Attention to detail and staff awareness is just incredible

Everything was super . Extremely high standard, professional personell, the best service.

Hotel is fabolous... Management staff is perfect, there are some problems with waitresses and receptionist but as general it is one of the best hotels in the world and anyone at least one time should stay in it...

The architecture is stunning, and the luxury experience is unparalleled. The rooms were beautifully designed with breathtaking views, and the service was exceptional. The amenities, including the infinity pools and world-class dining options, were top-notch.

While the experience was amazing, the prices for food and drinks were quite high. Additionally, some areas were quite busy, which made it difficult to fully relax at times.

Everything. It’s the best hotel I’ve ever sat foot in. The design is absolutely gorgeous, the details impeccable, the staff friendly and attentive. Cloud 22 has beautiful views and a great atmosphere. Lots of food options. The buffet has 17 live stations.

That there isn’t a single shop that isn’t a designer shop, not even for basics like flip flops. £300 minimum price for basic sandals despite more than a dozen shops in the hotel.

Perfect place to have a staycation, as everything is available at the hotel. The afternoon tea at the Royal Tea Room was perfect.

Beds weren’t very comfortable, lighting controls in the room were confusing and the display was too bright at night.

Atmosphere is amazing, feels like bi the richest and best hospitality .

breakfast was fabulous. location is fabulous if you want to stay in the resort and enjoy the resort to the maximum. we stayed 3 days and felt like it wasn't enough to see the resort properly. will definitely go back.

As a tourist company owner I have inspected all Hotels in UAE, and I was super excited about Atlantis the Royal experience. The service at outside lounge was below zero and check out process as well. Need improvements to call it Royal

I've been to and stayed at many 5 star hotels, and I can confirm that this is definitely above all those levels in its designs, exceptional customer service, amenities, and luxurious feelings. It is a top-rated hotel that deserves to get a 6 star+ rating. Atlantis The Royal is a high-class living for a perfect holiday. It's a lifestyle.

The limited access to Cloud 22 and Ling-Ling. My son is 17 years old, mature enough not to create a nuisance etc, and my kids had to miss visiting these places only because of his age. I think it would be great to have even for 16 years+ to enter, provided they go with their parents/adult guardians.

EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT FRONT DESK STAFF VERY FRIENDLY, WE GET AT THE HOTEL FOR CHECKI IN AROUND 9AM AND THEY WAS VERY KIND GIVING US OUR ROOM IMMEDIATELY, THE ROOM WE BOOKED WAS WITH THE PALM VIEW,, THE VIEW WAS BEAUTIFUL,,,THE BREAKFAST HAS BEEN THE BEST OF MY LIFE WITH CHAMPAGNE INCLUDED, THE POOL AT NOBU WES EXCELLENT, THE BEACH , THE WATER PARK , ALL THE RESTAURANT INSIDE ,, EVERYTHING IS EXCELLENT 100 PERCENT RECOMMENDED.....AND OF COURSE I WILL RETURN.

I loved everything about it! The place was super clean, and the luxury and amenities were fantastic. The location was great, and the waterpark was a blast for the kids. They also really enjoyed the kids' club. I especially liked the outdoor hookah seating; it was a nice spot to chill. The food was delicious, and there were plenty of restaurant options.
