptionist and housekeeping team you truly made my experience unforgettable. I was even allowed to check in early and my request for a high floor room was kindly accommodated. I chose the Palm facing King Room located in the Sunlight Tower on Level 20. Wow, what can I say? The view was amazing, and the room was very modern and spacious. The hotel facilities, such as the Royal Pool, Nobu by the Beach and Cloud 22, were fantastic. The food and staff were excellent and very attentive. Dinner at the Greek restaurant Milos, no words can express how great this restaurant was. The food was on another level, like being back in Greece. Absolutely delicious, especially with a view of the water show. Just a note: the food portions are quite generous, so keep that in mind. Dinner at Nobu by the Beach was equally delicious, with no issues at all with the service. A must visit for sushi lovers. The full-day pass at Cloud 22 was very exclusive and definitely worth the additional cost. My server, James, was incredibly attentive and provided fantastic service. The breathtaking views from the infinity pool overlooking the Dubai skyline made it a truly one of a kind experience. Breakfast at Gastronomy offered a wide variety of options. If available, I highly recommend sitting near the window the view of the skyline in the morning is beautiful. Overall, I highly recommend booking this hotel. I can’t wait to be back!

High quality service at all level- customer caring and every effort to satisfy customers. Room service call was available anytime and exceptionally kind. Breakfast was first class with a variety compared to none.It is a matter of regret though that all boat activities are not complimentary but must be paid for. The basic ones should have been included in the package.

Hotel is impeccable, restaurants incredible. All staff excellent service. The brunch included with my room was one of the most amazing brunches EVER. They had 15 stations and everything was excellent. Vegan, gluten free, allergy free, fruit, fresh pastries & bread, meats, lox, huge room just with salads and fresh made avocado toast. The edgeless po on 22 Amazing (you do pay for a lounge chair) worth it. Long, Ling was amazing food. View from room and able to see fire & water show. It’s like Vegas on Mega Sterois and less crowded & excellent staff
