Our stay at Atlantis The Royal was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The level of service is beyond five stars — every staff member was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring, always going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The hotel itself is breathtakingly beautiful — from the stunning architecture to the elegant interiors and spectacular views. Every corner feels luxurious and thoughtfully designed. The amenities are world-class: incredible pools, outstanding restaurants, relaxing spa facilities, and every comfort you could possibly imagine. Our room was spotless, spacious, and immaculately maintained throughout our stay. Every detail, from the linens to the bathroom products, reflected true luxury. Atlantis The Royal truly exceeded all expectations — it’s not just a hotel, it’s an experience. We can’t wait to come back❣️

Everything was great such an amazing experience staying at one of the most amazing hotels in Dubai. Stay didn’t seem long enough would love to come back and stay longer this time round.

That the stay was short

Everything about our stay was absolutely fantastic right from check in. For our honeymoon, Javid upgraded us to a suite which was just amazing with a view of the skyblaze fountain from our balcony. The facilities were amazing, the decor was very luxurious. The team could not do enough to help you- my husband lost his wedding ring in the sand and we had staff come to help us look and call on a metal detector! Which wasn’t needed in the end. We visited Nobu by the beach. It was a little packed but the food was lovely. We preferred the tranquility of the deserted white sandy beach and warm sea We also visited Milo’s, Ling Ling for drinks (however I have ate there before) which was great with views from their terrace which hardly anyone knows about Breakfast was also absolutely fantastic- best buffet breakfast ever.

I have voted down value for money because, although we did get a good deal in off season, we were disappointed Cloud 22 was closed for refurbishment so we couldn’t visit. We were unaware of this before booking. The Lost Chambers were also closed. We did make use of the Aquaventure water park which my husband enjoyed. Additionally, Milo’s was overpriced for what it was. Atmosphere was great, dining at sunset with views of the fountains. However we waited an hour before we were brought any drinks or anyone took our order. The food was very nice though but don’t think it warranted the price. A shame we missed out on the opening of Carbone by a couple of weeks- we will have to visit again for sure!

BREAKFAST! I am trying to find words that would do justice to their breakfast spread, but I cannot. It was simply exquisite. apart from that their staff was very professional and helpful and the overall experience was much above expectation.

they have a lot of pools but access is allowed to just one with family, you need to make reservations in the others. This makes the place busy especially when with kids.

Bed and pillows are used and do not provide support , I have requested concierge for a pillow but it was not delivered to the room, I had to call again from the room to remind them to sent the pillows, still the new pillows were not that great. It seems over used ….

Children do not have access to some pools and some restaurants. The room service could have been better considering it’s a 5-star hotel.

The breakfast was amazing and the staff were great. The room service staff were extremely helpful too.

There is no space in the fridge for anything. The concierge situation didn’t feel well organised. I really think it’s extremely poor there is no complimentary access to all the pools in the hotel. It’s such a let down.

Breakfast was perfect. I have never been to a buffet breakfast that serves so much variety of delicious food. The service was fast and efficient.

The only thing i didn't like was the smell of our room. It had a musty smell, especially when you first walk in the room.

A bit slow service.

The breakfast buffe was out of this world, it had everything one could want, it was the best breakfast I've ever had. The bed and duvet were amazing and the room was big and comfortable. The buggy transportation to/from Atlantis Royal to Aquaventure and the other Atlantis hotel was very good to have.

2 out of 3 pools one had to book a spot to be able to get inside. Both of these pools were fully booked during the weekend. One of the pool (infinity) was also chargeable for hotel guests and when we paid such a lot for the hotel booking, we off course expected that the infinity pool was not chargeable for us. We would have appreciated during the booking that there was some information that 2 out of 3 pools we had to book a spot and that the infinity pool is chargeable also for hotel guests. Other than this, the stay was just great.

Gorgeous interiors. Beautiful views. There’s a lot to explore and do at the hotel.

Too many day visitors, it ends up feeling like a mall during the day. Service delivery was also lacking for a 5-star hotel.

Everything is nice. Hotel room, restaurants location is far from downtown, but not problem. The rooftop pool Is amazing .

The rooftop pool is nice. But is open to everyone to enjoy. Not just for guest. Like 5 stars hotels. I had very bad situation I booked as guest front chair when I get there was not available, so not nice for the price from Hotel. I needed to stay in back chair.

Our stay at Atlantis The Royal in Dubai was nothing short of surreal. Everything was absolutely perfect — from the warm and attentive service to the stunning room with its incredible comfort and design. The breakfast was simply outstanding, with an amazing variety and impeccable quality. Every detail throughout the hotel reflects luxury and excellence, making the whole experience unforgettable. Atlantis The Royal is truly on another level. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and are already looking forward to coming back!

They should not Allow people to attend restaurants for breakfast wearing bikinis covered with sheer scarf.

Service from the waiting staff is phenomenal. Club lounge so worth the money. Rooms are exceptional.

The cloud 22 pool area was closed for refurbishment and we were not informed prior to the stay nor was it stated on the website. Very disappointing. This sort of thing should be informed upfront, prior to arrival.

Staff were really helpful and friendly. Great hotel very modern and great amenities. Loved the Buffet the best i’ve ever been to!!!

Pools closing early, Dubai is hot and sometimes the kids want to be in the pools till late.

The hotel is large and beautiful, fully matching its description. The atmosphere is impressive, and the breakfasts were very delicious

The staff responsible for handling guests’ belongings needs better training. When I was checking out, the flowers I took with me after my birthday celebration were treated carelessly and placed as if they were garbage, which caused them to break. This was very upsetting, especially since it was a special day for me. Also, the waiting time for check-in was too long, which created unnecessary discomfort.

It was the best hotel I ever try in Dubai

The property and surrounding area were exceptional. The Atlantis royal didn't provide many facilities for kids besides the pools, however we had free access to Atlantis Palm lost chambers / water parks. The breakfast was exceptional with 17 live cooking stations. The free amnesties in the room were also the best I've seen in any hotels.

The infinity pool was only available for adults only (no kids allowed), which didn't work for us. Also it required a reservation and additional costs. However, there were other outdoor pools available for us to use.

Courteous staff, luxurious property and beautiful location..

I asked them that we will be celebrating my wife’s birthday and they confirmed that they will send a cake but nothing ever came..

Aesthetically, it is a beautiful hotel. Very luxurious, the room was absolutely stunning and the complementary cake they placed in the room for my son’s exam results was very much appreciated and delicious. As it was low season certain restaurants were closed but we were fully aware of that prior. As much as they do allow children in the hotel, it’s definitely better suited towards adults as we initially thought we could use the restaurants on the half board package over at Atlantis the palm too, but this was not the case so dining was very restricted in the Royal with children. I would definitely return but probably just as a couple next time.

Certain restaurants do not allow under 21 in after 6:30 pm which was a little disappointing especially as my son is 18 so technically an adult. On most mornings, we were shown to an uncleared/dirty table and asked to begin getting breakfast while staff reset them. I would have preferred to wait for a clean table, as this practice felt very unappetising, even if intended to keep the queue moving.

Cleanliness and the availability of high end stores

The security deposit isn’t a problem but receiving it back by how the customer wants Shd be taken into consideration next time .

What's not to like about the Atlantis, especially the Royal? The Royal is truly royal; I can’t say enough about this amazing hotel. Everything from the experience, service, staff friendliness, amenities, and food was just so dreamy
