Perfect Interior and exterior, exceptional feeling and great restaurants. Very nice lady at check in. We felt very welcome.
Staff on the pool is poorly available. Not even water is served without asking for it. Poorly clean up. Here’s a lot of space for improvement.

Amazing hotel with great facilities. We had a wonderful holiday.
A few things could be improved. The check-in process was very slow — it took around 45 minutes to reach our room. There were many repeated questions, some of our booking details were lost, and the staff often forgot our requests. Everyone was very polite, but not always responsive: they would promise to follow up, but nothing happened.

The hotel was so chic and clean and beautifully decorated. The fitness centre was exceptional and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The outdoor areas were breathtaking and the staff were friendly. Our room with the sea view exceeded our expectations so as a whole, we had a lovely time during our stay. The vibe and energy of the hotel is WOW. Such luxury and great energy in general and staff walking around the hotel were always happy to help. My husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary there so the staff at the hotel and restaurants were kind enough to offer us little gestures as a congratulations - that was really nice of them.
A few things come to mind: 1. For a 5 star hotel, I was disappointed to see the staff dressed poorly. Their uniforms don’t match the price point of the hotel. The look and feel of their uniforms should be a lot more luxurious and each person’s outfit should fit them very well. This applies to the hotel staff and to the restaurant staff too. There should be guidelines on how the hair and makeup should be done and which shoes should be worn and how clean the shoes must remain. It was disappointing looking at the staff with worn out uniforms and dirty shoes. 2. Being a hotel guest and paying so much per night should come with its advantages. Meaning there should be an easier way to get sun beds or restaurant reservations without stress or being put on a waiting list. Also, I understand that the restaurants are mostly independent and not part of the hotel, but it would be great as a hotel guest to get a 20-25% discount on all dining experiences, especially that we’re paying a lot to stay there. 3. The service at the Nobu pool was not really impressive. Service was slow and the staff weren’t as “on it” as they should be. Again, if this was a regular hotel, I wouldn’t have much to say. But being a massive, ultra luxurious hotel, I would expect a little more. In general the service was FINE and some of the staff members were great but it could be better.

A Beautiful Hotel with Great Potential
I have stayed here several times, and it remains one of the most striking and beautiful hotels in Dubai. The property definitely has a wow-effect, with plenty of F&B options that I recommend everyone to try and form their own opinion. The rooms are excellent, the atmosphere is impressive, and overall it’s a solid, high-quality hotel. I will keep returning — the hotel has huge potential and can certainly become even better. It is definitely a place I can confidently recommend to guests
These are not complaints, more like areas for improvement. The check-in and check-out process has become noticeably disorganized compared to my previous stays. Sometimes there are only 1–2 staff members at the desk, and then suddenly 5–6 appear — with no clear coordination. With many guests arriving, it’s unclear which queue you should join or which counter you should approach. The same happened during check-out: I waited around 10 minutes with only one staff member available, and during that time more guests lined up behind me. The overall flow feels unmanaged, with too many counters and no clear queue structure, which creates confusion during busy periods. The service has also become slightly weaker compared to my previous stays — this is subjective, but it feels as if the team is a bit tired and operating on autopilot. Everyone is polite, yet there is no real sense of welcome or proactive hospitality. The hotel seems to be running at full occupancy, and there isn’t a feeling of strong managerial presence coordinating guest flow. This shows up in small moments: for example, at breakfast the host may offer water, but then no one follows up for quite some time, and you need to actively approach staff yourself. Overall, everything is fine, but the level of attention and organization feels noticeably lower than before. During peak occupancy the hotel feels extremely crowded, and it creates the impression that in all bars and restaurants there is no priority for in-house guests. In many other hotels, guests staying on property receive at least some reservation preference or shorter waiting times. Here, even as a hotel guest, both bars had over an hour of waiting time just to get a table, with no visible system to accommodate in-house guests first. The WhatsApp concierge service is also inconsistent: sometimes replies are quick, but in other cases—like when I asked to check if a table in the bar had become available—there was no follow-up at all.

Hotel is great!!! We have family suite with access to royal lounge- the room, food, facilities, territory are gorgeous. The pool area is also fantastic. But the most memorable was the people we met there. First of all we would like to pass our biggest appreciation to Cristy Olarte and Ahmed Monus from Royal Lounge for taking care about us all the stay. You, guys, made our stay unforgettable!!!!❤️❤️❤️Also the biggest hug and appreciation we would like to pass to Mr. Yossuf (team leader of Gastronomy Restaurant) for your kindness, the highest level of hospitality and respect🙏🙏🙏. Every single time when we come to the restaurant we ask to sit the table under the responsibility of this wonderful and very professional person! For sure we will come back to this wonderful place next time!

Incredible experience at The Royal Atlantis. The service is beyond comprehension. The Rooms are extremely modern and exquisite; the views of the Palm breathtaking. The staff at The Royal Atlantis made my daughters 16th Birthday an unforgettable experience with 2 cakes sent to the room, assisted with restaurant bookings and more birthday cake surprises from Nobu Restaurant Atlantis Palm and Milos Restaurant Atlantis Royal. The day at the Aquapark and the beach at the Royal was also just phenomenal. Thank you for this incredible experience.

Our stay at Atlantis The Royal was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The level of service is beyond five stars — every staff member was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring, always going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The hotel itself is breathtakingly beautiful — from the stunning architecture to the elegant interiors and spectacular views. Every corner feels luxurious and thoughtfully designed. The amenities are world-class: incredible pools, outstanding restaurants, relaxing spa facilities, and every comfort you could possibly imagine. Our room was spotless, spacious, and immaculately maintained throughout our stay. Every detail, from the linens to the bathroom products, reflected true luxury. Amazing honeymoon stay at Atlantis the Royal
Everything about our stay was absolutely fantastic right from check in. For our honeymoon, Javid upgraded us to a suite which was just amazing with a view of the skyblaze fountain from our balcony. The facilities were amazing, the decor was very luxurious. The team could not do enough to help you- my husband lost his wedding ring in the sand and we had staff come to help us look and call on a metal detector! Which wasn’t needed in the end. We visited Nobu by the beach. It was a little packed but the food was lovely. We preferred the tranquility of the deserted white sandy beach and warm sea We also visited Milo’s, Ling Ling for drinks (however I have ate there before) which was great with views from their terrace which hardly anyone knows about Breakfast was also absolutely fantastic- best buffet breakfast ever.
I have voted down value for money because, although we did get a good deal in off season, we were disappointed Cloud 22 was closed for refurbishment so we couldn’t visit. We were unaware of this before booking. The Lost Chambers were also closed. We did make use of the Aquaventure water park which my husband enjoyed. Additionally, Milo’s was overpriced for what it was. Atmosphere was great, dining at sunset with views of the fountains. However we waited an hour before we were brought any drinks or anyone took our order. The food was very nice though but don’t think it warranted the price. A shame we missed out on the opening of Carbone by a couple of weeks- we will have to visit again for sure!

I actually felt relaxed and satisfied when I left.
BREAKFAST! I am trying to find words that would do justice to their breakfast spread, but I cannot. It was simply exquisite. apart from that their staff was very professional and helpful and the overall experience was much above expectation.
they have a lot of pools but access is allowed to just one with family, you need to make reservations in the others. This makes the place busy especially when with kids.
