Everything was amazing. Royal club, restaurants, pools, cloud 22.

I had a great time in this beautiful hotel, staffs were very friendly and helpful specially the receptionist who helped me to check in. Definitely will go back next time when I visit Dubai.

Spa therapist need to have a proper training to understand hygiene and privacy.

We couldn’t fault a thing—the room was immaculately maintained, with incredibly prompt turndown service and cleaning whenever we stepped out. The thoughtful and generous honeymoon touches each evening made our stay feel truly special and memorable. Breakfast was an experience in the best possible way with every selection imaginable.

Very pricy when the location is so far from the city Therefore it’s not so convenient if a guest needed some medication - the hotel has many many visitors do the lobby area is very crowded and loud.

The property is simply amazing. This is the hotel of my dreams. I still can’t believe I was there. Simply the Best!

The ultimate luxury and most sensational setting in Dubai.

One of the main breakfast restaurants had an out of service escalator during breakfast time. Climbing ropes would have been required for elderly guests and there appeared to be a lack of urgency to resolve it. Some of the prime high end restaurants on sight require guests to book well in advance of their stay. This does detract from the experience.

Everything was top-notch, we loved the breakfasts. My wife went to the spa and I went to the gym. There were no unwanted odors, and it was always neat and clean. Every day after cleaning the room there were some mini gifts in the form of perfume or melatonin sprays for sleep, my wife really liked it.

Unfortunately, the music only turns off at 12 midnight, and the fountain also ends at 12:05, but in any case, it's better than in other hotels, especially the good soundproofed windows.

Discovered that I’m more of a boutique hotel person. If you don’t like noise, traffic, not for you. But one thing for sure , if you’ll visit Dubai, The Royal is a must. Breakfast staff is a bit rude? Maybe a bit too overstimulated. Theres so many people there. Can’t fault it but if you’d rather have privacy and a bit of quiet , definitely not.

We had a lot of fun everywhere , free aquaventure access , lounge club , amazing breakfast , beach club , afternoon sitting overlooking the fountain .. every corner there has something to do

eally amazing hotel. Not my first stay, but it’s always an experience. It’s the kind of hotel you choose only if you’re planning to spend your entire time on the property. Plenty of things to do, an astonishing level of luxury, and everything is maintained to the highest standards.

We had a minor issue where they misplaced our luggage when we checked in, it got solved, but felt like they are all over the place and multiple people contacted us to solve this issue...
