Beautiful hotel, spacious comfortable rooms, access to aquaventure, breakfast is spectacular and lots of dining options, housekeeping team was incredibly nice

Not much choice when it comes to family pools, only one can be used. Checkin was a bit "cold", not personalised and very little information provided regarding the hotel facilities. We just expected a warmer welcome. If you book the palm view room, make sure to ask for a higher floor, otherwise it is a bit pointless as you don’t get to watch the fountain show from your balcony.

It’s the best hotel

The room was spacious and very well equipped. Booking a Club Room with access to the Club Lounge was excellent. The food was excellent.

My only concern with my stay was being asked to pay extra to use one of the pools and then dictating a time. I found this unacceptable.

Check in Process needs to be automated like the Airport as they have 795 rooms and they should put check in Terminals Like Emirates airline as lot of time while check in Check out We noticed that people were coming from the back of the Reception after customer Q up-they should be at the counter and Cash deposit refund took more time(I was told that will be fast-so I left Cash deposit) Hope u can smoothen that process of Check in-Check out-There can be people with Mobile App and should be able to clear up people fast. As that also helps your cleaning staff to clear up rooms for upcoming guest Today the occupancy was 52 percent as per the staff and process took longer-it will be too much wait when u will be over 100 percent in winter

The breakfast buffet was an experience in itself. The service and location was amazing. You dont need to leave the hotel so much to do but staff was great.

Staff accommodating to guests needs, nothing too much trouble for guests. Staff polite, professional, respectful, friendly. The hotel is outstanding in respect of food, beach clubs, restaurants, designer clothing & footwear concessions naming my favourite Louis 😁

The ambience is relaxing and pleasing on the eyes. Great aquarium. Spectacular fountain show incorporating fire. Soft golden beach amazing.

We had a cockroach in our shower which was a bummer to be honest. Staying in such a hotel u wouldn’t expect it at all.

Stunning hotel in great location. Breakfast was amazing.

Check in was too slow, we had to wait even there were only a few guests. The women who was checking us in had some difficulty speaking English. Our room was very clean but we had found a couple of hair in our bed that didn't belong to any of us.

The check in and check out took too long and despite payments being made , I was told to repay . This matter was resolved after about 45 mins . However when I was checking out again I was told to pay . There seems to be a problem with their financial department contacting the front desk

Every single thing from the room to the view to the lobby to the swimming pool to the workers .. really we felt that we have traveled and came back

I liked the royal club lounge & ling ling restaurant. I liked the room & the relaxation of the hotel

I didn’t like being woken up in the morning by staff to ask what time they should clean my room. I didn’t like the long wait for elevator. I didn’t like that my room was not cleaned properly after my 1st night stay & on both dates I had to ask for basics from housekeeping, such as for turndown service, replenish fruit, clean room.
