fridge was not cooling. showers ran out of water several times. asked for ice to be delivered and it never came. on arrival The security guy would not let us in the car park even though we said we were checking in. there was no other options to park during check in as the very limited parking area for check in was taken.

Personnel is nice. Reaction is very quick in order to fix problems (cold water => a maintenance staff was sent immediately) or answer to request (extra pan, etc.). Well stocked supermarket almost next door => very convenient

The flat was EXTREMELY NOISY due to very poor sound insulation making sleeping somehow not pleasant : our flat was on 14th floor overlooking Sheik Zyaed avenue. Is it a an unfortunate specificity of our flat or a characteristic of the whole Adagio building, that I do not know. Location is average for tourists : half way between Marina and Burj Khalifa areas an,d distances in Dubai are huge.

it doesn’t worth AT ALL the amount that I’ve paid for. The reviews of this place in booking were misleading! Smelly place .. slow elevators .. old furniture

Overall it was Excellent ! A special mention to Danica, Mausima, Rasika and Suman. Our stay was much better than our expectations. Thank you very much for a pleasant stay !!! 😀

I truly was not expecting such a great comfort, cleaning was great every days room kitchen bathroom, provide pack of water. The receptionist guy is such a humble man I forgot his name , the location great very calm nice views. I also want to thank Roshan and the security guy Ishwov for helping out with my baggage. I wish i stay longer here. The price is very good. Totally satisfied with the 8 days i stayed there. Would definitely recommend to anyone who goes to dubai. The most part of it was every day they clean the room provide towels change bedsheets provide pack of water waouh very impressed keep it up.
