The amenities at the hotel are exceptional and the room we stayed in was beautiful, spacious and luxurious.

We had some hiccups upon check in which ruined the short time we had as we were only staying one night to celebrate my friend’s birthday. Lots of miscommunication with the check in staff and then escalation to various managers which wasted half the day and took up a lot of unnecessary negative energy.

didn’t like the child area had too many rules , it was like Im here doing baby sitting will give only zero number for child area and needs a pool table too

Breakfast is incredible. Rooms are lovely. Super comfy. Food is great in restaurants. Great for kids accessing the water park. We would definitely return a 3rd time.

Getting sun beds around the family pool is hard. Think Tenerife but with lots of Dior bags. WiFi is not great. Toilet in room smelled of drains all the time.

Is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in terms of location, facilities, food and service.

The whole party, influencer, new money vibe was way too much for me and my family. It felt slightly fake and at times exhausting, socially while trying to navigate the crowd of people taking pictures and doing videos while you are trying to go to the beach or the pool.

Our stay was beautiful and the hotel and its amenities exceeded our expectations. We started off at Cloud 22 on Friday afternoon and had dinner at Milo’s Restaurant. On Sunday we did Nobu by the beach, I also did a spa and finished off at the Heston Blumenthal Restaurant!! Everything was exceptional!! Thank you to all friendly staff!

The only minor downside was the check-in process—it took a bit longer than expected. But once that was done, everything else was flawless. Definitely a 5-star experience overall!

Everything. Hotel is beautifull, very modern, very comfortable. There are many attraction nearby - water sports, aquapark, aquarium, great fountain, very good restaurants and probably many more , which I didn't even discover like spa or hammam. Variety of food at breakfast. Very helpfull, polite staff.

Our stay at Atlantis The Royal exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly special, and that feeling was largely thanks to the incredible staff. A special thank you goes to Ahlem, the lovely lady at the reception, who was absolutely amazing – so polite, helpful, friendly, and genuinely hospitable. We truly loved her! She made us feel welcome and cared for in such a natural and heartfelt way. The thoughtful gesture of offering us a bottle of champagne and a cake was unforgettable and deeply appreciated. The room itself was absolutely breathtaking! When we return, we will definitely request the same one – it was one of the most impressive hotel experiences we’ve ever had. All the staff members were incredibly polite and helpful throughout our entire stay. One of the highlights was definitely the Greek restaurant “Milos”. The food was outstanding, but what made it even more special was the fact that the staff were Greek. As Greeks ourselves, we immediately felt a deep sense of comfort and familiarity – it was like a small taste of home, right in the heart of Dubai. And we absolutely have to mention the breakfast – it was truly fantastic. The menu was enormous, offering a rich variety of dishes from many different countries and cultures. The best part? They even had ice cream at breakfast, and you could choose any flavor you liked. Every morning felt like a celebration! Overall, everything was simply amazing. We have absolutely nothing negative to say. We can’t wait to come back!

Too busy and not much care. Missing laundry bags for days and forgot to put amenities in the room and knocking the room even if you put the sign do mot disturb but even after I complained they suppose to call and no one basically called

The food at the pool was a little bland. The variety was nice but it lacked seasoning. The Breakfast buffet did not have good gluten free bread options either.

Truly a luxury experience with excellent service. The views on the palm from a high floor room are fantastic. We had a spa treatment that felt perfect from beginning to ending and the breakfast buffet is from another world.

Just beware that you must make reservations in advance for restaurants for both lunch and dinner

The concierge team is inattentive, they messed up my entire reservation although I physically spent time with them at their desk explaining my exact need even showing them pictures to ensure there was no miscommunication, it was confirmed by the team, and it was completely incorrect. it was too late to make any changes, the outlet and me were trying to get in touch with them for over an hour to no avail. they finally responded an offered me a 500 dhs credit to use during my stay. This wasn't worth the time or inconvenience they caused me.

Absolutely stunning. Probably one of the best hotels we have stayed at. So beautiful! The room was lovely, the bed was comfortable. And the breakfast 😍. I have alot of food intolerances and it was not an issue at all. So accomodating and so many choices. The restaurants available are amazing also. And let’s not forget about the staff! Always greeting you and so friendly. Honestly can’t rave about our stay enough.

Can’t really fault our stay at all. Obviously it’s expensive. But you truely get what you pay for. 5 star experience and you can’t really complain about that. Perfect!

Amazing resort, all facilities are lovely and luxurious - pool area, beach area, many restaurants to choose from. Staff is exceptional, from the moment you walk in, despite the size of the resort, you feel very welcomed. Every single member of the staff was very helpful, attentive and went above and beyond to make the stay unforgettable. The spa experience was great too. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic, excellent service, food, and wonderful staff, only issue we had is the cost of the wines unfortunately this had an negative impact on our holiday, come on I know it’s Dubai but this should be addressed.

It was my son's birthday, so we decided to stay at the Royal Atlantis — and it turned out to be the perfect decision. We received the best service, stayed in the best hotel, enjoyed the best room, and had the most amazing breakfast. We truly had the best time! This was our second stay, and we will definitely be coming back.

I had an exceptional stay at Atlantis The Royal in Dubai. From the moment I arrived, everything was flawless. The architecture is absolutely stunning, and the attention to detail in the interior design is unmatched. My room was spacious, spotless, and offered breathtaking views of the Palm. The service was consistently excellent—staff were warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. Dining was a real highlight with an incredible variety of restaurants, each offering unique (Michelin star!! )and delicious experiences. Breakfast at Gastronomy was especially impressive !! The pool areas, spa, and beach facilities are world-class. I also loved the access to Aquaventure and The Lost Chambers—such a bonus! Truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommended and can’t wait to return! Suitable for family couples or friends!
